Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of anti-wrinkle skin care products, in particular to an anti-wrinkle composition, anti-wrinkle essence milk applied to the anti-wrinkle composition and a preparation method of the anti-wrinkle essence milk.
Background
Anti-wrinkle cosmetics, namely cosmetics capable of resisting aging and oxidation, are also called anti-aging skin care products, and anti-wrinkle and anti-oxidation active substances such as polypeptide, ceramide, grape seed extract, centella asiatica extract, hamamelis virginiana extract and the like are added into the cosmetics.
The Chinese patent application document with publication number of CN111643427A discloses an anti-aging composition, an anti-aging cosmetic and a preparation method thereof, wherein the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.125-0.375 part of red ginseng extract, 1.0-4.0 parts of ginseng root water, 0.05-0.2 part of turmeric root extract, 0.02-0.2 part of cistanche extract, 0.02-0.2 part of dendrobium stem extract, 0.02-0.2 part of ganoderma sinensis extract, 0.02-0.2 part of poria cocos extract, 0.02-0.2 part of dogwood extract, 0.02-0.2 part of longleaf clover extract and 0.02-0.2 part of giant knotweed root extract. It has good oxidation resistance and cell activation effects, can prevent skin aging, effectively improve skin aging condition, and has excellent anti-aging effect.
In view of the above-mentioned related art, the inventors consider that in the above-mentioned patent application, the plant extracts are mixed to play a main role, but the skin is damaged by DNA caused by ultraviolet rays, it is difficult to quickly repair the skin barrier, the anti-wrinkle effect is difficult to stabilize and last, and the overall anti-wrinkle effect still remains to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-wrinkle composition, the application provides the anti-wrinkle composition, anti-wrinkle essence milk applied by the anti-wrinkle composition and a preparation method of the anti-wrinkle essence milk.
In a first aspect, the present application provides an anti-wrinkle composition, which adopts the following technical scheme:
an anti-wrinkle composition comprising the following separately stored raw materials in parts by weight:
0.1-5 parts of panthenol;
0.1-5 parts of a first moisture-retaining composition;
0.01-5 parts of a second moisturizing composition;
0.04-10 parts of adenosine;
0.1-20 parts of a first anti-wrinkle composition;
0.1-10 parts of a second anti-wrinkle composition;
0.1-10 parts of a third anti-wrinkle composition;
0.01-5 parts of carnosine;
0.001-0.5 parts of barley malt extract;
and 0.01-5 parts of a third moisturizing composition.
By adopting the above technical scheme, panthenol is a precursor of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) which is a component of coenzyme A, the latter playing an important role for the co-acyl groups during fatty acid biosynthesis and gluconeogenesis. The increase of skin lipid synthesis will result in an improvement of the barrier, which in turn will lead to wound healing, in addition, panthenol will promote fibroblast proliferation and re-epithelialization of the epidermis, increase skin permeability, moisturize the stratum corneum, improve skin roughness and dryness, promote development of structural proteins required for the skin (such as collagen) and glutathione production in the skin, and this component can bind free radicals and peroxides, thereby reducing melanin formation, minimizing the appearance of pantothenic acid or vitamin B5 on the face, helping to produce fibroblasts in the middle layers of the skin (layers formed by wrinkles), and promote collagen, glycans and elastin production, making the skin appear young. Adenosine can enhance blood flow of skin, repair DNA damage caused by ultraviolet, complete skin barrier, increase collagen production, improve fine lines and wrinkles, reduce skin sensitivity, improve barrier function of epidermis, and improve skin darkness. Carnosine has effects and actions of maintaining normal metabolism of skin, accelerating excretion of metabolites from skin, homogenizing skin complexion, and improving self-resistance and self-healing force of skin. Meanwhile, the panthenol, the adenosine and the carnosine can play a good role in compounding and synergism, promote and activate the metabolism of the weak cells, activate the activity and metabolism of the aging cells, improve the antioxidants in the aging cells, increase the generation of collagen precursors in the aging cells, and further enable the skin barrier to be quickly self-repaired after being damaged, thereby playing an excellent anti-wrinkle effect.
Preferably, the anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following raw materials, stored separately in parts by weight:
0.2 parts of panthenol;
1 part of a first moisture-retaining composition;
0.5 parts of a second moisturizing composition;
0.3 parts of adenosine;
2 parts of a first anti-wrinkle composition;
1 part of a second anti-wrinkle composition;
1 part of a third anti-wrinkle composition;
0.05 parts of carnosine;
0.06 parts of barley malt extract;
and 0.3 parts of a third moisturizing composition.
By adopting the technical scheme, the anti-wrinkle composition obtained by preferable proportion can play an excellent anti-wrinkle effect in the application process.
Preferably, the first moisture-retaining composition comprises at least the following raw materials: saccharide isomers, water, citric acid and sodium citrate.
By adopting the technical scheme, saccharide isomers can be combined with lysine (free-amino) in keratin, and moisture is preserved deeply; the gene expression level of the filaggrin and the hyaluronic acid synthetase 3 can be adjusted upwards, the skin water retention capacity can be improved, the pocket nail protein gene expression level can be improved, the function of keratinization envelope is affected, the acid sphingomyelinase gene expression level can be improved, and the synthesis of ceramide can be stimulated. The citric acid and the sodium citrate are mainly used for regulating the pH value of cosmetics, can resist oxidation and corrosion, promote the synthesis of NMF (natural moisturizing factor) and hyaluronic acid, improve the skin moisturizing ability and improve the skin natural moisturizing ability.
Preferably, the second moisturizing composition comprises at least the following raw materials: water, honey extract and 1, 3-propanediol.
By adopting the technical scheme, the honey extract contains gluconic acid, improves the cathepsin in organisms, has the effects of nourishing, preserving moisture and softening skin, can help trace elements to be absorbed, and improves the effect of anti-wrinkle active ingredients on the skin.
Preferably, the third moisturizing composition comprises at least the following raw materials: butanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, bacillus/soybean fermentation product extract, folic acid and sodium hyaluronate.
By adopting the technical scheme, folic acid can promote metabolism of protein in human body, and can play roles of resisting sensitization, preserving moisture and promoting cell growth when being used on skin. The sodium hyaluronate can permeate into epidermis and dermis layers, so that the skin can be moisturized. Bacillus/soybean fermentation product extract is a good humectant and skin conditioner.
Preferably, the first anti-wrinkle composition comprises at least the following raw materials: palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, water, glycerol, butylene glycol, carbomer, sodium lactate, and polysorbate-20. By adopting the technical scheme, the first anti-wrinkle composition can help to eliminate and reduce wrinkles, can supplement extracellular matrix and promote wound healing by stimulating synthesis of elastin, fibronectin, glycosaminoglycan and collagen (especially type I, type III and type IV collagen), repair broken collagen fibers, promote increase of collagen and promote synthesis of intercellular substance, so that skin can absorb effective components more easily, and is safe, convenient, non-allergic and continuously effective.
Preferably, the second anti-wrinkle composition comprises at least the following raw materials: euglena parvula polysaccharide and hydrolyzed collagen.
By adopting the technical scheme, the second anti-wrinkle composition composed of the hydrolyzed collagen and the fine euglena polysaccharide can deeply moisturize small molecule hydrolyzed collagen, tighten skin to fade wrinkles, permeate the bottom layer of the skin to repair damaged cells, and the fine euglena polysaccharide can form a tightening and breathable film on the surface layer of the skin, so that the skin is helped to immediately and permanently relieve fine wrinkles, and the integral anti-wrinkle effect is improved.
Preferably, the third anti-wrinkle composition comprises at least the following raw materials: water, 1, 2-pentanediol, and glycogen.

The efficacy test index I of the application: elastic R2 value
Test instrument: german CK skin elasticity tester MPA 580
The test principle is as follows:
the skin elasticity tester is a special instrument for measuring the elasticity of the surface layer of the skin, and mechanically deforms the skin by negative pressure. The measurement principle is based on inhalation. The instrument generates negative pressure to suck the skin into the aperture of the probe and release the skin after a period of time. The depth of skin penetration into the probe is measured by a non-contact optical system. The optical measuring system consists of a light source, a light receiver and two prisms facing each other, and the light receiver receives light from the emitter. The light intensity varies due to the penetration depth of the skin. The ability of the skin to resist negative pressure (compaction) and return to its original state (elasticity) during the measurement is shown graphically (length of stretch/time). This test principle allows us to understand the elastic and mechanical properties of the skin surface and to quantitatively and objectively analyze the skin age. The test probe of this experiment gave a curve, so a parameter was recorded as a reference for skin elasticity, r2= (e (a) -e (a+b))/e (a) =ua/uf=total elastoplasticity of the rebound portion (blue distance/black distance-total elasticity). The closer the value is to 1 (100%) the more elastic the curve is, a very important parameter, often used by the literature, so this experimental reference data records the R2 value, which indicates skin elasticity.
The testing method comprises the following steps:
the experiment selects 60 subjects with healthy skin and ages of 20-35 years, and the subjects are divided into 20 groups, and one group of three persons is used for parallel control. The skin elasticity of the test examples and control samples was measured, R2 values were recorded, and the mean change after 1 month and the mean change after 2 months for each sample was calculated for each of the 3 subjects and the subjects were required to avoid exposure to sunlight for as long as possible during the course of the project.
Test condition preparation: the test environment in which the experiment was carried out was kept constant at a temperature of 20℃and a relative humidity of 50%. Since thermal radiation can lead to inaccurate measurements, direct measurement of sunlight is kept avoided and the subject is required to avoid direct irradiation of sunlight during the test time so as not to bring about deviation of experimental results.
Subject preparation: the subjects were asked to make a simple clean and rest in the test laboratory for 30 minutes before the time of the test with informed consent of the subjects, and during the adaptation environment, the measured area was not blocked by clothing, emotional stress could also lead to increased evaporation and increased blood circulation, ensuring that the adaptation room was calm.
The formal start test time is 9 days earlier, and the initial value before the test subjects do not use the sample is measured on the first day, and one pump of the same product is used in the morning and evening for every three subjects. After 1 month, skin elasticity was measured for the same test area of the cheek, three times, and the average value of the three tests was recorded, and after 2 months, the operation was repeated, and the test was completed.
Test results:
average value Δ1 of skin elasticity change after 1 month of use of example 1 = [ (skin elasticity value after 1 month of use-initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 1)/initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 1 + (skin elasticity value after 1 month of use of subject 2-initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 2)/initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 2 + (skin elasticity value after 1 month of use of subject 3-initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 3)/initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 3 ]. 100%/3.
Average value Δ2 of change in skin elasticity after 2 months of use = [ (initial value of skin elasticity after 2 months of use of subject 1-initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 1)/initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 1 + (initial value of skin elasticity after 2 months of use of subject 2-initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 2)/initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 2 + (initial value of skin elasticity after 2 months of use of subject 3-initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 3)/initial value of skin elasticity before use of subject 3 ]. 100%/3.
Example 2 was done by subjects 4, 5, 6, example 3 was done by subjects 7, 8, 9, and so on, brought into the above formula.
The specific results are shown in Table 2

The partial image enlarging function can carefully study the improvement condition of the skin. 4. The image can be conveniently marked, analyzed and written.
In the experiment, the wrinkle area ratio in the same AOI selected area is selected to reflect the anti-aging effect of each sample, and the smaller the numerical value is, the smaller the representation is, and the better the anti-wrinkle effect is. The wrinkle area ratio refers to the proportion of the wrinkle area in the AOI field to the total AOI field area.

Test results: as can be obtained by comparing the test results of example 1 and examples 2 to 7, example 1 is an optimal ratio combination of the components of the anti-wrinkle essence emulsion, and wherein the ratio of the components of the anti-wrinkle composition is also the optimal ratio combination. The test results of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 7 are compared with each other, so that good compound synergism can be achieved among panthenol, adenosine and carnosine, and the effect brought by the synergistic interaction of any one or two of panthenol, adenosine and carnosine is far less excellent than that brought by the synergistic interaction of the panthenol, the adenosine and the carnosine. As can be seen from the comparison of the test results of example 1 and comparative examples 8 to 13, the amounts of panthenol, adenosine and carnosine which are used in excess of the prescribed range, either too much or too little, significantly reduce the overall efficacy of the anti-wrinkle composition.
