背景技术
免烫衬衫由于其洗涤后不用熨烫或稍加整烫就会恢复平整而深受广大职场人士的欢迎,专利CN10957704A提供了一种含麻或再生纤维素纤维的免烫衬衫的加工方法,但是利用这种加工方法得到的免烫衬衫在阴雨天气容易发霉。
这种免烫衬衫容易发霉的原因如下,因为衬衫在穿着的过程中必然会有霉菌附着到衬衫表面,而一旦到了阴雨天气(或其他潮湿季节)这些霉菌就会大量繁殖,虽然日常晾晒能够杀灭一部分霉菌,但是依然会有大量霉菌存活在衬衫的表面。熨烫衣服是利用高温热烫的方式平整衣服,在高温熨烫的过程中可以杀灭衣服表面的霉菌,且由于高温熨烫的杀菌强度远大于阳光照射的杀菌强度,而免烫衬衫又不会被高温熨烫(也无法进行高温熨烫,因为高温熨烫会使面料缩水),所以免烫衬衫相对于常见的衬衫更容易发霉。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提出了一种免烫衬衫的制造方法。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种免烫衬衫的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,将100份去离子水,3份丙烯酸,3份聚氨酯树脂,2份异丙醇、1份柠檬酸纳,0.1份二氧化硅纳米颗粒,0.05份纳米银颗粒混合均匀制备成浸泡浆;
上述浸泡桨是一种抗菌疏水剂。
S2,将纱线放置在浸泡浆中超声波处理5~10min,超声波处理过程中维持浸泡浆的温度为45℃~50℃;
此步骤作用如下,超声波处理的作用是将浸泡浆中各组分与纱线充分结合再一起,经超声波处理后,纱线上会粘接有纳米银颗粒以及二氧化硅纳米颗粒,这二者使得纱线具有了抗霉菌的功能;原因如下,第一纳米银颗粒具有抗菌作用,能够对霉菌的生长繁殖起到抑制作用;第二纳米二氧化硅颗粒具有良好的疏水性,空气潮湿时,由于二氧化硅纳米颗粒的存在,空气中的水汽不易附着到纱线上,由于霉菌生长繁殖的必要条件之一是水,所以二氧化硅纳米颗粒的存在可以抑制霉菌在纱线上生长;
S3,将经过浸泡浆处理的纱线烘干用水淋洗并晾干;
S4,将晾干后的纱线浸泡在聚乙烯蜡乳液中进行过软处理;
聚乙烯蜡乳液的作用是对纱线起到软化柔顺的作用;
S5,将将过软处理后的纱线烘干并依次经过络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、备布、烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型及预缩,预缩处理完成后裁剪制成衣服;
S6,将100~160份的Fixapret F-AP,10~30份Advansoft920,30~60份的Hi-soft40,12~18份氯化镁,2份JFC渗透剂,1~2份硫酸镁,3000~4000份水混合在一起制备成pH值为3.8~4.2的喷涂液,将喷涂液喷洒在衣服上。
Fixapret F-AP,Advansoft920以及Hi-soft40在文献CN10957704A中有详细描述,故本案中对三种物质不做进一步详细的描述。喷涂液实质上一种免烫树脂整理液,相对于专利CN10957704A中所述的免烫树脂整理液,本方案中增加了硫酸镁,相当于增加了硫酸根离子,增加硫酸根离子的作用是除去水中的钙离子,由于不含免烫树脂整理液不含钙离子,所以喷洒后衣服表面更加柔顺亮丽。
本方案通过在纱线的表面上附着二氧化硅纳米颗粒以及纳米银颗粒的方式,增加了霉菌在面料表面的繁殖难度,衣服不易发霉。
可选的,所述定型为将面料放置在亲水性的柔软剂浸轧处理,所述亲水性的柔软剂包括5~20份Invatex AC,10~40份SEBOSAN HIS以及200份去离子水。

S4:将晾干后的纱线浸泡在聚乙烯蜡乳液中进行过软处理,处理温度为40℃,处理时间为15min,浓度为2~4g/L,浴比为1:7;
S5:将将过软处理后的纱线烘干并依次经过络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、备布、烧毛及退浆处理;
S6:对布进行液氨丝光处理,液氨丝光处理的车速为20~50米/分;
S7:将面料放置在亲水性的柔软剂浸轧处理,所述亲水性的柔软剂包括5~20份Invatex AC,10~40份SEBOSAN HIS以及200份去离子水;
S8:对布进行预缩处理,预缩处理完成后裁剪制成衣服;
S9:用pH值为6~7,硬度小于30ppm的弱酸性软水洗涤衣服10~30min,洗涤完成后烘干;
S10:将130份的Fixapret F-AP,20份Advansoft920,45份的Hi-soft40,15份氯化镁,2份JFC渗透剂,1.5份硫酸镁,3500份水混合在一起制备成pH值为4的喷涂液,将喷涂液喷洒在衣服上;
S11:对衣服进行预烘处理,所述预烘温度为55℃,预烘时间为13min;
S12:对衣服进行压烫处理,所述压汤处理的温度为100℃,时间为2min;
S13:对衣服进行烘培处理,所述烘培处理的温度为90℃,时间为25min;
S14:对衣服进行回潮处理,回潮的环境温度为18~22℃,时间为25~40min,环境湿度为60~70%;
S15:对衣服依次进行水洗、烘干、铐纽、整烫及包装处理。
以上述试验制得衬衫为试验组,以专利CN109577004A制得的衬衫为对照组,试验组与对照组的厚度都一样,将试验组衬衫以及对照组衬衫进行霉菌繁殖试验,试验组与对照组在试验前均未被穿着过,且在试验前均已经经过阳光暴晒10小时。
试验方法:在衣服表面喷洒雾状的汗液3ml,喷洒完成后,将试验组以及对照组都放在温度为25℃,湿度为95%的条件下,观察衣服表面长出霉斑的时间,观察发现对照组在15小时后即出现酶斑,而试验组在38小时后开始出现霉斑。结合上述试验结果可知,采用本方法制得的免烫衬衫,更不容易发霉。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此即限制本发明的专利保护范围,凡是运用本发明说明书内容所作的等效变换,直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种基于压烫处理的免烫衬衫的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将100份去离子水,3份丙烯酸,3份聚氨酯树脂,2份异丙醇、1份柠檬酸纳,0.1份二氧化硅纳米颗粒,0.05份纳米银颗粒混合均匀制备成浸泡浆;
将纱线放置在浸泡浆中超声波处理5~10min,超声波处理过程中维持浸泡浆的温度为45℃~50℃;
将晾干后的纱线浸泡在聚乙烯蜡乳液中进行过软处理;
将将过软处理后的纱线烘干并依次经过络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、备布、烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型及预缩,预缩处理完成后裁剪制成衣服;
将100~160份的Fixapret F-AP,10~30份Advansoft920,30~60份的Hi-soft40,12~18份氯化镁,2份JFC渗透剂,1~2份硫酸镁,3000~4000份水混合在一起制备成pH值为3.8~4.2的喷涂液,将喷涂液喷洒在衣服上;
所述定型为将面料放置在亲水性的柔软剂浸轧处理,所述亲水性的柔软剂包括5~20份Invatex AC,10~40份SEBOSAN HIS以及200份去离子水;
所述丝光采用液氨丝光,液氨丝光处理的车速为20~50米/分;
所述衣服在喷洒喷涂液之前,先将衣服用pH值为6~7,硬度小于30ppm的弱酸性软水洗涤10~30min;
将喷洒喷涂液后的衣服烘干,然后将烘干后的衣服置于清水池中,再向清水池中放入细沙,然后向清水池的池底处鼓气;
所述衣服在在喷洒喷涂液后的衣服进行回潮处理,所述回潮的环境温度为18~22℃,时间为25~40min,环境湿度为60~70%;
还包括压烫处理,所述压汤处理的温度为100~110℃,时间为2~3min;
还包括预烘处理,所述预烘温度为50~70℃,预烘时间为10~20min。
2.如权利要求1所述基于压烫处理的的免烫衬衫的制造方法,其特征在于,所述纱线在进入浸泡浆之前先用0.01mol/L碳酸氢钠溶液淋洗,再用0.01mol/L的盐酸溶液淋洗,最后再用水淋洗。
3.如权利要求1所述基于压烫处理的的免烫衬衫的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括烘培处理,所述烘培处理的温度为80~100℃,时间为20~30min。
