本发明属于药物化学合成领域,涉及了一种高纯度亚胺培南的制备方法,具体将亚胺培南粗品溶解在氯化铵-氨水无机缓冲溶液中得溶解液;将活性炭加入所得溶解液中,降温,搅拌,过滤得滤液;将亚胺培南从滤液中析出,过滤,得亚胺培南纯品;该方法克服了杂质II无法有效去除和亚胺培南容易降解产生新杂质的问题,并且该方法操作简单、收率高、产品纯度高、成本低,适合工业化生产。
