Description

Root promoting agent for promoting growth of cigar root system and preparation and use methods thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigar planting, and particularly relates to a root growth promoter for promoting the root growth of cigar, a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
Tobacco is one of important economic crops in China, a planting area is mainly located in remote areas of the old, the young and the like, and long-term continuous cropping and other phenomena exist in the planting process, so that tobacco planting soil is hardened and the like, so that the root system of a plant grows slowly, tobacco plants grow slowly and the like after tobacco seedlings are transplanted. Cigars are one of important tobacco products except for flue-cured tobaccos, but domestic cigar brands are mainly in low-end markets, and the eggplant coats, eggplant covers and eggplant cores of a small number of middle-high-end cigars basically depend on import, so that the key technical bottleneck of development and application of the domestic cigar tobacco leaves is broken through, the industrial chain of development and application of the domestic cigar tobacco leaves is opened, and partial substitution of imported raw materials is realized. Therefore, after the cigar is transplanted, the promotion of the root system development of the plant is one of the key technologies for realizing the yield and the quality of the cigar.
The patent CN109042208B discloses a cultivation method for promoting the growth early-stage root system development of flue-cured tobacco, which comprises land preparation, fertilization, ridging, film mulching and transplanting. The method mainly focuses on the implementation standard of each link, and no special root growth promoter is used for promoting the root system development of tobacco plants. CN102630400A discloses a method for promoting the root development of tobacco seedlings, and provides a set of optimal phosphorus nutrient concentration and corresponding culture modes which can obviously promote the root development of early-stage (within 30 days) tobacco seedlings and later-stage (from 31 days to before transplantation) tobacco seedlings. The tobacco seeds are treated by 0.02mmol/L phosphorus (P) in the early stage (before 30 days) to be most beneficial to the growth of the root hairs of the tobacco seedlings in the early stage, the tobacco seedlings are suitable to be cultured in Hoagland complete nutrient solution in the later stage (after 30 days to before transplantation), and the stress concentration of 0.1mmol/L phosphorus (P) is most beneficial to the growth of the root systems of the tobacco seedlings. The method mainly focuses on promoting root growth in a seedling raising stage and is not applied to field production. The soil environments of different tobacco planting areas are different, the nutrient solution capable of promoting root growth in the seedling tray can not necessarily achieve the same technical effect as that in the seedling tray in different soil environments.
