The following field test was conducted on disease resistance of the fertilizer prepared in example
First, purpose and meaning of experiment
Honghuadajinyuan is one of the flue-cured tobacco varieties mainly planted in Yunnan province for years. The popularization of the variety is influenced to a certain extent due to poor resistance in practical production. The Honghuadajinyuan can resist south root knot nematode disease, has mild climatic spot disease, is infected with brown spot disease and black shank disease, and is infected with wild fire and common mosaic disease. Wherein, the main diseases of tobacco black shank, root black rot, bacterial wilt, soft rot, root knot nematode disease and the like can occur in the seedbed and the field period, which often generates huge loss to tobacco planting. The experiment aims to apply a biological organic fertilizer prepared by combining a sexual functional microbial agent with organic and inorganic nutrients during tobacco transplantation, and tries to effectively control the occurrence of common diseases such as tobacco black shank, root black rot, bacterial wilt, soft rot and root knot nematode; meanwhile, the growth of plant root systems is promoted, and the nutrient utilization rate is improved so as to provide technical support for preventing and treating common diseases of the large golden elements of the safflower.
Materials and methods
2.1. Location and variety of implementation
The tobacco in the lake and south generally bridges a representative tobacco planting area of a female river bed unit adjacent to the lake, the test land requires medium fertility, the fertility is uniformly distributed, the illumination and irrigation conditions are good, and the test of the fertilizer is not carried out in nearly two years, so that the test land can represent the land parcel of the main soil type in the area. The main local cultivated variety Honghuadajinyuan is used as a test variety.
2.2 test materials
10-8-20 parts of tobacco special fertilizer cloud leaves used in local tobacco production, and the biological organic and inorganic fertilizer of the embodiments 1-5 of the invention.
2.3 design of the experiment
The cell test is divided into 2 processes, which are respectively as follows:
process 1 (CK): the amount of the special base fertilizer for tobacco is determined according to the production standard of local high-quality tobacco leaves.
Treatment 2-6: the bio-organic-inorganic fertilizers of examples 1-5 of the present invention were reduced by 0.5 pure nitrogen amount in comparison with the amount used.
Each treatment is repeated for 3 times, 6 cells are totally formed, each cell is a 66 square meter, and the row spacing is implemented according to the production standard of local high-quality tobacco leaves. The cells are arranged in random blocks.
In order to ensure the application effect of the biological fertilizer, pesticide and other medicines are not required to be sprayed as far as possible within three days before and after the fertilizer is applied, and other farming operations are the same as the production scheme of the local field high-quality tobacco leaves.
Third, test recording and observation
3.1 growth phase progression
As seen by the growth period, as in table 6, there was no very significant difference between the control and the test, and the bio-organic-inorganic fertilizer did not have a significant effect on the tobacco plant growth period.
TABLE 6 growth stage progression
Figure BDA0002808343340000121
From the above table 6, under the condition of the same transplanting time, the time difference between the treatment entering the mass stage and the treatment entering the vigorous growth stage is only 1 day before and after, and the growth stage time is basically the same.
3.2 Pest investigation
And (4) investigating the occurrence condition of the diseases and insect pests of each treatment, and judging the prevention and control conditions of the biological-organic-inorganic fertilizer on the diseases such as blackleg and bacterial wilt and the like which are frequently generated by Honghuadajinyuan.
TABLE 7 field disease Condition
Figure BDA0002808343340000131
In the field of the year, except for sunscald phenomenon caused by strong light, the tobacco plants mainly have black shank and bacterial wilt in the later growth period of the tobacco plants, as can be seen from the field disease conditions in the table 2, the incidence of the bacterial wilt and the black shank treated by 2-6 is obviously lower than that of the bacterial wilt and the bacterial wilt treated by 1, but the control measures are not carried out by the farmers in the control area in advance, and the chemical agents are used only after the tobacco plants are found to be infected by the diseases, which indicates that the biological control measures have the effect of preventing the bacterial wilt and the black shank. Treatment 2 showed lower disease rates than treatment 1, indicating that tobacco plants using the bio-organic-inorganic fertilizer of the present invention had higher disease resistance than tobacco plants using a fertilizer specific to tobacco.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications in light of the above teachings may occur to those skilled in the art. Not all embodiments are exhaustive. All obvious changes and modifications which are obvious to the technical scheme of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.

step two, preparing a functional microbial inoculum: respectively activating bacillus subtilis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens and bacillus mucilaginosus to prepare seed solutions, respectively carrying out aerobic fermentation in fermentation tanks, culturing for 48-60 h under the conditions that the fermentation temperature is 35-38 ℃ and the rotation speed is 120rpm/min to respectively obtain strain fermentation liquids, and then compounding the three kinds of strain fermentation liquids to obtain functional microbial inoculum fermentation liquids;
step three, adding a functional microbial inoculum: adding the fermentation liquor of the functional microbial inoculum obtained in the second step into the organic fertilizer obtained in the first step according to the weight ratio of 1-5 per mill, and uniformly mixing to obtain a biological organic fertilizer;
fourthly, preparing the biological-organic-inorganic fertilizer: mixing the biological organic fertilizer obtained in the third step with an inorganic raw material according to a ratio to obtain a biological-organic-inorganic fertilizer;
fifthly, product packaging: drying, metering and packaging the bio-organic-inorganic fertilizer obtained in the fourth step to obtain a powdery bio-organic-inorganic fertilizer product; and (4) granulating, drying, screening, metering and packaging the biological-organic-inorganic fertilizer obtained in the fourth step to obtain a granular biological-organic-inorganic fertilizer product.
3. The bio-organic-inorganic fertilizer suitable for Honghua Dajinyuan according to claim 2, wherein: the fermentation culture solution of the strains in the fermentation tank in the second step comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of soybean meal, 0.5-1 part of cane sugar, 1-3 parts of beef extract, 2-3 parts of corn flour, 0.8-1.5 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-2 parts of fish meal, 0.05-0.1 part of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.05-0.1 part of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 1-5 parts of sodium chloride and 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, wherein the pH is adjusted by hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide to be 6.8-7.5.
4. The bio-organic-inorganic fertilizer suitable for Honghua Dajinyuan according to claim 2, wherein: the effective viable count of the strain fermentation liquor in the second step is more than 2.0 multiplied by 1010cfu/g。
