本发明的一种纤网骨架热熔胶港宝的制备方法,通过如下步骤制备而成:一、选用聚丙烯原材料生产的水刺无纺布,二、放于第一胶槽内采用混合胶乳浸泡,浸泡10‑13分钟,得到第一浸泡体,步骤三、先进行手工刮胶处理,再进行压厚处理,步骤四、第二次浸泡,步骤五、第二定型,步骤六、整烫修整处理,步骤七、固化处理,先在热固化箱内进行热固化,之后立即转入冷却固化箱内冷却固化,得到定型成品,此定型成品为其内部是无纺网布,外表是热熔胶体的纤网骨架热熔港宝。本发明能制备出中间层为水刺无纺布的热熔港宝,具有结构强度高,不易变形,柔软轻薄,回弹性佳,耐候性耐磨性优良,能分解环保的优点,易于运动鞋结帮成型。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热熔胶港宝,特别涉及一种纤网骨架热熔胶港宝的制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶港宝,用于运动鞋的前衬、后衬部件,是运动鞋制造业的重要材料。热熔胶港宝在运动鞋腔内定型后,使鞋型挺拔圆润,不易变形,且回弹性极佳,耐候性耐磨性优良,使运动鞋的舒适度和美观得到极大的提高。同时具有热塑性材料的可塑性;多次使用粘性不变;加热软化后其产品亦不粘手之特性。
根据运动力学的保护空间原理,不仅是鞋前帮必须有足够的强度,鞋后跟也应该能在受压力或冲击时于鞋后跟的褶边下形成必要的支撑强度,以便受冲击力可以有效地转移到地面上,而不会导致脚的损伤。我国生产的热熔胶港宝,采用中网布作为中间骨架材料,中网布是利用提花组织或穿筘方法的变化,经纱以三根为一组,穿入一个筘齿,织出布面有小孔的织物,但此种中网布的网孔结构不稳定,容易移动,易生折皱,不够结实,外观较为粗糙,生硬,透气性差,因此,应用于运动鞋前帮与后跟时其安全性能将受上述因素的影响;同时,传统的热熔胶港宝柔软性不够,不利于运动鞋结帮成型,属于既不环保,又不稳定的落后淘汰产品。
有鉴于此,本发明人对上述问题进行了深入研究,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纤网骨架热熔胶港宝的制备方法,以解决现有的热熔胶港宝结构不稳定,透气性差,柔软性差,不宜用于运动鞋结帮成型,并不环保的问题。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是这样的:
一种纤网骨架热熔胶港宝的制备方法,通过如下步骤制备而成:
步骤一、中间层制备,选用聚丙烯原材料生产的水刺无纺布;
步骤二、第一次浸泡,将步骤一的水刺无纺布放于第一胶槽内采用混合胶乳浸泡,浸泡10-13分钟,得到第一浸泡体;此混合胶乳由水溶性聚酯、EVA胶粒和钛白粉制备而成,水溶性聚酯和EVA胶粒先混合搅拌28-32分钟,水溶性聚酯与EVA胶粒的重量比为2:1,搅拌后得到溶胶液体,再加入钛白粉至溶胶液体内混合搅拌30分钟,得到混合胶乳,所述钛白粉的重量是溶胶液体总重量的9-12%;
步骤三、第一次定型,将步骤二的第一浸泡体先进行手工刮胶处理,再送入压厚机内进行压厚处理,得到其厚度为0.5mm的第一压厚件,最后第一压厚件送入闭环形输送带上进行平铺常温晾干10-15分钟;得到一次定型体;
步骤四、第二次浸泡,将步骤三的一次定型体放入第二胶槽内采混合胶乳浸泡,浸泡14-17分钟,得到第二浸泡体,所述混合胶孔与步骤二的混合胶乳相同;
步骤五、第二定型,将步骤三的第二浸泡体直接送入压厚机内进行压厚处理,得到其厚度为1.2mm的热熔胶膜片;
步骤六、整烫修整处理,将步骤五的热熔胶膜片放置在拉幅设备上进行拉幅整理、整烫压平及边沿切割修整,得到处理片;
步骤七、固化处理,将步骤六的处理片放置在热固化箱内进行热固化,热固化箱的进口处、中间处及出口处的温度均需在115度以上,固化时间为6分钟,且固化时间误差需在20秒范围内,固化后立即转入冷却固化箱内冷却固化,冷却固化箱的进口处、中间处及出口处的温度均需在零下20度以下,固化时间为10分钟,固化后得到定型成品,此定型成品为其内部是无纺网布,外表是热熔胶体的纤网骨架热熔港宝。
上述钛白粉的重量是溶胶液体总重量的10%。
在上述步骤三中,采用胶皮刮板来进行手工刮胶,刮胶时需顺着水刺无纺布的纤维方向满刮,一刮板紧接着一刮板操作。
上述步骤二中,水刺无纺布的浸泡时长为10分钟,步骤四中一次定型体的浸泡时长为15分钟。
在步骤七中,热固化箱的调节温度为120度,且处理片在热固化前热固化箱需预热20分钟;冷固化箱的调节温度为零下21度,且冷固化前冷固化箱需预冷20分钟。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种纤网骨架热熔胶港宝的制备方法,通过如下步骤制备而成:
步骤一、中间层制备,选用聚丙烯原材料生产的水刺无纺布,此水刺无纺布采用高压产生的多股微细水射流喷射纤网,其纤维按一定方向排列,此水刺无纺布为公知产品;
步骤二、第一次浸泡,将步骤一的水刺无纺布放于第一胶槽内采用混合胶乳浸泡,浸泡10-13分钟,优佳为10分钟,得到第一浸泡体;此混合胶乳由水溶性聚酯、EVA胶粒和钛白粉制备而成,水溶性聚酯和EVA胶粒先混合搅拌28-32分钟,水溶性聚酯与EVA胶粒的重量比为2:1,搅拌后得到溶胶液体,再加入钛白粉至溶胶液体内混合搅拌30分钟,得到混合胶乳,所述钛白粉的重量是溶胶液体总重量的9-12%,此钛白粉的重量优佳是溶胶液体总重量的10%;经过此短时间的浸泡能使水刺无纺布被混合胶乳浸润表面,并使溶胶穿透扩散、渗透无纺布全部,使纤网得到加固,以便形成胶粘过渡层,并克服水刺无纺布直角裂开、分层起来的缺陷;同时,利用以固体(即EVA胶粒)为分散质和液体(即水溶性聚酯)为分散剂所形成的溶胶能使整个胶体的柔韧性和弹性达到优佳,使溶胶液体具有高稳定性、高透明性、高活性、高分散性和无毒性;
步骤三、第一次定型,将步骤二的第一浸泡体先进行手工刮胶处理,再送入压厚机内进行压厚处理,得到其厚度为0.5mm的第一压厚件,最后第一压厚件送入闭环形输送带上进行平铺常温晾干10-15分钟;得到一次定型体;其中手工刮胶时采用胶皮刮板来进行手工刮胶,刮胶时需顺着水刺无纺布的纤维方向满刮,一刮板紧接着一刮板操作,接头不得留槎,每刮一刮板最后收头时要干净利落;同时,该步骤中压厚机的压厚处理是一公知技术在此不再累述,其能使水刺无纺布上的胶液均匀,且厚度一致;

步骤五、第二定型,将步骤三的第二浸泡体直接送入压厚机内进行压厚处理,得到其厚度为1.2mm的热熔胶膜片;此一方式与步骤三的操作相同,在此不再赘述,
步骤六、整烫修整处理,将步骤五的热熔胶膜片放置在拉幅设备上进行拉幅整理、整烫压平及边沿切割修整,得到处理片,此拉贴整理采用的是现有常规的拉幅整理工艺,在此拉幅过程中相应使热熔膜片在常温下固化,并在拉幅设备的传送带上进行整烫处理,即在表面上有泡点的热熔胶膜片用电烫斗压平,压平后再用裁刀将热熔胶膜片的边沿裁切修整齐;采用常温下固化能使热熔胶膜片不在发生粘合的物质扩散现象;
步骤七、固化处理,将步骤六的处理片放置在热固化箱内进行热固化,热固化箱的进口处、中间处及出口处的温度均需在115度以上,固化时间为6分钟,且固化时间误差需在20秒范围内,固化后立即转入冷却固化箱内冷却固化,冷却固化箱的进口处、中间处及出口处的温度均需在零下20度以下,固化时间为10分钟,固化后得到定型成品,此定型成品为其内部是无纺网布,外表是热熔胶体的纤网骨架热熔港宝;具体的是,在传送带上设置热固化箱和冷固化箱,热固化箱的进口处、出口处和中间部位处均安装有温度计,热固化时三温度计的温度值必需在115度以上,冷固化箱的进口处、出口处和中间部位处均安装有温度计,冷固化时三温度计的温度值必需在零下21度以下,固化时,热固化箱的调节温度为120度,且在处理片输入热固化箱前,热固化箱需预热20分钟;冷固化箱的调节温度为零下21度,且冷固化前冷固化箱需预冷20分钟。

步骤二、第一次浸泡,将步骤一的水刺无纺布放于第一胶槽内采用混合胶乳浸泡,浸泡10-13分钟,得到第一浸泡体;此混合胶乳由水溶性聚酯、EVA胶粒和钛白粉制备而成,水溶性聚酯和EVA胶粒先混合搅拌28-32分钟,水溶性聚酯与EVA胶粒的重量比为2:1,搅拌后得到溶胶液体,再加入钛白粉至溶胶液体内混合搅拌30分钟,得到混合胶乳,所述钛白粉的重量是溶胶液体总重量的9-12%;
步骤三、第一次定型,将步骤二的第一浸泡体先进行手工刮胶处理,再送入压厚机内进行压厚处理,得到其厚度为0.5mm的第一压厚件,最后第一压厚件送入闭环形输送带上进行平铺常温晾干10-15分钟;得到一次定型体;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤网骨架热熔港宝的制备方法,其特征在于:上述钛白粉的重量是溶胶液体总重量的10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤网骨架热熔港宝的制备方法,其特征在于:在上述步骤三中,采用胶皮刮板来进行手工刮胶,刮胶时需顺着水刺无纺布的纤维方向满刮,一刮板紧接着一刮板操作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤网骨架热熔港宝的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤二中,水刺无纺布的浸泡时长为10分钟,步骤四中一次定型体的浸泡时长为15分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤网骨架热熔港宝的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤七中,热固化箱的调节温度为120度,且处理片在热固化前热固化箱需预热20分钟;冷固化箱的调节温度为零下21度,且冷固化前冷固化箱需预冷20分钟。
