2、本发明使用的改性PU涂层由合理比例的PU树脂、玻璃纤维粉、二氧化硅、白炭黑、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺、高级醇、壳寡糖、纳米银、水和二甲基甲酰胺混合而成,配方合理,通过玻璃纤维粉、二氧化硅和白炭黑的预混合以及壳寡糖和水的预混合,来简化操作作用,时各原料的混合效果达到最优,且缩短各原料的混合时间,加快改性PU涂料的制备效率;
3、本发明还提出了一种操作简单的制作游艇用沙发套PU革面料的方法,且制作后的PU革面料的基布和PU革涂层的结合力强,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料,包括基布和改性PU涂层复合而成,所述基布为纺织布,所述改性PU涂层由改性PU涂料涂覆而成,所述改性PU涂料包括以下重量份的原料:PU树脂100份,玻璃纤维粉6份,二氧化硅3份,白炭黑3份,乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.1份,高级醇0.1份,壳寡糖1.5份,纳米银3份,水3份,二甲基甲酰胺15份;
其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备改性PU涂料的原料:按照PU树脂100份,玻璃纤维粉6份,二氧化硅3份,白炭黑3份,乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.1份,高级醇0.1份,壳寡糖1.5份,纳米银3份,水3份,二甲基甲酰胺15份称取各原料,备用;
S2、改性PU涂料的制备:将步骤S1称取的玻璃纤维粉、二氧化硅和白炭黑置于粉末混合机中,进行混合,即得混合固体,备用;将步骤S1称取的壳寡糖和水进行混合,待混合均匀即得混合物A;将步骤S1称取的PU树脂、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺和高级醇加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,加热混合均匀,再依次将混合物A、混合固体和步骤S1称取的纳米银加入,继续混合至固体分散均匀,即得改性PU涂料;
S3、改性PU涂层的复合:取基布,并在基布上进行第一次涂覆步骤S2制备的改性PU涂料,转移至烘箱中于100℃进行半烘干,取出后趁热在第一次涂覆的改性PU涂料层表面进行第二次涂覆步骤S2制备的改性PU涂料,再转移至烘箱中于100℃进行全烘干,然后自然冷却至室温即得游艇用沙发套PU革面料。
本发明中,高级醇中碳原子数为6个,改性PU涂层的厚度为1.5mm。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料,包括基布和改性PU涂层复合而成,所述基布为无纺布,所述改性PU涂层由改性PU涂料涂覆而成,所述改性PU涂料包括以下重量份的原料:PU树脂100份,玻璃纤维粉4份,二氧化硅1份,白炭黑1份,乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.2份,高级醇0.2份,壳寡糖0.5份,纳米银1份,水1份,二甲基甲酰胺25份;
其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备改性PU涂料的原料:按照PU树脂100份,玻璃纤维粉4份,二氧化硅1份,白炭黑1份,乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.2份,高级醇0.2份,壳寡糖0.5份,纳米银1份,水1份,二甲基甲酰胺25份称取各原料,备用;
S2、改性PU涂料的制备:将步骤S1称取的玻璃纤维粉、二氧化硅和白炭黑置于粉末混合机中,进行混合,即得混合固体,备用;将步骤S1称取的壳寡糖和水进行混合,待混合均匀即得混合物A;将步骤S1称取的PU树脂、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺和高级醇加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,加热混合均匀,再依次将混合物A、混合固体和步骤S1称取的纳米银加入,继续混合至固体分散均匀,即得改性PU涂料;
S3、改性PU涂层的复合:取基布,并在基布上进行第一次涂覆步骤S2制备的改性PU涂料,转移至烘箱中于90℃进行半烘干,取出后趁热在第一次涂覆的改性PU涂料层表面进行第二次涂覆步骤S2制备的改性PU涂料,再转移至烘箱中于90℃进行全烘干,然后自然冷却至室温即得游艇用沙发套PU革面料。
本发明中,高级醇中碳原子数为10个,改性PU涂层的厚度为1mm。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料,包括基布和改性PU涂层复合而成,所述基布为纺织布,所述改性PU涂层由改性PU涂料涂覆而成,所述改性PU涂料包括以下重量份的原料:PU树脂100份,玻璃纤维粉6份,二氧化硅2份,白炭黑2份,乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.15份,高级醇0.15份,壳寡糖1份,纳米银2份,水2份,二甲基甲酰胺20份;
其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备改性PU涂料的原料:按照PU树脂100份,玻璃纤维粉6份,二氧化硅2份,白炭黑2份,乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.15份,高级醇0.15份,壳寡糖1份,纳米银2份,水2份,二甲基甲酰胺20份称取各原料,备用;
S2、改性PU涂料的制备:将步骤S1称取的玻璃纤维粉、二氧化硅和白炭黑置于粉末混合机中,进行混合,即得混合固体,备用;将步骤S1称取的壳寡糖和水进行混合,待混合均匀即得混合物A;将步骤S1称取的PU树脂、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺和高级醇加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,加热混合均匀,再依次将混合物A、混合固体和步骤S1称取的纳米银加入,继续混合至固体分散均匀,即得改性PU涂料;
S3、改性PU涂层的复合:取基布,并在基布上进行第一次涂覆步骤S2制备的改性PU涂料,转移至烘箱中于95℃进行半烘干,取出后趁热在第一次涂覆的改性PU涂料层表面进行第二次涂覆步骤S2制备的改性PU涂料,再转移至烘箱中于95℃进行全烘干,然后自然冷却至室温即得游艇用沙发套PU革面料。
本发明中,高级醇中碳原子数为8个,改性PU涂层的厚度为1.5mm。
对比例一
将实施例一中的玻璃纤维粉等比例替换成二氧化硅和白炭黑,其他条件同实施例一。
对比例二
将实施例一中步骤S3的过程更改为一次涂覆,其他条件同实施例一。
对实施例一、实施例二、实施例三、对比例一和对比例二制作的沙发套布料以及市售的游艇用沙发套PU革面料分别进行性能测试,并以市售的游艇用沙发套PU革面料的测试结果为标准衡量实施例和对比例各组面料的性能,结果如下:
表中,“+”表示相比于市售的游艇用沙发套PU革面料的测试结果相应参数提高的百分比数值。

1.一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料,其特征在于,包括基布和改性PU涂层复合而成,所述基布为纺织布或无纺布中的任意一种,所述改性PU涂层由改性PU涂料涂覆而成,所述改性PU涂料包括以下重量份的原料:PU树脂100份,玻璃纤维粉4~8份,二氧化硅1~3份,白炭黑1~3份,乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.1~0.2份,高级醇0.1~0.2份,壳寡糖0.5~1.5份,纳米银1~3份,水1~3份,二甲基甲酰胺15~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料,其特征在于,所述改性PU涂料包括以下重量份的原料:PU树脂100份,玻璃纤维粉6份,二氧化硅2份,白炭黑2份,乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.15份,高级醇0.15份,壳寡糖1份,纳米银2份,水2份,二甲基甲酰胺20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维粉、二氧化硅和白炭黑的质量比为2~4:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料,其特征在于,所述乙撑基双硬脂酰胺和高级醇的质量比为1:1,且高级醇中碳原子数为6~10个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料,其特征在于,所述改性PU涂层的厚度为1~1.5mm。
6.一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备改性PU涂料的原料:按照PU树脂100份,玻璃纤维粉4~8份,二氧化硅1~3份,白炭黑1~3份,乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.1~0.2份,高级醇0.1~0.2份,壳寡糖0.5~1.5份,纳米银1~3份,水1~3份,二甲基甲酰胺15~25份称取各原料,备用;
S2、改性PU涂料的制备:将步骤S1称取的玻璃纤维粉、二氧化硅和白炭黑置于粉末混合机中,进行混合,即得混合固体,备用;将步骤S1称取的壳寡糖和水进行混合,待混合均匀即得混合物A;将步骤S1称取的PU树脂、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺和高级醇加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,加热混合均匀,再依次将混合物A、混合固体和步骤S1称取的纳米银加入,继续混合至固体分散均匀,即得改性PU涂料;
S3、改性PU涂层的复合:取基布,并在基布上进行第一次涂覆步骤S2制备的改性PU涂料,转移至烘箱中进行半烘干,取出后趁热在第一次涂覆的改性PU涂料层表面进行第二次涂覆步骤S2制备的改性PU涂料,再转移至烘箱中进行全烘干,然后自然冷却至室温即得游艇用沙发套PU革面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种游艇用沙发套PU革面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述半烘干和全烘干的温度均为90~100℃。
