(1) As can be seen from table 2 above, the polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence disclosed in example 1 of the present invention is widely accepted by the subjects, and all the subjects show that the polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence disclosed in the present invention is easy to absorb, the face is fresh and cool without stickiness after use, the effects of moisturizing and moisturizing are good, nutrition is supplied to the skin, skin metabolism is promoted, fine lines are effectively smoothed, wrinkles are reduced, skin aging is slowed, and the skin is moisturized and smooth and has elasticity for a long time. In example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4, the acceptance of the polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence in example 1 is the highest, so example 1 is the best embodiment of the invention.
(2) From the above tables 3 to 6, the essences of comparative examples 1 to 4 are not the formula proportion of the polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence, and the using effects are not as good as those of example 1, which shows that the formula of the anti-wrinkle essence is not obtained by simply combining the components, and further shows that the components of the formula have synergistic effects.
Meanwhile, no allergy phenomenon occurs in all the subjects, and the conditions of skin itch, stabbing pain, red swelling and the like do not occur. Therefore, the anti-wrinkle essence is warm and safe and can be used for a long time.

The polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence is characterized by comprising, by mass, 0.5-2% of carnosine, 0.5-5% of snake venom tripeptide, 80.5-4% of acetyl hexapeptide, 10.1-2% of oligopeptide, 1-4% of dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, 80.5-88% of deionized water, 0.5-3% of betaine, 0.1-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.1-0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.2-4% of butanediol, 0.1-1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-2% of oat β glucan and 0.1-2% of 1.2 hexanediol.

The polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence according to claim 1, which comprises, by mass, carnosine 1%, snake venom tripeptide 1%, acetyl hexapeptide-81%, oligopeptide-11%, dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline 2.5%, deionized water 87.45%, betaine 1%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.3%, xanthan gum 0.15%, butanediol 3%, sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, oat β dextran 1%, and 1.2 hexanediol 0.5%.
3. The preparation method of the polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing phase A deionized water, betaine, p-hydroxyacetophenone, dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and xanthan gum, and adding the mixture into a pretreated container;
s2, weighing butanediol and sodium hyaluronate, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding the phase A, heating to 85-90 ℃, homogenizing for 30min, preserving heat, stirring, defoaming and cooling to 35 ℃;
s3, sequentially adding B-phase snake venom tripeptide, acetyl hexapeptide-8, oligopeptide-1, carnosine, oat β glucan and 1.2 hexanediol at a low temperature of 35 ℃, and uniformly stirring until the mixture is transparent to obtain the polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence.
