本发明公开了易裁剪尼龙商标布,它包括尼龙基布(1),尼龙基布(1)的上表面和下表面均设置有聚合物涂料层(2);尼龙基布(1)包括经纱线(3)和与经纱线(3)交织的纬纱线(4),尼龙基布(1)的经密为15根/cm~30根/cm,尼龙基布(1)的纬密为18根/cm~30根/cm;经纱线(3)的规格为20D~40D,纬纱线(4)的规格为60D~80D。如前述的易裁剪尼龙商标布的制备方法是,先通过整经织造、定型预缩处理和去边,再通过反应釜制备聚合物涂料并过滤,最后通过连续式浸轧刮涂方式制得成品。本发明不仅具有裁剪效率高和裁剪效果好的优点,还能够防止商标布的质量受影响,提高结构稳定性。

易裁剪尼龙商标布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尼龙商标布及其制备方法,特别是一种易裁剪尼龙商标布及其制备方法。
背景技术
商标布在使用时,需要通过裁剪来满足各种不同规格的商标的制作需求;但是,现有的商标布只能进行单层商标布的裁剪,导致裁剪效率较低;若将现有的商标布进行多层叠加后裁剪,各层商标布的裁剪面容易粘连在一起,裁剪效果较差,且分离各粘连的商标布时还容易损伤商标布的表面,影响商标布的质量。因此,现有的商标布存在着裁剪效率较低、裁剪效果较差和易影响商标布的质量的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种易裁剪尼龙商标布及其制备方法。本发明不仅具有裁剪效率高和裁剪效果好的优点,还能够防止商标布的质量受影响。
本发明的技术方案:易裁剪尼龙商标布,包括尼龙基布,尼龙基布的上表面和下表面均设置有聚合物涂料层;尼龙基布包括经纱线和与经纱线交织的纬纱线,尼龙基布的经密为15根/cm~30根/cm,尼龙基布的纬密为18根/cm~30根/cm;经纱线的规格为20D~40D,纬纱线的规格为60D~80D。
前述的易裁剪尼龙商标布中,所述聚合物涂料层所用的涂料包括以下重量配比的组分:
甲醇,2900~3100份;无水氯化钙,0.6~1份;
PA6,560~600份;碳酸钙,400~500份;聚醚,3~7份。
如前述的易裁剪尼龙商标布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、整经织造,按不同经纬密织造经纱线和纬纱线,得a品;
b、尼龙基布处理,使用定型机对a品进行定型预缩处理,得b品;
c、去边,使用热分切刀切除b品中的毛边,得c品;
d、使用反应釜制备聚合物涂料,再使用过滤器过滤,得d品;
e、通过连续式浸轧刮涂方式将d品覆盖在c品上表面和下表面进行涂层,得成品。
前述易裁剪尼龙商标布的制备方法中,所述步骤d为将甲醇送至反应釜中加热至50℃~60℃,加入无水氯化钙,投料时应分段进行,将全部无水氯化钙均匀地分6次投入,相邻两次投入的时间间隔为20s~30s;然后投放PA6,加热搅拌80min~120min,温度65℃~75℃;最后投放碳酸钙,投放完后密闭反应釜保温搅拌85min~95min;静置至反应釜内物料温度自然将至45℃~55℃时,将聚醚加入反应釜内,搅拌25min~35min;再使用过滤器过滤,得d品。
前述易裁剪尼龙商标布的制备方法中,所述步骤e中连续式浸轧刮涂方式为,先将c品浸没在装有d品的水池中进行一次浸没刮涂,然后进行一次压轧,重复三次后再进行烘培。
前述易裁剪尼龙商标布的制备方法中,所述浸没刮涂时的水池温度为30℃~40℃,压轧时的压力为0.15Mpa~0.2Mpa;烘培为依次且连续地通过6节烘房进行烘培,温度依次为110℃、125℃、135℃、140℃、130℃、110℃,每节烘房的烘培时间均为6s。
与现有技术相比,本发明改进了尼龙商标布的制作方法,将甲醇、无水氯化钙、PA6、碳酸钙和聚醚放入反应釜中,通过加热甲醛至50℃~60℃,投放二水氯化钙,再投放PA6并加热搅拌,接着投放碳酸钙并加热搅拌,最后待反应釜内物料温度为45℃~55℃时,加入聚醚,搅拌、过滤后制得聚合物涂料,具有防粘连的优点;通过连续式浸轧刮涂方式,将聚合物涂料平整、光滑的覆盖在c品的上表面和下表面且具有结构稳定的优点。本发明通过在尼龙基布的上表面和下表面刮涂防粘连的聚合物涂料,形成聚合物涂料层,利用聚醚的极性,降低了聚合物涂料层固化后的粘性系数,能够防止多层叠加裁剪时相邻两层聚合物涂料层之间相互粘接,能够叠加500层再进行一次性裁剪,大幅度提高了裁剪效率和裁剪效果,而且还能防止因裁剪粘接而需要分离时影响商标布质量。因此,本发明不仅具有裁剪效率高和裁剪效果好的优点,还能够防止商标布的质量受影响,提高结构稳定性。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。易裁剪尼龙商标布,构成如图1所示,包括尼龙基布1,尼龙基布1的上表面和下表面均设置有聚合物涂料层2;尼龙基布1包括经纱线3和与经纱线3交织的纬纱线4,尼龙基布1的经密为15根/cm~30根/cm,尼龙基布1的纬密为18根/cm~30根/cm;经纱线3的规格为20D~40D,纬纱线4的规格为60D~80D。
所述聚合物涂料层2所用的涂料包括以下重量配比的组分:
甲醇,2900~3100份;无水氯化钙,0.6~1份;

1.易裁剪尼龙商标布,其特征在于:包括尼龙基布(1),尼龙基布(1)的上表面和下表面均设置有聚合物涂料层(2);尼龙基布(1)包括经纱线(3)和与经纱线(3)交织的纬纱线(4),尼龙基布(1)的经密为15根/cm~30根/cm,尼龙基布(1)的纬密为18根/cm~30根/cm;经纱线(3)的规格为20D~40D,纬纱线(4)的规格为60D~80D。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易裁剪尼龙商标布,其特征在于:所述聚合物涂料层(2)所用的涂料包括以下重量配比的组分:
甲醇,2900~3100份;无水氯化钙,0.6~1份;
PA6,560~600份;碳酸钙,400~500份;聚醚,3~7份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的易裁剪尼龙商标布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

5.根据权利要求3或4所述易裁剪尼龙商标布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤e中连续式浸轧刮涂方式为,先将c品浸没在装有d品的水池中进行一次浸没刮涂,然后进行一次压轧,重复三次后再进行烘培。
6.根据权利要求5所述的易裁剪尼龙商标布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述浸没刮涂时的水池温度为30℃~40℃,压轧时的压力为0.15Mpa~0.2Mpa;烘培为依次且连续地通过6节烘房进行烘培,温度依次为110℃、125℃、135℃、140℃、130℃、110℃,每节烘房的烘培时间均为6s。
