The emollient water prepared in comparative example 1, which did not contain the peony root extract, decreased TEWL value by 0.6 after seven weeks of use in the subject of # 3 emollient water; the skin lotion prepared in comparative example 2, which did not contain the extract of leontopodium alpinum and the extract of the fermentation product of saccharomyces diaviscidum, decreased TEWL value by 0.72 after seven weeks of use in the subject of # 4 skin lotion; the emollient water prepared in comparative example 3 contained no biomimetic polypeptide, and thus the TEWL value decreased by 0.78 after seven weeks of use for the subject with # 5 emollient water; the value of TEWL was decreased by 0.44 in the subjects of the blank control group, it was found that the decrease in TEWL values was not significant in the subjects of the control groups 2-4, and the skin barrier was not well restored in the subjects of the control groups 2-4.

2-3 parts of paeonia lactiflora root extract, 1-2 parts of alpine edelweiss extract, 3-5 parts of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product extract, 5.5-9.6 parts of bionic polypeptide, 12-16 parts of solvent, 3-4 parts of beta-glucan, 1-2 parts of ergothioneine, 0.1-0.5 part of hyaluronic acid, 0.15-0.6 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate and 0.3-0.4 part of preservative; the bionic polypeptide consists of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and carnosine.

The composition for repairing skin barrier and improving skin resistance according to claim 1, wherein the raw material components comprise: 3 parts of a peony root extract, 1 part of a leontopodium alpinum extract, 4 parts of a schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product extract, 7 parts of biomimetic polypeptide, 13 parts of a solvent, 3 parts of beta-glucan, 1 part of ergothioneine, 0.3 part of hyaluronic acid, 0.3 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate and 0.35 part of a preservative.
3. The composition for repairing skin barrier and improving skin resistance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of paeoniflorin in the radix Paeoniae extract is greater than 50 wt%.

The composition for repairing skin barriers and improving skin resistance according to claim 1, wherein the biomimetic polypeptide is composed of the following raw material components: 11-2 parts of palmitoyl tripeptide, 71-2 parts of palmitoyl tetrapeptide, 83-5 parts of acetyl hexapeptide and 0.5-0.6 part of carnosine.
5. The composition for repairing skin barrier and improving skin resistance according to claim 1, wherein the solvent is a polyol, and the polyol is butylene glycol or glycerin.
6. The composition for repairing skin barrier and improving skin resistance according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is a mixture of p-hydroxyacetophenone and caprylyl hydroximic acid, and the weight ratio of the p-hydroxyacetophenone to the caprylyl hydroximic acid is 1-2: 1.
7. A method for preparing the composition for repairing skin barrier and improving skin resistance of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing and heating a solvent and hyaluronic acid to 80-85 ℃ until the solvent and hyaluronic acid are completely dissolved to obtain a solution 1;
(2) Cooling the solution 1 to 40-50 deg.C, adding ergothioneine, radix Paeoniae extract, herba Leontopodii Adoratae extract, yeast fermentation product extract, bionic polypeptide, beta-dextran, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and antiseptic, mixing, and stirring.
