Abstract
提供剥离性和反复使用耐久性良好、低温下的固化性优异并且保存稳定性也优异的氨基醇酸树脂·氨基丙烯酸系树脂系剥离剂组合物。其为用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,并包含:(A)选自(A‑1)含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂和(A‑2)醇酸树脂中的树脂,(B)选自全醚型甲基化蜜胺树脂、羟甲基型甲基化蜜胺树脂和它们的多聚体中的树脂,(C)在1分子中具有2个以上可与选自(A)成分和(B)成分中的1个以上的树脂化学结合的官能团的有机聚硅氧烷,和(D)碳数1~8的一元醇。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物以及将其固化而成的剥离纸或剥离膜。
背景技术
以往,通过在纸、塑料等片状基材的表面涂布剥离剂,形成固化被膜,从而对于粘接性或压敏粘合性物质赋予了剥离特性。
剥离纸和剥离膜的用途多种多样,有对如标签、贴纸、胶带这样压敏粘合性物质使用的情形、在陶瓷层、聚氨酯树脂等非压敏粘合性物质的成型工序中所使用的情形,根据用途需要不同的性能。
作为在非压敏粘合性物质的成型工序中所使用的例子,可列举出合成皮革制造用的工序纸。就合成皮革的制造工序而言,在基材上使剥离剂固化以形成工序纸,在该工序纸上涂布聚氨酯树脂、氯乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氨基酸树脂等并使其干燥。通过在该干燥了的树脂上形成粘接层,将基布粘贴,从工序纸将树脂剥离,从而制造合成皮革。
在合成皮革中有消光(哑光)型和瓷漆(强光泽)型,在瓷漆型的合成皮革的制造中,由于将剥离剂被膜的表面状态反映于合成皮革,因此对于固化被膜要求高光泽度。另外,为了提高合成皮革的生产率,一般将工序纸使用多次。因此,希望反复使用时剥离性(离型性)的变化小。
作为用于使合成皮革用工序纸的表面具有剥离性的树脂组合物,已知聚丙烯系、氨基醇酸树脂·氨基丙烯酸系树脂系、有机硅系这3种作为代表性的树脂组合物。聚丙烯系的树脂组合物在反复使用时的剥离性的持久性上优异,但在较高的温度下使用上受限,在这种情况下具有剥离面容易损伤、另外不适合用于瓷漆型的合成皮革等难点。氨基醇酸树脂·氨基丙烯酸系树脂系的树脂组合物虽然光泽优异,但缺乏剥离性。有机硅系的树脂组合物虽然剥离性优异,但光泽差,不适合用于瓷漆型的合成皮革。
作为解决上述问题的方案,在专利文献1(日本特开昭56-14550号公报)中公开了用于工序剥离纸的树脂组合物,其包含:用1分子中的与硅原子结合的有机基团的15~50mol%为苯基、剩余的有机基团中的至少一个为羟基取代有机基团的有机聚硅氧烷改性而成的有机硅改性丙烯酸系树脂、和多异氰酸酯化合物。而且,记载了“通过使用羟基取代有机基团,从而能够得到耐热性优异、具有良好的光泽并且剥离性好的工序剥离纸。”。
另外,在专利文献2(日本特开昭56-11980号公报)中公开了用于工序剥离纸的树脂组合物,其包含:用1分子中的与硅原子结合的有机基团的15~50mol%为苯基、剩余的有机基团中的至少一个为羟基取代有机基团的有机聚硅氧烷改性而成的有机硅改性醇酸树脂、和多异氰酸酯化合物。而且,记载了“在使用了醇酸树脂的工序剥离纸中也能够得到耐热性优异、具有良好的光泽并且剥离性好的工序剥离纸。”。
在专利文献3(日本特开昭56-14566号公报)中公开了用于工序剥离纸的树脂组合物,其包含用1分子中的与硅原子结合的有机基团的15~50mol%为苯基、剩余的有机基团中的至少一个为羟基取代有机基团的有机聚硅氧烷改性而成的有机硅改性丙烯酸系树脂、链烷醇改性氨基树脂和酸性催化剂。而且,记载了“采用酸性催化剂,能够得到在同时包含丙烯酸系树脂和氨基树脂的工序剥离纸中耐热性优异、具有良好的光泽并且剥离性好的工序剥离纸。”。
在专利文献4(日本特开平3-263475号公报)中公开了用于工序剥离纸的树脂组合物,其包含:用甲基、苯基和有机基团与硅原子结合、该有机基团的至少一个为羟基取代有机基团、与硅原子结合的全部取代基的15~50mol%为苯基的有机聚硅氧烷改性而成的有机硅改性醇酸树脂、链烷醇改性氨基树脂和酸性催化剂。而且,记载了“采用酸性催化剂,能够得到在同时包含醇酸树脂和氨基树脂的工序剥离纸中耐热性也优异、具有良好的光泽并且剥离性良好的工序剥离纸。”。
在专利文献5(日本特开平2-28242号公报)中公开了用于工序剥离纸的树脂组合物,其包含醇酸树脂或丙烯酸系树脂、1分子中的与硅原子结合的有机基团的15~50mol%为苯基、剩余的有机基团中的至少一个为羟基取代有机基团的有机聚硅氧烷、链烷醇改性氨基树脂和酸性催化剂。而且,记载了“采用该用于工序剥离纸的树脂组合物得到的工序剥离纸与以往的工序剥离纸相比,剥离性、耐热性优异,光泽也好,也能够抑制品质的波动。”。
在专利文献6(日本专利第5282083号公报)中公开了剥离剂组合物,其包含羟基值为10~150mgKOH/g、玻璃化转变温度为20~100℃、并且重均分子量为20000~100000的、含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂、氨基树脂、具有可与上述含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂和上述氨基树脂中的至少一种树脂化学结合的官能团的有机硅树脂。而且,记载了“高温下的剥离性、光泽、表面状态和反复使用耐久性优异。”。
如上所述,氨基醇酸树脂·氨基丙烯酸系树脂系剥离剂将光泽、耐热性和剥离性改善,获得了一定的效果。但是,氨基醇酸树脂·氨基丙烯酸系树脂系剥离剂具有固化慢的缺点,对于固化性的改善没有进行研究。近年来,为了提高工序纸的生产效率,需要短时间或低温下的固化性,成为了重要的课题。
作为解决上述问题的方案,在专利文献7(日本特开2000-095929号公报)中公开了用于工序剥离纸的剥离剂组合物,其包含醇酸树脂、氨基树脂、和含有与上述醇酸树脂和上述氨基树脂具有反应性的官能团的有机硅树脂,上述氨基树脂含有甲基化蜜胺树脂作为主成分,该甲基化蜜胺树脂含有每个三嗪核1个以上的羟甲基,记载了“可用于高温下的剥离性、光泽、表面状态、反复使用性优异的工序剥离纸的制造,可进行低温下的固化干燥。”。
但是,仍存在采用专利文献7中记载的方法改善低温下的固化性的情况下,剥离剂组合物的保存稳定性容易恶化的课题。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
在剥离剂组合物的保存稳定性恶化的情况下,由于时间变化而使组合物的固化被膜的性能发生波动,因此从品质管理的方面出发不优选。另外,在组合物的粘度由于保存历时而变化的情况下,有时组合物的粘度变化,涂布变得困难。因此,对剥离剂组合物要求固化性和保存稳定性的兼顾。
本发明鉴于上述实际情况而完成,目的在于提供剥离性和反复使用耐久性良好、低温下的固化性优异、并且保存稳定性也优异的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人为了实现上述目的,进行了深入研究,结果发现:通过制成包含(A)选自(A-1)含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂和(A-2)醇酸树脂中的树脂、(B)选自全醚型甲基化蜜胺树脂、羟甲基型甲基化蜜胺树脂和它们的多聚体中的树脂、(C)具有可与(A)成分和(B)成分中的1种以上的树脂化学结合的官能团的有机聚硅氧烷、和(D)碳数1~8的一元醇的树脂组合物,从而可提供剥离性和反复使用耐久性良好、低温下的固化性优异、并且保存稳定性也优异的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物。
因此,本发明提供下述发明。
1.用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其包含:
(A)选自(A-1)含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂和(A-2)醇酸树脂中的树脂:100质量份,
(B)选自全醚型甲基化蜜胺树脂、羟甲基型甲基化蜜胺树脂和它们的多聚体中的树脂:10~120质量份,
(C)在1分子中具有2个以上可与选自(A)成分和(B)成分中的1种以上的树脂化学结合的官能团的有机聚硅氧烷:0.5~20质量份,和
(D)碳数1~8的一元醇:相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,为5~300质量份。
2.根据1所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其中,(D)成分为碳数1~4的一元醇。
3.根据1或2所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其中,相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,(D)成分的配合量为10~200质量份。
4.根据3所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其中,相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,(D)成分的配合量为20~100质量份。
5.根据1~4中任一项所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其中,(B)成分选自全醚型甲基化蜜胺树脂及其多聚体。
6.根据1~5中任一项所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其还包含(E)酸性催化剂。
7.剥离纸或剥离膜,其具有通过将根据1~5中任一项所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物涂布于基材后加热而形成的固化被膜。
发明的效果
本发明的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物的剥离性和反复使用耐久性良好,低温下的固化性优异,并且保存稳定性良好。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明更详细地说明。以下有时将“用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物”简称为“组合物”。
[(A)成分]
本发明的(A)成分为选自(A-1)含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂和(A-2)醇酸树脂中的树脂,能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。
作为(A-1)含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂,只要是在1分子中具有1个以上羟基的丙烯酸系树脂,则并无特别限定,优选在1分子中具有1个以上的羟基、在1分中具有1个以上的自由基聚合性基团的自由基聚合性单体(A-1-a)与在1分子中不具有羟基、在1分中具有1个以上的自由基聚合性基团的自由基聚合性单体(A-1-b)的共聚物。
作为本发明中使用的(A-1-a)成分,只要是在1分子中具有1个以上的羟基、在1分子中具有1个以上的自由基聚合性基团的自由基聚合性单体,则并无特别限定,可单独使用1种,也可将2种以上混合使用。作为自由基聚合性基团,可列举出丙烯酰基、甲基丙烯酰基、苯乙烯基、肉桂酸酯基、乙烯基、烯丙基等自由基聚合性基团。具体地,可例示(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基-3-苯氧基丙酯、1,4-环己烷二甲醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、将它们用己内酯改性的PLACCEL F系列(株式会社大赛璐制造)。
作为本发明中使用的(A-1-b)成分,只要是在1分子中不具有羟基、在1分中具有1个以上的自由基聚合性基团的自由基聚合性单体,则并无特别限定,能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。具体地,能够例示在1分子中具有1个丙烯酰基、甲基丙烯酰基、苯乙烯基、肉桂酸酯基、乙烯基、烯丙基等自由基聚合性基团的化合物,更具体地,可例示(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸月桂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸硬脂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸环己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苄酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片酯、(甲基)丙烯酸三氟丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸全氟丁基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯等(甲基)丙烯酸的酯化合物类;(甲基)丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、(甲基)丙烯酸β-甲基缩水甘油酯、(甲基)丙烯酸3,4-环氧环己基甲酯等含有环氧基的自由基聚合性单体;γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基二甲基甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三丁氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三异丙烯氧基硅烷、γ-丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、丙烯酰氧基甲基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、苯乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、苯乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、α-甲基苯乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷等自由基聚合性硅烷化合物;含有聚氧亚烷基的自由基聚合性单体;甘油(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
(A-1-a)成分与(A-1-b)成分的聚合比率根据含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂的羟基值调整。通过聚合得到的含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂的羟基值优选20~200mgKOH/g,更优选为30~190mgKOH/g,进一步优选为40~180mgKOH/g。如果羟基值为上述范围内,则固化性优异,可容易地合成。应予说明,本实施方式中,含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂的羟基值采用按照中和滴定法(JIS K0070)测定的值。
包含(A-1-a)成分和(A-1-b)成分的单体原料的共聚在过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化二枯基、过氧化月桂酰、2-乙基过氧己酸叔丁酯等过氧化物类、2,2’-偶氮二(2-甲基丁腈)等偶氮系化合物等通常的自由基聚合引发剂的存在下进行,可应用溶液聚合法、乳液聚合法、悬浮聚合法、本体聚合法的任何方法。
在本发明中,在这些聚合法中,由于容易将(A-1)含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂的重均分子量调整为最佳范围,因此优选溶液聚合法。作为这种情况下使用的溶剂,可列举出苯、甲苯、二甲苯等芳族烃类;丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮等酮类;乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丁酯、乙酸异丁酯等酯类;乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇等一元醇类等,能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。
(A-2)醇酸树脂是指通过多元醇和多元酸与脂肪酸或脂肪油的缩聚和酯交换反应得到的合成树脂。醇酸树脂可使用市售的产品,也可按照以往公知的方法合成。
在形成醇酸树脂的单体中,作为多元醇的具体例,例如,可列举出乙二醇、聚乙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、丙二醇、聚丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇(新戊二醇)、2,2-二烷基-1,3-丙二醇、2,4,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇、丁二醇、氢化双酚A、双酚A的环氧乙烷的加成物、双酚A的环氧丙烷的加成物等二元醇、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、三-(2-羟基乙基)异氰脲酸酯等三元以上的多元醇等。这些多元醇能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。其中,优选以二元醇作为必要的多元醇成分,根据需要将三元以上的多元醇并用。
在形成醇酸树脂的单体中,作为多元酸的具体例,例如可列举出邻苯二甲酸酐、对苯二甲酸、琥珀酸、己二酸、癸二酸等饱和多元酸;马来酸、马来酸酐、富马酸、衣康酸、柠康酸酐、间苯二甲酸和偏苯三酸酐等不饱和多元酸;环戊二烯-马来酸酐加成物、萜烯-马来酸酐加成物、和松香-马来酸酐加成物等采用狄尔斯-阿尔德反应得到的多元酸等。再有,除了上述多元酸,有时也将作为一元酸的苯甲酸并用。
作为脂肪酸或脂肪油的具体例,可列举出辛酸、月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、桐酸、蓖麻醇酸、以及脱水蓖麻醇酸、亚麻籽油、大豆油、红花油、中国桐油、大麻籽油、苏子油、妥尔油、米糠油、蓖麻油、脱水蓖麻油、菜籽油、棉籽油、椰子油、鱼油、鱿鱼肝油等动植物油、以及它们的脂肪酸等。
就醇酸树脂而言,能够使用公知的醇酸树脂。例如使用醇酸树脂的油长0~65、优选25~55的使用动植物油或动植物油脂肪酸、各种饱和脂肪酸等制造的产物。再有,在这些醇酸树脂中,也可将丙烯酸系树脂、聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂等改性或混合而使用。
作为醇酸树脂的市售品,例如可列举出ALUKIDIR 1307-60-EL、ALUKIDIR 1308-E、ALUKIDIR ER-4005-60、ALUKIDIR EZ-3065-P、ALUKIDIR EZ-3509-60、ALUKIDIR EZ-3801-60、ALUKIDIR OD-E-198-50、ALUKIDIR OD-E-230-70、ALUKID IROD-E-230-70E、ALUKIDIRJ-524-A(以上为DIC株式会社制造)、ARAKYD IA-120-60L、ARAKYD 1782-60、ARAKYD 3101X-60(以上为荒川化学工业制造)、HARIPHTHAL 732-60、HARIPHTHAL 915-60L、HARIPHTHALCOG40-50T、HARIPHTHAL SB-7150X、HARIPHTHAL SB-7540(以上为HARIMA化成集团株式会社制造)等。
(A)成分的重均分子量优选3000~400000,更优选5000~350000,进一步优选7000~300000。如果重均分子量为上述范围内,则涂布性和处理性良好。应予说明,重均分子量为采用以四氢呋喃作为洗脱溶剂的凝胶渗透色谱(以下简称为“GPC”)的、聚苯乙烯换算值。
[(B)成分]
(B)成分为选自全醚型甲基化蜜胺树脂、羟甲基型甲基化蜜胺树脂和它们的多聚体中的树脂,能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。本发明中的(B)成分包含如下结构:在三嗪环的周围经由3个氮原子结合有官能团。(B)成分发挥作为与(A)成分和/或(C)成分反应的交联剂的作用。
蜜胺树脂是三聚氰胺与甲醛缩合而得到的合成树脂,是由单体或2聚体以上的多聚体组成的缩合物。作为官能团,在1分子中具有亚氨基、羟甲基或烷氧基甲基,根据官能团,分类为全醚型、羟甲基型、亚氨基型、羟甲基/亚氨基型。
另外,蜜胺树脂根据烷氧基甲基的种类而区分,烷氧基甲基全部为甲氧基甲基的蜜胺树脂为甲基化蜜胺树脂,烷氧基甲基全部为正丁氧基甲基的蜜胺树脂为正丁基化蜜胺树脂,在烷氧基甲基中甲氧基甲基和正丁氧基甲基混合的蜜胺树脂为甲基化/正丁基化蜜胺树脂。
本发明中的(B)成分从剥离性和反复使用耐久性、固化性优异出发,使用全醚型甲基化蜜胺树脂、羟甲基型甲基化蜜胺树脂、和它们的多聚体,优选全醚型甲基化蜜胺树脂及其多聚体。
本发明中的(B)成分可使用市售的产品,也可按照以往公知的方法合成。作为市售品,例如可列举出CYMEL300、CYMEL303LF、CYMEL350、CYMEL370N(以上为ALLNEX JAPAN株式会社制造)、NIKALAC MW-30M、NIKALAC MW-30(以上为日本CARBIDE工业株式会社制造)等。
(B)成分的配合量相对于(A)成分100质量份,为10~120质量份,优选12~110质量份,更优选14~100质量份。如果为上述范围内,则剥离性和固化性良好,反复使用耐久性优异。
[(C)成分]
本发明的(C)成分为在1分子中具有2个以上可与选自(A)成分和(B)成分中的1种以上的树脂化学结合的官能团的有机聚硅氧烷,能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。(C)必须在1分子中具有2个以上可与选自上述(A)成分和(B)成分中的1种以上的树脂化学结合的官能团。由此,通过形成剥离层的(A)树脂和(B)树脂与作为剥离成分的有机硅树脂呈现在剥离层中化学结合的结构,从而能够抑制有机硅树脂向压敏粘合剂层的迁移,能够防止胶带保存时变得难剥离、使用时粘着力的降低。作为这样的官能团,可列举出羟基、氨基、羧基、环氧基、异氰酸酯基等,优选羟基、环氧基,更优选羟基。
在可发挥本发明的作用效果的范围内,有机聚硅氧烷可以为直链状或分支链状中的任何结构,优选由下述平均组成式(1)表示。

作为上述碳数1~20的有机基团的优选的基团,具体地,可列举出甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基等碳数1~6的烷基、环己基等碳数5~8的环烷基、苯基、甲苯基等碳数6~10的芳基、苄基等碳数7~10的芳烷基。或者可列举将这些基团的与碳原子结合的氢原子的一部分或全部经聚醚基、烷氧基烷基、卤素原子等取代的碳数1~10的烷基,选自羟基丙基、1-氯丙基、3,3,3-三氟丙基等。其中,从剥离性的观点出发,更优选甲基、苯基。
作为上述具有羟基、氨基、羧基、环氧基或异氰酸酯基的、可用杂原子替换的碳数1~20的有机基团,可列举出羟基甲基、羟基乙基、羟基丙基、羟基丁基、羟基戊基、羟基己基、羟基庚基、羟基辛基等羟基烷基、由-(CH2)3-(OCH2CH2)n-OH表示的聚乙二醇基、由-(CH2)3-(OCH2CH2CH2)n-OH表示的聚丙二醇基、3-氨基丙基、N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基、羧基辛基、3-缩水甘油氧基丙基、2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基、3-异氰酸酯基丙基。其中,从固化性的观点出发,更优选羟基烷基、聚乙二醇基、聚丙二醇基。
上述官能团R1中,优选5~50mol%为芳基、芳烷基,更优选10~40mol%为芳基、芳烷基。如果为上述范围内,则剥离性更为良好。
就上述式(1)中的a、b、c、d而言,a为2以上的整数、优选2~30的整数、b为1以上的整数、优选1~500的整数,c为0以上、优选0~10的整数,d为0以上、优选0~10的整数,为5≤a+b+c+d≤500,优选为10≤a+b+c+d≤400。
(C)成分的配混量相对于(A)成分100质量份,为0.5~20质量份,优选0.5~10质量份,更优选1~8质量份。如果为上述范围内,则剥离性优异,能够抑制有机硅的迁移性。
[(D)成分]
本发明的(D)成分为碳数1~8的一元醇,能够单独使用1种或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。通过配混(D)成分,从而组合物的保存稳定性提高。
作为碳数1~8的一元醇,例如可列举出甲醇、乙醇、1-丙醇、2-丙醇、1-丁醇、2-丁醇、2-甲基-1-丙醇、2-甲基-2-丙醇、1-戊醇、2-戊醇、3-戊醇、2-甲基-2-丁醇、3-甲基-2-丁醇、2-甲基-1-丁醇、3-甲基-1-丁醇、3-甲氧基丁醇、3-甲基-3-甲氧基丁醇、1-己醇、2-己醇、3-己醇、环己醇、2-甲基-1-戊醇、2-甲基-2-戊醇、2-甲基-3-戊醇、3-甲基-1-戊醇、3-甲基-2-戊醇、3-甲基-3-戊醇、4-甲基-1-戊醇、4-甲基-2-戊醇、2-乙基-1-丁醇、2,2-二甲基-3-戊醇、2,3-二甲基-3-戊醇、2,4-二甲基-3-戊醇、4,4-二甲基-2-戊醇、3-乙基-3-戊醇、1-庚醇、2-庚醇、3-庚醇、2-甲基-2-己醇、2-甲基-3-己醇、5-甲基-1-己醇、5-甲基-2-己醇、2-乙基-1-己醇、甲基环己醇、三甲基环己醇、4-甲基-3-庚醇、6-甲基-2-庚醇、1-辛醇、2-辛醇、3-辛醇、2-丙基-1-戊醇、2,4,4-三甲基-1-戊醇、2,6-二甲基-4-庚醇、3-乙基-2,2-二甲基-戊醇,优选碳数1~6的一元醇,更优选碳数1~4的一元醇。如果碳数为上述范围内,则保存稳定性优异。
(D)成分的配混量相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,为5~300质量份,更优选10~200质量份,进一步优选20~100质量份。如果为上述范围内,则保存稳定性优异。
在本发明中,通过添加碳数1~8的一元醇,发现可兼具固化性和保存稳定性。不受理论束缚,蜜胺树脂与羟基等官能团反应,通过缩合反应与其他的成分反应。通过酸性催化剂的添加促进该反应,在与一分子中具有2个以上的反应基团的化合物反应的情况下,形成交联结构。因此,组合物的粘度上升,认为剥离强度也变化。相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计量,通过配混特定量的碳数1~8的一元醇,从而抑制与在一分子中具有2个以上的反应基团的化合物的反应,因此认为保存稳定性提高。
[(E)成分]
在本发明的组合物中,从促进(A)成分、(B)成分和(C)成分的交联反应的方面出发,能够使用(E)酸性催化剂。作为酸性催化剂,例如可列举出盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、硼酸等无机酸类、选自乙酸、一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸、丁酸等羧酸、苯磺酸、对-甲苯磺酸、二甲苯磺酸、对-苯酚磺酸、甲磺酸、乙磺酸等有机磺酸等有机酸。这些酸性催化剂能够单独使用1种,或者将2种以上适当地组合使用。
配混(E)成分时的配混量可以为促进反应的催化剂量,例如,相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,优选0.1~10质量份,更优选0.5~5质量份。如果为上述范围内,则固化性优异,被膜的耐久性也良好。
[(F)成分]
在本发明的组合物中,作为(F)成分,能够将任意量的溶剂(不过,不包括(D)成分)单独配混1种或者将2种以上适当地组合配混。根据需要,也可作为用溶剂稀释的溶剂型组合物使用。通过用溶剂稀释,从而获得涂布作业性的改善、涂布被膜的厚度、表面的整饰状态等涂布被膜状态的改善等实用上的优点。
作为可使用的溶剂,可列举出甲苯、二甲苯等芳族烃系化合物;己烷、庚烷、异链烷烃等脂肪族烃系化合物;丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮等酮化合物;乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等酯化合物;二异丙基醚、1,4-二噁烷等醚化合物等,只要是能够使其溶解的化合物均可。
作为配混(F)成分时的配混量,相对于(A)成分100质量份,优选100~20000质量份,更优选200~10000质量份。
[用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物]
本发明的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物的25℃下的粘度优选0.1mPa·s~10Pa·s,更优选0.2mPa·s~5Pa·s,进一步优选1mPa·s~3Pa·s。应予说明,粘度如果为1mPa以上,采用B型旋转粘度计测定,如果不到1mPa,采用奥氏粘度计测定。
[制造方法]
就本发明的组合物的制备而言,可将(A)~(D)成分、根据需要使用的(E)成分、(F)成分和任选成分混合,在保存稳定性的方面,优选预先将(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)、(F)和任选成分均匀混合后,在使用前即刻添加(E)成分的方法。对混合方法等并无特别限定,能够使用公知的方法。
[剥离纸或剥离膜(涂布物)]
本发明提供具有通过将上述用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物在基材涂布后加热从而形成的固化被膜的剥离纸或剥离膜。
将上述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物直接或者进一步用上述的稀释用溶剂稀释到上述的范围后,使用采用缺角轮涂布机、唇式涂布机、辊涂机、模压涂布机、刮刀涂布机、刮板涂布机、棒涂机、舔涂机、凹版涂布机、绕线棒涂布机等的涂布、丝网涂布、浸渍涂布、流延涂布等涂布方法在纸、膜等片状基材的单面或两面上涂布了0.01~100g/m2后,在50~200℃下加热1~120秒,从而能够在基材上形成固化被膜。涂布量优选0.01~100g/m2,更优选0.03~20g/m2,干燥时的温度优选50~200℃,更优选70~180℃。干燥时的时间优选1~120秒,更优选5~90秒。在基材的两面形成剥离层的情况下,优选对基材的每个单面进行固化被膜的形成操作。
作为基材的例子,可列举出聚乙烯层合纸、玻璃纸、上等纸、牛皮纸、白土涂布纸、镜面涂布纸等各种涂布纸、YUPO等合成纸、聚乙烯膜、CPP、OPP等聚丙烯膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜等聚酯膜、聚酰胺膜、聚酰亚胺膜、聚乳酸膜、聚酚醛膜、聚碳酸酯膜等。为了提高这些基材与剥离层的密合性,可使用对基材面进行了电晕处理、蚀刻处理、或等离子体处理的基材
实施例
以下示出实施例和比较例,对本发明具体地说明,但本发明并不受下述的实施例限制。
<使用原料>
(A成分)
(A-1)
在具备搅拌机、温度计、回流冷凝器、滴液装置的玻璃制反应装置中装入甲苯40.0质量份,加热到90~100℃后,在通氮气下历时4小时滴入甲基丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯26.0质量份(0.20mol)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10.0质量份(0.10mol)、甲基丙烯酸硬脂酯67.7质量份(0.20mol)、2-乙基过氧己酸叔丁酯2.5质量份(0.01mol)和甲苯29.1质量份的混合物。进而,在90~100℃下聚合2小时后,加入2-乙基过氧己酸叔丁酯2.5质量份(0.0012mol),进行2小时聚合,得到了含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂的60质量%甲苯溶液。得到的含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂的羟基值为100mgKOH/g。采用GPC得到的聚苯乙烯换算的重均分子量为40000。

[实施例1~8、比较例1~8]
使用上述所示的(A)~(F)成分作为原料,采用以下的步骤制备了涂布用组合物。
将(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)、(F)成分按照表1~3的配混比取入烧瓶中,均匀地混合。在得到的溶液中,按照表1~3的配混比添加(E)成分,通过搅拌混合,从而得到了涂布用组合物。使用该组合物,采用后述的方法制作涂布品并进行了评价。
[评价]
对于涂布用组合物,采用下述方法,对“剥离强度”、“固化性”、“反复使用耐久性”、“保存稳定性”进行了评价或测定。将结果示于表1中。均将“○”记为合格。
[剥离强度]
采用棒涂器将得到的涂布组合物涂布于厚165μm的镜面涂布纸以使涂覆量成为5.0g/m2,在120℃的热风式干燥机中加热60秒和120秒,形成了剥离剂层后,在其固化被膜表面涂布单组分型聚氨酯溶液[CRISVON 5516S(大日本油墨化学工业(株)制造)]以使涂膜的厚度成为30μm,在130℃下热处理2分钟。其次,在该处理面粘贴NITTO 31B胶带,用2Kg辊往复压接1次,在25℃下老化20小时后,将试样切割为5cm宽,使用拉伸试验机,以180°的角度以剥离速度0.3m/分钟将粘贴胶带剥离,测定了剥离所需的力(gf/50mm)。再有,将60秒加热时的剥离力记为RA,将加热了120秒时的剥离力记为RB。
另外,在加热60秒得到的剥离剂层上,采用上述条件将聚氨酯的剥离重复10次,进行评价,将第3次的剥离力记为RC。
[固化性]
对采用上述剥离强度试验测定的剥离力进行比较,评价了固化性。
由(RA/RB)×100(%)的式子,求出了加热时间的不同引起的剥离力的变化率。在固化性好的情况下,加热时间的不同引起的剥离力的变化率降低。因此,用下述的指标评价变化率,变化率越小,判断为固化性越好。
○:变化率为120以下
△:变化率为超过120且150以下
×:变化率为超过150
[反复使用耐久性]
对采用上述剥离强度试验测定的剥离力进行比较,评价了固化性。
由(RC/RA)×100(%)的式子,求出了反复使用时的剥离力的变化率。变化率越小,表示反复使用耐久性越优异。因此,用下述的指标评价变化率,变化率越小,判断为反复使用耐久性越好。
○:变化率为120以下
△:变化率为超过120且150以下
×:变化率为超过150
[保存稳定性]
·剥离强度
在上述剥离强度评价中,除了只使热风式干燥机中的固化时间为60秒以外,同样地进行了剥离强度测定。制备涂布组合物,在25℃下保存12小时后,采用同样的方法测定了剥离强度。将涂布组合物刚制备后评价时的剥离力设为RA,将涂布组合物制备后12小时后评价的剥离力设为RD时,由(RD/RA)×100(%)的式子,求出了制备涂布组合物后的保存时间引起的剥离力的变化率。保存时间的不同引起的变化率的数值高表示保存稳定性差。因此,用下述的指标评价变化率,变化率越小,判断为保存越好。
○:变化率为120以下
△:变化率为超过120且150以下
×:变化率为超过150
·溶液粘度
将涂布用组合物的粘度设为VA(mPa·s),将涂布组合物制备后24小时后测定的粘度设为VB(mPa·s)时,由(VB/VA)×100(%)的式子,求出了涂布用组合物制备后的保存时间引起的粘度的变化率。保存时间的不同引起的变化率的数值高表示保存稳定性差。因此,用下述的指标评价变化率,变化率越小,判断为保存越好。
○:变化率为120以下
△:变化率为超过120且150以下
×:变化率为超过150
应予说明,粘度的测定均是在25℃下使用B型旋转粘度计测定的值。
就表中的数值而言,对于配混量,对于(A)成分、(B)成分,记载包含溶剂、溶液的量,在()内记载了(A)成分、(B)成分的纯成分量。应予说明,“(B)/(A)100质量份”、“(C)/(A)100质量份”、“(D)/(A)~(C)合计100质量份”、“(E)/(A)100质量份”、“(F)/(A)100质量份”用各成分的纯成分换算量记载,(B)成分中的相当于(D)成分的醇分、(A)成分中的相当于(F)成分的溶剂也包含在计算值中。

Claims (7)
1.用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其包含:
(A)选自(A-1)含有羟基的丙烯酸系树脂和(A-2)醇酸树脂中的树脂:100质量份,
(B)选自全醚型甲基化蜜胺树脂、羟甲基型甲基化蜜胺树脂和它们的多聚体中的树脂:10~120质量份,
(C)在1分子中具有2个以上可与选自(A)成分和(B)成分中的1种以上树脂化学结合的官能团的有机聚硅氧烷:0.5~20质量份,和
(D)碳数1~8的一元醇:相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,为5~300质量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其中,(D)成分为碳数1~4的一元醇。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其中,相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,(D)成分的配混量为10~200质量份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其中,相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,(D)成分的配混量为20~100质量份。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其中,(B)成分选自全醚型甲基化蜜胺树脂及其多聚体。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物,其还包含(E)酸性催化剂。
7.剥离纸或剥离膜,其具有通过将根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的用于剥离纸或剥离膜的树脂组合物涂布于基材后加热而形成的固化被膜。
