Description

数字磁记录/再现系统的 防复制方法及装置
本发明涉及数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法及装置,更具体地涉及一种数字磁记录/再现系统的一种防复制方法及装置,其中涉及防复制功能的信息标志(marker)及执行该功能的标志被编码并插入以实现防复制功能及实现为节目提供者所需的各种方式的防复制功能。
传统的防复制方法的一个例子被描述在US 4,819,098,其中使导致对一个VCR中自动增益控制(AGC)电路干扰的信号插入到待记录到磁带上的视频波形上。当从磁带上再现其信号以在电视机上显示时,该干扰信号不会影响电视机的AGC电路,以便能够正常的显示。
但是,当再现信号被另一VCR记录时,即当其被复制时,该干扰信号将对该VCR的AGC电路带来干扰,使其以不精确的信号电平记录。因而,当再现复制带时便不会获得正常显示。
另一例子是,US.4,571,642,利用控制轨迹以使记录不精确。该控制轨迹是在执行再现期间用于VCR中同步伺服电路,由此实现防复制功能。该专利的基本构思是当将视频信号复制到另一磁带上时改变视频信号并增强控制轨迹以使记录不精确。
又一例子公开在US 4,577,216中,其中将相位噪音信号或类似信号插入到视频信号的彩色同步部分中,由此实现防复制功能。
上述方法是利用了电视机电路和VCR电路之间的不同灵敏度。因此,上述用于防止系统的复制方法在某些VCR上可能不能起到防复制的功能,而且可能会使某些电视机不能实现正常的显示。
上述防复制方法是一种模拟系统,它们可适用于防止NTSC制视频信号在模拟量VCR上的复制。但是,在模拟量电视机(ATV)的高清晰度图像的情况下,可借助数字量VCR而非模拟量VCR进行复制,因此使用模拟系统的防复制方法是困难的。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种适用于数字VCR的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法及装置,并且它包括能让节目提供者选择所需防复制功能的各种防复制功能。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,提供了一种数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,它通过一个音频及视频信号传输处理及一个音频及视频信号接收/记录处理来进行防复制。音频及视频信号传输处理是按加密标志(encrypted marker)的顺序进行的,该标志借助编码键码(encoding key)由用于加密音频及视频位带(bit strip)的控制字及防非法复制的防复制信息而组成,将标志与被控制字加密(scrambled)的音频及视频位带进行多路传输。然后,该音频及视频信号接收/记录处理是按检测标记的顺序进行的,从传输位带检测标志,借助编码键码对检测到的标志进行解码及分析以确定是否允许复制,更新待被记录在录像带上的检测标志,由该标志产生控制字以执行解密及将待显示的音频及视频信号提供给监视器。
同时,一种数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置包括:标志检测及插入部分,用于从输入位带中检测标志,并将更新的标志插入到位带中以输出其结果;标志分析及处理部分,用以借助编码键码对来自标志检测及插入部分的加密标志进行解码及分析,输出用于解密位带的控制字,及借助于编码键码对解码标志进行更新及加密并输出其结果;此外,缓冲部分用于对来自标志分析及处理部分的控制字和更新及加密的标志进行缓冲,并将更新及加密的标志插入到标志检测及插入部分中;及解密器,用于借助来自缓冲部分的控制字对通过标志检测及插入部分提供的位带进行解密。
通过参照附图对本发明优选实施例的详细描述将会使本发明的上述目的及另外的优点更明显。

根据本发明的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法及装置着重这样的事实,即一个DVCR可以在录像带上记录所有不同的信号,以致多种输入信号普遍地被分成二类,并对每种信号施行各种防复制的方法。
首先,由地面广播,卫星广播及付费电视广播发送的信号被分类为广播信号,当记录该广播信号时可使用以下三种防复制功能。
这三种防复制功能为:不能记录到录像带中,自由记录/复制到带中,及一代性记录到带中且不能复制已记录的带。
这里,第三种功能即信号一代性(single generational)记录到带中且不能复制已记录的带就是说能让来自电视接收机的信号被一代地记录到带上,但禁止;当第一代记录的带能再现并通过监视器观看时借助另一DVCR记录该信号。
第二类别是用于由预记录信号来识别租用带。这里预记录信号的防复制功能类似于上述不能记录到录像带中及自由记录/复制到带中的功能,它具有以下三种功能。
这三种功能是不能复制到另外的带上,自由复制到另外的带上及一代性复制到另一带上。
一代性复制到另一带上的功能是允许从原始租用带复制但禁止从该复制带作另外复制的防复制功能,它被用于数字录音带(DAT)。
本发明的优点在于,当提供节目时节目提供者选择上述功能。为此目的,节目提供者将所需的防复制功能信息,即标志插入到节目中的预定字段中去。
在被传输前由节目提供者插入到传送数据中的标志被编码,为了阻止一非法复制,以指定周期间隔如一月一次地,通过分离的传输线例如电话线传送用于解译标志的编码键码,并被存储到防复制装置中。
在DVCR机壳内装有ATV解码器的系统中,用于实现防复制功能的防复制装置在ATV解码器及DVCR之间的接口处理期间执行数字防复制功能,及借助于被接收的编码键码来对被接收节目的标志进行解码及确定,以便根据相应的防复制功能来执行另外的功能。
根据本发明的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法是通过如图1中所示音频及视频信号传输处理,及图2所示的音频及视频信号接收及记录处理来进行。
该音频及视频信号传输处理是用于对加密音频及视频位带的控制字及借助编码键码防止非法复制的防复制(以下简称为“CP”)信息构成的标志进行加密,以便对由控制字加密的音频及视频位带进行多路复接及传输。这里,标志是已由节目发生器形成的,以便与音频及视频位带一起多路复接及传输。
更详细地,如图1所示,该音频及视频信号传输处理是按以下次序进行的,用于对音频及视频位带进行编码的音频/视频位带编码步骤1,用于产生为加密用的控制字的控制字产生步骤2,及用于借助所产生的控制字对被编码的音频及视频位带进行加密的加密(scramble)步骤6。依次地,CP信息产生步骤3产生用于防止非法复制的CP信息,标志产生及加密步骤4及5利用产生的控制字及CP信息产生标志及借助于编码键码对产生的标志进行加密。最后多路转换及传输步骤7使加密的音频及视频位带及加密的标志多路复接并传输该结果。
音频及视频信号接收及记录处理是以这样的方式进行的:即从传输的位带中检测出标志,并借助于编码键码解码,及进行分析。于是,确定出是否允许复制以便更新待记录在录像带上的被检测标志,及从标志中产生出控制字以进行解密及在监视器上显示信号,其中从节目发生器传输来的音频及视频信号被记录或根据标志显示。
更具体地,如图2中所示,该音频及视频信号接收及记录处理是这样执行的:通过标志检测步骤11及12,利用多路分离被传输的位带检测标志,及借助编码键码解码该标志;及标志分析步骤13,用于分析检测的标志以确定是否允许复制及检测控制字。然后,在音频及视频解码步骤14及15中,利用被检测的控制字使传输的音频及视频位带被解密及解码以提供音频及视频信号。然后,在标志插入步骤16,17及18中,借助于编码键码使被检测标志更新及加密,以便在分析标志后允许复制的情况下使其被插入。
上述处理将详细地描述如下。
开始,节目发生器将音频及视频位带进行编码-1,产生用于加密的控制字-2,及借助产生的控制字对编码的音频及视频位带进行加密-6。
并且,产生出用于防止非法复制的CP信息-3,及使用产生的控制字及CP信息来产生标志-4,及利用编码键码执行加密-5。
最后,使加密的音频及视频位带及加密的标志形成多路复接-7以便传送用于节目的记录及再现。
使传输的位带进行多路分解以检测标志-11,及利用编码键码执行解码及输出已解码的标志-12。对被检测及被解码的标志进行分析以确定是否允许复制及检测控制字-13。
利用被检测的控制字用于使传输的音频及视频位带解密及解码,以便将音频及视频信号提供给监视器及被显示-14及15。
此外,当在分析标志后确定出允许复制时,借助编码键码使被检测标志更新以被加密,及将其结果插入到音频及视频位带中以被记录-16,17及18。
这里,将参照图3来观察插入标志的位置。
传输位带由固定长度、即188字节的传送数据包组成,其中一个传送标题设置在位带的前级上。传送位带被分成4字节的固定长度字段及一个可变长度的适配字段。然后存在一个传送专用数据的字段;它作为适配字段中的一个字段。该传送专用数据字段由一个ID字段及加密的标志组成。ID字段起着一个识别符的作用,用于通告该传送专用数据字段是一个用于根据本发明的方法的防复制的字段,而跟在ID字段后面的加密标志执行本发明的防复制功能。
当借助于编码键码使标志解码时,已解码的标志被分成一个记录用于防非法录制的CP信息的CP信息区,一个记录用于解密的控制字CW的控制字区,及一个备用区。
这就是,解码标志由:一字节CP信息区,三字节的备用区域及四字节的控制字区域组成的8字节构成。
在此时,CP信息通过包括一个限制允许复制节目次数的复制代数控制字段被格式化,该字段由一个可允许的代数字段,用以限制节目的复制次数,及一个当前代数字段,表示复制节目的当前代数。
接下来,将详细描述音频及视频接收及记录处理的标志分析步骤13。
该标志分析步骤13是通过下列步骤来进行的:CP信息检测步骤,用以从被检测的标志中检测防非法复制的CP信息;复制数目限制步骤,用于将限制允许复制节目次数的允许代数字段的允许代数与被检测CP信息中的表示复制节目当前代数的当前代数字段中的当前代数相比较,以确定是否允许复制;及控制字检测步骤,用以从被检测到的标志中检测控制字,用于执行解密。
换言之,从被检到的标志中检测用于防非法复制的CP信息,及将用以限制节目复制次数的允许代数字段的允许代数与检到的CP信息中的表示当前复制节目代数的目前代数字段中的当前代数相比较,以确定是否允许复制,以使得在允许复制的情况下记录节目,否则在禁止复制的情况下尽管可获得记录但也不能执行再现。
接着,从被检出的标志中检测用于解密的控制字。
这里,通过将允许代数字段中的允许代数与当前代数字段的当前代数相比较,以确定可允许代数是否是当前代数。当确定出允许代数不低于当前代数时则允许复制,以进入到标志插入步骤。
复制数目限制步骤将被描述如下。
当在对由节目发生器预设的允许代数字段中的允许代数与代表当前复制数目的当前代数的比较后,允许代数低于目前代数时,复制次数就超出由节目发生器预设的复制次数。因此,复制将不再被允许。
在此时,为了禁止复制,控制字将自行破坏或不能输出,以阻止在进行复制后的再现。这是因为音频及视频位带在被加密状态下进行记录,加密的音频及视频位带在无控制字时不能被解密。
因此,利用控制字的破坏,甚至在记录了音频及视频位带时也不能再现及显示,由此与阻止记录它们具有相同的效果。
在此时,因为控制字在0.6秒的间隔中周期性地改变,因此利用接连的破坏控制字,甚至在完成记录后也可阻止再现。
并且,在录像带中的控制轨迹也可以被破坏以用来禁止复制。
另一方面,不管控制字何时变化,标志总位于位带中的专用数据字段中。
这里,由于控制字是周期性变化的,故不管控制字何时变化及被提供,总能接收到包括控制字的标志。
同时,当分析标志后允许复制时通过更新标志-16,借助编码键码使更新的标志加密-17,及用随后待插入标志取代加密标志-18来执行标志插入步骤。
换句话说,如果在分析标志后允许复制,使当前代数字段的当前代数增加1以更新标志-16。这就是,包括通过当前代数加1获得的更新当前代数字段的CP信息与控制字相加作为更新标志。
借助编码键码对更新标志加密以被随后的标志取代及插入-17。更具体地,不管控制字何时改变标志总被提供,及不管何时控制字改变标志总被插入。
换言之,如图3所示,加密标志的检测及更新标志的取代应该是一起按时基完成的。
同时,用于加密及解码标志的编码键码是通过分开的传输线在预定时间间隔中传输及被存储以便使用的,由此完全地防止了非法复制。
这即为,由编码键码加密的标志与位带一起被传输及记录。这里用于对解密及加密视频及音频位流进行加密的控制字包括在标志中,因此标志应首先被解码,以便获得控制字。但是,因为用于解码标志的编码键码是周期性改变的,没有编码键码是不可能对标志解码的。因此,非法地获得控制字也具有困难。
如图4所示,根据本发明的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置包括标志检测/插入部分21,解密器24,标志分析/处理部分22及一个缓冲部分23。
标志检测/插入部分21检测来自于接收的位带中的标志,并将其插入以输出更新标志,即更新的及加密的标志,它来自于缓冲部分23插入到位带中。
标志分析/处理部分22使用编码键码对来自于标志检测/插入部分21的加密标志进行解码及分析,由此提供控制字CW,用于对位带进行加密。然后,通过编码键码使被解码标志更新及加密。
缓冲部分23使来自于标志分析/处理部分22的控制字CW及更新与加密标志IEM缓冲,以致提供更新的及加密的标志IEM并使其插入到标志检测/插入部分21中。
解码器24借助于来自缓冲部分23的控制字CW使由标志检测/插入部分21输出的位带解密并将其结果提供给监视器以便显示,或提供给DVCR以使记录插有标志的位带。
这里,编码键码是通过分开的传输线在预定时间间隔中传输的及被存储的,以致根据本发明的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法得到双倍的版权保护效果。
参照图3,对传送位带及标志的描述将优先于对上述结构的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置的操作的描述。
在该数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置中,标志位于位带中的传送专用字段,及记录有防非法录制用的CP信息的CP信息字段及记录有解密用的控制字CW的控制字字段均包括在其中,如图3中该防复制方法所示。
这里,CP信息通过包括用于限制允许复制节目次数的复制代数控制字段来格式化,该字段由用于限制节目复制次数的可允许代数字段及表示当前复制节目代数的当前代数字段所组成。
该标志由8字节构成,包括一字节的CP信息字段及四字节的控制字字段。
以下,将参照图4,对根据本发明的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置的操作进行描述。
首先,将描述在监视器上显示输入位带的处理。
在标志检测/插入部分21中检测到标志并将其编码的状态下,输入位带被提供到标志分析/处理部分22。
在标志分析/处理部分22中借助编码键码使加密标志EM解码并对其分析。在此时,从分析的标志中检测出控制字,并使其经过缓冲部分23缓冲用于位带的解密,并提供给解密器24。
在标志检测/插入部分21中检测标志后在解密器24中根据来自缓冲部分23的控制字使位带解密,并提供给监视器以便显示。
以下,将描述通过DVCR记录输入位带的处理。
来自于输入位带的标志其检测及分析处理以同样的形式被执行。
这就是,在标志检测/插入部分21检测到标志并将其加密的情况下,将输入位流提供给标志分析/处理部分22。
在标志分析/处理部分22中借助编码键码使加密的标志EM解码,以检测控制字。在此时,根据分析结果确定是否可进行记录。如果记录不被允许,则检测的控制字自行破坏,以便阻止其再现即使能获得记录。否则,在标志中的当前代数字段的当前代数被增加1以更新标志,因此使用编码键码对标志加密,并将结果提供给缓冲部分23。
该更新的及加密的标志被缓存在缓冲部分23中,并被提供给标志检测/插入部分21,以便插入到输入位带中。
同时,控制字以0.6秒的间隔周期性地被改变,而不管控制字何时改变,标志总位于位带中的传送专用数据字段上。
因而,更新的及加密的标志被待插入的随后标志所代替。
插有更新的及加密的标志的位带通过解密器(descrambler)24,原封不动地被输出及被在DVCR中记录。
现在将参照附图来描述上述结构的数字磁记录/再现系统中防复制装置的详细结构及操作。
图5是表示图4防复制装置的详细结构,对其将描述如下。
标志检测/插入部分21包括一个标志检测器31,它从输入位带中检测标志并将其加密,及将检测的标志提供给标志分析/处理部分22,并将指示位带中被加密标志位置的标志检测标记(flag)信号提供给解密器(descrambler)24,被用作当输出位带时预置解密器的参考信号。除标志检测器31外,一个标志插入器32根据来自标志检测器31的标志检测标记信号将来自于缓冲部分23的更新及编码的标志插入到来自标志检测器31的位带中,并将结果输出到解密器24中。
标志分析/处理部分22具有一个标志解码器34,用于借助编码键码对来自标志检测/插入部分21的标志检测器31的加密标志进行解码,及一个标志分析器34,用于对来自标志解码器33的标志中的CP信息进行分析并当允许复制时将控制字输出到缓冲部分23,并输出用于更新标志的控制信号。此外,一个标志更新/编码单元35根据来自标志分析器34的控制信号使来自标志解码器33的标志更新,并借助编码键码使标志加密及将其结果输出到缓冲部分23。
这里,标志分析/处理部分22还包括一个编码键码存储单元(未示出),用于存储编码键码,并将结果输出到标志解码器33及标志更新/编码单元35。
此外,标志分析器34将限制允许复制节目次数的允许代数字段中的允许代数与代表当前节目复制代数的当前代数字段中的当前代数相比较,以确定是否允许复制。
缓冲部分23包括一个标志缓冲器36,用于暂时地存储来自于标志分析/处理部分22的更新及编码的标志,并将其提供给标志检测/插入部分21,及一个控制字缓冲器37,用于暂时地存储来自于标志分析/处理部分22的控制字,并将其提供给解密器24。
现在将参照图6来描述根据本发明的上述构造的数字磁记录系统的防复制装置操作。
图6A是传输的位带的定时图,图6B是标志检测标记m-det-flag的定时图,图6C是来自标志分析器34的控制字CW(i)的定时图,图6D是来自由标志更新/编码单元35的更新及编码标志IEM(i)的定时图,图6E是来自标志缓冲器36的更新及加密的标志IEM(i)的定时图,及图F是来自控制字缓冲器37的控制字CW(i)的定时图。
加密标志FM(i)包括在传输的位带中。
包括加密标志FM(i)的传输位带的构成如图6A中所示,它被提供给标志检测器31,以检测出加密标志EM(i),及将其提供给标志解码器33。同时,标志检测器31产生标志检测标记信号m-det-flag,用以通告在加密标志EM(i)部分中加密标志的位置,如图6B中所示,以使得所产生的信号与包括加密标志EM(i)的位带一起提供给标志插入器32。并且,标志检测标记m-det-flag被提供给解密器24,用作利用来自控制字缓冲器37的控制字CW(i-1)预置解密器24时的参考信号。
加密标志EM(i)在标志解码器33中被编码键码解码,并作为解码标志M(i)被提供。
解码标志M(i)在标志分析器34中被分析,以确定是否允许复制。换言之,标志分析器34将解码标志M(i)中的CP信息,即允许代数字段与当前代数字段相比较,当允许代数字段不低于当前代数字段时,允许复制。
当如所述允许复制时,标志分析器34稍微地延迟作为解码标志M(i)一部分的控制字CW(i),并将其提供给控制字缓冲器37,如图6C中所示。 此时,标志分析器34将控制信号提供给更新/编码单元35以控制标志的更新。
这就是,标志解码器33在用于解码所需的延时后由加密标志EM(i)产生出解码标志M(i),并在标志分析器34中由解码标志M(i)产生出控制字CW(i)。
在此时,控制字CW(i)被传送到控制字缓冲器37并被存储直到它在解密器(descrambler)24被使用为止。
在标志更新/编码单元35中使来自于标志解码器33的解码标志M(i)根据来自于标志分析器34的控制信号进行更新。
这就是,更新数据是记录在标志中当前代数字段上的数据,它是通过在上一记录的当前代数上加一获得的。
如上述被更新的标志根据编码键码被编码(即encoded),并被提供到标志缓冲器36,如图6D中所示,它相对于来自于标志分析器34的如图6C所示的控制字CW(i)稍微地延迟。更详细地,来自标志解码器3 3的解码标志M(i)被提供给标志更新/编码单元35,以便产生出标志IEM(i),它在延迟了对于编码所需时间后被更新及加密(en-crypted),并被提供给标志缓冲器36。
这里,来自标志更新/编码单元35及标志分析器34的更新及加密标志IEM(i)及控制字CW(i)的发生点与标志插入器32及解密器(descrambler)24中更新及加密标志IEM(i)及控制字CW(i)的使用点不一致,即,执行替换插入及预置解密器24的点彼此不一致。因此来自于标志更新/编码单元35及标志分析器34的更新及加密标志IEM(i)及控制字CW(i)被暂时存储在标志缓冲器36及控制字缓冲器37中一段时间。
如图6E中所示,更新及加密标志IEM(i)被暂时地存储在标志缓冲器36中,并与来自标志检测器31的位带同步地输出并被标志插入器32插入。
更详细地,标志插入器32接收来自标志检测器31的具有加密标志EM(i)及标志检测标记信号m-det-flag的位带,并接收来自标志缓冲器36的将替代地插入到加密标志EM(i)的位置上的更新及加密标志IEM(i),因此更新及加密标志IEM(i)被替代地插入到包括加密标志EM(i)的传输位带中的标志检测标记信号m-det-flag的位置上,如图6E中所示。
接句话说,标志插入器32将来自于标志缓冲器36的更新及加密标志IEM(i)取代加密标志EM(i+1)插入在产生标志检测标记信号m-det-flag的位置上。
这里,替代插入的标志IEM(i)是由刚检测到的在先的加密标志形成的。因此,如图6E中所示,标志IEM(i)存储在标志缓冲器37中一定的时间以便提供给标志插入器32。
如图6F中所示,使用了暂时存储在控制字缓冲器37中的并同步地优先输出的控制字CW(i-1),用于在解密器24中使来自标志插入器32的传输位带解密。
在此时,解密器24使用来自标志检测器31的标志检测标记信号m-det-flag,作为用于对来自控制字缓冲器37的控制字CW(i-1)预置的参考信号。
更具体地,在从产生加密标志EM(i)的点开始的一段时间期间,即从检测到标志检测标记信号m-det-flag到启动传送数据包的有效载荷前的点的期间,解密器24必须通过来自控制字缓冲器37的控制字CW(i-N)来预置,这里N是大于零的自然数。由此,控制字CW(i-N)是由加密标志EM(i)前N个传输的编码标志EM(i-N)形成的控制字。自然数‘N’允许对解密器的预置点任意地控制。
在如上所述的根据本发明的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法及装置中,节目提供者可选择防复制功能,使用一种GA格式中规定的字段。其结果是,不需要用于防复制功能的不同格式的转换装置,对实现防复制功能并未增加被记录的数据量,也不用改变通用的数字录像机。
虽然本发明是参照其专门的实施例作出具体图解及说明的,但应理解,在不偏离本发明权利要求书所限定的构思及范围的情况下,本领域的熟练技术人员可以在形式上及细节上作出各种变化。

Claims (38)

1、数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,包括:
一个音频及视频信号传输处理:借助编码键码对由以用于加密音频及视频位带的控制字及防非法复制的防复制信息组成的标志进行加密,将所述标志与被所述控制字加密的所述音频及视频位带进行多路转换;及
一个音频及视频信号接收/记录处理:从所述传输位带中检测所述标志,借助编码键码对检到的标志进行解码及分析以确定是否允许复制,更新待记录在录像带上的所述检测标志,由所述标志产生所述控制字以执行解密及将待显示的音频及视频信号提供给监视器。
2、根据权利要求1的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述标志位于所述位带中的传输专用数据字段上。
3、根据权利要求2的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述标志包括一个记录用于防所述非法复制的所述CP信息的防复制信息区域,及一个记录所述用于解密的控制字的控制字区域。
4、根据权利要求3的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述标志是由8字节构成的。
5、根据权利要求4的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述防复制区域是由一字节构成的。
6、根据权利要求4的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述控制字区域是由四个字节构成的。
7、根据权利要求3的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述防复制信息是通过包括一个用于限制节目允许复制次数的复制代数控制字段进行格式化的。
8、根据权利要求7的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述复制代数控制字段包括:
一个可允许代数字段,用于限制所述节目复制次数;及
一个当前代数字段,表示复制节目的当前代数。
9、根据权利要求1的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述音频及视频传输处理包括:
对所述音频及视频位带编码的音频及视频位带编码的步骤;
产生所述用于加密的控制字的控制字产生步骤;
借助于所产生的控制字对所述编码音频及视频位带加密的加密步骤;
产生所述用于防止所述非法复制的防复制信息的防复制信息产生步骤;
借助所产生的控制字及防复制信息产生所述标志及借助所述编码键对所述标志加密的标志产生及加密步骤;及
用于多路复接及传输所述加密音频及视频位带及加密标志的多路复接及传输步骤。
10、根据权利要求1的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述音频及视频信号接收/记录处理包括:
多路分解所述传输位带以检测所述标志,及借助所述编码键码对所述标志进行解码的标志检测步骤;
分析所述检测标志以确定是否允许复制及检测所述控制字的标志分析步骤;
借助所述检测控制字对所述传输音频及视频位带进行解密及解码,并输出所述音频及视频信号的音频及视频解码步骤;及
借助所述编码键码使所述检测标志更新及对所述更新标志加密,并当分析所述标志后确定允许所述复制时插入该结果的标志插入步骤。
11、根据权利要求10的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述标志分析步骤包括:
从所述检测标志中检测用于防所述非法复制的所述防复制信息的防复制信息检测步骤;
复制数目限制步骤,将一个所述允许代数字段的允许代数与表示所述当前代数的所述当前代数字段的当前代数进行比较,用于在所述检测防复制信息中限制所述节目允许复制数目,及对于处理结果确定所述复制是否被允许;及
从所述检测标志中检测所述用于解密的控制字的控制字检测步骤。
12、根据权利要求11的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述防复制数目限制步骤包括:
将所述允许代数字段的所述允许代数与所述当前代数字段的所述当前代数相比较,以确定所述允许代数是否低于所述当前代数;
当确定出所述允许代数低于所述当前代数时禁止所述复制;及
当确定出所述允许代数不低于所述当前代数时允许所述复制,及进入到所述标志插入步骤。
13、根据权利要求12的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述禁止复制的步骤是通过自行破坏所述控制字或阻止所述控制字输出以阻止记录后的再现来实现的。
14、根据权利要求10的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述控制字是周期性地变化的。
15、根据权利要求14的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述控制字是以0.6秒的间隔改变的。
16、根据权利要求14的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述标志不管控制字何时改变总处于所述位带中的所述传输专用数据字段中。
17、根据权利要求16的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述标志插入步骤包括:
当分析所述标志确定出允许所述复制时,更新所述标志;
借助于所述编码键码对所述更新的标志进行加密;及
用随后的标志替代地插入所述加密标志。
18、根据权利要求1的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述编码键码是通过分开的传输线传输及被储存的。
19、根据权利要求18的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制方法,其中,所述编码键码是由分开的传输线在预定的时间间隔上被传输的。
20、一种数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,包括:
标志检测及插入部分,用以从输入位带中检测标志,并将更新的标志插入到所述位带中以输出其结果;
标志分析及处理部分,用以借助编码键码对来自所述标志检测及插入部分的加密标志进行解码及分析,输出用于解密所述位带的控制字,及借助于所述编码键码对解码标志进行更新及加密并输出其结果;
缓冲部分,用于对来自于所述标志分析及处理部分的所述控制字和更新及加密的标志进行缓冲存储,并将所述更新及加密标志插入到所述标志检测及插入部分;及
解密器,用于借助于来自所述缓冲部分的所述控制字对通过所述标志检测及插入部分提供的所述位带进行解密。
21、根据权利要求20的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述编码键码是由分开的传输线传输及被储存的。
22、根据权利要求21的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述编码键码是由分开的传输线在预定的时间间隔上传输的。
23、根据权利要求20的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述标志不管控制字何时改变均处于所述位带中的传输专用数据字段上。
24、根据权利要求23的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述标志包括一个记录用于防止所述非法复制的所述防复制信息的防复制信息字段,及一个记录所述用于解密的控制字的控制字字段。
25、根据权利要求24的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述标志是由8个字节构成的。
26、根据权利要求25的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述防复制字段是由一个字节构成的。
27、根据权利要求25的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述控制字段是由四个字节组成的。
28、根据权利要求24的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述防复制信息是通过包括一个用于限制节目允许复制数目的复制代数控制字段进行格式化的。
29、根据权利要求28的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述复制代数控制字段包括:
一个可允许代数字段,用于限制节目允许复制的数目;及
一个目前代数字段,表示复制节目的代数。
30、根据权利要求20的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述控制字是周期性的地改变的。
31、根据权利要求30的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述控制字是以0.6秒的间隔改变的。
32、根据权利要求30的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述标志不管控制字何时改变总处于所述位带中的所述传输专用数据字段中。
33、根据权利要求20的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述标志检测及插入部分可替代地用随后的标记插入所述更新标志。
34、根据权利要求20的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述标志检测及插入部分包括:
标志检测部分,用于从所述输入位带中检测所述加密标志并将其输出到所述标志分析及处理部分,将通告所述位带中的所述加密标志位置的标志检测标记输出到所述解密器中用作所述解密器预置的参考信号;及
标志插入部分,根据来自所述标志检测部分的标志检测的标记信号将来自于所述缓冲部分的所述更新及加密的标志插入到来自所述标志检测部分的位带中,并将结果输出到解密器中。
35、根据权利要求24的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述标志分析及处理部分包括:
标志解码部分,用于借助编码键码对来自所述标志检测及插入部分的所述加密标志进行解码;
标志分析部分,用于对来自标志解码部分的所述标志中的防复制信息进行分析,并当允许所述复制时将所述控制字输出到所述缓冲部分,并输出用于更新所述标志的控制信号;及
标志更新及编码部分,用于根据来自所述标志分析部分的所述控制信号使来自所述标志解码部分的所述标志更新,并借助于所述编码键码使所述更新的标志加密,并将其结果输出到所述缓冲部分。
36、根据权利要求35的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述标志分析及处理部分还包括一个编码键码存储部分,用于存储所述编码键码,并将它输出到所述标志分析部分及标志更新及编码部分。
37、根据权利要求35的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述标志分析部分将所述允许代数字段中的允许代数与表示所述当前节目复制代数的所述当前代数字段中的当前代数相比较,以确定是否允许所述复制。
38、根据权利要求20的数字磁记录/再现系统的防复制装置,其中,所述缓冲部分包括:
标志缓冲器,用于暂时地存储来自于所述标志分析及处理部分的所述更新及加密的标志,并将其结果输出给所述标志检测及插入部分;及
控制字缓冲器,用于暂时地存储来自于所述标志分析及处理部分的所述控制字,并将其结果输出到所述解密器。
