鱼精核蛋白,即鱼精巢中含有的D N A和鱼精蛋白,广泛的存在于鱼类体内。我们选用太平洋鲑鱼和鲱鱼的精巢,经提取纯化,高质量的制作出优质的鱼精核蛋白。其中富含DNA,鱼精核蛋白,生物锌,酶类,21种矿物元素等营养因子。
具有强化肝功能,刺激垂体释放促性腺激素的作用,可使血浆睾丸酮水平,精子数量增加,刺激下丘脑垂体释放促性腺激素。可治疗男性不育症,也是抗衰老,促进婴幼儿青少年发育的优质营养原料源。
对人体细胞再生,改善皮肤弹性,去除褐斑,使人的皮肤美白靓丽有明显的作用。
发明内容
本发明旨在制成男女家庭装鱼精核蛋白饮品,是一种颗粒状饮品。按重量分计,包括以下组份:
男士型:鱼精核蛋白15—25%;维生素C10—20%;维生素E 5—15%;人参酶解喷雾干燥粉(10:1)3—6%;枸杞子酶解膏(30—40%波美度)3—10%;肉苁蓉酶解喷雾干燥粉(10:1)5—15%;低聚木糖25—45%。低聚木糖是分子量是300—2000。

3)制粒:把混合好的湿粉放入旋转制粒机分别制成0.6-0.7毫米的颗粒;
4)干燥,将制好的颗粒送进烘干器中,控温至50度—65度,当烘干器中空气湿度达到15%度—20%度时,升温至80度,持续时间20—30分钟完成灭菌;当颗粒水分含量在5—8%的干湿度,即可取出自然凉至室温即鱼精核蛋白饮料;
5)包装,干燥好的颗粒用铝箔袋密封包装,送进包装车间,装入微瓶或铝箔袋中,装箱入库。
包装车间,要进行无菌管控,湿度控制在50%以下。

本发明的低聚木糖分子量在300—2000,低聚木糖是具有功能性的食品添剂,具有微降血压,有益生菌样改善肠道环境的益处,因为本品不适合加菌类原料,鱼精核蛋白中的鱼精蛋白,具有良好的广谱抗菌性质,如加入菌类,容易被其抑制和杀灭。加入低聚木糖,可有效改善肠道环境,使双歧杆菌种群明显增加,低聚木糖溶水性好,并兼具载体和甜味剂的作用。

男士型的配方为:鱼精核蛋白20%;维生素C10%;维生素E15%;人参酶解喷雾干燥粉(10:1)5%;枸杞子酶解膏(30%波美度)5%;肉苁蓉酶解喷雾干燥粉(10:1)5%;低聚木糖40%。
低聚木糖是分子量是1000。

其中有5人,以前没有晨勃,服后有4人晨勃明显,1人不明显。占比 80%。其它平常有晨勃的,时间都有不同程度的延长,阴径硬度增加。
而感觉睾丸膨胀,整体阴囊体积增加,整体生殖系统感觉舒服的,占比85%以上。其中一人自试,服用前精液稀释发黄,服用后浓度增加,颜色乳白,味道清新,取得令人满意的效果。
实施例2
女士型的配方为:鱼精核蛋白20%,维生素C 25%,维生素E10%,枸杞子酶解喷雾干燥粉(10:1,江阴天江药业)5%;人参酶解喷雾干燥粉 (10:1,江阴天江药业)5%,低聚木糖35%。
(中药成分的10:1,是药液喷雾干燥时要加入载体,即载体糊精与干燥后的药粉比例,上文已有交代)
制备过程为:1,粉碎,把所需原料分别放入万能粉碎机(日宏l—300 型)粉碎成100目细粉待用。
2,配料,将各种原料安上述配方中的重量比例进行匹配
3,混合,将配好的原料放入混合机(日宏l—200型)中,加入3— 10的纤维素粘合剂,混合10分钟。
4,制粒,把混合好的全配方湿粉放入旋转制粒机(日宏l_800型) 分别制成0.6毫米靓丽的颗粒。
5,干燥,将制好的颗粒送进烘干器中,控温至50度—65度,当烘干器中空气湿度达到15%度—20%度时,升温至80度,持续时间20—30 分钟完成灭菌。当颗粒水分含量在5—8%的干湿度,即可取出自然凉至室温等待包装。
6,包装,干燥好的颗粒用铝箔袋密封包装,送进包装车间,装入微瓶或铝箔袋中,装箱入库。包装车间,要进行无菌管控,湿度控制在50%以下。
女士为15人次一组,每日一次,分别将颗粒冲水使用后:
女士因为皮肤代谢需要15天以上,没能实验,通过日本的资料,日本女士对鱼精核蛋白改善皮肤十分崇拜,已到疯狂的热度。并且很多科研资料表明,鱼精核蛋白对延缓衰老,促使细胞再生,而使皮肤细腻美白,效果十分明显,此款产品的投放市场,必定赢得消费者的喜爱。
其中本发明发明人用男女配方换着使用,相同的随机人群,使用天数一样,但是最后的效果不明显,所以针对于配方不能调换使用,只能针对人群使用。
Claims (5)
1.一种鱼精核蛋白饮品,其特征在于:按重量分计,包括以下组份:
男士型:鱼精核蛋白15—25%;维生素C 10—20%;维生素E 5—15%;人参酶解喷雾干燥粉(10:1)3—6%;枸杞子酶解膏(30—40%波美度)3—10%;肉苁蓉酶解喷雾干燥粉(10:1)5—15%;低聚木糖25—45%。
2.按照权利要求1所述的鱼精核蛋白饮料,其特征在于:
低聚木糖是分子量是300—2000。
3.一种鱼精核蛋白饮品,其特征在于:
针对于女士型,鱼精核蛋白10—30%;维生素C 20—30%;维生素E 5—15%;人参酶解喷雾干燥粉(10:1)1—5%;枸杞子酶解喷雾干燥粉(10:1)1—5%;低聚木糖25—35%。
4.一种鱼精核蛋白饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:
1)所述的鱼精核蛋白制备方法为:在鱼精巢(鱼白)中添加3-4倍重量份为浓度为0.3mol/L的柠檬酸钠洗涤,用浓度为1.5-2mol/L(优选1.5mol/L)氯化钠提取1小时,用鱼精巢重量10倍量质量浓度为95%乙醇在零下25摄氏度下沉淀,提纯,将沉淀物挤干,真空干燥后粉碎即得鱼精核蛋白;
2)混合:将步骤1)得到鱼精核蛋白与维生素C,维生素E,人参酶解喷雾干燥粉,枸杞子酶解喷雾干燥粉,肉苁蓉酶解喷雾干燥粉,低聚木糖放入混合机,加入3—10的纤维素粘合剂,混合10分钟;
3)制粒:把混合好的湿粉放入旋转制粒机分别制成0.6-0.7毫米的颗粒;
4)干燥,将制好的颗粒送进烘干器中,控温至50度—65度,当烘干器中空气湿度达到15%度—20%度时,升温至80度,持续时间20—30分钟完成灭菌;当颗粒水分含量在5—8%的干湿度,即可取出自然凉至室温即鱼精核蛋白饮料;
5)包装,干燥好的颗粒用铝箔袋密封包装,送进包装车间,装入微瓶或铝箔袋中,装箱入库。
5.按照权利要求4所述的鱼精核蛋白饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:包装车间,要进行无菌管控,湿度控制在50%以下。
