本发明属于葛根精粉制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种有机葛根精粉、制备方法及食品。
背景技术
目前,葛根具有作用:1、嫩肤丰满作用,葛根粉中富含葛根素、多达13种异黄酮类,为天然的植物雌激素,植物雌激素可以促进乳房的发育,对于青春期自身雌激素不足的女孩可以通过吃葛根粉、带来补充体内雌激素,使乳房发育更加丰满完美,使身材更加丰润。到了更年期的女性吃葛根粉补充体内雌激素分泌的不足,保持身体年轻活力,嫩滑肌肤。和青木瓜粉配合一起吃,丰满效果更好更持久。2、对高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管疾病的治疗作用,葛根总黄酮能使脑血流量显著增加,能使冠状血管血流量增加。葛根素可使心脏搏动的速率减慢、心肌收缩力增强、主动脉压降低。葛根总黄酮、大豆甙元和葛根素对高血压引起的头痛、头晕、项背强痛和耳鸣等症有明显疗效。葛根中有效成分大豆甙元、大豆甙、葛雌素等对激素依赖性肿瘤如乳腺癌、子宫膜癌、卵巢癌、结肠癌、前列腺癌细胞增殖具有抑制作用。葛根素能降低血糖,能明显降低血清胆固醇。同时对心脏病,尤其是冠心病、骨质疏松症、妇女更年期综合症和老年性痴呆等有预防和治疗作用。染料木素具有较强的促雌激素作用和抑制肿瘤细胞作用。3、提高免疫功能作用,葛根富含的黄酮类化合物能有效地清除自由基,抑制红细胞膜,肝、脾、脑组织的氧化损伤,葛根黄酮可用于防止生物膜的氧化损伤;葛根可使主要吞噬碳粒的肝、脾脏的碳粒摄取功能增强,使细胞性免疫功能反应性恢复。4、益智作用,研究表明葛根对学习记忆障碍有明程的治疗作用,可用于治疗老年性痴呆,智力障碍,记忆力差等症。5、升阳止泻作用,葛根能止渴止泻轻清升散,使机体正气上升,用于治疗内热消渴,麻疹透发不畅,腹泻、痢疾等病症。6、解酒作用,葛根能有效拮抗酒精引起的肝和睾丸组织脂质过氧化损害。葛根含大豆甙,它能分解乙醛毒性,阻止酒精对大脑抑制功能的减弱,抑制肠胃对酒精的吸收,促进血液中酒精的代谢和排泄。适宜人群:老少皆宜,特别适用下列人群:高血压、高血脂、高血糖及偏头痛等心脑血管病患者、更年期妇女、易上火人群(包括孕妇和婴儿)、常用烟酒者、女性滋容养颜,中老年人日常饮食调理等。
通过上述分析,现有技术存在的问题及缺陷为:目前富硒有机葛根精粉方法采用手工加工营养流失严重,不能达到国家规定的无菌标准。

针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种有机葛根精粉、制备方法及食品。
本发明是这样实现的,一种有机葛根精粉,所述有机葛根精粉由富硒有机葛根精粉和辅料组成,按照质量份数各占百分之五十;
按照质量百分比富硒有机葛根精粉为50%;辅料按照质量百分比红枣、糯米、黄豆、黑芝麻、核桃、大麦、玉米、小麦、红豆、薏米、绿豆、枸杞、板栗、红豆和小米共为50%。本发明富硒有机葛根精粉的更安全、更健康、更营养、更便利。其中,红枣1-5份、糯米1-4份、黄豆1-3份、黑芝麻1-2份、核桃1-3份、大麦1-4份、玉米1-2份、小麦1-3份、红豆1-3份、薏米1-3份、绿豆1-3份、枸杞1-3份、板栗1-3份、红豆1-10份、小米1-6份。
进一步,所述富硒有机葛根精粉为三年以上。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种所述有机葛根精粉的制备方法,所述富硒有机葛根精粉的制备方法包括:
第一步,准备原料:按照比例准备葛红豆、燕麦、红枣、腰果、扁桃仁、葡萄干、淮山药、铁棍山药、血糯米、魔芋、小米、荞麦、芡实、薏米、花生、开心果、鹰嘴豆、黑芝麻、藜麦、玫瑰花、核桃、枸杞、黄豆、绿豆、山楂、龙眼肉,然后利用臭氧杀菌设备将各原料杀菌消毒后烘干备用;
第二步,粉碎原料:将烘干的各原料放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,得到杂粮粉状混合原料;
第三步,物料拌合:按照比例准备对应份数的葛根全粉,与制得的杂粮粉状混合原料进行充分搅拌,并加水搅拌成糊状混合物;
第四步,造粒和造片:取上述制得的糊状混合物采用湿法制粒,并将制得的药粒使用压片机进行压片成型,得到生片;
第五步,生片熟化:将制得的生片进行恒温烘焙,干燥、熟化后得到含水率葛根含片。
进一步,所述第三步总物料与水的添加重量比为1:1.3-1.5。
进一步,所述第五步生片在100-120℃的环境中进行恒温烘焙15-25min,干燥、熟化后得到含水率不大于3.5%的葛根含片。

实施例4:
本实验用一定比例的富硒葛根精粉,配比其它人体需要的有机五谷杂粮进行烘干,粉碎做成芋园,再通过物理处理做成熟食,冷却、分级、装袋、无菌封口,储存入库。分别取上述实施例1-3所制得的葛根含片给60位食欲不振的人使用,每20人为一组,分三组分别试用三个实施例中制备的葛根含片,使用15天,得到以下数据:
由上表可知,实施例2中原料配合比例适中,患者服用后,食欲不佳问题得到快速改善,且含片口感醇香、酥脆且易于入口服用,药片外观完整光滑,方便使用者随身存放,不会因碎渣产生造成有效成分流失,且保证含片制备成功率,降低碎片、废片率,保证了原料利用率。

Claims (7)
1.一种有机葛根精粉,其特征在于,所述有机葛根精粉由富硒有机葛根精粉和辅料组成,按照质量份数各占百分之五十;
按照质量百分比富硒有机葛根精粉为50%;辅料按照质量百分比红枣、糯米、黄豆、黑芝麻、核桃、大麦、玉米、小麦、红豆、薏米、绿豆、枸杞、板栗、红豆和小米共为50%;其中,红枣1-5份、糯米1-4份、黄豆1-3份、黑芝麻1-2份、核桃1-3份、大麦1-4份、玉米1-2份、小麦1-3份、红豆1-3份、薏米1-3份、绿豆1-3份、枸杞1-3份、板栗1-3份、红豆1-10份、小米1-6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的有机葛根精粉,其特征在于,所述富硒有机葛根精粉为三年以上。
3.一种如权利要求1所述有机葛根精粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机葛根精粉的制备方法包括:新鲜原料清洗、粉碎、提炼、配比、无菌熟化处理,保鲜、真空包装。
4.如权利要求3所述的有机葛根精粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机葛根精粉的制备方法还包括:
第一步,准备原料:按照比例准备葛红豆、燕麦、红枣、腰果、扁桃仁、葡萄干、淮山药、铁棍山药、血糯米、魔芋、小米、荞麦、芡实、薏米、花生、开心果、鹰嘴豆、黑芝麻、藜麦、玫瑰花、核桃、枸杞、黄豆、绿豆、山楂、龙眼肉,然后利用臭氧杀菌设备将各原料杀菌消毒后烘干备用;
第二步,粉碎原料:将烘干的各原料放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,得到杂粮粉状混合原料;
第三步,物料拌合:按照比例准备对应份数的葛根全粉,与制得的杂粮粉状混合原料进行充分搅拌,并加水搅拌成糊状混合物;
第四步,造粒和造片:取上述制得的糊状混合物采用湿法制粒,并将制得的药粒使用压片机进行压片成型,得到生片;
第五步,生片熟化:将制得的生片进行恒温烘焙,干燥、熟化后得到含水率葛根含片。
5.如权利要求4所述的有机葛根精粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第三步总物料与水的添加重量比为1:1.3-1.5。
6.如权利要求4所述的有机葛根精粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第五步生片在100-120℃的环境中进行恒温烘焙15-25min,干燥、熟化后得到含水率不大于3.5%的葛根含片。
7.一种由权利要求1~2任意一项所述有机葛根精粉制造的食品。
