Abstract
本发明公开了一种拒水拒油的防沾污丝绸面料的制备方法,该方法为:将剪裁好的丝绸面料用乙醇清洗后,晾干,再将晾干后的丝绸面料浸泡于含氟整理剂溶液中5~6分钟,取出后在80~90%的带液率下轧制,然后平铺于60℃±2℃烘箱中预烘1‑3分钟,随后在130℃±2℃下烘焙1‑2分钟,随后取出即可。本发明制备拒水拒油的防沾污丝绸面料,工艺简单快捷、廉价高效,所得的丝绸面料,保持了原来透气性和舒适性的良好优点,具有拒水拒油的功效,其油接触角可达97°,其水接触角可达140°。本发明提供了一种拒水拒油的防沾污丝绸面料,具备拒水拒油的功能,且防沾污时效长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及一种拒水拒油的防沾污丝绸面料的制备方法。
背景技术
丝绸面料作为一种珍贵古老、稀有、高贵的纺织面料,其纤维是由各种氨基酸通过缩合反应组成,在水、油等不利条件下,会使真丝纤维受损,表现为暗黄,易断裂,毛糙,影响了丝绸面料的使用,所以丝绸在日常使用后需要专用的洗涤剂,在合适的温度下洗涤。然而丝绸在日常使用后经常得不到合适的护理而使织物受损,这些问题一直困扰着丝绸面料的发展,并且限制了丝绸面料的使用。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种拒水拒油的防沾污丝绸面料的制备方法,采用含氟整理剂溶液,经过浸泡、轧制、烘焙等工艺流程,在不影响织物颜色、触感的条件下,保持了原本透气性和舒适性的良好优点,使丝绸面料在日常使用中,具有拒水拒油的功能,从而达到少沾上污渍,降低清洗次数,使减少清洗过程中的面料受损,延长织物使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种拒水拒油的防沾污丝绸面料的制备方法,该方法为:将剪裁好的丝绸面料用乙醇清洗后,晾干,再将晾干后的丝绸面料浸泡于含氟整理剂溶液中5~6分钟,取出后在80~90%的带液率下轧制,然后平铺于60℃±2℃烘箱中预烘1-3分钟,随后在130℃±2℃下烘焙1-2分钟,随后取出即可。
进一步的,所述的乙醇为无水乙醇。
进一步的,所述的含氟整理剂溶液的制备方法如下:
将体积比为1:8~1:9的含氟整理剂与去离子水进行混合,其中含氟整理剂的含固量为25%-35%,再将混合溶液通过乙酸将pH值调至4.5~5.5,制备得到含氟整理剂溶液。
进一步的,所述的轧制的轧余率70~80%。
进一步的,所述的丝绸面料为真丝绸面料。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明所制得的丝绸面料,在不影响织物颜色、触感的条件下,保持了原本透气性和舒适性的良好优点,使丝绸面料在日常使用中,具有拒水拒油的功能,其油接触角可达97°,其水接触角可达140°,从而达到少沾上污渍,降低清洗次数,使减少清洗过程中的面料受损,延长织物使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方法,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容了解本发明的优点及功效。
实施例1:
(1)将剪裁好的丝绸面料用无水乙醇清洗后,晾干。
(2)含氟整理溶液的制备:取10毫升(含固量25%)的含氟整理剂于烧杯中,加入80毫升去离子水,搅拌均匀,在含氟整理剂溶液中加入适量乙酸调节pH值等于4.5,完成含氟整理剂溶液的制备。
(3)将所述步骤1中晾干的丝绸面料浸泡于含氟整理剂溶液中,浸泡时间5分钟。
(4)保持丝绸面料带液率为80%,通过轧染机进行轧制,轧余率70%。
(5)将丝绸面料平铺于烘箱中,烘箱温度为58℃,预烘1分钟;取出丝绸面料,平铺于128℃的烘箱中,烘焙1分钟,完成丝绸面料拒水拒油防沾污整理工艺。
实施例2:
(1)将剪裁好的丝绸面料用无水乙醇清洗后,晾干。
(2)含氟整理溶液的制备:取10毫升(含固量35%)的含氟整理剂于烧杯中,加入90毫升去离子水,搅拌均匀,在含氟整理剂溶液中加入适量乙酸调节pH值等于5.5,完成含氟整理剂溶液的制备。
(3)将所述步骤1中晾干的丝绸面料浸泡于含氟整理剂溶液中,浸泡时间6分钟。
(4)保持丝绸面料带液率为90%,通过轧染机进行轧制,轧余率80%。
(5)将丝绸面料平铺于烘箱中,烘箱温度为62℃,预烘3分钟;取出丝绸面料,平铺于132℃的烘箱中,烘焙2分钟,完成丝绸面料拒水拒油防沾污整理工艺。
实施例3:
(1)将剪裁好的真丝绸面料用无水乙醇清洗后,晾干。
(2)含氟整理溶液的制备:取10毫升(含固量30%)的含氟整理剂于烧杯中,加入90毫升去离子水,搅拌均匀,在含氟整理剂溶液中加入适量乙酸调节pH值等于5,完成含氟整理剂溶液的制备。
(3)将所述步骤1中晾干的真丝绸面料浸泡于含氟整理剂溶液中,浸泡时间5分钟。
(4)保持真丝绸面料带液率为80-90%,通过轧染机进行轧制,轧余率70%。
(5)将真丝绸面料平铺于烘箱中,烘箱温度为60℃,预烘2分钟;取出丝绸面料,平铺于130℃的烘箱中,烘焙1分钟,完成丝绸面料拒水拒油防沾污整理工艺。
本发明采用含氟整理剂溶液对丝绸面料进行拒水拒油防沾污整理,使丝绸面料具有良好的拒水拒油的防沾污效果,图1中,真丝绸面料在整理前的油接触角为63°,水接触角为120°,经过本发明整理后真丝绸面料的油接触角可达97°,其水接触角可达140°;同时还保持了丝绸面料原来的透气性和舒适性的良好优点,提升了丝绸面料的使用性能。
上述实施例只是本发明的较佳实施例,并不是本发明技术方案的限制。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均在本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种拒水拒油的防沾污丝绸面料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法为:将剪裁好的丝绸面料用乙醇清洗后,晾干,再将晾干后的丝绸面料浸泡于含氟整理剂溶液中5~6分钟,取出后在80~90%的带液率下轧制,然后平铺于60℃±2℃烘箱中预烘1-3分钟,随后在130℃±2℃下烘焙1-2分钟,随后取出即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拒水拒油的防沾污丝绸面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的乙醇为无水乙醇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种拒水拒油的防沾污丝绸面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的含氟整理剂溶液的制备方法如下:
