As can be seen from the above table, the conditioner disclosed by the invention is adopted to surround the roots together with the accompanying soil during the tobacco seedling transplanting, and the synergist aqueous solution is adopted to respectively perform hole irrigation on tobacco plants after 7-10 days and 30-35 days of transplanting, so that the development of the root system of the cigar can be remarkably promoted, and the root activity and the survival rate can be improved. The change of the use time of the conditioner and the synergist can obviously reduce the promotion effect on the root system development of the cigar and reduce the root activity; especially, the use of the synergist in the comparative example 6 leads to severe seedling burning and greatly reduces the survival rate of cigar seedlings. It follows that the best technical results are obtained with the conditioning agents and synergists according to the invention only with the application method provided by the invention.
