The invention discloses a dendrobium officinale extract repair cream and a preparation method thereof, wherein the repair cream comprises a component A, a component B, a component C and a component D, and the component D comprises 1-10 parts of dendrobium officinale extract, 0.1-1 part of wula sedge extract, 0.5-3 parts of centella asiatica extract, 0.01-1 part of carnosine, 0.01-0.5 part of preservative and 0.01-0.1 part of essence by mass. The dendrobium officinale extract repair cream disclosed by the invention takes dendrobium officinale as a core functional component, and through compounding and reasonably matching various functional components of the dendrobium officinale extract, the carex pennywort herb extract and the centella asiatica extract, the self-repair activity of skin can be effectively awakened, the skin darkness is improved, and the effects of moisturizing and removing the yellow are achieved.

CN108904429A discloses an anti-aging dendrobium officinale mask, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.15-0.6 part of grape seed essential oil, 10-20 parts of dendrobium officinale extract, 5-17 parts of towel gourd water, 0.6-1 part of medlar, 0.6-1.2 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 10-15 parts of olive oil, 0.5-1 part of cypress essential oil, 0.8-1.2 parts of red pomegranate seed essential oil, 6-10 parts of milk, 0.5-2 parts of vitamin, 80-100 parts of distilled water, 0.4-2 parts of ginseng, 0.5-1 part of astragalus membranaceus and 0.5-1 part of angelica sinensis. The invention adopts the extracting solution of fresh stems and leaves of the dendrobium officinale to be mixed with the other components, and has the effects of deeply nourishing skin, removing fine wrinkles, delaying senility and the like.
CN107898699A discloses a skin essence containing dendrobium officinale extract and a preparation method thereof, wherein the skin essence comprises dendrobium officinale extract, tremella extract, carnosine, acetyl hexapeptide 8 liquid, alpine plant extract, vitamin and derivatives thereof, allantoin, dextran, sodium hyaluronate, a moisture absorbent, an emulsifier, a nano microemulsion, an appearance modifier, a thickening agent, arginine, EDTA 2Na, an inhibitory stimulation factor, a preservative, essence and deionized water. The skin bottom essence provided by the invention is rich in dendrobium officinale extract, tremella extract, gentian extract, carnosine, acetyl hexapeptide 8, alpine plant extract and nano-microemulsion, can promote functional components to be absorbed and permeate into the deep layer of skin, can activate skin cells, remove active oxygen free radicals, promote skin metabolism, improve microcirculation, promote skin protein synthesis, replenish water, preserve moisture, maintain elasticity, tighten and brighten, fade fine wrinkles and delay natural skin aging.
Dendrobium officinale (Dendrobium candidum et Migo) is a perennial herb of the genus Dendrobium of the family Orchidaceae. In China, the dendrobium officinale is not only a traditional rare Chinese medicinal material, but also a Chinese key protection Chinese medicinal material. The dendrobium officinale can effectively keep the water in the body, enhance the metabolism of the skin, delay the skin aging, nourish yin and tonify qi. Because of its anti-aging, anti-oxidant, moisturizing and metabolism enhancing properties, dendrobium officinale extract and its active ingredients are increasingly used in cosmetic skin care products. For example, in recent years, dendrobium cosmetics which are circulated in the market are deeply loved by the majority of beauty people, and have wide development prospect and application value. and B component: 0.1-0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.05-2 parts of tocopherol acetate, 0.1-0.5 part of phytosterol isostearate, 1-5 parts of neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, 0.5-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-5 parts of shea butter, 1-10 parts of emulsifier and 0.1-0.5 part of preservative;
and C, component C: 1-5 parts of cyclohexasiloxane, 0.1-1 part of polymethylsilsesquioxane and 0.1-1 part of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsilsesquioxane cross-linked polymer;
and (D) component: 1-10 parts of dendrobium officinale extract, 0.1-1 part of wula sedge extract, 0.5-3 parts of centella asiatica extract, 0.01-1 part of carnosine, 0.01-0.5 part of preservative and 0.01-0.1 part of essence.

s1, mixing the component B, stirring and heating to 70-80 ℃, adding the component C, and uniformly stirring to obtain an oil phase material;
s2, mixing the component A, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃ to completely dissolve the component A, and continuously stirring and cooling to 65-75 ℃ to obtain a water-phase material;
s3, adding the oil phase obtained in the step S1 into the water phase material obtained in the step S2, homogenizing for 3-5min, keeping the temperature and stirring for 5-15 min, adding the component D when the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃, stirring for 1-3 min, and discharging when the temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃.
The invention also provides application of the repair cream in preparing anti-aging cosmetics.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the repairing cream containing the dendrobium officinale extract, disclosed by the invention, the dendrobium officinale extract, the wula sedge extract and the centella asiatica extract are compounded and various functional components are reasonably matched, so that the repairing activity of the skin can be effectively aroused, the skin darkness is improved, and the effects of moisturizing and yellow dispelling are achieved.
Meanwhile, when the mass ratio of the dendrobium officinale extract to the Meyer sedge extract to the centella extract is 5: 0.3: 1, the three plant extracts play a role in synergy, and the effects of moisturizing and removing yellow are better.
(2) The preparation method is simple, does not need special equipment, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.

s1, mixing the component B, stirring and heating to 75 ℃, adding the component C, and uniformly stirring to obtain an oil phase material;
s2, mixing the component A, stirring and heating to 80 ℃ to completely dissolve the component A, and continuously stirring and cooling to 70 ℃ to obtain a water-phase material;
s3, adding the oil phase obtained in the step S1 into the water phase material obtained in the step S2, homogenizing for 4min, keeping the temperature and stirring for 10 min, adding the component D when stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, stirring for 2 min, and discharging when the temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃.
Comparative example 1
The difference between the comparative example and the example 1 is that the dendrobium officinale extract is 5 parts, the Meyer sedge extract is 2 parts, and the centella asiatica extract is 4 parts, and the cyclodextrin is not added in the preparation method process of the Meyer sedge extract.

Clinical efficacy testing
1. Requirements of volunteers
180 healthy volunteers were selected. Inclusion criteria were: firstly, female ages 35-55 years; dry face, dark skin; secondly, the coordination degree is better, the communication ability is better, and the product is used and the follow-up visit is completed according to the requirement. Exclusion criteria: women in gestation or lactation; ② other facial clinical studies or dermatologist treatments are participated in the current or near 3 months; ③ the patients with sunburn, facial damage or skin diseases affecting the observation of facial state in about 1 month; fourthly, using hormone medicine on the face, receiving medical treatment and beauty treatment, etc. The test time is 9 months to 10 months in 2020 and lasts for 4 weeks.
2. Test method
The repair creams prepared in the examples and the comparative examples were applied to volunteers after cleansing the face in the morning and evening each day for 4 weeks using their own front and back controls. The follow-up was 1 each at 0 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks before use. The test subject sits still in the test environment for 20min at the same time in the day after cleaning the test area at each follow-up visit, and the tester uses the test instrument to measure the numerical value of the test area. The test is carried out in a constant temperature and humidity environment, the temperature is 21 ℃, the soil temperature is 1 ℃, and the humidity is 50% +/-5%.
3. Evaluation index
Skin stratum corneum moisture content measurement (MMV value): MMV values were measured 10 times using a skin moisture content tester (Cormeter CM825, CK, germany) with one cheek at random and averaged. The MMV value characterizes skin moisture, the greater the MMV value, the higher the stratum corneum moisture content.
Skin yellowness (b ×): the skin color tester measures b values, which represent the range from yellow to blue, the lower the b value, the lower the skin yellowness.

In conclusion, the repairing cream containing the dendrobium officinale extract can effectively awaken the self-repairing activity of skin, improve the skin darkness and achieve the effects of moisturizing and removing the yellow through the compounding of the dendrobium officinale extract, the wula sedge extract and the centella asiatica extract and the reasonable matching of various functional components. Meanwhile, when the mass ratio of the dendrobium officinale extract to the Meyer sedge extract to the centella extract is 5: 0.3: 1, the three plant extracts play a role in synergy, and the effects of moisturizing and removing yellow are better.

the component A comprises: 0.05-0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.01-0.1 part of EDTA disodium, 0.01-0.5 part of hydrogenated lecithin, 5-20 parts of polyol, 0.1-0.5 part of preservative, 1-5 parts of panthenol and 40-70 parts of deionized water;
and B component: 0.1-0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.05-2 parts of tocopherol acetate, 0.1-0.5 part of phytosterol isostearate, 1-5 parts of neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, 0.5-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-5 parts of shea butter, 1-10 parts of emulsifier and 0.1-0.5 part of preservative;
and C, component C: 1-5 parts of cyclohexasiloxane, 0.1-1 part of polymethylsilsesquioxane and 0.1-1 part of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsilsesquioxane cross-linked polymer;
and (D) component: 1-10 parts of dendrobium officinale extract, 0.1-1 part of wula sedge extract, 0.5-3 parts of centella asiatica extract, 0.01-1 part of carnosine, 0.01-0.5 part of preservative and 0.01-0.1 part of essence.
2. The repair cream of claim 1, wherein the thickener is at least one of carbomer, hydroxyethylcellulose, xanthan gum, and sclerotium rolfsii gum.
3. The repair cream of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is at least one of cetearyl alcohol, sodium stearoyl glutamate, cetearyl olivate, glyceryl stearate, sorbitan olivate, PEG-40 stearate, ceteareth-20.
4. The repair cream of claim 1, wherein the preservative is at least one of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerin, methylparaben, or ethylparaben.
5. The repair cream of claim 1, wherein the polyol is at least one of glycerin, 1, 3-butylene glycol, and sorbitol.
6. The repair cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the dendrobium officinale extract to the Meyer sedge extract to the centella asiatica extract is 5: 0.3: 1.
7. the repair cream as claimed in claim 6, wherein the Meyer sedge extract is prepared by the following steps: according to the feed liquid mass ratio of 1: 10-20, mixing dried carex meyeriana with deionized water, soaking for 1-2h, adding cyclodextrin, extracting at 100 ℃ for 2-4h, filtering to obtain a filtrate, and vacuum concentrating the filtrate to 1/3-1/2 of the volume of the filtrate to obtain the carex meyeriana extract.
8. The cream as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cyclodextrin is added in an amount of 0.2-0.5% by mass of the carex meyeriana.
9. The method of preparing a repair cream according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing the component B, stirring and heating to 70-80 ℃, adding the component C, and uniformly stirring to obtain an oil phase material;
s2, mixing the component A, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃ to completely dissolve the component A, and continuously stirring and cooling to 65-75 ℃ to obtain a water-phase material;
s3, adding the oil phase obtained in the step S1 into the water phase material obtained in the step S2, homogenizing for 3-5min, keeping the temperature and stirring for 5-15 min, adding the component D when the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃, stirring for 1-3 min, and discharging when the temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃.
10. Use of the repair cream according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for the preparation of an anti-aging cosmetic.
