Performance testing
The performance test adopts the following test samples: examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-3 use eye creams made by adding the eye repair composition to an eye cream base, as well as the eye creams provided in examples 4-7.
The preparation method of the test samples of the examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-3 comprises the following steps: weighing each component respectively, stirring and mixing uniformly at normal temperature, and then adding the components into the cosmetic base according to the mass ratio of 5 parts respectively to prepare the corresponding eye cream. Specifically, the eye cream comprises the following components in parts by weight: cetearyl alcohol// cetearyl glucoside// water// glucose 2.5 parts, glyceryl stearate// PEG-100 stearate 0.8 part, cetearyl alcohol 0.3 part, octyl methicone 4 part, squalane 2 part, glycerin 4 part, xanthan gum 0.1 part, butanediol 4 part, carbomer 0.1 part, arginine 0.1 part, a suitable amount of preservative, eye-repairing composition 5 parts, water to 100 parts.
1. Irritation test
(1) Test samples: eye creams prepared in examples 1 to 7;
(2) according to the requirements of the technical Specification for safety of cosmetics 2015, 30 volunteer subjects aged 20-55 years are selected as test objects, and the eye creams prepared in the examples 1-7 are respectively tried.
(3) The experimental method comprises the following steps: 0.2g of eye cream is put into a spot tester (area 30 mm)2Depth 1mm), the spot tester with eye cream is applied to the curved side of the forearm of the subject by using hypoallergenic tape, the palm is pressed lightly to be uniformly applied on the skin, after 24 hours of continuous application, the skin reaction is observed in the standard of the following table 30min, 24 hours and 48 hours after the spot tester is taken off, and the observation result is recorded.
The results show that: the skin reaction levels were negative for all subjects and scored on a 0 scale. The eye creams provided in examples 1 to 7 are shown to be non-irritating to the skin.
2. Evaluation of efficacy
(1) Testing an instrument: skin elasticity tester (MPA580, CK Electronic GmH, germany); skin melanin and heme tester (Mexameter MX18, CK Electronic GmH, germany);
(2) test samples: eye creams prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 3;
(3) the test requirements are as follows: room temperature 20 + -2 deg.C, Relative Humidity (RH)50 + -5%;
(4) the test method comprises the following steps: the eye cream prepared in the examples 1-7 and the comparative examples 1-3 was used by randomly cleaning face twice a day (twice a day after getting up in the morning and twice before sleeping at night) for 50 volunteers with eye bags, dark circles, fine wrinkles and other problems on skin around eyes of 35-50 years old, randomly divided into 10 groups of 5 persons each. The skin elasticity of the eyes was measured with a skin elasticity tester MPA580, the skin melanin value and the red pigment value of the eyes of the volunteers were measured with a Mexameter MX18, 3 points were measured at the periphery of the eyes, and the average value was taken, before and 30 days after use, respectively.
(5) Evaluation criteria:
the wrinkle removing effect is as follows: the skin elasticity of the eyes is tested by a skin elasticity tester MPA580, and the higher the value is, the better the surface skin elasticity is. The rate of increase in the elasticity of the skin is calculated using the following formula: the elastic increase rate (pre-use value-post-use value)/pre-test value × 100%. The greater the rate of rise in elasticity, the better the wrinkle-removing effect.
Eliminating black eye effect: the effect of eliminating dark circles was judged by measuring the rate of change of melanin before and after use, which is (pre-use melanin value-post-use melanin value) × 100%/pre-use melanin value. The greater the rate of change of melanin, the better the effect of eliminating dark circles.
③ evaluation of the effect of removing red blood streak: the effect of removing red streaks was judged by measuring the inhibition rate of red pigment before and after use, which is (red pigment value before use-red pigment value after use) × 100%/red pigment value before use.
The method is remarkably effective: the red blood streak around the eyes is obviously reduced or disappeared, and the inhibition rate is more than or equal to 35 percent.
The method has the following advantages: the red blood silk around the eyes is faded or disappears, and the inhibition rate is 5 to 35 percent.
And (4) invalidation: the inhibition rate of periocular red blood streak is less than 5%.
In addition, each group of test subjects respectively evaluate the effects of fading black eye circles, eye bags and improving fine lines of the test samples, the average score is calculated by taking 10 points as full score, 7-10 points as obvious effect, 4-7 points as general effect and less than 4 points as no obvious effect.

As can be seen from the data in tables 2 and 3, the elasticity of the eye skin is significantly increased and the melanin and the red pigment are significantly reduced after the eye cream containing the compositions of examples 1 to 7 is used, which indicates that the cosmetic composition of the present invention has the effects of significantly lightening dark circles and red blood streaks and eliminating pouches and fine lines, and particularly, the compositions of examples 5 to 6 are significant.
In comparative examples 1 to 3, the amounts of salmon egg extract, palm tree extract and quinoa seed extract added to the composition were respectively lower than the formulation amounts in example 1, and as can be seen from the data in tables 2 and 3, the degree of improvement in the elasticity of the eye skin, the degree of reduction in melanin and the results of human evaluation before and after use in comparative examples 1 to 3 were all lower than in example 1, and thus it was found that the effective ingredients in the cosmetic composition of the present invention had a synergistic effect and no significant effect could be obtained by reducing any of the ingredients.
In addition, no adipocyte appearance was observed on the eye skin during the test period for each of the groups of volunteers.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the specific embodiments of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention claims should be included in the protection scope of the present invention claims.

Claims (10)

1. The eye repairing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: palm leaf tree extract 0.5-7 parts, quinoa seed extract 0.05-1 part, and salmon egg extract 0.1-4 parts.
2. The eye-rejuvenating composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein the mass ratio of palm tree extract, quinoa seed extract, salmon egg extract is (5-50): 1-5): 1.
3. The eye-rejuvenating composition according to claim 1 further comprising 0.2 to 3 parts hydrolyzed collagen and 0.2 to 3 parts glycosaminoglycans.
4. The eye-rejuvenating composition according to claim 1 further comprising 0.02 to 2 parts of an Ascophyllum nodosum extract; 0.02-2 parts of Ophiopogon japonicus extract.
5. The eye-rejuvenating composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 further comprising acetyl tetrapeptide-50.02 to 4 parts, acetyl hexapeptide-80.005 to 1.5 parts, palmitoyl pentapeptide-40.02 to 4 parts, palmitoyl tripeptide-50.005 to 7 parts, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate 0.005 to 4 parts.
6. The eye-repairing composition of claim 5, comprising the following components in parts by weight:
1-5 parts of palm leaf tree extract;
0.1-1 part of quinoa seed extract;
0.3-3 parts of salmon egg extract;
0.5-2 parts of hydrolyzed collagen;
0.5-2 parts of glucosaminoglycan;
0.05-1.5 parts of a phyllanthus urinaria extract;
0.05-1.5 parts of Ophiopogon japonicus extract;
50.05-3 parts of acetyl tetrapeptide;
acetyl hexapeptide-80.01-1 part;
40.05-3 parts of palmitoyl pentapeptide;
50.01-5 parts of palmitoyl tripeptide;
0.01-3 parts of dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate.
7. An eye-repairing eye cream comprising the eye-repairing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The eye repair eye cream of claim 7, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.7-30 parts of an eye repairing composition;
2-12 parts of a skin conditioner;
0.5-3 parts of an emulsifier;
0.5-3 parts of an emulsion stabilizer;
4-30 parts of an emollient;
0.05-0.5 part of antioxidant;
2-20 parts of a humectant;
0.5-4 parts of a thickening agent;
0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator;
0.05-0.1 part of chelating agent.
9. The eye repair eye cream of claim 8, wherein the skin conditioner is one or more of Ophiopogon japonicus root extract, Opuntia ficus indica stem extract, Sophora flavescens root extract, inositol phosphate choline glycerophosphate, olive pomace, biogum-1, panthenol; and/or the emulsifier is one or a combination of more of glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside and potassium cetyl phosphate; and/or the emulsion stabilizer is cetyl alcohol and/or behenyl alcohol; and/or the emollient is one or a combination of more of grape seed oil, jojoba oil, argania spinosa kernel oil, camellia seed oil, sweet almond oil, lemon peel oil, sweet orange peel wax, phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, isododecane, hydrogenated vegetable oil, squalane, bisabolol, ginger root extract, coco-caprylate/caprate, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer; and/or the antioxidant is tocopherol and/or pentaerythritol tetrakis (bis-tert-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate); and/or the humectant is one or a combination of more of glycerol, diglycerol, butanediol, caprylyl glycol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, sorbitol, ethylhexyl glycerol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, ethylhexyl glycerol and caprylyl glycol; and/or the thickening agent is one or a combination of more of sodium polyacrylate, acrylic acid (esters)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, sorbitan isostearate, polysorbate-20, polysorbate-60, isohexadecane, polysorbate-80, sorbitan oleate, carbomer, sodium chloride and potassium chloride; and/or the pH regulator is one or a combination of more of triethanolamine, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate; and/or the chelating agent is disodium EDTA.

The eye repair cream according to claim 9, wherein the emulsifier is glyceryl stearate// PEG-100 stearate and potassium cetyl phosphate, the emulsion stabilizer is cetyl alcohol, and the mass ratio of glyceryl stearate// PEG-100 stearate to cetyl alcohol to potassium cetyl phosphate is (1-3): 3-6): 1.
