技术领域
本发明涉及木材领域,特别是涉及UV涂装3D打印背景墙模块。
背景技术
目前,市场上的木质板材模块品种繁多,具有安装快速方便、材质污染小、美观实用等特点被越来越多的家庭和单位认可。
然而,现有的板材模块具有样式单一、不美观、易老化、固定不牢固、易褪色等缺点,不利于安全舒适地使用。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供UV涂装3D打印背景墙模块,通过采用紫外线光固化油漆及3D打印对无机板材进行改进,可根据客户要求定制图案,能够充分满足现代人的不同审美追求,用途十分广泛,可用于制作橱柜、墙饰面、木门等表面的装饰材料,具有抗紫外线、不易老化、坚固、阻燃防火等优点,在UV涂装3D打印背景墙模块的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供UV涂装3D打印背景墙模块,包括:聚合聚苯无机基板、隔水层、第一实木层、第一粗涂漆层、第一精涂漆层、阻燃层、第一3D打印层、第二实木层、第二粗涂漆层、第二精涂漆层、第二3D打印层,所述隔水层、所述第一实木层、所述第一粗涂漆层、所述第一精涂漆层、所述阻燃层、所述第一3D打印层依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板的正面,所述第二实木层、所述第二粗涂漆层、所述第二精涂漆层、所述第二3D打印层依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板的背面。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚合聚苯无机基板、所述隔水层、所述第一实木层、所述第一粗涂漆层、所述第一精涂漆层、所述阻燃层、所述第一3D打印层之间通过胶体连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚合聚苯无机基板、所述第二实木层、所述第二粗涂漆层、所述第二精涂漆层、所述第二3D打印层之间通过胶体连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述隔水层的材质为聚氯乙烯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,第一粗涂漆层、所述第一精涂漆层、所述第二粗涂漆层、所述第二精涂漆层为紫外线光固化油漆。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃层的材质为石棉。

所述隔水层2、所述第一实木层3、所述第一粗涂漆层4、所述第一精涂漆层5、所述阻燃层6、所述第一3D打印层7依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板1的正面,所述第二实木层8、所述第二粗涂漆层9、所述第二精涂漆层10、所述第二3D打印层11依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板1的背面,采用3D打印对板材进行改进,可根据客户要求定制图案,能够充分满足现代人的不同审美追求,用途十分广泛,可用于制作橱柜、墙饰面、木门等表面的装饰材料。
优选地,所述聚合聚苯无机基板1、所述隔水层2、所述第一实木层3、所述第一粗涂漆层4、所述第一精涂漆层5、所述阻燃层6、所述第一3D打印层7之间通过胶体连接。
优选地,所述聚合聚苯无机基板1、所述第二实木层8、所述第二粗涂漆层9、所述第二精涂漆层10、所述第二3D打印层11之间通过胶体连接。
优选地,所述隔水层2的材质为聚氯乙烯。
优选地,第一粗涂漆层3、所述第一精涂漆层4、所述第二粗涂漆层9、所述第二精涂漆层10为紫外线光固化油漆,使得板材具有抗紫外线、不易老化、坚固等优点。
优选地,所述阻燃层6的材质为石棉,使得板材具有阻燃防火的特点。
本发明UV涂装3D打印背景墙模块的有益效果是:
一、通过采用紫外线光固化油漆无机板材进行粗涂、精涂,配合阻燃层使用,使得板材具有抗紫外线、不易老化、坚固、阻燃防火等优点;

1.UV涂装3D打印背景墙模块,其特征在于,包括:聚合聚苯无机基板、隔水层、第一实木层、第一粗涂漆层、第一精涂漆层、阻燃层、第一3D打印层、第二实木层、第二粗涂漆层、第二精涂漆层、第二3D打印层,所述隔水层、所述第一实木层、所述第一粗涂漆层、所述第一精涂漆层、所述阻燃层、所述第一3D打印层依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板的正面,所述第二实木层、所述第二粗涂漆层、所述第二精涂漆层、所述第二3D打印层依次设置在所述聚合聚苯无机基板的背面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UV涂装3D打印背景墙模块,其特征在于,所述聚合聚苯无机基板、所述隔水层、所述第一实木层、所述第一粗涂漆层、所述第一精涂漆层、所述阻燃层、所述第一3D打印层之间通过胶体连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的UV涂装3D打印背景墙模块,其特征在于,所述聚合聚苯无机基板、所述第二实木层、所述第二粗涂漆层、所述第二精涂漆层、所述第二3D打印层之间通过胶体连接。
