Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples, and any modification is within the scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
The tea polyphenol is a natural antioxidant, has remarkable antioxidation effect, can eliminate excessive free radicals generated in a human body, protects the structure of a cell membrane, slows down the aging of the human body, and prolongs the life of the human body. The tea polyphenols have unique protective and therapeutic effects on skin, and can effectively prevent skin injury caused by ultraviolet, and also has antiaging, wrinkle removing, speckle removing, acne preventing, edema preventing and antiallergic effects.
Dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate is a synthetic peptide simulating snake venom serum, and can prevent acetylcholine nerve conduction, achieve the effect of relaxing muscles, and further improve dynamic wrinkles. The risk factor is low, and is relatively safe, can be used with confidence, generally has no influence on pregnant women, and simultaneously has no pox-causing property.
Palmitoyl tripeptide-1 is a matrikine signal peptide that acts on the dermis layer to promote the synthesis of extracellular matrices such as collagen types I and III, elastin, structural glycoproteins such as laminin and fibronectin, strengthen the dermis layer, promote wound healing and tissue renewal and reconstruction, strengthen the integral skin layer, make the skin thicker and firmer, smooth wrinkles, and have a greater ability to resist uv radiation.
Palmitoyl tripeptide-5 is a cosmetic small molecular peptide which is most widely applied, and the purpose of wrinkle resistance of smoothing wrinkles and firming skin is achieved by stimulating the synthesis of skin collagen through tissue growth factor (TGF-beta). Studies have shown that such peptides promote collagen (type I, type II and type IV) synthesis and extracellular matrix protein production by increasing stromal cell activity, giving the skin a more youthful and elastic appearance.
Palmitoyl tripeptide-38 can promote the synthesis of six main molecules such as collagen I, III and IV, fibronectin, hyaluronic acid and laminin, and the like to fill wrinkles.
Acetyl hexapeptide-8 (hexapeptide) is a biomimetic peptide, an oligopeptide that mimics the N-terminus of SNAP-25 protein and consists of six amino acids. Its polypeptide structure is derived from a fragment of the human body's own SNAP-25 (synaptosome associated protein) N-terminus, and some chemical modifications are made. The reputation of "wrinkle-reducing new stars" is covered, and especially has better effect on lightening the depth of the eye wrinkles. The composition can inhibit the release of nerve conduction element acetylcholine and weaken the contraction of muscles, so that dynamic line expression lines are reduced, wrinkles are reduced, the activity of elastin is increased, the renewal capacity of epidermis is maintained, the skin is smooth and compact, the skin age is challenged to be reversed, and the youthful luster of the skin is displayed.
Tripeptide-1 copper, also known as copper trisepeptide, copper bluepetide. The copper peptide and the copper compound thereof can be used as an activator and an antioxidant for tissue remodeling, and the copper peptide is also a signal peptide, so that the degradation of a large number of collagen aggregates outside the scar, the synthesis of normal collagen of the skin, the generation of elastin, proteoglycan and glucosaminan, the growth speed and migration of different cell types, inflammation resistance and antioxidant reaction are promoted.

Grouping: the subjects are divided into 7 groups according to each age, each group comprises 10 persons, and each group comprises 45-50 persons, 51-55 persons, 56-60 persons, 61-65 persons and 66-70 persons in each age.
Examples 1 to 3 groups used the anti-aging essence prepared in examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 3 used the anti-aging essence prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3, comparative example 4 used the anti-aging essence prepared in example 1, and the essence was placed at 40 ℃ for 8 hours before use, and comparative example 5 used the anti-aging essence prepared in comparative example 2 and the essence was placed at 40 ℃ for 8 hours before use.
The tester area: the forehead area 2cm above the middle of the eyebrow, the chin area 2cm below the middle of the lower lip, and the left and right cheek areas at the intersection of the nose tip and the pupil.
The testing steps are as follows: the blank value (R) was measured 30min after cleaning the test area2,R5,R7Wherein R is2=Ua/Uf,R5=Ur/Ue,R7=Ur/Uf)。
Uf-maximum skin stretch;
Ue-the amount of stretching of the skin at 0.1 seconds after a constant negative pressure has been applied to the skin, the amount of stretching of the elastic portion being localized;
Urafter the negative pressure is removed, the skin rapidly returns to its original state, again with a value of the elastic part UrNamely, the recovery value and the viscoelastic part value, or the plastic part value, of the skin after the negative pressure is removed for 0.1 second;
Ua-the recovery value of the skin from the removal of the negative pressure to the next successive test of the skin surface plus the negative pressure;
then, the sample was applied evenly to the face, followed by a trial in the morning and evening each day without using any other cosmetic, and continuously applied for 4 weeks to test the R of the skin in the test areas at 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks, respectively2,R5,R7. The test of the same subject is performed by the same measuring person. By testing R of the skin before and after use2,R5,R7The value changes to evaluate the skin anti-aging efficacy of the product.
The specific experimental results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 results of anti-aging experiments
The results in table 1 show that the antioxidant and anti-aging essence provided by the invention has strong moisturizing, antioxidant, wrinkle removing, anti-aging and repairing effects, and can remarkably improve the smoothness, brightness, firmness and anti-irritation capability of skin.
The comparison of the results of the group of example 1 and the groups of comparative examples 1 to 3 shows that the tea polyphenol and the bioactive preparation have better synergistic effect; the comparison of the results of the group of example 1 and the group of comparative example 4 shows that the essence has better stability; compared with the results of the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 5, the essence without tea polyphenol has poor stability and is not easy to store.
The foregoing is merely exemplary and illustrative of the present inventive concept and various modifications, additions and substitutions of similar embodiments may be made to the specific embodiments described by those skilled in the art without departing from the inventive concept or exceeding the scope of the claims as defined in the accompanying claims.
