吸血昆虫不但通过刺叮骚扰人体,而且能够传播鼠疫、登革热、疟疾等多种疾病,如果人们穿戴普通面料的夏季服装,部分吸血昆虫能够叮透,如果着装过厚,衣物透气性差,由于气温高,人们将难以忍受,因此,防虫面料广泛应用于人们的日常生活之中。
目前,市场上的防虫面料在制备过程中的清理功能还具有一定的不足,面料的可加工性受到影响,导致防虫液无法均匀地浸泡至面料内部,进而面料的防虫效果较差,对后续人们的穿戴带来一定的不适。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防虫面料及其制备方法,解决了制备过程中的清理功能还具有一定的不足,面料的可加工性受到影响,导致防虫液无法均匀地浸泡至面料内部,进而面料的防虫效果较差,对后续人们的穿戴带来一定的不适的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种防虫面料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将上述面料利用蒸馏水清洗干净,低温50-60℃烘干,烘干过后,在面料中加入一定的漂白液,漂白过程中可进行多次翻滚搅拌,加快漂白反应的效率;漂白完后将上述面料放入清洗池中进行多次清洗,清洗完后将面料放入干燥箱内进行烘干,以去除杂质、改善面料的柔软度和可加工性;
S2、在S1清洗烘干完后,将面料放置在生物源防虫乳油液中浸泡,浸泡过程中可不定时地对生物源防虫乳油液进行搅动混合,使得面料的浸泡更加均匀;
S3、在S2浸泡处理完后,将上述面料放入甩干机中进行甩干,紧接着再进行悬挂,使用多台热风机对面料进行吹拂,使得面料充分干燥;
S4、在S3甩干干燥完后,使用清水对面料进行冲洗并进行多次冲洗;
S5、在S4操作结束后,重复操作S3;
S6、在S6甩干操作完后,将面料平铺在热压机上,通过施加热压力和温度,使面料在特定形状和结构下定型,改善面料的外观形状。

S1中,面料包括里层、面层和设置在里层与面层之间的垫纱层,所述里层为天然纤维,所述面层为合成纤维复丝,所述垫纱层为聚丙烯纤维单丝,漂白时间为2—4h。
S2中,生物源防虫乳油液为拟除虫菊酯和醇醚溶剂按质量比为1∶10~1∶30混合而成。
S3中生物源防虫乳油液的浸泡时间为60—120min,浸泡温度为90-120℃。
S2中,面料与该生物源防虫乳油液的质量比为1∶10~1∶30。
S3中,面料的甩干和吹拂时间分别为0.5—1h和1.5h—2.5h。
S6中,面料的热压温度为210-270℃。

Claims (7)
1.一种防虫面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、将上述面料利用蒸馏水清洗干净,低温50-60℃烘干,烘干过后,在面料中加入一定的漂白液,漂白过程中可进行多次翻滚搅拌,加快漂白反应的效率;漂白完后将上述面料放入清洗池中进行多次清洗,清洗完后将面料放入干燥箱内进行烘干,以去除杂质、改善面料的柔软度和可加工性;
S2、在S1清洗烘干完后,将面料放置在生物源防虫乳油液中浸泡,浸泡过程中可不定时地对生物源防虫乳油液进行搅动混合,使得面料的浸泡更加均匀;
S3、在S2浸泡处理完后,将上述面料放入甩干机中进行甩干,紧接着再进行悬挂,使用多台热风机对面料进行吹拂,使得面料充分干燥;
S4、在S3甩干干燥完后,使用清水对面料进行冲洗并进行多次冲洗;
S5、在S4操作结束后,重复操作S3;
S6、在S6甩干操作完后,将面料平铺在热压机上,通过施加热压力和温度,使面料在特定形状和结构下定型,改善面料的外观形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1中面料包括里层、面层和设置在里层与面层之间的垫纱层,所述里层为天然纤维,所述面层为合成纤维复丝,所述垫纱层为聚丙烯纤维单丝,漂白时间为1—3h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2中生物源防虫乳油液为拟除虫菊酯和醇醚溶剂按质量比为1∶5~1∶20混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2中生物源防虫乳油液的浸泡时间为30—120min,浸泡温度为60-100℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2中面料与该生物源防虫乳油液的质量比为1∶7~1∶20。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述S3中的甩干和吹拂时间分别为0.5—1h和1h—1.5h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述S6中的热压温度为150-200℃。
