Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a jelly-shaped suspended oil-drop high-moisture sleeping mask and a preparation process thereof, wherein the sleeping mask comprises the following components: glycerol, butanediol, seawater, lima bean seed polysaccharide, acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer, nicotinamide, carbomer, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, EDTA-disodium, purslane, alginate gel, gellan gum, calcium chloride, a citric acid and sodium citrate buffer system, phenyl silicone oil and the balance of deionized water. The invention has stable and controllable quality, mild and non-irritant use and simple preparation process, and is suitable for large-scale development.

a jelly-like suspended oil-drop high-moisture-retention sleeping mask comprises the following components: 4.0-8.0% of glycerin, 2.0-5.0% of butanediol, 1-3% of seawater, 0.1-1.0% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.4-1.0% of ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, 1.0-3.0% of nicotinamide, 0.1-0.4% of carbomer, 0.3-0.6% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.3-0.6% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1-0.2% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.01-0.1% of EDTA-disodium, 0.2-1% of purslane, 0.5-2% of alginate gel, 0.2-0.6% of gellan gum, 0.05-0.2% of calcium chloride, 0.5-2% of citric acid and sodium citrate buffer system, 1-4% of phenyl silicone oil and the balance of deionized water.
Comprises the following components by weight: 5% of glycerol, 4% of butanediol, 2% of seawater, 0.5% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.6% of acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, 1% of nicotinamide, 0.2% of carbomer, 0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.02% of EDTA-disodium, 1% of purslane, 1% of furcellaran, 0.4% of gellan gum, 0.06% of calcium chloride, a proper buffer amount of citric acid and sodium citrate, 2% of phenyl silicone oil and the balance of deionized water
The butanediol is 1, 3-butanediol.
The invention also comprises a method for preparing the jelly-shaped suspended oil drop high-moisture-retention sleeping mask, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing p-hydroxyacetophenone, glycerol, nicotinamide, EDTA-disodium, deionized water and butanediol, heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
2) adding the soaked ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer into the solution A, and homogenizing for 1 minute to obtain a solution B;
3) adding the prepared citric acid and citric acid buffer solution into the solution B to obtain a solution C, and adding calcium chloride to obtain a solution D; stirring and cooling;
4) after the temperature of the solution D is reduced to 55 ℃, adding seawater, tamarind seed polysaccharide, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, purslane and phycocolloid into the solution D, starting stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution E;
5) and adding carbomer, sodium citrate, phenyl silicone oil and hexanediol into the solution E, stirring at a high speed, and adjusting the pH to 6.0-7.0 to obtain the jelly-like suspended oil-drop high-moisture sleeping mask.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the common sleep mask in the prior art usually does not contain oil, or contains less oil after emulsification, and can not achieve the double effects of water replenishing and water locking, the common sleep mask usually adopts glycerin and carbomer to be coated on the surface of the skin to achieve the effect of water replenishing, but can not reduce the loss of water, and in the application, the macromolecular sodium hyaluronate forms a layer of moisturizing and bright breathable film on the surface layer of the skin by adopting phenyl silicone oil and glycerin which are not emulsified, lima bean seed polysaccharide and a moisturizing solvent sodium hyaluronate thereof. And secondly, the sour soybean seed polysaccharide reduces the skin roughness, increases the skin elasticity and endows velvet skin feeling. And finally, the phenyl silicone oil locks water.
After ensuring that the skin does not lose moisture, to bind more moisture. The Fucus vesiculosus Gel (Gmoist Sea-Gel) is a novel humectant which takes Sea plant Fucus vesiculosus as a source, and is focused on preventing dry skin by regulating and controlling formation of cornification and envelope and repairing cutin barrier, so that the problem of skin water shortage is fundamentally solved, and meanwhile, the Fucus vesiculosus Gel has excellent skin feeling and enables the skin to be transparent, moist and glossy after being used.
Purslane is also called longevity grass in China, and is rich in a large amount of flavonoids, adrenalines, polysaccharides, various vitamins, amino acids and other compounds. The effect of the purslane extracting solution is as follows: resisting skin allergy, irritation, inflammation and acne.
In addition, in the extracellular matrix, polysaccharides, together with other polysaccharide components in the skin and fibrous proteins, constitute an extracellular matrix containing a large amount of moisture, providing moisture to the skin.
The phenyl silicone oil and the sodium hyaluronate are matched for use, so that the silky feeling of the product can be increased, and the time for drying the skin can be prolonged. Carnosine is a component present in human muscle, has a strong antioxidant aging function, and can eliminate free radicals. The skin aging problem is avoided.
In conclusion, through the synergistic effect of the parts, the skin can penetrate deeply into the skin to reduce skin inflammation and regulate the secretion of skin grease. The barrier function of the skin is enhanced to perfect the moisturizing function of the skin, and then the active matters deeply enter the skin to lock more water to enable the skin to be full, so that the moisturizing effect is achieved. Finally, a breathable moisturizing film is formed on the surface layer of the skin, so that the loss of water is reduced. In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the technical scheme of the invention, the invention is further described in detail in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments;
example 1: 5 parts of glycerol, 4 parts of butanediol, 2 parts of seawater, 0.5 part of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.6 part of acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, 1 part of nicotinamide, 0.2 part of carbomer, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.02 part of EDTA-disodium, 1 part of purslane, 1 part of alginate jelly, 0.4 part of gellan gum, 0.06 part of calcium chloride, a proper buffer amount of citric acid and sodium citrate, the balance of deionized water and 0.5 part of phenyl silicone oil.
The process for preparing the jelly-shaped suspended oil drop high-moisture sleeping mask comprises the following steps: (1) mixing p-hydroxyacetophenone, glycerol, nicotinamide, EDTA-disodium, deionized water and butanediol, heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a solution A; (2) adding the soaked ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer into the solution A, and homogenizing for 1 minute to obtain a solution B; (3) and adding the prepared citric acid and the buffer solution of the citric acid into the solution B to obtain a solution C, and adding calcium chloride to obtain a solution D. Stirring and cooling. (4) After the temperature of the solution D is reduced to 55 ℃, adding seawater, tamarind seed polysaccharide, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, purslane and phycocolloid into the solution D, starting stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution E; (5) and adding carbomer, sodium citrate, phenyl silicone oil and hexanediol into the solution E, stirring at a high speed, and adjusting the pH to 6.0-7.0 to obtain the jelly-shaped suspended oil-drop high-moisture sleeping mask.
Control group 1: comparative example 1 differs from example 1 only in that no phenyl silicone oil was added.
Control group 2: comparative example 2 differs from example 1 only in that sodium hyaluronate was not added.
Control group 3: comparative example 3 differs from example 1 only in that no seawater was added.
Example 2: example 1: 5 parts of glycerol, 4 parts of butanediol, 2 parts of seawater, 0.5 part of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.6 part of acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, 1 part of nicotinamide, 0.2 part of carbomer, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.02 part of EDTA-disodium, 1 part of purslane, 1 part of alginate jelly, 0.4 part of gellan gum, 0.06 part of calcium chloride, a proper buffer amount of citric acid and sodium citrate, the balance of deionized water and 1 part of phenyl silicone oil.
The process for preparing the jelly-like suspended oil drop high-moisture sleeping mask (1) comprises the steps of mixing p-hydroxyacetophenone, glycerol, nicotinamide, EDTA-disodium, deionized water and butanediol, heating, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a solution A; (2) adding the soaked ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer into the solution A, and homogenizing for 1 minute to obtain a solution B; (3) and adding the prepared citric acid and the buffer solution of the citric acid into the solution B to obtain a solution C, and adding calcium chloride to obtain a solution D. Example 3: 5 parts of glycerol, 4 parts of butanediol, 2 parts of seawater, 0.5 part of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.6 part of acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, 1 part of nicotinamide, 0.2 part of carbomer, 0.2 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.02 part of EDTA-disodium, 1 part of purslane, 1 part of alginate jelly, 0.4 part of gellan gum, 0.06 part of calcium chloride, a proper buffer amount of citric acid and sodium citrate, the balance of deionized water and 2 parts of phenyl silicone oil.
The process for preparing the jelly-like suspended oil drop high-moisture sleeping mask (1) comprises the steps of mixing p-hydroxyacetophenone, glycerol, nicotinamide, EDTA-disodium, deionized water and butanediol, heating, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a solution A; (2) adding the soaked ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer into the solution A, and homogenizing for 1 minute to obtain a solution B; (3) and adding the prepared citric acid and the buffer solution of the citric acid into the solution B to obtain a solution C, and adding calcium chloride to obtain a solution D. The test population: the total 30 persons, age 30-60 years, meet the volunteer selection standard health condition of the subject.
Selecting a detected part: the area of 3cm multiplied by 3cm inside the left and right front arms is used as the detected area. The test article is randomly stuck on the inner sides of the left and right front arms.
The test conditions are below 20 plus or minus 2 ℃ at room temperature and below 50 plus or minus 5% of Relative Humidity (RH).
Instruments and reagents: one Corneometer and one hygrothermograph.
When the strength of the moisturizing effect of the moisturizing cosmetic is judged, a single application test, i.e., a moisturizing performance test, which is completed in a short time is preferably performed. The moisturizing effect can be analyzed by applying moisturizing mask liquid for 1 time in a short period and adding a water load test of the organism cuticle in the test of measuring the water content of the cuticle. The method is mainly used for determining whether the humectant has moisture retention property when selecting the humectant in the formula, and determining the optimum concentration when comparing the humectant with a matrix. Before the mask is applied, the moisture content of the horny layer of the detected part is measured. Applying the sample by using a latex finger sleeve; measuring the relative increase rate of the skin water content immediately after the test article is applied for 15min, 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h and 8 h; measuring the water content of stratum corneum of each tested part for 5 times to obtain an average value; the results of the measurements are shown in table 1 for the relative rate of increase in skin moisture content at different times.

When the moisturizing ability of cosmetics is judged, the moisturizing ability is not immediately obtained. Effective moisturizing for a long time is also important for use as a cosmetic. The long-acting moisturizing effect can be analyzed by adding a water load test of the organism cuticle in a test of measuring the water content of the cuticle by using the moisturizing mask liquid for long-term application as shown in figure 1.
As can be seen from Table 1, the relative water content of the facial mask on the skin is obviously improved, and particularly within the time range of 0-1h after the facial mask is used, the moisturizing effect is reduced along with the prolonging of time, but within the test time range, the relative water content of the skin is still obviously improved within 8h and is higher than that of the skin before the facial mask is applied, so that the moisturizing facial mask liquid prepared in the embodiment 3 of the invention has an obvious moisturizing effect. And relatively example 3 is much larger than example 1 and example 2. Example 1 is comparable to example 2. The difference from example 3 is that the content of phenyl silicone oil is higher than that of example 1 and example 2, and reaches 2%. The control group without the phenyl silicone oil had a relatively weak ability to increase the moisture content of the skin relative to the control group after the addition. In conclusion, the phenyl silicone oil has no stimulation at a content of 2 percent, and the performance of the phenyl silicone oil on the active substance is improved by about 52 percent of absorption rate.
And the difference between the control group 2 and the control group 3 compared to example 1 was that sodium hyaluronate was not added and seawater was not added, respectively. The moisturizing effect of example 1 was much greater than control 2 and control 3. And (4) conclusion: the 0.1 percent sodium hyaluronate and the phenyl silicone oil are matched for use, so that the moisture retention rate can be improved by about 42 percent.
The results of figure 1 show that the facial mask can obviously improve the moisture content in the skin, moisturize and moisturize for a long time and improve the dry state of the skin, the moisture content of the skin is increased by 15% after two weeks of use, and the moisture content of the skin is increased by 22% after four weeks of use.
The same example 3 has considerable advantages over examples 1 and 2 with respect to long-term moisturization.

The jelly-shaped suspended oil-drop high-moisture-retention sleeping mask is characterized by comprising the following components: 4.0-8.0% of glycerin, 2.0-5.0% of butanediol, 1-3% of seawater, 0.1-1.0% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.4-1.0% of ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, 1.0-3.0% of nicotinamide, 0.1-0.4% of carbomer, 0.3-0.6% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.3-0.6% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1-0.2% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.01-0.1% of EDTA-disodium, 0.2-1% of purslane, 0.5-2% of alginate gel, 0.2-0.6% of gellan gum, 0.05-0.2% of calcium chloride, 0.5-2% of citric acid and sodium citrate buffer system, 1-5% of phenyl silicone oil and the balance of deionized water.

The jelly-like suspended oil drop high-moisture-retention sleep mask as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components by weight: 5% of glycerol, 4% of butanediol, 2% of seawater, 0.5% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.6% of acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, 1% of nicotinamide, 0.2% of carbomer, 0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.02% of EDTA-disodium, 1% of purslane, 1% of furcellaran, 0.4% of gellan gum, 0.06% of calcium chloride, a proper amount of citric acid and sodium citrate buffer, 2% of phenyl silicone oil and the balance of deionized water.
3. The jelly-like suspended oil drop high moisture sleeping mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the butylene glycol is 1, 3-butylene glycol.
4. A method for preparing the jelly-like suspended oil drop high moisture sleeping mask according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
1) mixing p-hydroxyacetophenone, glycerol, nicotinamide, EDTA-disodium, deionized water and butanediol, heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
2) adding the soaked ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer into the solution A, and homogenizing for 1 minute to obtain a solution B;
3) adding the prepared citric acid and citric acid buffer solution into the solution B to obtain a solution C, and adding calcium chloride to obtain a solution D; stirring and cooling;
4) after the temperature of the solution D is reduced to 55 ℃, adding seawater, tamarind seed polysaccharide, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, purslane and phycocolloid into the solution D, starting stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution E;
5) and adding carbomer, sodium citrate, phenyl silicone oil and hexanediol into the solution E, stirring at a high speed, and adjusting the pH to 6.0-7.0 to obtain the jelly-shaped suspended oil drop high-moisturizing sleep mask.
