红枣是人们公认的美容养颜佳品,富含蛋白质、膳食纤维、糖类、胡萝卜素、多种氨基酸、VB、维生素C、和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,有“安中养脾、平胃、久服轻身延年”之功效。另外含有药用价值的月桂酸、豆冠稀酸和油酸、亚麻酸等成份,具有补脾益气,润肺生津,养颜驻容,延年益寿之功效,属高贵滋补品。选用新疆哈密红枣制成果浆后,口感甜,香味醇厚。
枸杞不仅能够延缓衰老,而且能够调节人体免疫功能。中医认为,它能够滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力。对于现代人来说,枸杞最实用的功效就是抗疲劳和降低血压。此外,枸杞能够保肝、降血糖、软化血管、降低血液中的胆固醇、甘油三酯水平,对脂肪肝和糖尿病患者具有一定的疗效。据临床医学验证,枸杞还能治疗慢性肾衰竭。常吃枸杞可以美容,这点很多人都不知道。这是因为,枸杞可以提高皮肤吸收氧分的能力,另外,还能起到美白作用。 枸杞虽然具有很好的滋补和治疗作用,但也不是所有的人都适合服用的。

红枣枸杞复合饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣清洗干净后,去核,切块,按照料液比1:(7-10)加入水中,再加入果胶酶,在50℃恒温下搅拌3-5 h,然后在3000rpm的转速下离心10min,取上层清液,得到红枣汁;
(2)将枸杞清洗干净后,按照料液比1:(8-10)加入水中,在40-60℃下静置40-60min,然后打浆,然后在3000rpm的转速下离心10min,取上层清液,为枸杞汁;
(3)将红枣汁、枸杞汁、柠檬酸、蔗糖、黄原胶、海藻酸钠混合,在60-80℃下静置30min,然后在2000rpm的转速下搅拌40-60min,得到饮料浆体;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的饮料浆体在60℃下通过均质化;
(5)杀菌、包装。
