The anti-wrinkle cosmetic is an anti-aging and anti-oxidation cosmetic, also called as an anti-aging skin care product, and anti-wrinkle and anti-oxidation active substances, such as polypeptide, ceramide, grape seed extract, centella asiatica extract, hamamelis virginiana extract and the like, are added into the cosmetic.
The invention discloses an anti-aging composition, an anti-aging cosmetic and a preparation method thereof in a Chinese patent application with publication number CN111643427A, wherein the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.125 to 0.375 portion of red ginseng extract, 1.0 to 4.0 portions of ginseng root water, 0.05 to 0.2 portion of turmeric root extract, 0.02 to 0.2 portion of cistanche extract, 0.02 to 0.2 portion of dendrobium officinale stem extract, 0.02 to 0.2 portion of ganoderma sinensis extract, 0.02 to 0.2 portion of tuckahoe extract, 0.02 to 0.2 portion of dogwood extract, 0.02 to 0.2 portion of herba epimedii extract and 0.02 to 0.2 portion of giant knotweed root extract. The skin-care product has good oxidation resistance and cell activation effects, can prevent skin aging and effectively improve the aging condition of the skin, and has excellent anti-aging effect.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that the mixing of plant extracts in the above-mentioned patent application has a main effect, but the skin is damaged by DNA caused by ultraviolet rays, which makes it difficult to rapidly repair the skin barrier itself, and the anti-wrinkle effect is difficult to be stable and continuous, and the overall anti-wrinkle effect still needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the anti-wrinkle effect of the anti-wrinkle composition, the application provides the anti-wrinkle composition, anti-wrinkle essence applied to the anti-wrinkle composition and a preparation method of the anti-wrinkle essence.
In a first aspect, the application provides an anti-wrinkle composition, which adopts the following technical scheme:
an anti-wrinkle composition, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight stored separately:
0.1-5 parts of panthenol;
0.1-5 parts of a first moisturizing composition;
0.01-5 parts of a second moisturizing composition;
0.04-10 parts of adenosine;
0.1-20 parts of a first anti-wrinkle composition;
0.1-10 parts of a second anti-wrinkle composition;
0.1-10 parts of a third anti-wrinkle composition;
0.01-5 parts of carnosine;
0.001-0.5 parts of barley malt extract;
0.01-5 parts of a third moisturizing composition.
By adopting the above technical scheme, panthenol is a precursor of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which is a component of coenzyme a, which plays an important role in the biosynthesis of fatty acids and the formation of a co-acyl group in gluconeogenesis. An increase in skin lipid synthesis results in an improvement in the barrier which in turn allows wound healing, and in addition, panthenol promotes fibroblast proliferation and re-epithelialization of the epidermis, increases skin permeability, moisturizes the stratum corneum, improves skin roughness and dryness, promotes development of structural proteins (e.g., collagen) required for the skin and glutathione production in the skin, which can bind free radicals and peroxides, thereby reducing melanin formation, minimizing the appearance of pantothenic acid or vitamin B5 in the face to help fibroblast production in the middle layers of the skin (wrinkle-forming layers), and promotes the production of collagen, glycans and elastin, thus making the skin young. Adenosine can enhance blood flow of skin, repair DNA damage caused by ultraviolet rays, complete skin barrier, increase collagen production, improve fine lines and wrinkles, reduce skin sensitivity, improve epidermal barrier function, and improve skin darkness. Carnosine has the effects and effects of maintaining normal metabolism of skin, accelerating the discharge of metabolites from the skin, homogenizing the skin color and improving the self-resistance and self-healing force of the skin. Meanwhile, the panthenol, the adenosine and the carnosine can play a good compounding and synergistic effect, can promote and activate the metabolism of weak cells, activate the activity and the metabolism of aged cells, improve antioxidants in the aged cells, and increase the generation of collagen precursors in the aged cells, so that the skin barrier can be quickly self-repaired after being damaged, and an excellent anti-wrinkle effect is achieved.
Preferably, the anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight, which are separately stored:
0.2 part of panthenol;
1 part of a first moisturizing composition;
0.5 part of a second moisturizing composition;
0.3 part of adenosine;
2 parts of a first anti-wrinkle composition;
1 part of a second anti-wrinkle composition;
1 part of a third anti-wrinkle composition;
0.05 part of carnosine;
0.06 part of barley malt extract;
0.3 part of a third moisturizing composition.
By adopting the technical scheme, the anti-wrinkle composition obtained by optimizing the proportion can play an excellent anti-wrinkle effect in the application process.
Preferably, the first moisturizing composition comprises at least the following raw materials: saccharide isomerate, water, citric acid and sodium citrate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the saccharide isomerate can be combined with lysine (free-amino) in keratin, so that deep moisture is kept; and can up-regulate the gene expression level of filaggrin and hyaluronic acid synthetase 3, improve the water retention capacity of skin, improve the gene expression level of paphiopedilum, influence the function of cornified envelope, improve the gene expression level of acid sphingomyelinase and stimulate the synthesis of ceramide. The citric acid and sodium citrate are mainly used for regulating the pH value of cosmetics, can resist oxidation and corrosion, can promote the synthesis of NMF (natural moisturizing factor) and hyaluronic acid, improve the skin water retention capacity and improve the natural skin moisture retention capacity.
Preferably, the second moisturizing composition comprises at least the following raw materials: water, honey extract and 1, 3-propanediol.
By adopting the technical scheme, the honey extract contains gluconic acid, improves the in-vivo cathepsin, has the effects of nourishing, moisturizing and softening skin, can help trace elements to absorb, and improves the effect of anti-wrinkle effective components on the skin.
Preferably, the third moisturizing composition comprises at least the following raw materials: butylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, bacillus/soy fermentation product extract, folic acid, and sodium hyaluronate.
By adopting the technical scheme, folic acid can promote the metabolism of protein in a human body, and can play the roles of anti-allergy, moisture preservation and cell growth promotion when being used on skin. Sodium hyaluronate can permeate into epidermis layers and dermis layers, and further can help skin to keep moisture. The bacillus/soy fermentation product extract is a good moisturizer and skin conditioner.
Preferably, the first anti-wrinkle composition comprises at least the following raw materials: palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, water, glycerin, butylene glycol, carbomer, sodium lactate, and polysorbate-20. By adopting the technical scheme, the first anti-wrinkle composition can help eliminate and relieve wrinkles, supplement extracellular matrix and promote wound healing by stimulating the synthesis of elastin, fibronectin, glycosaminoglycan and collagen (particularly type I, type III and type IV collagens), repair broken collagen fibers, promote the increase of collagen and the synthesis of intercellular substances, enable skin to absorb effective components more easily, and is safe, convenient, non-allergic, and continuously effective.
Preferably, the second anti-wrinkle composition at least comprises the following raw materials: euglena gracilis polysaccharide and hydrolyzed collagen.
By adopting the technical scheme, the second anti-wrinkle composition consisting of hydrolyzed collagen and euglena gracilis polysaccharide has the advantages that micromolecule hydrolyzed collagen can deeply moisturize and tighten skin to weaken wrinkles, can also permeate into the bottom layer of the skin to repair damaged cells, and the euglena gracilis polysaccharide can form a tightening breathable film on the surface layer of the skin, so that the skin can be helped to relieve fine lines instantly and for a long time, and the overall anti-wrinkle effect is improved.
Preferably, the third anti-wrinkle composition at least comprises the following raw materials: water, 1, 2-pentanediol, and glycogen.
By adopting the technical scheme, the third anti-wrinkle composition has strong hydration capacity, helps skin generate ATP, increases the metabolic activity of fibroblasts, can improve skin barrier, skin luster and black spots, is beneficial to make skin uniform, improves wrinkles and makes skin smooth.

The invention has the following efficacy test indexes: elastic R2 value
Testing an instrument: german CK skin elasticity tester MPA 580
The test principle is as follows:
the skin elasticity tester is an instrument specially used for measuring the elasticity of the surface layer of the skin, and mechanically deforms the skin through negative pressure. The measurement principle is based on the inhalation method. The instrument generates negative pressure to suck the skin into the aperture of the probe and releases the skin after a period of time. The depth of skin suction into the probe is measured by a non-contact optical system. The optical measuring system consists of a light source, a light receiver and two opposite prisms, wherein the light receiver receives light emitted by the emitter. The light intensity varies due to the penetration depth of the skin. The ability of the skin to resist negative pressure (compaction) and return to the original state (elasticity) during the measurement is shown as a curve (length stretched/time). This test principle allows us to understand the elasticity and mechanical properties of the skin surface and to quantitatively and objectively analyze the skin age. The probe test of this experiment resulted in a curve, so it was necessary to record a parameter, R2= (e (a) -e (a + b))/e (a) = Ua/Uf = total elastoplasticity amount of the springback portion (blue distance/black distance-total elasticity), as a reference basis for skin elasticity. The closer the value is to 1 (100%), the more elastic the curve is, a very important parameter, which is often used in the literature, so this experiment refers to data recording R2 values, which indicate the elasticity of the skin.
The test method comprises the following steps:
in the experiment, 60 subjects with healthy skin and 20-35 years of age are selected and divided into 20 groups, and each three subjects are subjected to parallel control. The skin elasticity of the examples and the control samples was tested, the R2 value was recorded, and the mean change values after 1 month of use and the mean change values after 2 months of use were calculated for each sample for evaluation, during which the subjects were asked to avoid exposure to sunlight for as long as possible.
Preparation of test conditions: the test environment of the experiment is kept constant, the temperature is 20 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50%. Because thermal radiation can lead to inaccurate measurements, measurements are kept from being made under direct sunlight and subjects are required to avoid direct sunlight irradiation within the test time, so as not to bring about deviation of experimental results.
Subject preparation: subject informed consent required subjects to make a simple clean and rest in the test laboratory for 30 minutes before testing, during acclimatization the area being measured was not obscured by clothing, emotional stress may also lead to increased evaporation and increased blood circulation, ensuring that the acclimatization room was calm.
The test is started formally at 9 am, and the first day is to measure the initial value before the test subject uses no sample, and every three test subjects use the same product in the morning and evening. After 1 month, the skin elasticity was measured for the same test area of the cheek, three times and the average of the three tests was recorded, and the test was completed after 2 months by repeating the procedure.
And (3) testing results:
average value of skin elasticity change after 1 month of use Δ 1= [ (skin elasticity value after 1 month of use by subject 1-skin elasticity initial value before 1 month of use by subject)/skin elasticity initial value before 1 month of use by subject + (skin elasticity value after 1 month of use by subject 2-skin elasticity initial value before 2 months of use by subject)/skin elasticity initial value before 2 days of subject + (skin elasticity value after 1 month of use by subject 3-skin elasticity initial value before 3 months of use by subject)/skin elasticity initial value for 3 subjects ]: 100%/3.
Average value of skin elasticity change after 2 months of use Δ 2= [ (skin elasticity value after 2 months of use by subject 1-skin elasticity initial value before use by subject 1)/skin elasticity initial value before use by subject 1 + (skin elasticity value after 2 months of use by subject 2-skin elasticity initial value before use by subject 2)/skin elasticity initial value before use by subject 2 + (skin elasticity value after 2 months of use by subject 3-skin elasticity initial value before use by subject 3)/skin elasticity initial value before use by subject 3 ] × 100%/3 in example 1.
Example 2 was done by subjects 4, 5, 6, example 3 was done by subjects 7, 8, 9, and so on, substituting the above equation.
Specific results are shown in Table 2

Testing an instrument: american facial image Analyzer VISIA-CR
The testing principle is as follows:
years of clinical experience of American companies and the most advanced digital camera technology are combined, and a professional facial image photographing and analyzing system VISIA-CR is provided for skin researchers. VISIA-CR provides you with a very specialized standard method of taking photographs, whether quantitative or qualitative, or both, and allows the following analysis of the skin: wrinkles and fine lines skin photodamage, skin structure, vascular features, skin color and uniformity, porphyrins (acne).
VISIA-CR has multiple light source modes: standard light, UV light, cross polarized light, parallel polarized light. VISIA-CR greatly improves the visibility of the skin to be analyzed due to the use of multiple light sources.
The proprietary RBX technology gathers a great deal of research experience in colorism, provides the melanin and blood vessel conditions of the skin underlayer for vast researchers, and is a brand-new detection, display and analysis method for the skin underlayer. A shooting process comprises a plurality of light source modes, and seven pictures can be obtained at most.
The VISIA-CR is a facial image photographing system which is simple and flexible to operate and accurate to control, and has the following characteristics:
1. the shooting of the high-freshness image is completed within a few seconds.
2. The shooting time is short, the efficiency is high, and the subject can more easily keep a correct shooting position in the shooting process.
3. For different skin conditions, a preset light source mode recommended by a clinical expert may be selected from the instrument.
4. And good repeatability of a test result is ensured through the target positioning and image ghost preview functions.
5. The built-in image capture control function greatly reduces the possibility of misoperation of an operator.
The VISIA-CR instrument is provided with professional Mirror Photo Tools image management special software, and shot images can be directly stored in a computer, so that the image searching and the image comparison are convenient. All VISIA-CR images can be searched based on file attributes or user-defined parameters, providing researchers with a new approach to database management of large numbers of images. The basic database image and the different images under the same subject name can be browsed. The software has the functions of importing, exporting and renaming images, prints and outputs according to the content required by a client, and is a very useful tool for researchers. Photo Tools software also has the following functions:
1. distance, angle, area and percentage can be measured. 2. Comparing the images at different times on the screen, tracking the treatment result of the subject and displaying the test result. 3. The local image magnifying function can carefully investigate the improvement condition of the skin. 4. The areas and text descriptions can be conveniently labeled, analyzed, and written on the image.
In the experiment, the wrinkle area ratio in the same AOI selection area is selected to reflect the anti-aging effect of each sample, and the smaller the numerical value is, the less the numerical value is, the better the anti-wrinkle effect is. The wrinkle area ratio is the ratio of the wrinkle area in the AOI selected area to the whole AOI selected area.
The test method comprises the following steps:
the experimental subjects and the skin elasticity test subjects are the same batch, each subject performs a wrinkle area ratio test by using VISA-CR after the skin elasticity test is finished, the wrinkle area ratio value is recorded, the average value of the wrinkle area ratio change of each sample after 3 subjects use for 1 month and the average value of the wrinkle area ratio change of each sample after 3 subjects use for 2 months are calculated for relevant judgment, and during the project progress period, the subjects are required to avoid exposure to the sun for a long time as much as possible.
And (3) testing results:
the average value of skin wrinkle area ratio change Δ 3 after 1 month of use of example 1= [ (skin wrinkle area ratio after 1 month of use for subject 1-skin wrinkle area ratio initial value before 1 month of use for subject 1)/skin wrinkle area ratio initial value before 1 month of use for subject 1 + (skin wrinkle area ratio initial value after 1 month of use for subject 2)/skin wrinkle area ratio initial value before 2 months of use for subject + (skin wrinkle area ratio after 1 month of use for subject 3-skin wrinkle area ratio initial value before 3 use for subject)/skin wrinkle area ratio initial value before 3 use for subject ] + 100%/3.
Average value of skin wrinkle area ratio change after 2 months of use Δ 4= [ (skin wrinkle area ratio after 2 months of use in subject 1-initial value of skin wrinkle area ratio before use in subject 1)/initial value of skin wrinkle area ratio before use in subject 1 + (skin wrinkle area ratio after 2 months of use in subject 2-initial value of skin wrinkle area ratio before use in subject 2)/initial value of skin wrinkle area ratio before use in subject 2 + (skin wrinkle area ratio after 2 months of use in subject 3-initial value of skin wrinkle area ratio before use in subject 3)/initial value of skin wrinkle area ratio before use in subject 3 ] + 100%/3.

And (3) test results: as can be seen from the comparison between the test results of example 1 and examples 2 to 7, example 1 is an optimal mixture ratio combination of the components of the anti-wrinkle essence milk, and the mixture ratio of the components of the anti-wrinkle composition is also an optimal mixture ratio combination. Compared with the test results of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 7, the test results show that panthenol, adenosine and carnosine can achieve good compound synergy, and the effect of using any one or two of panthenol, adenosine and carnosine is far less excellent than that of synergistic coordination of the panthenol, adenosine and carnosine. As can be seen from comparison of the test results of example 1 and comparative examples 8 to 13, the use of panthenol, adenosine, and carnosine in amounts outside the specified ranges, either too large or too small, significantly reduces the overall efficacy effect of the anti-wrinkle composition.
