Abstract
The invention discloses a biomass fertilizer which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of excrement, 30-40 parts of mushroom residues, 15-20 parts of straws, 10-15 parts of sawdust, 15-20 parts of plant ash, 20-25 parts of oil residues, 10-15 parts of peanut shells, 8-10 parts of gypsum, 8-10 parts of a decomposition agent, 5-8 parts of tobacco shreds, 20-25 parts of bacillus and 10-15 parts of cellulase. The biomass fertilizer provided by the invention can provide nutrient components required by plant growth and improve the soil structure to a certain extent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the biomass fertilizer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizers, in particular to a biomass fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In traditional extensive agricultural production, farmers use a large amount of chemical fertilizers and pesticides which are difficult to degrade and have high toxicity, so that the soil is acidified and hardened, harmful substances are continuously accumulated, beneficial microorganisms in the soil are reduced, and the utilization rate of the fertilizer is gradually reduced.

and step S6, granulating to prepare the biomass organic fertilizer for improving soil.
Compared with the prior art, the biomass fertilizer and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that:
the biomass fertilizer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the raw material is a pure biological material, and no pollution is caused to plants; the straw, mushroom residue, excrement, plant ash, wood dust, peanut shell and oil residue are fermented to provide nutritional ingredients required by crop production, so that the growth of crops can be promoted; gypsum is used as a calcium supplement component; after the tobacco shreds are soaked in water, the tobacco shreds have the functions of expelling parasites and sterilizing, can inhibit pathogenic bacteria in biological materials, and prevent plant virus infection caused by the use of the biomass fertilizer; the bacillus has biological activities of dissolving phosphorus, potassium, fixing nitrogen and the like, and is beneficial to improving the crop production; the mushroom residues can change the organic matter content and the humus content of soil, improve the soil structure, promote the formation of soil granular structure, improve the fertility of the soil and have lasting fertilizer effect.

The particle size of the peanut shell is 80-120 meshes.
The manure comprises cow manure, sheep manure and chicken manure, and the water content of the manure is 8-10%.
The oil residue is oil residue obtained after soybean oil pressing.
The preparation method of the biomass fertilizer comprises the following steps:

40 parts of excrement, 40 parts of mushroom residues, 20 parts of straws, 15 parts of sawdust, 20 parts of plant ash, 25 parts of oil residues, 15 parts of peanut shells, 10 parts of gypsum, 10 parts of a decomposition agent, 8 parts of tobacco shreds, 25 parts of bacillus and 15 parts of cellulase.
The preparation method of the biomass fertilizer comprises the following steps:
step S1, airing the straws, and crushing the straws into 50-100 meshes of particles; pulverizing peanut shell into 80-120 mesh granules;
step S2, collecting and drying the excrement, wherein the water content is 8% after drying;
step S3, mixing the crushed straws, mushroom residues, excrement, wood chips, plant ash, peanut shells, oil residues, gypsum and cut tobacco, adding a proper amount of water, uniformly stirring, adding cellulase and a decomposition agent, controlling the stirring temperature at 40-45 ℃, and preserving heat for 10-12 hours;

A biomass fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
35 parts of excrement, 35 parts of mushroom residues, 18 parts of straws, 12 parts of sawdust, 17 parts of plant ash, 23 parts of oil residues, 14 parts of peanut shells, 9 parts of gypsum, 9 parts of a decomposition agent, 6 parts of tobacco shreds, 22 parts of bacillus and 12 parts of cellulase.
The method for producing a biomass fertilizer in this example refers to example 1.
Compared with the prior art, the biomass fertilizer and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that:
the biomass fertilizer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the raw material is a pure biological material, and no pollution is caused to plants; the straw, mushroom residue, excrement, plant ash, wood dust, peanut shell and oil residue are fermented to provide nutritional ingredients required by crop production, so that the growth of crops can be promoted; gypsum is used as a calcium supplement component; after the tobacco shreds are soaked in water, the tobacco shreds have the functions of expelling parasites and sterilizing, can inhibit pathogenic bacteria in biological materials, and prevent plant virus infection caused by the use of the biomass fertilizer; the bacillus has biological activities of dissolving phosphorus, potassium, fixing nitrogen and the like, and is beneficial to improving the crop production; the mushroom residues can change the organic matter content and the humus content of soil, improve the soil structure, promote the formation of soil granular structure, improve the fertility of the soil and have lasting fertilizer effect.
