本发明涉及A61K36技术领域,具体涉及一种补肾壮阳组合物、制备方法及应用。一种补肾壮阳组合物,其制备原料包括:水生动物、生姜、甘草、大枣。通过本发明提供的补肾壮阳组合物能用于改善人体肾阳不足,精血亏虚,并能恢复人体的大循环,改善身体健康状况。本发明中通过将制备原料加入到特定量的体积浓度的乙醇溶液中进行浸泡,并进行煎煮,能改善补肾壮阳组合物的口感及储存稳定性。

背景技术
专利申请号为CN202111290227.0的中国专利公开了一种补肾壮阳的组合物、制备方法及其在保健品中的应用,采用了鹿角胶、杜仲、蛇床子等中药药材进行制备,中药药材一般具有特定的味道,作为保健品当使用者在食用后会存在因味道的问题难以坚持服用,因此,提供一种能改善补肾壮阳组合物的气味并使补肾壮阳组合物具有较好存储稳定性是目前需要解决的主要技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上面问题,本申请提供了一种补肾壮阳组合物,其制备原料包括:水生动物、生姜、甘草、大枣。
优选地,所述水生动物选自胖头鱼、带鱼、泥鳅、虾、牡蛎中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述水生动物为牡蛎。
优选地,所述制备原料还包括桂枝、芍药、龙骨。
优选地,所述桂枝、芍药、大枣的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5)。
进一步地,所述桂枝、芍药、大枣的重量比为1:(0.8-1.4):(0.6-1.2)。
优选地,所述大枣、龙骨、水生动物的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5)。
进一步地,所述大枣、龙骨、水生动物的重量比为1:(0.7-1.4):(0.6-1.4)。
为了改善人体肾阳不足、精血亏虚,申请人在实验中发现,当桂枝、芍药、大枣的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5)时,且大枣、龙骨、牡蛎的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5)时,制备得到的补肾壮阳组合物具有较好的食用口感并能改善人体肾阳不足、精血亏虚的健康问题,并具有较好的加工稳定性,可能的原因是大枣中含有的有机酸、喹啉生物碱、及维生素、胡萝卜素、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖等有效成分能与与甘草中的甘草素及生姜中的姜油酮和姜油酚在高温下能进行相互作用,进一步减弱了桂枝及芍药散发出来药味。
优选地,所述制备原料还包括肉桂、甘草、蝮蛇骨、蛹虫草。
优选地,所述蝮蛇骨、大枣、蛹虫草的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5)。
进一步地,所述蝮蛇骨、大枣、蛹虫草的重量比为1:(1-1.4):(0.8-1.2)。
本申请人在实验中意外发现,蝮蛇骨、大枣、蛹虫草的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5),优选蝮蛇骨、大枣、蛹虫草的重量比为1:(1-1.4):(0.8-1.2)时,将肉桂、甘草、蝮蛇骨、蛹虫草与水生动物、生姜、甘草、大枣进行配合使用,能改善补肾壮阳组合物的引用口感,并具有较好的恢复人体的大循环,改善身体健康状况的良好效果,并能改善人体肾阳不足,精血亏虚的问题,能的原因是大枣中含有的有机酸、喹啉生物碱、及维生素、胡萝卜素、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖等有效成分能与甘草中的甘草素及生姜中的姜油酮和姜油酚在高温下能进行相互作用,进一步减弱了肉桂、蝮蛇骨、蛹虫草、甘草散发出来味道。

将所有制备原料进行干燥、粉碎、浸泡、煎煮、过滤、浓缩、干燥、整粒﹑分筛后得到补肾壮阳组合物。

将桂枝、芍药、生姜、甘草、大枣、龙骨、牡蛎进行干燥、粉碎、浸泡、煎煮、过滤、浓缩、干燥、整粒﹑分筛后得到补肾壮阳组合物。
优选地,所述桂枝、芍药、生姜、甘草、大枣、龙骨、牡蛎进行粉碎后过5-20目筛网。
优选地,所述浸泡时采用体积浓度为60-80%的乙醇水溶液,并浸泡80-110h。
优选地,所述浸泡时采用体积浓度为65-75%的乙醇水溶液,并浸泡90-105h。
优选地,所述桂枝、芍药、生姜、甘草、大枣、龙骨、牡蛎的总量与乙醇水溶液的重量比为1:(4-6)。

本发明中通过限定桂枝、芍药、大枣的重量比,以及大枣、龙骨、牡蛎的重量比,能改善补肾壮阳组合物对人体肾阳不足、精血亏虚的改善作用。
本发明中通过将大枣、生姜、甘草进行配合使用,能改善补肾壮阳组合物散发的中药气味,避免影响食用口感。
本发明中通过将制备原料加入到特定量的体积浓度的乙醇溶液中进行浸泡,并进行煎煮,能改善补肾壮阳组合物的口感及储存稳定性。

1.稳定性能测试
取实施例1-5制备得到的补肾壮阳组合物10份,每份取10g进行包装封存,并记录存放30天、60天后的存放状态,并记录是否有结团的现象,记录结果见表1。
2.口感测试
选取年龄在40-50岁男性50名,分为5组,每组分别对实施例1-5制备得到的补肾壮阳组合物进行品尝其口感,每组中有8-10个人评价补肾壮阳组合物中药气味性弱的记录结果为A,每组中有5-7个人评价补肾壮阳组合物中药气味性弱的记录结果为B,记录结果表1。

1.一种补肾壮阳组合物,其特征在于,其制备原料包括:水生动物、生姜、甘草、大枣。
2.如权利要求1所述的补肾壮阳组合物,其特征在于,所述水生动物选自胖头鱼、带鱼、泥鳅、虾、牡蛎中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的补肾壮阳组合物,其特征在于,所述制备原料还包括桂枝、芍药、龙骨。
4.如权利要求3所述的补肾壮阳组合物,其特征在于,所述桂枝、芍药、大枣的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5)。
5.如权利要求3所述的补肾壮阳组合物,其特征在于,所述大枣、龙骨、水生动物的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5)。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的补肾壮阳组合物,其特征在于,所述制备原料还包括肉桂、甘草、蝮蛇骨、蛹虫草。
7.如权利要求6所述的补肾壮阳组合物,其特征在于,所述蝮蛇骨、大枣、蛹虫草的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5)。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的补肾壮阳组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将所有制备原料进行干燥、粉碎、浸泡、煎煮、过滤、浓缩、干燥、整粒﹑分筛后得到补肾壮阳组合物。
