The fertilizer special for tobacco for promoting the early growth and fast growth of tobacco seedlings and controlling underground pests as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compound plant fermentation product with insecticidal activity is prepared by fermenting the high-efficiency and quick-acting compound microbial inoculum produced by Shandong LvLong biotechnology Limited with the Photinia fraseri branches and leaves, the chrysanthemum residue and the tobacco stem residue according to the ratio of 1: 1-2: 1-3 for 10-15 days.
4. The fertilizer special for tobacco for promoting the early growth and the quick growth of tobacco seedlings and controlling soil insects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nitrogen fertilizer is any one of ammonium nitrate, nitric phosphate fertilizer or ammonium nitrate phosphate fertilizer.
5. The fertilizer special for tobacco for promoting the early growth and the fast growth of tobacco seedlings and controlling soil insects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the phosphate fertilizer is any one of monoammonium phosphate, calcium magnesium phosphate or triple superphosphate.
6. The fertilizer special for tobacco for promoting the early growth and the fast growth of tobacco seedlings and controlling soil insects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the medium trace elements comprise magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, borax and ammonium molybdate.

The fertilizer special for tobacco for promoting the early growth and the fast growth of tobacco seedlings and controlling soil insects as claimed in claim 6, wherein the medium trace elements comprise: 0.3-2 parts of magnesium sulfate, 0.15-0.2 part of zinc sulfate, 0.04-0.25 part of borax and 0.01-0.05 part of ammonium molybdate.
8. The method for preparing the fertilizer special for tobacco for promoting the early growth and the fast growth of tobacco seedlings and controlling soil insects as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) fermenting the castor seed cake with EM (effective microorganisms) strains for 25-30 days to prepare fermented castor seed cake fertilizer;
(2) fermenting branches and leaves of Photinia fraseri, flos Chrysanthemi residue and tobacco stem residue at a ratio of 1: 1-2: 1-3 with high-efficiency and quick-acting composite microbial agent produced by Shandong green ridge biotechnology Co Ltd for 10-15 days to obtain compound plant fermented product with insecticidal activity;
(3) and uniformly stirring and mixing the fermented castor bean cake fertilizer, the compound plant fermentation product, the nitrogen fertilizer, the phosphate fertilizer, the potassium fertilizer, the organic silicon phosphate fertilizer, the polyaspartic acid, the medium trace elements and the agricultural algin by adopting a blending process according to the parts by weight.
