本发明属于食品原料,主要涉及一种面粉类产品。
背景技术
目前,由单一品种农作物制成的粉类食品原料很多,诸如小麦面粉、玉米面粉、小米面粉、高梁米面粉等,由这些面粉制成的食品成为当前人们生活中不可缺少的品种,例如面条、馒头、包子、饺子、粘豆包等。但是,由于每种农作物的营养元素不同,含量亦不相同,因此单一作物的粉类营养不甚全面,也不均衡。随着人们生活水平和质量的提高,对营养丰富且全面的食品需求愈来愈迫切,研发新型的食品原料、丰富其营养成份非常重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的缺陷,设计提供一种新型配方的五谷面粉,达到营养丰富、均衡、食用口感好的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:五谷面粉由小麦粉、玉米粉、高梁米粉、粘大米粉、小米粉和芸豆粉组成,按其重量比各成份所占比例为:小麦粉70-80%、玉米粉5-7%、高梁米粉2-4%、粘大米粉3-5%、小米粉6-8%、芸豆粉4-6%。
本发明选用物理性能有差异且含有营养元素及含量不同的农作物粉料做为原料混合,互为补充,成为面食食品原料中的一个新品种,其营养均衡、丰富、全面,面筋强度大,物理性能好,可做为不同面制食品的原料,应用范围广,食用方法多,食用口感好,老少皆宜,长期食用有利于身体健康。
具体实施方式
下面举实例详细描述。
五谷面粉由小麦粉、玉米粉、高梁米粉、粘大米粉、小米粉和芸豆粉组成,按其重量比各成份所占比例为:小麦粉70-80%、玉米粉5-7%、高梁米粉2-4%、粘大米粉3-5%、小米粉6-8%、芸豆粉4-6%。
将分别秤出的75公斤小麦粉、6公斤玉米粉、3公斤高梁米粉、4公斤粘大米粉、7公斤小米粉和5公斤芸豆粉一并均匀搅拌混合后,即得到100公斤的五谷面粉,各成份所占重量百分比分别为:小麦粉75%,玉米粉6%,高梁米粉3%,粘大米粉4%,小米粉7%,芸豆粉5%,总计100%。使用时,根据制做不同食品需要,在五谷面粉中加入不同比例的水进行和面,使其粘合在一起成为面团,再制做成如馒头、面条、包子皮、饺子皮等食品。

1、一种五谷面粉,其特征在于该粉由小麦粉、玉米粉、高梁米粉、粘大米粉、小米粉和芸豆粉组成,按其重量比各成份所占比例为:小麦粉70-80%、玉米粉5-7%、高梁米粉2-4%、粘大米粉3-5%、小米粉6-8%、芸豆粉4-6%。
