本发明公开了一种湘绣用丝织面料的制备方法,方法包括:将纤维面料浸入酒精溶液中,浸泡;将浸泡后的纤维面料用水冲洗;将冲洗后的纤维面料放置在紫外灯下,照射;将纤维面料浸入表面活性剂中,浸泡后,冲洗干净;将整理剂溶液涂覆在纤维面料表面,静置;将溶剂对静置后的纤维面料进行冲洗,得到丝织面料。本丝织面料具有非常优异的拒油性,不容易沾有,且具有较好的防水性;此外,丝织面料具有较强的抗静电性,可以防止丝织面料绣品由于静电作用沾满灰尘以及细菌,提高绣品观赏性的同时延长了其寿命;处理后的丝织面料,还具有较好的抗菌以及透气性。

本发明涉及丝织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种湘绣用的丝织面料的制备方法。
背景技术
刺绣就是用针将丝线或其他纤维、纱线以一定图案和色彩在绣料上穿刺,以绣迹构成花纹的装饰织物,它是用针和线把人的设计和制作添加在任何存在的织物上的一种艺术。
湘绣与苏绣、蜀绣、粤绣齐名,为中国四大名绣之一。湘绣擅长以丝绒线绣花,绣品绒面的花型具有真实感,曾有"绣花能生香,绣鸟能听声,绣虎能奔跑,绣人能传神"的美誉。
湘绣采用的布料一般是采用丝织面料;刺绣作为艺术品,对其使用的丝织面料有着较高的要求;例如:拒油性。精美绣品都是通过绣娘经过一手一脚千辛万苦绣出来的,但是,在绣的过程中,绣娘的手上难免会带有油脂或者分泌油脂;但是采用现有的湘绣丝织面料绣出来的绣品一般都较脏,且不易洗干净,造成湘绣绣品观赏性大大降低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的一种湘绣用的丝织面料的制备方法,本方法制备的湘绣用的丝织面料具有非常优异的拒油性。
一种湘绣用丝织面料的制备方法,方法包括:
S1.将纤维面料浸入酒精溶液中,浸泡;
S2.将浸泡后的纤维面料用水冲洗;
S3.将冲洗后的纤维面料放置在紫外灯下,照射;
S4.将纤维面料浸入表面活性剂中,浸泡后,冲洗干净;
S5.将整理剂溶液涂覆在纤维面料表面,静置;
S6.将溶剂对静置后的纤维面料进行冲洗,得到丝织面料。
优选地,所述步骤S1具体为:将纤维面料浸入75-90%的酒精溶液中,浸泡8-12min。
优选地,所述步骤S2具体为:将浸泡后的纤维面料用水冲洗,冲洗3-6次,每次冲洗1-3min。
优选地,所述步骤S3具体为:将冲洗后的纤维面料放置在200-350nm的紫外灯下,照射3-6min。
优选地,所述步骤S4具体为:将纤维面料浸入表面活性剂中,浸泡10-20s后,冲洗干净;所述表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、月桂醇硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二乙醇酰胺硬脂酸甘油单酯以及烷基磺酸盐中的一种。
优选地,所述步骤S5具体为:将整理剂溶液均匀涂覆在纤维面料表面,在40-50℃环境下,静置50-80min。
优选地,所述步骤S6具体为:
将溶剂对静置后的纤维面料进行冲洗,冲洗5-8次,每次冲洗30-60;冲洗后放置在干燥箱中,在温度45-55℃下干燥10-20min,得到丝织面料;所述溶剂为水或者酒精。
优选地,所述水为去离子水。
优选地,所述整理剂的制备方法为:
将叔丁基过氧化物均分为三等份;
往反应器中加入丙酮,升温至50℃,将甲基丙烯酸十八酯、全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯以及八甲基环四硅氧烷加入至反应器中,以搅拌速度为110r/min,搅拌15min,并将温度升至80℃;
将一等份的叔丁基过氧化物加入反应器中,加入聚醚二醇,将搅拌速度调至180r/min,将温度调至65℃,保温反应50min;
将一等份的叔丁基过氧化物加入反应器中,加入1,6—己二醇,将搅拌速度调至50r/min,保温反应15min;
将一等份的叔丁基过氧化物加入反应器中,加入端羟烃基聚硅氧烷,将搅拌速度调至200r/min,保温反应5min;
将温度调至45℃,搅拌30min,得到整理剂。
优选地,所述整理剂与乙醇以质量比为1:2配成整理剂溶液。
本发明的有益效果在于:本方法制备的丝织面料用于湘绣绣品上,本丝织面料具有非常优异的拒油性,不容易沾有,且具有较好的防水性;此外,丝织面料具有较强的抗静电性,可以防止丝织面料绣品由于静电作用沾满灰尘以及细菌,提高绣品观赏性的同时延长了其寿命;处理后的丝织面料,还具有较好的抗菌以及透气性。

一种湘绣用丝织面料的制备方法,方法为:
S1.将纤维面料浸入75-90%的酒精溶液中,浸泡8-12min;纤维面料一般为棉纤维、蚕丝以及人造纤维等;通过将绣品原料纤维面料浸入在酒精中,可以将纤维面料中的杂质洗掉,同时还可以将一些细菌或者病毒杀死去除。
S2.将浸泡后的纤维面料用水冲洗,冲洗3-6次,每次冲洗1-3min;经过酒精浸泡后,为了将酒精、杂质以及杀死的细菌病毒尸体进行去除,用水进行清洗。
S3.将冲洗后的纤维面料放置在200-350nm的紫外灯下,照射3-6min;将冲洗后的纤维面料放置在紫外灯下,对纤维面料上的细菌病毒进一步去除,且保持纤维面料的干燥。

S5.将整理剂均匀涂覆在纤维面料表面,在40-50℃环境下,静置50-80min;为了使纤维面料处理均匀,所以一般将整理剂均匀涂覆在纤维面料表面。
S6.将溶剂对静置后的纤维面料进行冲洗,冲洗5-8次,每次冲洗30-60;冲洗后放置在干燥箱中,在温度45-55℃下干燥10-20min,得到丝织面料;其中,溶剂可以采用水或者酒精。整理剂对纤维面料表面处理后,纤维面料表面改性后,需要将多余不必要的杂质通过溶剂去除掉。经过处理后的纤维面料,具有拒油性,不容易沾有,且具有较好的防水性;此外,丝织面料具有较强的抗静电性,可以防止丝织面料绣品由于静电作用沾满灰尘以及细菌,提高绣品观赏性的同时延长了其寿命;处理后的丝织面料,还具有较好的抗菌以及透气性。
其中,步骤S5中的整理剂可以采用市售的整理剂,例如:三防整理剂,特氟龙整理剂;也可以为特制的整理剂,特制的整理剂的制备方法为:
将叔丁基过氧化物均分为三等份;
往反应器中加入丙酮,升温至50℃,将甲基丙烯酸十八酯、全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯以及八甲基环四硅氧烷加入至反应器中,以搅拌速度为110r/min,搅拌15min,并将温度升至80℃;
将一等份的叔丁基过氧化物加入反应器中,加入聚醚二醇,将搅拌速度调至180r/min,将温度调至65℃,保温反应50min;

S3.将冲洗后的纤维面料放置在200nm的紫外灯下,照射6min;
S4.将纤维面料浸入直链烷基苯磺酸钠中,浸泡10s后,冲洗干净;
S5.将整理剂均匀涂覆在纤维面料表面,在40℃环境下,静置80min;
S6.将酒精对静置后的纤维面料进行冲洗,冲洗8次,每次冲洗60s;冲洗后放置在干燥箱中,在温度45℃下干燥20min,得到丝织面料。
实施例2

S1.将纤维面料浸入75%的酒精溶液中,浸泡8min;

S6.将水对静置后的纤维面料进行冲洗,冲洗7次,每次冲洗35s;冲洗后放置在干燥箱中,在温度52℃下干燥15min,得到丝织面料。

一种湘绣用丝织面料的制备方法,方法为:
S1.将纤维面料浸入80%的酒精溶液中,浸泡10min;
S2.将浸泡后的纤维面料用水冲洗,冲洗4次,每次冲洗3min;
S3.将冲洗后的纤维面料放置在280nm的紫外灯下,照射4min;
S4.将纤维面料浸入壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中,浸泡16s后,冲洗干净;
S5.将整理剂均匀涂覆在纤维面料表面,在45℃环境下,静置68min;
S6.将酒精对静置后的纤维面料进行冲洗,冲洗6次,每次冲洗40s;冲洗后放置在干燥箱中,在温度50℃下干燥17min,得到丝织面料。
将实施例1至实施例5的丝织面料按照AATCC118标准进行拒油测试,并测试丝织面料的抗菌性(大肠杆菌以及黑曲霉)以及抗静电性;并与市面上的丝织面料在同一环境下进行对比。

由上表可知,将本实施例的丝织面料与市售的丝织面料进行对比比较,在拒油、抗静电性以及抗菌性方面都有较大幅度的提高;且经本整理剂处理的丝织面料,还具有较优异的透气性能。

Claims (10)

1.一种湘绣用丝织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,方法包括:
S1.将纤维面料浸入酒精溶液中,浸泡;
S2.将浸泡后的纤维面料用水冲洗;
S3.将冲洗后的纤维面料放置在紫外灯下,照射;
S4.将纤维面料浸入表面活性剂中,浸泡后,冲洗干净;
S5.将整理剂溶液涂覆在纤维面料表面,静置;
S6.将溶剂对静置后的纤维面料进行冲洗,得到丝织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体为:
将纤维面料浸入75-90%的酒精溶液中,浸泡8-12min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体为:
将浸泡后的纤维面料用水冲洗,冲洗3-6次,每次冲洗1-3min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体为:
将冲洗后的纤维面料放置在200-350nm的紫外灯下,照射3-6min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4具体为:
将纤维面料浸入表面活性剂中,浸泡10-20s后,冲洗干净;所述表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、月桂醇硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二乙醇酰胺硬脂酸甘油单酯以及烷基磺酸盐中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5具体为:
将整理剂溶液均匀涂覆在纤维面料表面,在40-50℃环境下,静置50-80min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S6具体为:
将溶剂对静置后的纤维面料进行冲洗,冲洗5-8次,每次冲洗30-60;冲洗后放置在干燥箱中,在温度45-55℃下干燥10-20min,得到丝织面料;
所述溶剂为水或者酒精。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
9.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述整理剂的制备方法为:
将叔丁基过氧化物均分为三等份;
往反应器中加入丙酮,升温至50℃,将甲基丙烯酸十八酯、全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯以及八甲基环四硅氧烷加入至反应器中,以搅拌速度为110r/min,搅拌15min,并将温度升至80℃;
将一等份的叔丁基过氧化物加入反应器中,加入聚醚二醇,将搅拌速度调至180r/min,将温度调至65℃,保温反应50min;
将一等份的叔丁基过氧化物加入反应器中,加入1,6—己二醇,将搅拌速度调至50r/min,保温反应15min;
将一等份的叔丁基过氧化物加入反应器中,加入端羟烃基聚硅氧烷,将搅拌速度调至200r/min,保温反应5min;
将温度调至45℃,搅拌30min,得到整理剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述整理剂与乙醇以质量比为1:2配成整理剂溶液。
