技术领域
本发明涉及木材领域，特别是涉及UV涂装多彩打印无机板材。
背景技术
目前，市场上的木质板材模块品种繁多，具有安装快速方便、材质污染小、美观实用等特点被越来越多的家庭和单位认可。
然而，现有的板材模块具有易老化、固定不牢固、易褪色等缺点，不利于安全舒适地使用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供UV涂装多彩打印无机板材，通过采用紫外线光固化油漆对板材进行多层粗涂、精涂，具有抗紫外线、不易老化、坚固等优点，在UV涂装多彩打印无机板材的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供UV涂装多彩打印无机板材，包括：聚合聚苯无机基板、隔水层、二氧化硅凝胶层、第一实木层、第一粗涂漆层、第一精涂漆层、打印层、第二实木层、第二粗涂漆层、第二精涂漆层，所述隔水层、所述二氧化硅凝胶层、所述第一实木层、所述第一粗涂漆层、所述第一精涂漆层、所述打印层分别依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板的外侧面，所述第二实木层、所述第二粗涂漆层、所述第二精涂漆层分别依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板的内侧面。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述第一粗涂漆层、所述第一精涂漆层、所述第二粗涂漆层、所述第二精涂漆层为紫外线光固化油漆。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述隔水层为聚氯乙烯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述第一实木层、所述第二实木层设置有条纹。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明UV涂装多彩打印无机板材通过采用紫外线光固化油漆对板材进行多层粗涂、精涂，具有抗紫外线、不易老化、坚固等优点，在UV涂装多彩打印无机板材的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

UV涂装多彩打印无机板材，包括：聚合聚苯无机基板1、隔水层2、二氧化硅凝胶层3、第一实木层4、第一粗涂漆层5、第一精涂漆层6、打印层7、第二实木层8、第二粗涂漆层9、第二精涂漆层10。
所述隔水层2、所述二氧化硅凝胶层3、所述第一实木层4、所述第一粗涂漆层5、所述第一精涂漆层6、所述打印层7分别依次通过胶体设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板1的外侧面，采用隔水层2，可有效改善板材的隔水防潮性能，采用二氧化硅凝胶层3，可有效改善板材的保温隔热性能，在第一粗涂漆层5、第一精涂漆层6的外表面设置打印层7，打印的多彩图案更坚固、上色度更持久，所述第二实木层8、所述第二粗涂漆层9、所述第二精涂漆层10分别依次通过胶体设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板1的内侧面，采用第一实木层4、第二实木层8与聚合聚苯无机基板1配合使用，大大提高了板材的品质和质感、改善了板材的上色性和牢固性。
优选地，所述第一粗涂漆层5、所述第一精涂漆层6、所述第二粗涂漆层9、所述第二精涂漆层10为紫外线光固化油漆，具有抗紫外线、不易老化、坚固等优点。
优选地，所述隔水层2为聚氯乙烯。
优选地，所述第一实木层4、所述第二实木层8设置有条纹。
本发明UV涂装多彩打印无机板材的有益效果是：
一、通过采用紫外线光固化油漆对板材进行多层粗涂、精涂，具有抗紫外线、不易老化、坚固等优点，本板材用途十分广泛，可用于制作橱柜、衣柜、木门、背景墙及普通墙面等表面的装饰材料；
二、通过采用实木层与聚合聚苯无机基板配合使用，大大提高了无机板材的品质和质感、改善了无机板材的上色性和牢固性；
三、通过在粗涂漆层、精涂漆层的外表面设置打印层，打印的多彩图案更坚固、上色度更持久；
四、通过采用二氧化硅凝胶层，可有效改善板材的保温隔热性能；
五、通过采用隔水层，可有效改善板材的隔水防潮性能。

1.UV涂装多彩打印无机板材，其特征在于，包括：聚合聚苯无机基板、隔水层、二氧化硅凝胶层、第一实木层、第一粗涂漆层、第一精涂漆层、打印层、第二实木层、第二粗涂漆层、第二精涂漆层，所述隔水层、所述二氧化硅凝胶层、所述第一实木层、所述第一粗涂漆层、所述第一精涂漆层、所述打印层分别依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板的外侧面，所述第二实木层、所述第二粗涂漆层、所述第二精涂漆层分别依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板的内侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UV涂装多彩打印无机板材，其特征在于，所述第一粗涂漆层、所述第一精涂漆层、所述第二粗涂漆层、所述第二精涂漆层为紫外线光固化油漆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的UV涂装多彩打印无机板材，其特征在于，所述隔水层为聚氯乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的UV涂装多彩打印无机板材，其特征在于，所述第一实木层、所述第二实木层设置有条纹。
