Skin moisture content test principle:
the first efficacy test index of the invention adopts a Corneometer CM 825 probe of a German CK skin tester to evaluate the efficacy. The probe uses the international Corneometer method: capacitive method. Due to the completely different dielectric constants of water (81) and other substances (< 7), the moisture content of the sample was obtained by measuring the change in capacitance exhibited by the capacitor. A glass plate in the probe separates the metal track (gold) on top of the probe from the skin to prevent conduction of current in the sample. An electromagnetic field is gradually generated which is mutually attracted between the tracks. One orbital establishes an electron excess (-) and the other lacks electrons (+). During the measurement, the scattered field penetrates the first layer of the skin and determines the capacitance, thus measuring the moisture content.
Skin transdermal water loss (TEWL) test principle:
the second index of the efficacy test of the invention, the transdermal water loss (TEWL) is an indispensable parameter for evaluating the skin barrier function and is a basic measurement for various applications. Some water loss from the skin is as part of normal skin metabolism, however once the skin barrier function is slightly compromised, water loss increases (even with minimal damage not visible to the human eye). The experiment was measured using the Tewameter TM 300 probe of the german CK skin tester, which is the most accepted measuring instrument worldwide for evaluation of the transepidermal water loss (TEWL). The Tewameter probe measures the density gradient of skin moisture evaporation directly with two pairs of sensors (temperature and relative humidity) inside the hollow cylinder, an open cavity measurement. The open cavity measurement method is the only method to continuously evaluate the water loss TEWL without affecting the microenvironment. The physical basis for the measurement was the diffusion law found by Adolf Fick in 1855.
Calculating the formula:
a ═ surface [ m2]M is moisture transport [ g ═]T is time [ h]D ═ diffusion constant [ ═ 0.0877g/m (h (mmhg))]P is atmospheric vapour pressure [ mmHg ]]X is the distance from the skin surface to the measurement point [ m]
The diffusion flow dm/dt represents the mass delivered per square centimeter over time, and is proportional to the change in area a and concentration/distance dc/dx. D is the diffusion coefficient of water vapor in air. This law is only valid in homogenous diffusion regions, presumably formed by hollow cylinders. The resulting density gradient is generated by two pairs of sensors(temperature and relative humidity) is indirectly measured and analyzed by a microprocessor and expressed as evaporation g/h/m2
The test method comprises the following steps: the test environment of the experiment is kept constant, the temperature is 20 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50%. Because the heat radiation can cause inaccurate measurement, the measurement is not kept under the direct light of lamplight and sunlight; the experiment selects 20 subjects with healthy skin, 20-35 years old and half male and female. Testing the moisture content transdermal water dispersion amount of the test sample and the control sample, and calculating the variation average value of each sample after 20 subjects use for 1h and the variation average value of each sample after use for 4h for carrying out related judgment; according to the informed consent of the testees, the testees are required to be simply cleaned before the test, the test time is started at 9 am, 0.5ml of essence of the test samples 1 and 2 is weighed on the first day, the essence is soaked in 2 cm-2 cm non-woven fabric membrane cloth and covered on the cheek skin of the first testee for 15min, the non-woven fabric is taken off, the operation is stood for 10min, the moisture content and the transdermal moisture loss are respectively measured aiming at two test areas of the cheek, the moisture content and the transdermal moisture loss of the test sample area and the control sample area are respectively recorded as initial values, and the operation is repeated until the test of the 20 testees is completed. The operation was repeated 1h and 4h after use to measure and record data. After 3 days, this procedure was repeated, and two samples were sequentially selected in the order of test samples 3-7 and control samples 1-18 for testing in the left cheek and right cheek regions, respectively, with the last control sample 18 being tested separately and the data being recorded until all samples were completed.
And (3) test result calculation:

And (3) test results: from the comparison between the test results of example 1 and examples 2 to 7, example 1 is the optimal mixture ratio combination of the components of the essence, and the mixture ratio of the components of the moisturizing composition is also the optimal mixture ratio combination. Compared with the test results of example 1 and comparative example 1, the product has good moisturizing effect by using panthenol and tremella heteropolysaccharide and assisting with the first composition and the second composition. The comparison of the test results of the example 1 and the comparative examples 2 to 5 shows that the moisturizing effect of the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 5 is most obviously reduced, and the panthenol and the tremella heteropolysaccharide are not contained in the moisturizing cream, and the comparison of the test results of the comparative example 6 and the comparative examples 9 to 10 shows that the panthenol and the tremella heteropolysaccharide are matched for use and cannot be used at all. On the basis, the test results of the comparative example 6 and the comparative examples 7 to 8 show that the panthenol and the tremella heteropolysaccharide have good synergistic effect.
