背景技术
现有技术的打印板材工艺是:挤出机挤出PVC的基材,然后用四辊压延机组,分别把PVC彩膜、PVC耐磨层和PVC底膜,一次性靠热量压贴复合而成;在压贴的过程中进行同步对花,实现仿木纹理的效果。但这样做具有如下缺点:(1)彩膜需要备库存,预先生产彩膜造成生产周期过长;常备库存导致库存大量的没有用完的彩膜;(2)一种图案的最小起订量的约束;(3)无法定制需要的颜色,个性化需求难以满足。
申请号为201811628557.4的中国发明专利申请公开了一种3D效果PVC装饰板及其3D打印的生产方法。该板的制作过程如下:1)清洁PVC板基材;2)在PVC板基材上表面涂覆UV底漆;3)UV底漆干燥固化;4)涂覆白色UV面漆;5)UV白漆固化干燥;6)平板喷墨打印机打印图案;7)涂覆UV耐磨漆;8)UV耐磨漆固化干燥;9)平板喷墨打印机打印凹凸效果层;然后UV灯照射固化;10)涂覆UV面漆;11)固化干燥。该方案颠覆了以往需要先订购彩膜的生产方式,解决了彩膜的库存问题,解决了生产周期长的问题,解决了最少订单数量的限制问题,解决了个性化生产的问题,这对企业的生产经营具有显著的作用。
技术问题
申请号为201811628557.4的中国发明专利申请,公开的一种3D效果PVC装饰板及其3D打印的生产方法;该方法本身操作也比较繁琐,不仅需要一遍又一遍地涂刷底漆或者面漆,而且涂刷的底漆或者面漆不能在一个工位上完成。这种操作方式严重影响着生产效率。
技术解决方案
本发明要解决上述技术问题,从而提供一种具有3D效果的打印板材。该板材具有不同于现有技术中任何一种板材的层次结构,这种特异性的层次结构使得本发明的板材在保有原板材性能特点的基础上增加了生产效率高的特点。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案如下:
一种具有3D效果的打印板材,所述板材包括基材层、沉积在所述基材层上的色彩层以及覆盖在所述色彩层上的UV防护层;所述基材层包括芯层和与所述芯层复合在一起的背景膜层;所述背景膜层上还压印有木纹、花纹或者图案的纹理。
本发明上述技术方案中,颠覆性地提出了先刻纹再沉积色彩(打印)的操作;基于这个思路,可先在芯层上附着一层背景膜层,相当于201811628557.4的中国发明专利中步骤2)~步骤5)的集成效果,并且还可以在此背景膜上直接通过印花辊刻纹,相当于再完成步骤7)~9)的效果,然后再通过平板喷墨打印机打印图案,相当于完成步骤6)的效果;最后涂覆UV防护层,由于刻纹和打印的顺序倒置,此UV防护层相当于是同时完成步骤7)~8)和步骤10)~11)。由此可见,本发明极大地缩短了工序,并且极大地改善了工序的可操作性。在现有技术中,由于先打印图案,再进行对花(平板喷墨打印机打印凹凸效果层),故图案必须要有一个载体,也即201811628557.4的中国发明专利中步骤2)~步骤5)的集成效果;但是在本发明中,由于背景膜层表面非常光滑,直接打印图案效果不佳;故本发明先在光滑的背景膜层上进行刻纹,刻纹完成后再进行打印的操作,这样做不仅解决了图案打印效果不好的问题,还进一步简化了工序,比如原步骤7)~8)和步骤10)~11)可以合二为一,共通过形成本发明的耐磨层,也即UV防护层;但为了达到更好的耐磨和防护效果,本发明的耐磨层在现有技术一底一面的基础上进行升级,比如五底二面,从而达到显著的防护效果。其3D视觉效果的原理就如同观看琥珀中的小昆虫一般。
更为重要的是,现有技术中为了达到同步对花的效果,对于平板喷墨打印机打印凹凸效果层的要求非常严格,在冲击产生凹凸效果的时候,需要严格对照原图案进行,不能产生1mm甚至更小的左右偏差和/或前后偏差,一旦凹凸效果和图案对不上,就严重响应3D视觉效果;故需要特定的设备,动辄上千万的投入。而本发明中,由于先进行刻纹,再进行沉积色彩(打印),此时由于在先刻纹,故先产生了深浅、明暗等效果,即使采用同一种颜色,也产生能表现出立体视觉效果;其原理就如下雪一般,同一区域具体位置不同的地方具有不同的地表,在无差别地下雪后,由于角度光线等原因,有些地方的雪看上去很明亮,有些地方的雪看上去色彩偏暗,有些甚至发灰。本发明也是一样,在先进行刻纹后,基于这个原理再进行打印时,没必要进行高精确度地对花(在不同的部位打印上不同的颜色),只需要无差别地进行打印,就能实现本发明特有的3D视觉效果;当然,通过同步对花技术,在不同部位打印上不同的色彩,能更好地体现出立体效果。
作为优选,所述芯层的材质为PE基的木塑材料。
作为优选,所述背景膜层的颜色为具有遮盖性的白色或浅色。
作为优选,所述背景膜层的材质为PVC。
本发明的另一个目的是提供上述具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法。
一种具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂加入到挤出机中,通过挤出机将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂熔融,并挤入到模具的流道中,从模具的模唇挤出,形成PE 基的木塑材质的芯材;
b、对芯材进行正反两面打磨,正反各磨损0.5~1mm,得打磨芯材;
c、对打磨芯材进行电晕处理,采用2~10A电流,电晕5~20次,得预处理芯材;
d、用双组份聚氨酯胶将白色或浅色的PVC背景膜贴合在所述的预处理芯材上;
e、贴合完成后,压机养生4~12h,得贴膜芯材;
f、将贴膜芯材通过压纹辊的作用,在贴膜芯材上刻制出具有木纹、花纹或者图案的纹理,得到基材层;
g、将基材层输入到在线3D打印设备,在所述的纹理上打印出对应的色彩,得到中间品;
h、在中间品上进行底涂和面涂,形成UV防护层。
作为优选,步骤h所述的底涂进行3~6次,面涂进行1~3次。
作为优选,步骤h所述的UV防护层的形成,是使用了含有二氧化硅和/或氧化铝的UV光固化涂料,二氧化硅和/或氧化铝的添加量控制在UV光固化涂料质量的1~10wt%。
作为优选,步骤c中,电晕处理时,电晕次数以用38#打印笔在基材表面划的时候,不断线,无气孔为准;电晕处理后,于贴合机中进行贴合。
作为优选,步骤d中,双组份聚氨酯的施胶量为40~45g/㎡。
有益效果
1、本发明颠覆性地提出了先刻纹再打印的操作,先通过贴合法在PE基的芯材上贴上背景膜层,然后进行刻纹,接着进行打印,最后进行涂刷UV防护层,使得本发明相对于现有技术极大地简化了生产工艺,从而极大地提高了生产效率;
2、由本发明方法制得的产品具有3D视觉效果好的优点;
3、本发明的UV防护层,还添加了一些添加剂,如二氧化硅、氧化铝等;可显著提高UV防护层的耐磨性和耐灼烧性。添加剂的添加量控制在1~10wt%,使用时通过高速分散剂均匀分散在UV光固化涂料中即可。

本发明的最佳实施方式
实施例一
一种具有3D效果的打印板材,所述板材包括基材层、沉积在所述基材层上的色彩层以及覆盖在所述色彩层上的UV防护层;所述基材层包括芯层和与所述芯层复合在一起的背景膜层;所述芯层的材质为PE基木塑;背景膜层的材质为PVC;所述背景膜层上还压印有木纹的纹理。所述背景膜层的颜色为具有遮盖性的白色。
一种具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂加入到挤出机中,通过挤出机将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂熔融,并挤入到模具的流道中,从模具的模唇挤出,形成PE 基的木塑材质的芯材;
b、对芯材进行正反两面打磨,正反各磨损约0.5mm,得打磨芯材;
c、对打磨芯材进行电晕处理,采用4A电流,电晕6次,得预处理芯材;
d、用双组份聚氨酯胶将白色或浅色的PVC背景膜贴合在所述的预处理芯材上;
e、贴合完成后,压机养生5h,得贴膜芯材;
f、将贴膜芯材通过压纹辊的作用,在贴膜芯材上刻制出具有木纹、花纹或者图案的纹理,得到基材层;
g、将基材层输入到在线3D打印设备,在所述的纹理上沉积出对应的色彩,得到中间品;
h、将中间品上进行底涂和面涂,形成UV防护层;所述的底涂进行5次,面涂进行2次;所述的UV防护层的形成,是使用了含有二氧化硅和氧化铝的UV光固化涂料,二氧化硅和氧化铝的总添加量控制在UV光固化涂料质量的5wt%。
本发明的实施方式
实施例二
一种具有3D效果的打印板材,所述板材包括基材层、沉积在所述基材层上的色彩层以及覆盖在所述色彩层上的UV防护层;所述基材层包括芯层和与所述芯层复合在一起的背景膜层;所述芯层的材质为PE塑料;背景膜层的材质为PE白膜;所述背景膜层上还压印有木纹的纹理。
一种具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂加入到挤出机中,通过挤出机将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂熔融,并挤入到模具的流道中,从模具的模唇挤出,形成PE 基的木塑材质的芯材;

实施例三
一种具有3D效果的打印板材,所述板材包括基材层、沉积在所述基材层上的色彩层以及覆盖在所述色彩层上的UV防护层;所述基材层包括芯层和与所述芯层复合在一起的背景膜层;所述芯层的材质为PE基的木塑;背景膜层的材质为PVC白膜;所述背景膜层上还压印有木纹的纹理。
一种具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂加入到挤出机中,通过挤出机将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂熔融,并挤入到模具的流道中,从模具的模唇挤出,形成PE 基的木塑材质的芯材;
b、对芯材进行正反两面打磨,正反各磨损0.6mm,得打磨芯材;
c、对打磨芯材进行电晕处理,采用8A电流,电晕8次,得预处理芯材;
d、用双组份聚氨酯胶将白色或浅色的PVC背景膜贴合在所述的预处理芯材上;
e、贴合完成后,压机养生8h,得贴膜芯材;
f、将贴膜芯材通过压纹辊的作用,在贴膜芯材上刻制出具有木纹、花纹或者图案的纹理,得到基材层;
g、将基材层输入到在线3D打印设备,在所述的纹理上沉积出对应的色彩,得到中间品;
h、将中间品上进行底涂和面涂,形成UV防护层;所述的底涂进行5次,面涂进行2次;所述的UV防护层的形成,是使用了含有二氧化硅和氧化铝的UV光固化涂料,二氧化硅和氧化铝的总添加量控制在UV光固化涂料质量的5wt%。
依照GB/T17657-2013 《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》和GB/T 18103-2013 6.3.2《实木复合地板》的相关内容对实施例一和实施例二的产品进行两次试验测试其胶合强度和浸渍剥离度,得到结果如图1所示。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有3D效果的打印板材,其特征在于:所述板材包括基材层、沉积在所述基材层上的色彩层以及覆盖在所述色彩层上的UV防护层;所述基材层包括芯层和与所述芯层复合在一起的背景膜层;所述背景膜层上还压印有呈木纹、花纹或者图案的纹理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有3D效果的打印板材,其特征在于:所述芯层的材质为PE基的木塑材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有3D效果的打印板材,其特征在于:所述背景膜层的颜色为具有遮盖性的白色或浅色。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有3D效果的打印板材,其特征在于:所述背景膜层的材质为PVC。
  5. 一种具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    a、将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂加入到挤出机中,通过挤出机将构成芯层的原料及其添加剂熔融,并挤入到模具的流道中,从模具的模唇挤出,形成PE 基的木塑材质的芯材;
    b、对芯材进行正反两面打磨,正反各磨损0.5~1mm,得打磨芯材;
    c、对打磨芯材进行电晕处理,采用2~10A电流,电晕5~20次,得预处理芯材;
    d、用双组份聚氨酯胶将白色或浅色的PVC背景膜贴合在所述的预处理芯材上;
    e、贴合完成后,压机养生4~12h,得贴膜芯材;
    f、将贴膜芯材通过压纹辊的作用,在贴膜芯材上刻制出具有木纹、花纹或者图案的纹理,得到基材层;
    g、将基材层输入到在线3D打印设备,在所述的纹理上打印出对应的色彩,得到中间品;
    h、在中间品上进行底涂和面涂,形成UV防护层。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤h所述的底涂进行3~6次,面涂进行1~3次。
  7. 根据权要求5所述的一种具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤h所述的UV防护层的形成,是使用了含有二氧化硅和/或氧化铝的UV光固化涂料,二氧化硅和/或氧化铝的添加量控制在UV光固化涂料质量的1~10wt%。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤c中,电晕处理时,电晕次数以用38#打印笔在基材表面划的时候,不断线,无气孔为准;电晕处理后,于贴合机中进行贴合。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有3D效果的打印板材的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤d中,双组份聚氨酯的施胶量为40~45g/㎡。
