Abstract

在本制造方法中,将成为膜原料的熔融状态的树脂从排出部的排出口垂下并连续地排出膜状的膜原料,沿着片材用运送线搬运片材,将初期形成的膜原料的初期形成部切断并去除而形成膜原料的前端部,使前端部与片材用运送线上的片材重叠,将相互重叠的状态的片材以及膜原料沿着片材用运送线搬运,将片材以及膜原料从片材用运送线向合流部导入。

层叠体的制造方法及制造装置
技术领域
本发明涉及能够用于一次性尿布等一次性吸收性物品的一部分的层叠体的制造方法及制造装置。
背景技术
近年来,作为上述层叠体,提出一种在一对无纺布片材之间夹着弹性体膜(elastomer film)而得到的结构。另外,提出一种在该层叠体的生产线中从熔融状态的树脂生成所述膜的方案(参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
在上述现有技术中,将熔融状态的树脂从排出口呈膜状挤出,对挤出的膜状且具有粘接性的弹性体前体(pre-elastomer)进行冷却而生成弹性体膜,之后,将弹性体膜层叠于无纺布片材。
在该生产线中,当在暂时停止层叠体的制造,之后重新开始所述制造的情况下,需要形成所述弹性体前体的运送线(pass line:搬运路径)。但是,以往是通过人对弹性体前体的前端部进行牵拉而形成弹性体前体的运送线。
当例如在吸收性物品的生产线中生成弹性体膜,并将弹性体膜用作弹性构件的情况下,有时因所制造的产品的尺寸的变更等而经常使生产线停止,上述那样的作业也变多。
另外,在再运行的最初时弹性体前体不均匀,因此,无法得到稳定的弹性体膜。当将这种不均匀的弹性体膜用作弹性构件时,成品率降低,材料的浪费变多。
本发明的目的在于提供能够在包括膜制造工序的层叠体的生产线中在生产线停止之后将均匀的热塑性膜导入运送线,从而使成品率提高的制造方法及装置。
本发明的制造方法是层叠体W的制造方法,该层叠体(W)是在经过运送线形成工序之后在合流部处使所述热塑性膜F层叠于片材S1而成的,在所述运送线形成工序中形成成为热塑性膜F的膜状的膜原料M的运送线,其中,
所述运送线形成工序包括:
将成为所述膜原料M的熔融状态的树脂从排出部T的排出口TO垂下而连续地排出膜状的所述膜原料M的垂下工序;
沿着片材用运送线1搬运所述片材S1的第一搬运工序;
通过将初期形成的所述膜原料M的初期形成部M1切断并去除而形成所述膜原料(M)的去除所述初期形成部M1而得到的前端部E的形成工序;
使所述前端部E与所述片材用运送线1上的所述片材S1重叠,并将相互重叠的状态的所述片材S1以及所述膜原料M沿着所述片材用运送线1搬运的第二搬运工序;以及
将所述相互重叠的状态的所述片材S1以及所述膜原料M从所述片材用运送线1向所述合流部导入的导入工序。
另一方面,本发明的制造装置是层叠体W的制造装置,该层叠体(W)是在经过运送线形成工序之后在合流部处使所述热塑性膜F层叠于片材S1而成的,在该运送线形成工序中形成成为热塑性膜F的膜状的膜原料M的运送线,其中,
所述制造装置具备:
排出部T,其将成为所述膜原料M的熔融状态的树脂从排出口TO垂下并连续地排出膜状的所述膜原料M;
切断部7,其用于切除初期形成的所述膜原料M的初期形成部M1,以便形成所述膜原料M的去除所述初期形成部M1而得到的前端部E;
片材用运送线1,其利用所述片材S1承接所述膜原料M的前端部E,使所述前端部E与所述片材S1重叠,并对相互重叠的状态的所述片材S1以及所述膜原料M进行搬运;以及
合流部,其从所述片材用运送线1导入所述相互重叠的状态的所述片材S1以及所述膜原料M。
在本发明中,所述热塑性膜F也可以是弹性体膜F,所述膜原料M也可以是膜状的弹性体前体M。
在本发明中,将从排出口呈膜状垂下的弹性体前体M的初期形成部M1切断并去除。因此,能够将均质且稳定的弹性体前体M的前端部E与片材一起搬运而向用于生成层叠体的合流部导入。因而,能够防止材料的浪费,提高成品率。
在本发明中,热塑性膜也可以是伸缩性小的塑性体膜(plastomer film)。另外,在热塑性膜为弹性体膜的情况下,也可以是长度拉伸至2倍~几倍并且恢复到原长度的伸缩性大的膜。
在本发明中,熔融状态的树脂是指以热塑性的树脂(例如热塑性弹性体)的软化点以上的温度从T型模等的排出口呈膜状排出的树脂。
热塑性弹性体是指如下高分子材料,即,通过加热而软化,并在外力的作用下变形,但在室温下呈现橡胶弹性。弹性体前体M是指在熔融状态下刚离开排出口之后的与没有弹性的液体接近的性质的膜状(film shape)的热塑性弹性体。
作为热塑性弹性体,例如能够采用聚乙烯共聚物(参照JPH10-29259A)。

具体实施方式
优选的是,所述形成工序包括:
使刀刃70沿所述弹性体前体M的宽度方向D移动而将所述初期形成部M1切断的切断工序;以及
将被切断的所述初期形成部M1去除的去除工序。
在该情况下,与利用汤姆逊刀片(Thomson)等进行切断的情况不同,在刀刃70不易粘接弹性体前体M,能够良好地切断粘接性的弹性体前体M。
需要说明的是,刀刃70可以是与弹性体前体M接触而将弹性体前体M切断的锋利的机械式刀具,但也可以是如激光那样在不与弹性体前体M接触的情况下,能够将弹性体前体M切断的刀具。
优选的是,所述形成工序包括:
使所述片材用运送线1预先退避至所述初期形成部M1不与所述片材用运送线1接触的退避位置P1的退避工序;
使所述片材用运送线1突出至所述弹性体前体M的前端部E与所述片材用运送线1上的所述片材S1接触而相互重叠的接触位置P2的突出工序;以及
将被切断的所述初期形成部M1在所述退避工序后且所述突出工序前去除的去除工序。
在该情况下,能够在使片材用运送线1退避的状态下将初期形成部M1去除,会容易将初期形成部M1去除。
优选的是,所述去除工序通过如下方式来执行,即,以使被切断的所述初期形成部M1不与所述片材用运送线1接触的方式下落。需要说明的是,初期形成部M1的下落速度由于在重力的作用下被加速,因此会比自排出口TO排出的树脂的排出速度快。
在如此使初期形成部M1下落并去除的情况下,不需要用于将所述初期形成部M1去除的装置。需要说明的是,初期形成部M1也可以卷绕于辊。
优选的是,在所述突出工序后执行如下所述第一搬运工序,即,在所述排出口TO的下方使所述片材S1沿着横向或者斜横向搬运,
所述制造方法还包括如下承接工序,即,在所述突出工序后在所述片材用运送线1中利用所述片材S1承接从所述排出口TO排出并垂下的所述弹性体前体M的所述前端部E。
在该情况下,能够利用被沿着横向或者斜横向搬运的片材承接从排出口呈膜状垂下的弹性体前体M的前端部E。因此,能够将弹性体前体M的前端部E与片材一起搬运并自动地向用于生成层叠体的合流部导入。因而,能够容易地形成膜用运送线。
优选的是,所述制造方法包括如下接合工序,即,在所述运送线形成工序后将使所述弹性体前体M固化而得到的所述弹性体膜F在所述合流部处与所述片材S1接合而进行层叠来生成所述层叠体W。
在该情况下,在承担接合工序的合流部处,弹性体膜F与片材S1接合并层叠。
优选的是,沿着所述合流部即接合辊Ar的外周面,以所述片材S1与所述弹性体膜F重叠的方式搬运所述片材S1以及所述弹性体膜F,并在所述接合辊Ar上执行所述接合工序。
在该情况下,在砧辊那样的接合辊上进行所述接合工序。
在优选的制造装置中,还具备控制装置10,所述控制装置10对去除被切断的所述初期形成部M1的情况进行检测而使所述退避位置P1的片材用运送线1向所述接触位置P2移动。
在该情况下,使初期形成部M1不与片材用运送线1接触就能够将初期形成部M1去除的可靠性高。

实施例
本发明根据参考了附图的以下的优选实施例的说明而更加清楚地理解。但是,实施例及附图是用于单纯的图示及说明的内容,并非用于确定本发明的范围。本发明的范围仅由技术方案决定。在附图中,多个附图中的相同的部件标号表示相同或相当的部分。
需要说明的是,对于本说明书的一部分片假名标记,为了使其意思更加明确,用括号一并记载了英文单词。
以下,按照附图对本发明的一实施例进行说明。
首先,对常态的制造方法以及装置进行说明。
图5A表示连续地生成层叠体W的常态运转时的情况。在该图中,排出部T是被称作T型模的公知的挤出成形机,熔融状态的热塑性弹性体(树脂)暂时贮存于T型模。T型模将成为弹性体前体(膜原料的一例)M的熔融状态的树脂从其排出口TO呈膜状排出而连续地生成弹性体前体M。
从所述排出口TO排出的弹性体前体M卷绕于第一冷却辊T1的外周面并被暂时冷却,并且被朝向第一冷却辊T1的下方的第二冷却辊T2的外周面搬运。由此,弹性体前体M大致固化而具有作为弹性体膜(热塑性膜的一例)F的弹性(伸缩性)。
朝向所述第二冷却辊T2的弹性体前体M被第二冷却辊T2的外周面二次冷却。由此,弹性体前体M完全固化而成为弹性体膜(弹性膜)F。
二次冷却了的所述弹性体膜F被夹在第二冷却辊T2与夹持辊Nr之间之后,朝向接合辊Ar。接合辊Ar与第二冷却辊T2相比周速度(搬运速度)较快,因此,弹性体膜F在夹持辊Nr与接合辊Ar之间被沿搬运方向拉伸。
如此,熔融树脂经过弹性体前体(膜原料)M的状态而成为弹性体膜(热塑性膜)F。这里,在哪个时刻呈现从作为物质的熔融树脂向弹性体前体M的转变、从弹性体前体M向弹性体膜F的转变根据玻璃转化温度、树脂的厚度、室温而各不相同,并不确定。
例如,熔融树脂在刚离开排出口TO之后成为弹性体前体M,且看上去的外观像是固体,但存在是与没有弹性的液体接近的性质的情况。
另一方面,弹性体前体M在从夹持辊Nr向下游牵拉的部位变化为弹性体膜F,但存在在与夹持辊Nr的上游的第二冷却辊T2接触之后成为弹性体膜F的情况、在与第一冷却辊T1接触之后成为弹性体膜F的情况等各种各样的情况。
因而,膜用运送线3是指膜的至少一部分中的弹性体前体(膜原料)M的状态的该膜的搬运路径。
另一方面,向所述接合辊Ar供给由无纺布构成的第一以及第二片材S1、S2。各片材S1、S2分别沿片材用的第一运送线1或者第二运送线1A向接合辊Ar供给。
所述弹性体膜F在被所述一对片材S1、S2夹着的状态下向接合辊Ar导入,在所述接合辊Ar上,一对片材S1、S2与弹性体膜F被超声波焊头H相互接合并进行层叠而生成层叠体W。
需要说明的是,层叠体W也可以不是基于焊头H的超声波接合来生成,而是通过被加热辊热熔接来生成。
所述层叠体W的生产是连续地进行,但存在伴随着尺寸变更等,而暂时停止生产的情况。在该情况下,关于新的弹性体膜F,执行图1A~图5A所示的膜用运送线的形成。
接着,对制造装置进行说明。
图4B的各冷却辊T1、T2分别以旋转自如的方式支承于滑动基座6,并通过工作缸(cylinder)5沿着引导件(guider)4如图4B和图5A所示那样在水平方向上移动。各冷却辊T1、T2通过未图示的马达以周速度Vs驱动而旋转。另一方面,所述接合辊Ar通过未图示的马达以比所述周速度Vs快的周速度V驱动而旋转。
对于新形成膜用运送线3(图5A),首先,如图1A那样,各冷却辊T1、T2通过所述工作缸5而退避。通过该退避,图1B的从排出部T的排出口TO新排出并垂下的弹性体前体M成为不与各冷却辊T1、T2接触的状态。即,各冷却辊T1、T2设置为能够与图1B的垂下的弹性体前体M接触分离。
在图3A中,第一以及第二片材S1、S2用的各运送线1、1A通过用于搬运片材S1、S2的一个或者多个第一辊21以及接合辊Ar等而形成。图5A的所述层叠体W的运送线2通过用于搬运层叠体W的接合辊Ar以及第二辊22等而形成。所述膜用运送线3通过用于搬运弹性体前体M或者弹性体膜F的第一冷却辊T1和第二冷却辊T2、以及用于将弹性体膜F与片材S1、S2接合的接合辊Ar等而形成。图5A的层叠体W的运送线2通过所述一对片材用的运送线1、1A以及膜用运送线3在接合辊Ar处合流而形成。
在本例中,具备图2A的切断部7。该切断部7将在初期形成的弹性体前体M的初期形成部M1切除。由此,形成图2B的弹性体前体M的去除初期形成部M1而得到的前端部E。为了使该前端部E与废弃的初期形成部M1之间的距离(间隔)为足够的长度,所述切断部7的切断位置优选为排出口TO的附近,例如优选为比第一冷却辊T1的下端靠上方的位置。
如图5B所示,切断部7也可以具备为了切除所述初期形成部M1而沿弹性体前体M的宽度方向D移动的刀刃70。例如刀刃70也可以经由线而通过马达来往复移动。
如图3A和图2B所示,在本例中,具备片材用运送线1的移动装置12。移动装置12例如利用气缸使支承于框架13的一对第一辊21移动,使片材用运送线1在图2B的退避位置P1与图3A的接触位置P2之间移动。在所述图2B的退避位置P1处,所述片材用运送线1不与初期形成部M1接触。另一方面,在图3A~图4A的接触位置P2处,所述弹性体前体M的前端部E与片材用运送线1上的第一片材S1接触而成为双层重叠。
在图2A和图2B中,本制造装置也可以具备控制装置10。控制装置10根据来自光电开关那样的检测器11的信号,对去除了被切断的所述初期形成部M1的情况进行检测并通过移动装置12使所述退避位置P1的片材用运送线1向图3A的所述接触位置P2移动。
接着,对在图5A的新的层叠体W的生产之前形成所需的膜用运送线3的形成工序进行说明。
对于新形成膜用运送线3,从图5A的常态的运转状态起使第一冷却辊T1、第二冷却辊T2以及片材用的第一运送线1恢复至图1A那样的初期状态。
即,在膜用运送线的形成工序之前,首先,图5A的移动装置12收缩(工作),接触位置P2的片材用运送线1向图1A那样的退避位置P1退避。在该退避位置P1处,片材用运送线1不与图1B的从排出部T的排出口TO垂下的弹性体前体M接触。
另一方面,如图1B所示,在膜用运送线的形成工序中,以与从排出口TO垂下的弹性体前体M的一侧面对置的方式配置第一冷却辊T1。以与所述一侧面相反的另一侧面对置的方式配置第二冷却辊T2(按压辊)。因而,从排出部T排出的弹性体前体M在第一冷却辊T1与第二冷却辊T2之间不与第一冷却辊T1以及第二冷却辊T2接触,向正下方垂下。
即,图1B的成为所述弹性体前体M的熔融状态的树脂从排出部T的排出口TO垂下,膜状的弹性体前体M被连续地排出。如此一来,弹性体前体M沿着铅垂面,在一个平坦的平面上不与各辊T1、T2、Ar接触地垂下。
在排出所述弹性体前体M后,通过检测器11检测出图1B的弹性体前体M的初期形成部M1。也可以是,在该检测出后,例如当经过一定时间时,根据来自图2A的控制装置10的命令使切断部7工作。即,如图5B那样,刀刃70沿弹性体前体M的宽度方向D移动而切断初期形成部M1。
在该切断后,从图2B的排出口TO生成稳定状态的弹性体前体M。另一方面,被切断的所述初期形成部M1不与片材用运送线1接触地下落而被去除。
另外,在所述切断后,所述控制装置10也可以通过检测器11对初期形成部M1的后端进行检测。之后,检测出初期形成部M1的后端的控制装置10向移动装置12输出移动命令,如图3A那样,移动装置12工作,使片材用运送线1向接触位置P2突出。在该接触位置P2处,片材用运送线1能够承接切断后的弹性体前体M的新前端部E。
另一方面,在图3A的所述排出口TO的正下方,第一片材S1沿着第一片材用的第一运送线1在横向或者斜横向上被搬运。在该第一片材S1被搬运的状态下,如图3B那样,从所述排出口TO排出并垂下的所述弹性体前体M的前端部E被第一片材S1承接。
在该承接后,如图4A所示,所述前端部E与第一片材S1重叠,该相互重叠的(成为双层的)状态的第一片材S1以及弹性体前体M被沿着第一片材用的第一运送线1搬运。如图4B那样,所述相互重叠的状态的第一片材S1以及弹性体前体M从第一片材用的第一运送线1起以沿着所述接合辊Ar(接合部(合流部的一例))的外周面的方式导入。
通过该导入,如图4B那样,弹性体前体M开始从排出口TO起以与接合辊Ar的外周面接触的方式被直线地搬运。之后,如图5A那样,第一冷却辊T1以及第二冷却辊T2向弹性体前体M移动。
如此一来,形成(完成)膜用运送线3,该膜用运送线3是从排出口TO连续地排出的弹性体前体M与第一冷却辊T1以及第二冷却辊T2的外周面接触,并且在第二冷却辊T2与夹持辊Nr之间夹着弹性体膜F而得到的。
在所述膜用运送线3中,执行弹性体前体M卷绕于第一冷却辊T1的外周面而冷却弹性体前体M的第一冷却工序。在制造装置具备至少一个冷却辊的情况下,在弹性体前体M与该冷却辊接触的阶段形成膜用运送线。
另外,如前述那样,第二冷却辊T2即所述按压辊向与弹性体前体M的所述垂下方向交叉的方向移动,使弹性体前体M与第一冷却辊T1接触的距离增大。所述按压辊为第二冷却辊T2,被第一冷却辊T1冷却了的所述弹性体前体M通过第二冷却辊T2进一步进行冷却。由此弹性体前体M固化而成为弹性体膜F。
需要说明的是,各冷却辊也可以是用于冷却熔融树脂或者膜的辊,并在内部具备通过流动冷却介质而将辊表面冷却的流路。
另一方面,夹持辊Nr在比所述接合辊Ar靠上游处夹着弹性体膜F。在形成了所述膜用运送线3之后,所述接合辊Ar处的弹性体膜F的搬运速度V比所述夹持辊Nr处的弹性体膜F的搬运速度Vs快,从而在与两片材S1、S2接合之前的所述弹性体膜F沿搬运方向被拉伸。由此,对弹性体膜F赋予预应力(张力)。
在图5A的所述膜用运送线3的形成工序后,焊头H反复对接合辊Ar进行超声波振动,将所述弹性体膜F在接合辊Ar上与两片材S1、S2接合而生成所述层叠体W。即,沿着接合辊Ar的外周面,以两片材S1、S2与弹性体膜F重叠的方式搬运两片材S1、S2以及弹性体膜F,通过焊头H对接合辊Ar进行超声波振动,从而对两片材S1、S2以及弹性体膜F赋予超声波能量,从而无纺布片材与弹性体膜接合而层叠。
需要说明的是,所述接合可以例如间歇地进行,以使所述层叠体W交替地具有伸缩区域和接合区域。
另外,也可以是,不设置图1B的检测器11而在弹性体前体M的排出开始后,操作人员通过目视观察来判断初期形成部M1的状态而使切断部7工作,并将生成最初的弹性体前体M切断去除而废弃。
另外,在本实施例中,在弹性体前体M的初期形成部M1由检测器11检测出并经过一定时间之后,切断部7工作而利用刀刃70将初期形成部M1切断,例如即使在通过检测或者目视观察发现了对于第一冷却辊T1或者第二冷却辊T2的外周面的异常卷绕的情况下,也可以通过自动或者手动使切断部7工作而将弹性体前体M切断。
如上所述,参照附图对优选实施例进行了说明,但如果是本领域技术人员,则在阅读本说明书后能够在显而易见的范围内容易地设想多种变更及修正。
例如,冷却辊可以是一个。另外,也可以不设置冷却辊,而通过空冷来对弹性体前体进行冷却。
因而,这些变更及修正解释为包含在由技术方案确定的本发明的范围内。
产业上的可利用性
本发明能够用于制造一次性尿布等穿着物品的层叠体。

1.一种层叠体(W)的制造方法,该层叠体(W)是在经过运送线形成工序之后在合流部处使热塑性膜(F)层叠于片材(S1)而成的,在所述运送线形成工序中形成成为热塑性膜(F)的膜状的膜原料(M)的运送线,其中,
所述运送线形成工序包括:
使成为所述膜原料(M)的熔融状态的树脂从排出部(T)的排出口(TO)垂下而连续地排出膜状的所述膜原料(M)的垂下工序;
沿着片材用运送线(1)搬运所述片材(S1)的第一搬运工序;
通过将初期形成的所述膜原料(M)的初期形成部(M1)切断并去除而形成所述膜原料(M)的去除所述初期形成部(M1)而得到的前端部( E) 的形成工序;
使所述前端部(E)与所述片材用运送线(1)上的所述片材(S1)重叠,并将相互重叠的状态的所述片材(S1)以及所述膜原料(M)沿着所述片材用运送线(1)搬运的第二搬运工序;以及
将所述相互重叠的状态的所述片材(S1)以及所述膜原料(M)从所述片材用运送线(1)向所述合流部导入的导入工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,
所述热塑性膜(F)为弹性体膜(F),所述膜原料(M)为膜状的弹性体前体(M)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制造方法,其中,
所述形成工序还包括:
使刀刃(70)沿所述弹性体前体(M)的宽度方向(D)移动而将所述初期形成部(M1)切断的切断工序;以及
将被切断的所述初期形成部(M1)去除的去除工序。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制造方法,其中,
所述形成工序包括:
使所述片材用运送线(1)预先退避至所述初期形成部(M1)不与所述片材用运送线(1)接触的退避位置(P1)的退避工序;
使所述片材用运送线(1)突出至所述弹性体前体(M)的所述前端部(E)与所述片材用运送线(1)上的所述片材(S1)接触并相互重叠的接触位置(P2)的突出工序;以及
将被切断的所述初期形成部(M1)在所述退避工序后且所述突出工序前去除的去除工序。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的制造方法,其中,
所述去除工序通过如下方式来执行,即,以使被切断的所述初期形成部(M1)不与所述片材用运送线(1)接触的方式下落。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制造方法,其中,

所述制造方法包括如下接合工序,即,在所述运送线形成工序后将使所述弹性体前体(M)固化而得到的所述弹性体膜(F)在所述合流部处与所述片材(S1)接合而进行层叠来生成所述层叠体(W)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其中,
沿着所述合流部即接合辊(Ar)的外周面以所述片材(S1)与所述弹性体膜(F)重叠的方式搬运所述片材(S1)以及所述弹性体膜(F),并在所述接合辊(Ar)上执行所述接合工序。
9.一种层叠体(W)的制造装置,该层叠体(W)是在经过运送线形成工序之后在合流部处使热塑性膜(F)层叠于片材(S1)而成的,在所述运送线形成工序中形成成为热塑性膜(F)的膜状的膜原料(M)的运送线,其中,
所述层叠体(W)的制造装置具备:
排出部(T),其将成为所述膜原料(M)的熔融状态的树脂从排出口(TO)垂下并连续地排出膜状的所述膜原料(M);
切断部(7),其用于切除初期形成的所述膜原料(M)的初期形成部(M1),以便形成所述膜原料(M)的去除所述初期形成部(M1)而得到的前端部(E);
片材用运送线(1),其利用所述片材(S1)承接所述膜原料(M)的前端部(E),使所述前端部(E)与所述片材(S1)重叠,并对相互重叠的状态的所述片材(S1)以及所述膜原料(M)进行搬运;以及
合流部,其从所述片材用运送线(1)导入所述相互重叠的状态的所述片材(S1)以及所述膜原料(M)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制造装置,其中,
所述热塑性膜(F)为弹性体膜(F),所述膜原料(M)为膜状的弹性体前体(M)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的制造装置,其中,
所述切断部具备为了切除所述初期形成部(M1)而沿所述弹性体前体(M)的宽度方向(D)移动的刀刃(70 )。
12.根据权利要求11所述的制造装置,其中,
所述制造装置还具备移动装置(12),所述移动装置(12)使所述片材用运送线(1)在退避位置(P1)与接触位置(P2)之间移动,在所述退避位置(P1)处所述片材用运送线(1)不与所述初期形成部(M1)接触,在所述接触位置(P2)处所述弹性体前体(M)的所述前端部(E)与所述片材用运送线(1)上的片材(S1)接触并相互重叠。
13.根据权利要求12所述的制造装置,其中,
所述制造装置还具备控制装置(10),所述控制装置(10)对去除了被切断的所述初期形成部(M1)的情况进行检测而使所述退避位置(P1)的片材用运送线(1)向所述接触位置(P2)移动。
14.根据权利要求10所述的制造装置,其中,
所述合流部将使所述弹性体前体(M)固化而得到的所述弹性体膜(F)与所述片材(S1)接合而生成所述层叠体(W)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的制造装置,其中,
沿着外周面以所述片材(S1)与所述弹性体膜(F)重叠的方式搬运所述片材(S1)以及所述弹性体膜(F)的接合辊(Ar)构成所述合流部的至少一部分。
