而现有技术中心,关于黄果梨的加工利用并不全面,故基于此,提出本发明技术方案。

(S1)将所述40kg黄果梨汁、10kg枸杞汁混合,得原料混合汁;
(S2)向原料混合汁内加入0.1kg柠檬酸和4kg蔗糖,进行均质,再于115℃条件下进行高温灭菌,最后灌装入瓶即可。
实施例2
本发明提供一种黄果梨饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(I)制备黄果梨汁,方法为:
(1)将黄果梨清洗后削皮、去核、切块,得块状黄果梨;
(2)将所述块状黄果梨与水混合,在95℃条件下加热熬制1h,得熬制汁;
(3)将所述熬制汁进行分离,弃去果渣,得黄果梨汁。
(II)制备黄果梨饮料,方法为:
(S1)将所述60kg黄果梨汁、20kg枸杞汁混合,得原料混合汁;
(S2)向原料混合汁内加入0.2kg柠檬酸和8kg蔗糖,进行均质,再于120℃条件下进行高温灭菌,最后灌装入瓶即可。
实施例3
本发明提供一种黄果梨饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(I)制备黄果梨汁,方法为:
(1)将黄果梨清洗后削皮、去核、切块,得块状黄果梨;
(2)将所述块状黄果梨与水混合,在90℃条件下加热熬制1.5h,得熬制汁;
(3)将所述熬制汁进行分离,弃去果渣,得黄果梨汁。
(II)制备黄果梨饮料,方法为:
(S1)将所述50kg黄果梨汁、15kg枸杞汁混合,得原料混合汁;
(S2)向原料混合汁内加入0.15kg柠檬酸和6kg蔗糖,进行均质,再于115℃条件下进行高温灭菌,最后灌装入瓶即可。
为表明本发明所述黄果梨饮料的品质,对实施例1所得黄果梨饮料进行检测,结果如表1所示。

Claims (7)
1.一种黄果梨饮料,其特征在于,包括如下原料:黄果梨汁、枸杞汁、柠檬酸和蔗糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黄果梨饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:黄果梨汁40~60份、枸杞汁10~20份、蔗糖4~8份和柠檬酸0.1~0.2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的黄果梨饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:黄果梨汁50份、枸杞汁15份、蔗糖6份和柠檬酸0.15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的黄果梨饮料,其特征在于,所述黄果梨汁的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将黄果梨清洗后削皮、去核、切块,得块状黄果梨;
(2)将所述块状黄果梨与水混合加热熬制,得熬制汁;
(3)将所述熬制汁进行分离,弃去果渣,得黄果梨汁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的黄果梨饮料,其特征在于,所述加热的温度为85~95℃,熬制的时间为1~2h。
6.权利要求1~5任一所述黄果梨饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(S1)将所述黄果梨汁、枸杞汁混合,得原料混合汁;
(S2)向原料混合汁内加入柠檬酸和蔗糖,进行均质,再进行高温灭菌,最后灌装入瓶即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述黄果梨饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高温灭菌的温度为115~120℃。
