本发明公开了一种可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸及其制备方法,属于功能食品技术领域。本发明公开的可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,基础原料包括黑芝麻、黑豆、小黄姜、山药、蜂蜜以及黄酒,并通过传统道家九蒸九晒的方法制备成九制黑芝麻、九制小黄姜和九制黑豆,进而得到一种补气血,益精髓,增加人体热能,增强身体免疫力的九制黑姜丸。本发明在传统的芝麻丸的基础上,增加了食品小黄姜、黑豆、山药和黄酒,改变了芝麻丸的性味,增添了温补中焦的功效,增强了气血循环,更适合现代人由于普遍生活压力大,缺乏运动,导致的阳气不振的虚寒的体质。

背景技术
现代人的生活方式、饮食习惯较之过去发生了天翻地覆的变化,空调、冰箱、手机等科技智能的普及给人们生活工作带来便利的同时,也给人们的健康带来了影响,人们生活压力大,缺乏运动,导致多偏寒湿体质。高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、脑中风、癌症等疾病已成蔓延之势,而手术化疗、终身服药已让人们的身体、经济不堪重负。
“以治疗为中心”的理念向“以预防为中心”的理念的转变,让人们把追寻健康的目光又溯源到了《神农本草经》“药食同源”的记载,传统九蒸九晒芝麻丸、是采用古法工艺纯手工制作的黑芝麻丸,记载可以追溯到晋朝,道家葛洪在《抱朴子》中记载了做法:芝麻3斗,蒸熟后晒干,用水淘去沫再蒸再晒,如此反复9次。这时芝麻皮就脱落了,炒香,打成粉末,用白蜜调和,制成弹子大的小丸,每天服用3次,每次用温酒送服1丸。九制芝麻丸的主要功效在于补肾养肝,补气养血,乌发明目。这种功能食品中含有大量的芝麻,芝麻色黑属肾,所以可以补肾。因为肾之阴阳为一身阴阳之根本,补肾就可以有效改善个人体质。同时肾藏精,精血同源,补肾的同时就可以起到补益精血的作用,发为血之余,所以这种食物也可以起到乌发的作用。

为解决现有技术中存在的黑芝麻丸配料单一的缺陷,本发明提供了一种可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸及其制备方法,通过食物之间的配合效果补充人体气血,益精髓,增加人体热能,增强身体免疫力,使九制黑姜丸成为替代黑芝麻丸的新功能食品。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,由以下原料制成:九制黑芝麻、九制黑豆、九制小黄姜、制山药、蜂蜜以及黄酒。
进一步地,由以下重量份原料制成:九制黑芝麻30~50份、九制黑豆10~30份、九制小黄姜10~30份、制山药10~25份、蜂蜜60~100份以及黄酒80~150份。
进一步地,由以下重量份原料制成:九制黑芝麻35~45份、九制黑豆20~25份、九制小黄姜18~25份、制山药12~18份、蜂蜜75~90份以及黄酒90~110份。
进一步地,由以下重量份原料制成:九制黑芝麻40份、九制黑豆25份、九制小黄姜20份、制山药15份、蜂蜜80份以及黄酒100份。
进一步地,所述九制黑豆、九制小黄姜和九制黑芝麻通过以下方法制备得到:
大蒸锅内加水,放置蒸笼,铺上笼布,一层黑芝麻、一层黑豆、一层小黄姜片,层层铺满后盖上盖子,生火开始蒸制;
大火将锅内水烧开至蒸汽升腾,连续蒸2~5h,直到每个笼内都蒸透,开始熄火;
下笼,将蒸透的黑芝麻、黑豆、小黄姜摊置在太阳下暴晒;
暴晒一天后收起,装大盆中用黄酒拌匀浸润一夜,第二天再装笼蒸、晒;
反复蒸晒九次,制得九制黑芝麻、九制黑豆和九制小黄姜。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种第一方面任一所述的可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将干燥的山药片与麸皮混合后炒制表面微黄,与九制黑豆、九制黑芝麻与九制小黄姜混合后打成粉末;
熬制蜂蜜并炼蜜成珠,趁热将蜂蜜倒入细粉中搅拌成团,再搓条分成小剂子,揉制成小丸,制得可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸。
本申请实施例提供的上述技术方案与现有技术相比至少具有如下优点:
1、本发明公开的九制黑姜丸,具备功能食品的三个基本属性,食品基本属性,也就是有营养还要保证安全;修饰属性,也就是具备色、香、味,能使人产生食欲;功能属性,也就是对身体的生理机能有一定的良好调节作用。

第一方面,本申请提供了一种可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,由以下原料制成:九制黑芝麻、九制黑豆、九制小黄姜、制山药、蜂蜜以及黄酒。
本发明中,小黄姜:
在农作物中属于经济作物,在人们的厨房中主要用作菜肴的调料。《本草纲目》把姜列入菜部,辛温无毒,详细记载了治疗十五种疾病(疟疾寒热、霍乱转筋、胸肋满痛、大便不通、湿热发黄、满口烂疮、牙齿疼痛、中药毒、刀斧伤、闪扭手足、跌打损伤、腋下狐臭、赤白癜风、两耳冻疮、诸毒痔漏久不结痂)及用法。现代药理研究:预防癌症是小黄姜最重要的功效。小黄姜中三种主要挥发性物质姜辣素、姜酚、姜醇,可以加快血液循环,清除血液里的湿气及有害物质,为身体提供热能,振奋阳气。
山药:
早在《神农本草经》就列为上品,鲜山药是今天人们常吃的一种食物,山药片是中药里常见的药材。中医认为山药性味甘平,能入脾、肺、肾经,本草诸书记载山药具有“益肾气,健脾胃,止泻利,化痰涎,润皮毛”等功效,“主伤中,补虚羸……长肌肉,久服耳目聪明”。现代药理研究,山药中含有大量淀粉、维生素、蛋白质、氨基酸,可以帮助胃肠消化吸收,促进肠蠕动,预防和缓解便秘。山药含有的粘液蛋白,有降低血糖作用,这种物质还能防止脂肪在血管壁沉淀,可以预防心脑血管疾病。山药中有丰富的钙,可以预防骨质疏松。

黑豆:

下笼,将蒸透的黑芝麻、黑豆、小黄姜摊置在太阳下暴晒;
暴晒一天后收起,装大盆中用黄酒拌匀浸润一夜,第二天再装笼蒸、晒;
反复蒸晒九次,制得九制黑芝麻、九制黑豆和九制小黄姜。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种第一方面任一所述的可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将干燥的山药片与麸皮混合后炒制表面微黄,筛出山药片制得制山药;
将制山药与九制黑豆、九制黑芝麻与九制小黄姜混合后打成粉末;
熬制蜂蜜并炼蜜成珠,趁热将蜂蜜倒入细粉中搅拌成团,再搓条分成小剂子,揉制成小丸,制得可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸。

九制黑芝麻40g、九制黑豆25g、九制小黄姜20g、制山药15g、蜂蜜80g以及黄酒100g。
本实施例还提供了该可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
黑芝麻、黑豆、小黄姜用清水分别淘洗干净备用;
大蒸锅内加水,放置蒸笼,铺上笼布,一层黑芝麻、一层黑豆、一层小黄姜片,层层铺满后盖上盖子,生火开始蒸制;
大火将锅内水烧开至蒸汽升腾,连续蒸3h,直到每个笼内都蒸透,开始熄火;

九制黑芝麻50g、九制黑豆10g、九制小黄姜10g、制山药25g、蜂蜜10g以及黄酒100g。

本实施例提供了一种可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,其由以下原料制成:

本实施例提供了一种可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,其由以下原料制成:
九制黑芝麻30g、九制黑豆20g、九制小黄姜30g、制山药20g、蜂蜜100g以及黄酒100g。

实际案例
案例1:赖某某,男,八十多岁,福建福清人,由于年纪太大,精气神不足,服用本发明的九制黑姜丸后,身体越发硬朗,体力比之前更好,精神状态也不错。

1.一种可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:九制黑芝麻、九制黑豆、九制小黄姜、制山药、蜂蜜以及黄酒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:九制黑芝麻30~50份、九制黑豆10~30份、九制小黄姜10~30份、制山药10~25份、蜂蜜60~100份以及黄酒80~150份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:九制黑芝麻35~45份、九制黑豆20~25份、九制小黄姜18~25份、制山药12~18份、蜂蜜75~90份以及黄酒90~110份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:九制黑芝麻40份、九制黑豆25份、九制小黄姜20份、制山药15份、蜂蜜80份以及黄酒100份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可提升免疫力的九制黑姜丸,其特征在于,所述九制黑豆、九制小黄姜和九制黑芝麻通过以下方法制备得到:
大蒸锅内加水,放置蒸笼,铺上笼布,一层黑芝麻、一层黑豆、一层小黄姜片,层层铺满后盖上盖子,生火开始蒸制;
大火将锅内水烧开至蒸汽升腾,连续蒸2~5h,直到每个笼内都蒸透,开始熄火;
