Description

Essence composition containing liposome capable of resisting photoaging injury and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin care product and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and in particular relates to an essence composition containing liposome capable of resisting photoaging injury and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin aging includes intrinsic physiological aging and extrinsic ultraviolet-based environmental factor-induced aging. Among them, skin aging caused by ultraviolet rays is called photoaging. Premature skin aging caused by ultraviolet rays, including sunburn, wrinkles, surface dryness, rough peeling, photo carcinogenesis, and the like, can be reduced or even eliminated by reducing contact with ultraviolet rays or counteracting the deleterious effects of ultraviolet rays.
Ultraviolet rays are divided into three wave bands, namely long-wave UVA (320-400 nm), medium-wave UVB (280-320 nm), short-wave UVC (200-280 nm), and the shorter the wavelength is, the stronger the self energy is, but the poorer the penetrating power is. Short wave UVC is completely absorbed by the ozone layer, the biological efficacy of long wave UVA is thousands times lower than that of medium wave UVB, and the aging capacity is far lower than that of UVB. It was found that most of the UVB is absorbed by the epidermis and is responsible for the decay of the epidermal cells, however, about 10-30% of the UVB penetrates the epidermis to reach the dermis and damage the fibroblast and cytoplasmic matrix.
Thus, skin photoaging can induce keratinization of the epidermis and aging of the dermis, and photoaging reduces synthesis of collagen and elastin of the skin, causing thinning of the dermis and deterioration of elasticity. In addition, ultraviolet light can also damage cellular DNA, lipids, and proteins by generating reactive oxygen species.
The mechanism of skin photoaging is still in the research demonstration stage. There are several well-established mechanisms of photoaging by current researchers: free radical injury theory, normal skin cell apoptosis, skin cell canceration, collagen degradation, collagen expression inhibition, etc. The currently widely accepted views are: ultraviolet irradiation causes free radical generation, which results in decreased cell viability and decreased cell synthesis and metabolic capacity. How to effectively resist skin damage caused by photo-aging has been a major problem in the industry.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a essence composition containing liposome capable of resisting photoaging injury. The main functional components of the essence composition comprise: the alpine leontopodium callus extract, the fermentation product lysate of the two-split yeast, the spartina spiralis extract and the carnosine have the capability of promoting the synthesis of skin collagen and removing skin free radicals. Through the preferred combination and efficacy test, it was found that the most preferred composition ratios achieved synergistic efficacy against photo-aging damage.
(1) Extract of calli of alpine leontopodium
The alpine leontopodium herb is also called as the edelweiss, is the mountain flower in Europe, has cold property, contains rich mineral substances, can clear heat and cool blood, and has the effects of soothing and calm, nourishing and protecting skin and resisting skin aging. In the case of UV resistance, it can inhibit the release of inflammatory factors, reducing DNA fragments broken by UVA and UVB irradiation; in addition, the composition can quickly resist the skin damaged by ultraviolet irradiation, promote the synthesis of the fiber of the dermis layer, inhibit free radicals and reduce the damage to the skin.
(2) Lysate of fermentation product of Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Consists of a bifidobacterium lysate obtained by biotechnology, comprising metabolites, cytoplasmic components, cell wall components and polysaccharide complexes, which are capable of promoting the UV irradiation of the natural DNA countermeasure mechanism, preventing double strand breaks, protecting the skin, keeping it viable, preventing UV-induced immunosuppression, and against UV-induced photoaging.
(3) Sparassis crispa extract
Sparassis crispa extract is derived from a broccoli mushroom. Such broccoli mushrooms are found in korea, japan, the united states and australia. Because of its ultra-high immunity-activating ability, it is called as "magic miracle mushroom" in japan. The common mushrooms grow on the shade, and the sparassis crispa needs more than 10 hours of irradiation every day, so that the sparassis crispa is the only 'sun mushrooms' in the world. Is extremely popular in Europe and America and Japan and has high price. Sparassis crispa also contains a large amount of beta glucan, antioxidant substances, vitamin C and vitamin E, and has good efficacy for removing skin problems such as melanin precipitation and the like as an effective component of a cosmetic product. Known as fantasy mushrooms, are used for the best food ingredients in france. Sparassis crispa is also used as a medicinal mushroom. Contains rich veratric acid. It can prevent and treat ultraviolet-induced DNA injury, support the antagonistic system of skin cells, reduce and prevent erythema caused by ultraviolet rays, and improve the local collagen level of skin.
(4) Carnosine (carnosine)
The skin naturally generates various peptide components, which are used for comprehensively resisting the damage of age, illumination, pressure and pollution to the skin, and the carnosine can well protect the skin from being damaged by solar radiation besides the traditional strong aging effect; in addition, it also protects and increases collagen production, and is a very potent quencher for uv-induced free radicals.
