s1, weighing phase A deionized water, betaine, p-hydroxyacetophenone, dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and xanthan gum, and adding the mixture into a pre-treated container.

S2, weighing butanediol and sodium hyaluronate, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding the phase A, heating to 85-90 ℃, homogenizing for 30min, preserving heat, stirring, defoaming and cooling to 35 ℃.

S3, sequentially adding B-phase snake venom tripeptide, acetyl hexapeptide-8, oligopeptide-1, carnosine, oat β glucan and 1.2 hexanediol at a low temperature of 35 ℃, and uniformly stirring until the mixture is transparent to obtain the polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence.

The polypeptide anti-wrinkle and anti-aging essence is prepared by the following steps:

s1, weighing 87.45g of phase A deionized water, 1g of betaine, 0.3g of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 2.5g of dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and 0.15g of xanthan gum, and adding the weighed materials into a container which is well pretreated.

The skin care essence comprises, by mass, 0.5g of carnosine, 1g of snake-like tripeptide active component, 82 g of acetyl hexapeptide, 10.5g of oligopeptide, 2.5g of dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and the balance of skin care matrix, wherein the skin care matrix comprises 87.85g of deionized water, 1g of betaine, 0.3g of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.15g of xanthan gum, 3g of butanediol, 0.1g of sodium hyaluronate, 1g of oat β glucan and 0.5g of 1.2 hexanediol, and is calculated according to 100g of the total mass of the essence.

Comparative example 4

The skin care essence comprises, by mass, 1g of carnosine, 1g of snake-like tripeptide active component, 81 g of acetyl hexapeptide, 11g of oligopeptide, 2.5g of dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and the balance of skin care matrix, wherein the skin care matrix comprises 88.65g of deionized water, 1g of betaine, 0.3g of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.15g of xanthan gum, 3g of butanediol, 0.1g of sodium hyaluronate, 1g of oat β glucan and 0.5g of 1.2 hexanediol, based on 100g of the total mass of the essence.
