Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mulching films, in particular to a chitosan biological liquid nutrient mulching film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Mulching film, i.e., ground covering film, is usually a transparent or black PE film, and also has green and silver films, and is used for ground covering to increase the temperature of soil, maintain the moisture of soil, maintain the soil structure, prevent pests from attacking crops and diseases caused by certain microorganisms, etc., and promote the growth of plants. The agricultural mulching film plays a decisive role in high yield and harvest in agricultural production.
With the delay of the use years, there are many negative problems in overcoming the obstacles of the cultivation conditions. The conventional chemical ethylene mulching film isolates a soil plough layer, residual fragments of the mulching film of the harvested upper stubble crops or plants are still remained in the range of 30 cm of the plough layer even though the residual fragments are ploughed through the plough layer, so that no positioning isolation is caused, the root systems of the crops cannot be smoothly pricked, and seedlings cannot be pricked and developed completely. The gaseous pollution to the soil microenvironment is mainly caused by that the ethylene mulching film is difficult to degrade in the soil, but the ethylene gas in the ethylene mulching film volatilizes under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity, is accumulated after being applied for many years and is absorbed by the soil, so that the root system of the crop can promote the deterioration of the leather in advance, the growth and harvesting period is shortened, and the whole plant development and the economic yield of the crop are directly influenced. Meanwhile, the mulching film can influence the penetration of rainwater, a large amount of rainwater only exists in a space of more than 30 cm above the ground surface and is difficult to penetrate downwards, and the rainwater on the ground surface is easy to evaporate, so that the soil is seriously lack of water, the growth of crops is influenced, and the soil quality is easy to damage.
