land selection and preparation: selecting soil with good air permeability and pH of 5.5, ploughing for 2 times in 4 months at a ploughing depth of 23cm, removing impurities in the soil, wherein weeds are intensively stacked in a farmyard manure pit to be fermented into fertilizer, and impurities such as stones are removed to eliminate disease and pest sources; plowing once again 6 days before sowing, applying 2000 kg/mu of farmyard manure and 15 kg/mu of potassium sulfate compound fertilizer, and covering with a plastic film;
lifting and transplanting seedlings: starting seedlings from late 4 to early 5 months; watering the seedlings, and then taking out the seedlings and the matrix simultaneously, wherein the matrix cannot be shaken off when the seedlings and the matrix are taken out; transplanting in cloudy days, namely, firstly, inserting holes with the depth of 6cm into the prepared land covered with the plastic film at intervals of 18cm by using wood, forming holes with the diameter of 2cm at positions, corresponding to the holes, on the plastic film, wherein the plastic film at other positions cannot be damaged, then, wetting by using water and pressing the holes tightly, and transplanting 1 seedling in each hole; lifting and transplanting are carried out in a current-lifting and current-planting mode, and if the current-lifting and current-planting mode cannot be realized, the transplanting is finished within 3 days after lifting the seedlings;
field management: checking the seedling condition every day within 15 days after planting, and timely replenishing the seedlings if the phenomena of seedling shortage or seedling death occur; if the raining does not occur in one week, carrying out artificial irrigation at 6 pm; when the rainfall is too large, a drainage ditch is dug, and the drainage is dredged;
harvesting: collecting in clear days without dew from 8 to 9 in the middle of the month, and cutting off the ground with a sharp hunting knife.

Test of influence of soil pH value on polygonum capitatum growth:
the test method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of carrying out sterilization treatment on soil solarization under the sunlight, then adding biological fertilizer and perlite, respectively setting according to the pH value of the soil, setting A, B, C groups of soil with each pH value, respectively filling the three groups of soil into pots, simultaneously transplanting healthy polygonum capitatum seedlings into the pots, planting each potted plant, harvesting after the plants are mature, respectively recording the fresh weight and the dry weight of polygonum capitatum finished products in each pot, displaying the yield of finished products through the fresh weight and the dry weight of the polygonum capitatum finished products, and recording the results as shown in table 1:

Then, the polygonum capitatum dry product obtained by culturing under different soils is detected according to the method of the quality standard of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and national medicinal materials in Guizhou province (2019 edition), and the detection result is shown in Table 2:

By observing the production conditions of the polygonum capitatum under the soil with different pH values, the swelling potential of the polygonum capitatum plant in the soil with the pH value of 6.0 is found to be better; as can be seen from the table 1, the yield of the polygonum capitatum plant under the soil with the pH of 6.0 is higher, and the polygonum capitatum plant is more suitable for the growth and development of the polygonum capitatum plant; as can be seen from Table 2, in the soil with pH of 6.0, the content of gallic acid in the cultivated polygonum capitatum dry product is higher, the medicinal value is better, and the product quality is better.
In summary, according to the method for planting polygonum capitatum provided by the embodiment of the invention, the planting environment is selected and treated through the steps of land selection and preparation, soil with good air permeability and pH of 4.5-6.5 is selected for planting polygonum capitatum, and the soil is more in line with the growth habit of polygonum capitatum and is beneficial to the smooth growth and development of polygonum capitatum; plowing for 1-2 times in 4 months at a plowing depth of 15-25cm, loosening soil through plowing, facilitating water receiving and storing, promoting the growth of plant roots, destroying the growth environment of a disease insect source, killing pests through freeze drying or deep burying, and removing weeds, stones and other impurities in the soil, thereby ensuring that the polygonum capitatum can normally grow and develop; cultivating again 3-7 days before sowing, applying farmyard manure and compound fertilizer to provide nutrients for the production and development of polygonum capitatum, and covering with plastic film to prevent the loss of nutrients in fertilizer and prevent the growth of weeds. After planting, managing through the field management steps, checking the seedling condition every day within 15 days after planting, timely replenishing seedlings if the phenomena of seedling shortage or seedling death exist, timely watering after transplanting is completed, enabling polygonum capitatum seedlings to obtain enough moisture, watering once every 3 days, moistening soil, and thus being more beneficial to growth of polygonum capitatum seedlings and generally watering to half a month. In addition, in the field management process, if the field management is not rainy within one week, artificial irrigation is needed to supplement water for polygonum capitatum seedlings; if the rainfall is too large, drainage ditches need to be dug in time to dredge and drain water, and root rot of the polygonum capitatum caused by water accumulation is prevented; and weeding is carried out every 15 days, so that the polygonum capitatum can grow smoothly. Finally, harvesting through the harvesting steps to obtain a finished product of the polygonum capitatum. The whole process flow is simple, the polygonum capitatum can be stably cultivated, and the obtained polygonum capitatum has good quality and high yield.

land selection and preparation: ploughing the soil for 1-2 times with a ploughing depth of 15-25cm, removing impurities in the soil and eliminating sources of diseases and insects; cultivating again 3-7 days before sowing, applying farmyard manure and compound fertilizer, and covering with plastic film;
lifting and transplanting seedlings: watering the seedlings when lifting the seedlings, taking out the seedlings and the matrix simultaneously, and transplanting the seedlings according to the plant spacing of 10-20cm, wherein the transplanting depth is 3-7 cm;
field management: checking the seedling condition every day within 15 days after planting, and managing;
harvesting: harvesting after maturation, and harvesting the part on the ground.
2. The method for planting Polygonum capitatum according to claim 1, wherein in the step of selecting land and preparing land, soil with pH of 4.5-6.5 is selected.
3. The method for planting Polygonum capitatum according to claim 1, wherein in the step of selecting land and preparing land, the tilling depth is 20 cm.
4. The method for planting polygonum capitatum according to claim 1, wherein 2000 kg/mu of farmyard manure and 15 kg/mu of potassium sulfate compound fertilizer are applied in the step of selecting and preparing land.

The method for planting Polygonum capitatum according to claim 1, wherein in the seedling raising and transplanting step, the seedling raising and transplanting are performed by means of current planting, and if the current planting cannot be performed, the transplanting is completed within 3 days after the seedling raising.

8. The method for planting polygonum capitatum according to claim 1, wherein in the field management step, irrigation is performed at 6 pm when artificial irrigation is performed.
9. The method for planting polygonum capitatum according to claim 1, wherein in the harvesting step, the harvesting is performed on a sunny day without dew.
10. The method for planting polygonum capitatum according to claim 1, wherein in the harvesting step, a sharp hunting knife is used to cut off the ground surface for harvesting.
