Abstract
The invention discloses a biomass organic fertilizer which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of straw, 15-20 parts of sawdust, 30-40 parts of excrement, 20-30 parts of fly ash, 10-15 parts of soybean meal, 10-15 parts of rice bran, 5-8 parts of potassium permanganate, 15-20 parts of bacillus, 8-10 parts of cellulase and 10-12 parts of a decomposition agent. The biomass organic fertilizer provided by the invention can provide nutrient components required by plant growth, and has the advantages of simple preparation process and low cost. The invention also provides a preparation method of the biomass organic fertilizer.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizers, in particular to a biomass organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, especially the requirement of people on the improvement of the living quality, green agricultural food is actively developed all over the world. The production process of green food requires no or less use of chemical fertilizer, chemical pesticide and other chemical substances, and the research and application of biomass fertilizer are generated. The biomass fertilizer is required to satisfy, firstly, protection and promotion of growth and improvement of quality of an applied object, secondly, generation and accumulation of harmful substances by the applied object, and no adverse effect on the ecological environment.
At present, various biomass fertilizers exist in the market, but most biomass fertilizers are relatively complex in manufacturing process, need various microorganisms for fermentation and are high in cost.

The invention aims to provide a biomass organic fertilizer which can provide nutrient components required by plant growth, and has simple preparation process and low cost.

step S1, airing the straws, and crushing the straws into 50-100 meshes of particles;
step S2, collecting and drying the excrement, wherein the moisture content of the dried excrement is 8-10%;
step S3, mixing the crushed straws, sawdust, excrement, fly ash, soybean meal and bran coat, adding a proper amount of water, uniformly stirring, then adding cellulase and a decomposition agent, controlling the stirring temperature at 50-60 ℃, and preserving heat for 10-12 hours;
step S4, adding potassium permanganate and bacillus into the mixture obtained in the step S3, and uniformly stirring;
step S5, drying the mixed slurry obtained in the step S4, wherein the water content is 20-25% after drying;
and step S6, granulating to prepare the biomass organic fertilizer.
Compared with the prior art, the biomass organic fertilizer and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that:
the biomass organic fertilizer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the raw materials are pure biological materials, and no pollution is caused to plants; the straw, the wood chips, the excrement, the fly ash, the bean pulp and the bran coat are fermented to provide nutrient components required by production for crops, so that the growth of the crops can be promoted; the potassium permanganate is used as a sterilization disinfectant, so that pathogenic bacteria in the biological material can be inhibited, and plant virus infection caused by the use of the biomass fertilizer can be prevented; the bacillus has the biological activities of dissolving phosphorus, potassium, fixing nitrogen and the like, and is beneficial to improving the crop production.
Secondly, the preparation method of the biomass organic fertilizer has simple process and low cost.

The preparation method of the biomass organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:

step S2, collecting and drying the excrement, wherein the water content of the excrement is 10% after the excrement is dried;

step S1, airing the straws, and crushing the straws into 50-100 meshes of particles;
step S2, collecting and drying the excrement, wherein the water content is 7% after drying;
step S3, mixing the crushed straws, sawdust, excrement, fly ash, soybean meal and bran coat, adding a proper amount of water, uniformly stirring, then adding cellulase and a decomposition agent, controlling the stirring temperature at 50-60 ℃, and preserving heat for 10-12 hours;

step S5, drying the mixed slurry obtained in the step S4, wherein the water content is 20-25% after drying;
and step S6, granulating to prepare the biomass organic fertilizer.
Compared with the prior art, the biomass organic fertilizer and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that:
the biomass organic fertilizer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the raw materials are pure biological materials, and no pollution is caused to plants; the straw, the wood chips, the excrement, the fly ash, the bean pulp and the bran coat are fermented to provide nutrient components required by production for crops, so that the growth of the crops can be promoted; the potassium permanganate is used as a sterilization disinfectant, so that pathogenic bacteria in the biological material can be inhibited, and plant virus infection caused by the use of the biomass fertilizer can be prevented; the bacillus has the biological activities of dissolving phosphorus, potassium, fixing nitrogen and the like, and is beneficial to improving the crop production.

2. The biomass organic fertilizer of claim 1, wherein the straw comprises corn stover, soybean stover, and cotton stover.
3. The biomass organic fertilizer of claim 2, wherein the particle size of the straw is 50-100 mesh.
4. The biomass organic fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the wood chips have a particle size of 80-120 mesh.
5. The biomass organic fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the manure comprises cow manure, sheep manure and chicken manure, and the moisture content thereof is 8-10%.
