本发明属于装饰板材技术领域,主要涉及的是数码打印板、其制造方法以及其应用。
背景技术
数码打印机可印制任何材质及不规则软、硬性物体,例如:金属、陶瓷、水晶、玻璃、亚克力、石质、PVC、塑料、玩具、U盘、布料、木质、硅胶、皮革、人造板等,因为数码打印机无需出菲林制版,全彩一次成像,定位精确,废品率为零,因此数码打印机可降低成本,减少人工,提高效益。数码打印机高科技产品可完全取代丝印移印转印等传统工艺,属环保产品类型。
数码打印机印刷物质表面高保彩色图像,无须直接接触物品,确保打印物品的完整,通过墨水喷射方式进行打印和染色,不会因热量和压力而发生变形等现象,利用电脑的直接输出打印方式,不用在前期做任何准备打印工作。
由于现有装饰板的花纹需要印刷,前期需要制作版辊,周期较长,成本高;板材表面压纹和耐磨,需要添加耐磨材料和压纹版热压而成,也需要花费时间和成本,板材花纹重复性高,不能满足个性化定制需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供了一种制作效率高且可个性化定制的数码打印板、该数码打印板的制造方法及其应用。
本发明数码打印板,其由上至下分别为面漆层、纹理层、第二耐磨层、第一耐磨层、粘合层、花纹层、底漆层、基材层。
进一步地,所述底漆层是在基材上面辊涂或喷涂UV底漆后光固化而成,底漆的颜色根据打印花纹的需求,一般为白色,也可以根据打印花纹的需求选择其它颜色。此层可以调节基材的极性,提高附着力便于打印。
进一步地,所述花纹层是在UV底漆层上使用多色UV油墨数码打印机打印花纹后光固化而成,可以打印各种花纹例如木纹、石纹或个性化定制花纹。
进一步地,所述第一耐磨层使用了透明UV耐磨粘合底漆在花纹层上辊涂后在UV光作用下半固化而成,为了保护花纹层起隔离作用,提高花纹层与耐磨层之间粘性。
进一步地,所述第二耐磨层使用了透明UV耐磨漆在第一耐磨层上辊涂多次而成,保持湿润不固化,根据要求的耐磨等级确定辊涂的耐磨漆的次数和重量。
进一步地,所述纹理层是采用纹理油墨在第二耐磨层上数码打印机打印透明立体纹理层,然后使用毛刷机去除多余固化的纹理油墨,显现出纹理形成本发明所述的纹理层,纹理层的厚度根据要求纹理的深度而定,可以根据花纹制作对花纹理。
进一步地,所述面漆层使用了透明UV面漆在纹理层上辊涂光固化而成,此层作用是为了保护纹理层调节表面光泽度,实现亮光和哑光表面。
进一步地,所述基材可以为各种材料的板材例如金属、陶瓷、水晶、玻璃、石材、塑料、木材、橡胶、人造板、氧化镁板、水泥板等。
所述的数码打印板的制造方法为:在基材板上辊涂UV底漆光固化形成UV底漆层,在UV底漆层上采用多色油墨数码打印光固化形成花纹层,在花纹层上辊涂透明UV耐磨粘合底漆在UV光作用下半固化形成第一耐磨层,在第一耐磨层上多次辊涂UV耐磨漆后并保持湿润不固化形成第二耐磨层,在第二耐磨层上数码打印透明立体纹理层后光固化,经毛刷机去除多余固化的纹理油墨,显现出纹理形成纹理层,最后在纹理层上辊涂透明UV面漆光固化形成面漆层,制作成本发明数码打印板。
所述数码打印板经切割形成地板、墙板、家具板等装饰板材,经过开槽可形成具有锁扣结构的地板、墙板、家具板等装饰板材。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果为:本发明的数码打印板花纹多样化,只要有足够的素材,可以打印永不重复的立体花纹,可以满足客户个性化定制要求,不需要花费大量的时间和成本,减少了生产工序,提高了生产效率,随时可以插单生产和打样;一次成型,制作方法简单,应用范围广,可经切割和/或开槽用于不同使用环境的装饰板材。

实施例1所述的数码打印板的制造方法为:在基材层7上辊涂UV底漆光固化形成UV底漆层6,在UV底漆层6上采用多色油墨数码打印光固化形成花纹层5,在花纹层5上辊涂透明UV耐磨粘合底漆在UV光作用下半固化形成第一耐磨层4,在第一耐磨层4上多次辊涂UV耐磨漆后并保持湿润不固化形成第二耐磨层3,在第二耐磨层3上数码打印透明立体纹理层后光固化,经毛刷机去除多余固化的纹理油墨,显现出纹理形成纹理层2,最后在纹理层2上辊涂透明UV面漆光固化形成面漆层1,制作成本发明数码打印板。
通过上述制造方法制造出数码打印板切割形成地板、墙板、家具板等装饰板材,经过开槽可形成具有锁扣结构的地板、墙板、家具板等装饰板材。
Claims (7)
1.数码打印板,其特征在于:所述数码打印板由上至下数码打印板由上至下分别为面漆层、纹理层、第二耐磨层、第一耐磨层、花纹层、底漆层、基材层;
所述底漆层是在基材层上面辊涂或喷涂UV底漆后光固化而成;
所述花纹层是在UV底漆层上使用多色UV油墨数码打印机打印花纹后光固化而成;
所述第一耐磨层使用透明UV耐磨粘合底漆在花纹层上辊涂后在UV光作用下半固化而成;
所述第二耐磨层使用透明UV耐磨漆在第一耐磨层上辊涂多次而成;
所述纹理层是采用纹理油墨在第二耐磨层上数码打印机打印透明立体纹理层,然后使用毛刷机去除多余固化的纹理油墨,显现出纹理形成所述的纹理层;
所述面漆层使用透明UV面漆在纹理层上辊涂光固化而成;
所述基材层为基础材料板材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数码打印板,其特征在于:所述的第二耐磨层使用透明UV耐磨漆在第一耐磨层上辊涂多次以后,保持湿润不固化,辊涂耐磨漆的次数和重量根据耐磨等级确定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数码打印板,其特征在于:所述面漆层可保护纹理层,调节表面光泽度,实现亮光或哑光表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数码打印板,其特征在于:所述的基础材料为金属、陶瓷、水晶、玻璃、石材、塑料、木材、橡胶、人造板、氧化镁板、水泥板中的一种。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的数码打印板的制造方法为:在基材板上辊涂UV底漆光固化形成UV底漆层,在UV底漆层上采用多色油墨数码打印光固化形成花纹层,在花纹层上辊涂透明UV耐磨粘合底漆在UV光作用下半固化形成第一耐磨层,在第一耐磨层上多次辊涂UV耐磨漆后并保持湿润不固化形成第二耐磨层,在第二耐磨层上数码打印透明立体纹理层后光固化,经毛刷机去除多余固化的纹理油墨,显现出纹理形成纹理层,最后在纹理层上辊涂透明UV面漆光固化形成面漆层,制作成数码打印板。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的数码打印板作为装饰板的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的数码打印板作为装饰板的应用,其特征在于:所述数码打印板经切割形成地板、墙板或家具板装饰板材,或者经过开槽形成具有锁扣结构的地板、墙板、家具板装饰板材。
