Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造封装单元的设备,该封装单元包括包含可冲泡材料的袋,该袋设置在典型的不透香气的包装中。
背景技术
从EP2231479B1中已知一种具有来自前序的特征的相应设备。在这种先前已知的设备中,首先将袋放置在包装材料的相对支腿之间的包装站台中,该包装材料作为扁平网片供应。将袋放置在网片上,将该网片围绕袋折叠并从供应的包装材料上切断,使得一片预制长度的包装材料将袋容纳在其中。通过折叠包装材料,已经形成袋的包装的边缘。然而,需要形成U形的密封接缝,使得包装围绕袋周向地闭合,并且可以在袋内形成可冲泡材料的不透香气的封装。
这种可冲泡材料通常是茶叶或者干粉或叶子的其他不溶性材料,其质量和味道可能会受到环境作用的影响,因而先前提及的不透香气的封装可能是必要的。这也适用于本发明。
在上述现有技术中,U形密封接缝由密封设备形成,该密封设备在圆盘传送带的外周表面上具有多个密封单元,每个密封单元具有可朝向彼此枢转的密封爪,所述密封爪接收包装以及袋,并且在圆盘传送带的逐步旋转运动的过程中闭合,以便在圆盘传送带的旋转运动期间通过焊接来密封包装的U形边缘,并将这样闭合的包装输送到另一个站台。
该实施例基于这样的考虑,即相对于先前已知设备的其他站台,通过形成焊接接缝来密封包装中的袋在密封站台中需要比先前站台中更长的停留时间。因此,密封站台中的各个工作步骤可以通过旋转圆盘传送带来及时划分,而不会中断或干扰整个设备的循环时间。
为了包装的有效密封,特别是通过焊接,有必要使包装及其边缘处于密封爪之间,将密封爪抵靠包装放置,向包装中引入充足的热量,以便使其熔化,这样包装的互相邻接的网片熔化并焊接在一起。由于施加的热量和必要的冷却时间,这种密封不能立即稳定,使得由袋和包装构成的封装单元通常只能在已经观察到一定的冷却时间之后才能进一步处理。
因为用于制造封装单元的设备是用于大量生产消耗品的设备,所以重要的是具有封装单元的快速循环时间和经济生产。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种上述类型的设备,该设备允许更快速并且因此更经济地制造包装在不透香气的包装中的袋。
为了解决这个问题,本发明提供了一种具有权利要求1所述的特征的设备。
在根据本发明的解决方案中,爪元件在密封表面下方具有沟槽形凹部。沟槽形凹部的底部由爪元件的形成密封表面的表面部段形成。与此相对,沟槽通常是开放的。在任何情况下,沟槽形凹部容纳螺旋铺设的加热导体。
在这方面,根据本发明的提议方案不同于先前已知的现有技术。如今,上述类型的密封站台的爪元件具有平行于密封表面延伸并且容纳圆柱形加热筒的孔。该加热筒与导热膏体一起插入孔中。先前已知的解决方案对于密封表面上的期望的热量均匀性是不利的。由于该系统,加热筒的热量输出受到限制,使得热量输出不总是足以在焊接期间快速加热包装。
在根据本发明的解决方案中,加热导体螺旋地铺设在沟槽中。加热导体包括沿着轴线一个接一个布置的多个螺旋铺设的环段。在这种情况下,如下形状是优选的,其中各环段具有相同的直径,使得沟槽可以被构造成具有均匀的高度。优选地,在沟槽中仅提供一个单个加热导体,该单个加热导体将整个热量输出引入到相应的爪元件中。
应该注意的是,爪元件通常是U形的,以形成先前提及的U形焊接接缝。根据本发明的特定特征,爪元件和沟槽形容器优选为具有纵向支腿和横向支腿的L形。爪元件优选地也形成为L形。加热导体具有纵向螺旋和与所述纵向螺旋成直角延伸的横向螺旋。这两个螺旋直接合并(merge)到彼此中。加热导体的这种L形构造是通过螺旋的适当铺设和加热导体的弯曲来实现的。在这种情况下,如下形状是优选的,其中加热导体仅弯曲而不扭结。加热导体的变形半径通常不小于各个螺旋的半径。纵向螺旋通常覆盖横向螺旋。作为纵向螺旋的纵向轴线或横向螺旋的纵向轴线的延伸,还存在相应的其他螺旋的长度部段。因此,充足的热量被引入到L形爪元件的拐角区域中,以熔化包装。这同样适用于在U形爪元件的情况下螺旋铺设的加热导体的布置。
根据本发明的优选进一步发展,两个螺旋在沟槽形凹部中彼此相邻布置。这些螺旋通常是横向螺旋,即在L形爪元件的情况下,插入到在爪元件的横向支腿中凹入的沟槽部段中的那些螺旋。在U形凹部的情况下,彼此相邻布置的两个螺旋容纳在中心基座中,该中心基座将爪元件的两个纵向支腿相互连接并将它们相互隔开。本发明显然不限于形成为L形的爪元件。在这种爪元件中,两个爪元件设置在密封平面的相对侧上,这两个爪元件可以相对于彼此枢转,以便不仅通过枢转运动而打开密封爪,而且另外在纵向支腿之间形成更多的空间,用于移除不透香气的包装单元或者用于在密封之前将包装插入到密封平面中以及爪元件之间。在U形爪元件中,密封平面的每一侧上设有一个爪元件。爪元件通常只能围绕相互平行延伸的一个或多个轴线枢转。
根据本发明的另一优选构造,至少两个热电偶被引入到沟槽形凹部中。优选地,为每个爪元件和/或每个单独的加热导体提供两个热电偶。其中一个热电偶通常被分配给密封表面并且检测其实际温度,用于控制加热功率。另一个热电偶也可以以相同的方式提供。因此,冗余度增加,并且即使其中一个热电偶发生故障,爪元件也可以继续用于控制加热导体。然而,优选地,另一个热电偶被分配给加热导体并且检测其实际温度。作为超温热电偶,它检测加热导体的可能过热,并且以数据方式连接到分配给加热导体的控制系统,使得在过热的情况下,加热导体的通电被暂停,优选地输出错误消息,并且中断操作。
在这种情况下,可以调整控制系统,使得在其中一个热电偶发生故障的情况下,另一个热电偶可以用于控制加热导体。
根据优选的进一步发展,加热导体与爪元件之间的热传递得到改善。为此,爪元件优选由带有良好导热性的金属材料构成,特别是带有良好导热性的钢。例如,这种钢是铬镍钢。形成爪元件的金属材料应该具有至少21W/mK的导热率系数。沟槽形凹部由这种固体材料通过铣削制成。凹部的底部形成为匹配螺旋铺设的加热导体的曲率。在以这种方式形成的爪元件的凹形沟槽中,加热导体的各个螺旋与爪元件的表面直接导热接触,包角至少为160°,优选为180°。这在加热导体与密封表面之间提供了短的导热路径。凹形沟槽与密封表面之间的最小距离优选不超过9mm。在螺旋铺设的加热导体插入到沟槽形凹部中之后,用导热化合物填充该凹部。这优选是以熔融形式被引入到沟槽形凹部中以填充任何剩余自由空间的焊料化合物。
根据本发明的优选进一步发展,加热导体由同轴护套加热导体形成。在这种护套加热导体中,加热导体的主要长度由薄壁的、通常是金属的管构成,该管中填充有电绝缘材料,该电绝缘材料包围位于管内部的电阻加热导体。绝缘陶瓷可以是例如氧化镁或氧化铝。在管的每一端处,电绝缘套管插入到管中,其导热系数通常低于绝缘陶瓷的导热系数。因此,加热导体的对应端部相对较冷。这些端部从沟槽形凹部突出,并且优选地设有插头连接的接触元件,用于将电源电流引入到加热导体中。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的实施例具有由参考标记2标识的袋制造设备和由参考标记100标识的密封站台。
袋制造设备2包括圆盘传送带,该圆盘传送带具有围绕轴线旋转的用于容纳透水包装的若干容器4,该包装形成为构成包含可冲泡材料的袋,并且通常连接到线和标签。关于各个站台及其构造,可以参考现有技术,例如EP 2231479B1或WO01/62600A1。图1中的参考标记I至IV标识了容器4可以位于其中的各个位置,以便接收和处理成品袋或待成品袋的各个部件。为了清楚表示起见,在该过程中起作用的元件未示出。在位置VI中,袋被完成。
图1和图2示出了由参考标记10标识的袋处理设备和由参考标记20标识的包装材料处理设备的元件。所示实施例的包装材料是不透香气的薄膜。因此,在下面的描述中,将参考薄膜处理设备20。袋处理设备10包括两个近似平行延伸的臂12、13,它们相互铰接地连接并且经由联接杆14联接到公共驱动设备30。该公共驱动设备30具有不同的凸轮盘32,所述凸轮盘不可旋转地固定在驱动设备30的公共驱动轴33上,并且联接到拾取器34,凸轮盘32的外周表面在每种情况下都在拾取器中滚动,其中拾取器34各自枢转地安装在公共支承轴线36上并且设有杠杆37,该杠杆铰接地连接到相关联的联接杆14。联接杆14经由杠杆作用在臂12、13上。
驱动设备30致动袋处理设备10的各个部件和薄膜处理设备20的部件。因此,处理设备10、20两者设有公共的驱动器,并且被强制地同步。
从图2中可以看出,图1中示意性示出的薄膜40和袋42一起被推出袋制造设备2并且被推向运送轮50,其中通过折叠薄膜40的材料形成的且在薄膜40的两个支腿44之间形成的折叠部45在前行进,并且袋42在后行进。薄膜处理设备20接合薄膜40的边缘。通过使夹紧靴15与夹紧弹簧16一起以及与前后袋处理臂12、13的前端一起移动径向远离袋制造设备2,通过用夹紧弹簧16致动夹紧靴15而从后面推出袋42。在该运动结束时,袋42被放置在包装薄膜40中,并且被夹紧在运送轮50的夹紧臂52之间。
密封站台100具有由参考标记102和108标识的密封爪,其中在图3的底部处示出的密封爪102由第一密封爪元件104和第二密封爪元件106形成。类似地,在其上示出的上密封爪108由两个爪元件形成,这两个爪元件在下文中称为对立爪元件110和112。特别地如图3中所示,每个密封爪元件104、106在俯视图中为L形,并且具有纵向支腿204和与之成直角延伸的横向支腿206。纵向支腿204各自形成纵向密封部,相对的支腿44通过该纵向密封部在其纵向侧处联结。两个横向支腿206一起形成每个密封爪102、108的密封表面,该密封表面适于形成横向密封部并且在薄膜40上产生该横向密封部,以便密封薄膜材料的与折叠部45相对的横向侧。纵向密封部和横向密封部允许薄膜封装的内部被不透气地密封。第四侧由折叠部45密封。每个爪元件104、106、110、112形成凸起的L形密封表面113、114。
密封爪元件104和对立爪元件110由伺服电机形式的公共驱动器115驱动。为此,连杆偏心地设置在驱动器115的驱动轴116上,其中邻近驱动器115设置的连杆与对立爪元件110相关联,并且因此在下文中称为对立爪连杆118,而设置在对立爪连杆118的与驱动器115相对的一侧上的另一个连杆被称为并且标识为密封爪连杆120。密封爪连杆120与密封爪元件104相关联。
该密封爪连杆120可自由旋转并且偏心地安装在驱动轴116上。密封爪连杆120的另一端在由参考标记122标识的枢转点处铰接地附接到密封爪枢转臂124,该密封爪枢转臂在一端处承载密封爪元件104,并且在其另一端处围绕枢转轴126(在下文中标识为密封爪枢转轴)枢转地安装,该枢转轴连接到独立的驱动器(未示出)。
以相应的方式,对立爪连杆118枢转地连接到对立爪枢转臂128,该对立爪枢转臂支撑对立爪元件110并且在其相对端处枢转地安装在对立爪枢转轴130上。
从前述的描述中显而易见的是,为第一和第二对爪元件104、110;106、112中的每一对提供肘节杆,其中除了爪元件104之外,肘节杆还包括密封爪连杆120,并且除了对立爪元件110之外,肘节杆还包括对立爪连杆118。在这种情况下,两个连杆118、120围绕公共驱动轴116可旋转地安装并且由该公共驱动轴支撑。它们偏心地安装到该驱动轴116上。然而,偏心是在角度上彼此偏移。在相关联的驱动器115的旋转运动期间,所述肘节杆迫使爪元件104或对立爪元件110上的枢转运动,在其框架内,L形的爪元件104、106或对立爪元件110、112相互靠近,以形成由两个L形密封表面113、114形成的U形密封表面,并且将薄膜40夹紧在它们之间,以形成U形焊接接缝。
图4示出了与根据图3的爪元件104相对应的尚未填充(占用)的爪元件200的透视俯视图,该爪元件具有沟槽形凹部202,该爪元件是L形的并且形成纵向支腿204和横向支腿206。因此,获得了沟槽形凹部202的L形基本形状。

热电偶224、226和两个连接元件214、216各自穿过陶瓷套管228,在螺旋铺设的加热导体208已经插入之后,所述陶瓷套管被焊料化合物包围并且实质性地结合到焊料化合物,该焊料化合物以熔融形式填充到沟槽形凹部202中,以改善加热导体208与爪元件200之间的热传导。
