background
Skin aging is a continuous and gradual physiological process which directly affects the appearance and function of skin, and wrinkles are a sign of the appearance of skin aging and are called as 'annual rings of life'. With the improvement of the life quality of people, the anti-aging, wrinkle removal and rejuvenation become topics concerned by consumers.
the human body is a living body with rich emotion, the expression is used as an image body language, the psychological state of the human body is not represented at all times, the facial muscles are inevitably dragged when the expression is displayed, and the skin is temporarily wrinkled and folded along with the contraction of the facial muscles. The long-term continuous action is easy to cause dynamic expression lines. Meanwhile, with the age, the collagen and elastin fibers in the dermal tissue are damaged due to the decline of the metabolic capability of the skin and the influence of exogenous factors, so that the integrity of the dermal tissue structure is damaged, an irreversible static line is formed, and the dynamic line is very easy to convert into the static line. Both the dynamic warp and the static grain show the aging traces of years out of the world, which is not accepted by beauty-loving women.
The product with wrinkle resistance is declared to be full of line on the market, however, many products adopt high molecular polymer analogues, such as choline ethylene glycol polyphosphate acrylate/acrylic acid (ester), cross-linked polymer-like sodium-2, specially treated sodium hyaluronate and the like, and only have the instant effect of covering wrinkles and forming a false effect; or the efficacy raw materials are used for resisting wrinkles in a single way, and the effect of resisting wrinkles cannot be good, so that a multi-direction anti-wrinkle product from inside to outside is particularly important.

5. The result of the detection
5.1. water content of horny layer of skin
The moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin was measured before use, 2 and 4 weeks after use, and the results were obtained
TABLE 5 summary of results of stratum corneum moisture content before and after application of samples
(-meaning no significant difference; + meaning significant difference)
As can be seen from table 5, compared with the initial values, the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin in the areas where the wrinkle-soothing and wrinkle-reducing polypeptide essences 1 and 2 were used was significantly increased at week four (P < 0.05). Comparison between samples: within four weeks, there was no significant difference in the change in moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin in the areas where the wrinkle-soothing and anti-wrinkle polypeptide essences 1 and 2 were used (P > 0.05). Compared with the same sample, the water content of the horny layer of the skin is increased along with the prolonging of the using time, which shows that the essence has the effect of long-acting water replenishing. The data of different samples show almost unchanged effect, which indicates that the essence is stable well. (sample one is a sample which is subjected to a high-temperature test at 45 ℃ for 7 days, namely a normal-temperature normal sample.)
5.2. Skin percutaneous water loss
The skin was tested for percutaneous water loss before and 2, 4 weeks after application, and the results were obtained
TABLE 6 summary of results of skin transdermal water loss before and after use of samples
(-meaning no significant difference; + meaning significant difference)
as is clear from table 6, the amount of skin moisture loss through skin was significantly reduced in both areas using the wrinkle-soothing and wrinkle-reducing polypeptide essences 1 and 2 at week four (P <0.05) as compared with the initial values. Comparison between samples: within four weeks, there was no significant difference in the change in the amount of skin transdermal water loss using the wrinkle-soothing anti-wrinkle polypeptide essences 1 and 2 (P > 0.05). Compared with the same sample, the loss of moisture in the skin is continuously reduced along with the prolonging of the using time, which shows that the essence has the function of repairing the skin barrier and reduces the evaporation of the moisture in the skin. The data of different samples show almost unchanged effect, which indicates that the essence is stable well. (sample one is a sample which is subjected to a high-temperature test at 45 ℃ for 7 days, namely a normal-temperature normal sample.)
5.3. Elasticity of skin
the skin elasticity was tested before, 2 and 4 weeks after application, and the R2 value was taken as an indicator of skin elasticity: TABLE 7 summary of results of skin elasticity (R2 values) before and after use of the samples
(-meaning no significant difference; + meaning significant difference)
As can be seen from table 7, the skin elasticity (R2 value) was significantly increased in the area of the tail of the eye (P <0.05) by using the wrinkle-soothing and wrinkle-reducing polypeptide essences 1 and 2 at week four, as compared with the initial values. Comparison between samples: within four weeks, there was no significant difference in changes in skin elasticity (R2 value) in the caudal region of the eyes using wrinkle-soothing anti-wrinkle polypeptide essences 1,2 (P > 0.05).
5.4. Facial imaging-wrinkle area ratio analysis
The photographs of the face before and after 2 and 4 weeks of use were analyzed by an IPP image analysis system, and the percentage of wrinkled face was taken as an index:
TABLE 8 summary of results using sample ratio of front and back wrinkle face
