本发明公开了一种塑胶地板表面处理方法,塑胶地板包括基材,包括以下步骤,步骤一,基材表面预处理,先在基材上表面做纯色底;然后滚涂UV胶附着在纯色底上形成表面涂层,用量5-15g/m2;再次滚涂UV胶于表面涂层上形成打印底,用量5-15g/m2;步骤二,图案层设置,通过数码打印设备在打印底上进行图案喷印,如果地板边缘有倒角或者不规则形状,其打印图案需覆盖整个地板。该塑胶地板表面处理方法使得图案清晰、光泽统一、具有立体感且可持久显现。

Description

一种塑胶地板表面处理方法 技术领域:
本发明涉及地板领域,具体讲是一种塑胶地板表面处理方法。
背景技术:
现有技术中,一般塑胶地板的图案花纹,都是预先印制于该印刷层上,制造时,再一并连同基板与耐磨层辊压成型为一体,就视觉效果而言,印刷层上的花纹图案时平面的,为了增加立体美感,另外于塑胶地板外缘形成压纹图案,然而因为图案花纹是印在印刷层上,而压纹是成型于耐磨层上,产生的视觉效果无法确实呈现一体化的立体美观,同时印刷图案也无法与压纹准确对应,形成视觉美感的落差,并且,这类地板的图案花纹持久性不够。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种使得图案清晰、光泽统一、具有立体感且可持久显现的塑胶地板表面处理方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种塑胶地板表面处理方法,塑胶地板包括基材,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,基材表面预处理,先在基材上表面做纯色底;然后滚涂UV胶附着在纯色底上形成表面涂层,用量5-15g/m 2;再次滚涂UV胶于表面涂层上形成打印底,用量5-15g/m 2
步骤二,图案层设置,通过数码打印设备在打印底上进行图案喷印,如果地板边缘有倒角或者不规则形状,其打印图案需覆盖整个地板;
步骤三,纹路层设置,在图案层上设置纹路层,纹路层可为对花或者不对花纹路,其中,对花纹路直接利用打印设备在纹路处堆积UV胶,固化后凸显形成纹路;不对花纹路利用带纹路的胶辊滚涂UV,固化后形成凹凸纹路;
步骤四,保护层设置,以滚涂或者喷涂方式用40-200g/m 2的UV胶在纹路层上涂布形成耐磨层。
作为优选,步骤一中的纯色底为白色,通过附膜或者油漆使基材表面颜色均匀,光泽度统一,表面平整。
作为优选,步骤三中,不对花纹路也可以利用喷涂方式喷涂UV胶,然后用 预设纹路的压辊辊压成型凹凸纹路。
作为优选,基材为PVC、PET、镁基板或压力板。
作为优选,基材为硬质板材或软质基材。
作为优选,基材下表面设置平衡层。
作为优选,平衡层为浸渍纸或热塑性材料。
进一步的,热塑性材料为油份为0-5PHR的PVC膜。
采用以上方案后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:通过上述处理,使得地板表面的图案清晰、光泽统一、具有立体感且可持久显现。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
一种塑胶地板表面处理方法,塑胶地板包括基材,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,基材表面预处理,先在基材上表面做纯色底,本实施例中纯色底为白色,通过附膜或者喷涂油漆使基材表面颜色均匀,光泽度统一,表面平整;然后滚涂UV胶附着在纯色底上形成表面涂层,用量5-15g/m 2;再次滚涂UV胶于表面涂层上形成打印底,用量5-15g/m 2;其中,基材为PVC、PET、镁基板或压力板等硬质或软质基材;
步骤二,图案层设置,通过数码打印设备在打印底上进行图案喷印,如果地板边缘有倒角或者不规则形状,其打印图案需覆盖整个地板;
步骤三,纹路层设置,在图案层上设置纹路层,纹路层可为对花或者不对花纹路,其中,对花纹路直接利用打印设备在纹路处堆积UV胶,固化后凸显形成纹路;不对花纹路利用带纹路的胶辊滚涂UV,固化后形成凹凸纹路;或者,不对花纹路也可以利用喷涂方式喷涂UV胶,然后用预设纹路的压辊辊压成型凹凸纹路;
步骤四,保护层设置,以滚涂或者喷涂方式用40-200g/m 2的UV胶在纹路层上涂布形成耐磨层。
作为优选,基材下表面设置平衡层,平衡层为浸渍纸或热塑性材料,其中,热塑性材料优选为油份为0-5PHR的PVC膜,PVC膜可通过热贴或胶合方式进行 复合。
本发明通过上述处理,使得地板表面的图案清晰、光泽统一、具有立体感且可持久显现。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种塑胶地板表面处理方法,塑胶地板包括基材,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
    步骤一,基材表面预处理,先在基材上表面做纯色底;然后滚涂UV胶附着在纯色底上形成表面涂层;再次滚涂UV胶于表面涂层上形成打印底;
    步骤二,图案层设置,通过数码打印设备在打印底上进行图案喷印,如果地板边缘有倒角或者不规则形状,其打印图案需覆盖整个地板;
    步骤三,纹路层设置,在图案层上设置纹路层,纹路层可为对花或者不对花纹路,其中,对花纹路直接利用打印设备在纹路处堆积UV胶,固化后凸显形成纹路;不对花纹路利用带纹路的胶辊滚涂UV,固化后形成凹凸纹路;
    步骤四,保护层设置,以滚涂或者喷涂方式用UV胶在纹路层上涂布形成耐磨层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶地板表面处理方法,其特征在于:步骤一中的纯色底为白色,通过附膜或者油漆使基材表面颜色均匀,光泽度统一,表面平整。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶地板表面处理方法,其特征在于:步骤三中,不对花纹路也可以利用喷涂方式喷涂UV胶,然后用预设纹路的压辊辊压成型凹凸纹路。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶地板表面处理方法,其特征在于:基材为PVC、PET、镁基板或压力板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶地板表面处理方法,其特征在于:基材为硬质板材或软质基材。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶地板表面处理方法,其特征在于:基材下表面设置平衡层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的塑胶地板表面处理方法,其特征在于:平衡层为浸渍纸或热塑性材料。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的塑胶地板表面处理方法,其特征在于:热塑性材料为油份为0-5PHR的PVC膜。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶地板表面处理方法,其特征在于:步骤一中,先在基材上表面做纯色底;然后滚涂UV胶附着在纯色底上形成表面涂层, 用量5-15g/m 2;再次滚涂UV胶于表面涂层上形成打印底,用量5-15g/m 2,步骤四中,以滚涂或者喷涂方式用40-200g/m 2的UV胶在纹路层上涂布形成耐磨层。
