目前,防水透气层压织物已成为纺织产品研究开发的热点,在功能性纺织面料中,防水透气层压面料是难度较大、技术含量较高的产品。开发出更好的、适应市场需求的防水透气面料具有及其重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三层复合防水透气面料及其制备方法,制备得到的面料在加强布料气密性、水密性的同时,其独特的透气性能,可使结构内部水汽迅速排出,避免结构孳生霉菌,并保持人体始终干爽,完美解决了透气与防风,防水,保暖等问题,是一种健康环保的新型面料。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种三层复合防水透气面料,包括面料内层、面料夹层和防水层;
面料内层作为面料的内衬底层,面料夹层的另一表面涂覆有防水层;面料内层和面料夹层均采用高强透气面料,面料内层和面料夹层的表面均粘结有橡胶柱,橡胶柱为剖面是半圆形的橡胶条,橡胶条的底面粘结于面料内层/面料夹层的表面,面料内层和面料夹层在复合时,二者表面的橡胶柱穿插设置,橡胶柱的弧形表面与面料内层/面料夹粘合;
所述高强透气面料包括经丝和玮丝,将经丝按照经线密度为78-88根/cm,玮丝按照纬线密度为55-65根/cm编织成纤维网,制得高强透气面料;
所述防水层为防水透气薄膜,所述防水透气薄膜由如下重量份原料制成:含氟丙烯酸酯25-30份、聚乳酸15-20份、聚几内酯7-10份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯6-9份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮60-70份、聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物2-3份、丙酮46-58份;
所述橡胶柱采用高弹橡胶压片成型;
所述三层复合防水透气面料由如下步骤制备而成:
步骤S1、采用高弹性透气面料制作面料内层和面料夹层,面料内层作为衬底层;
步骤S2、采用高弹橡胶压片成型制成橡胶柱;
步骤S3、分别采用胶黏剂将橡胶柱等间距粘合于面料内层和面料夹层的表面,其中,面料内层和面料夹层上两根橡胶柱之间的间距为橡胶柱的直径的1.5-2倍;
步骤S4、采用胶黏剂将将面料内层和面料夹层粘合,粘合时,使面料内层和面料夹层上的橡胶柱交错设置;
步骤S5、将防水透气薄膜通过聚氨酯热熔胶热压复合于面料夹层的表面,复合温度:60-70℃,固化时间:22-24h,复合压力为5MPa,制备得到三层复合防水透气面料。
进一步地,所述经丝由如下重量份原料制成:竹浆纤维15-20份、聚酯纤维10-15份、乙丙橡胶5-10份、聚乙二醇5-8份、松香5-8份、纳米蒙脱土4-7份、偶联剂3-5份;
所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷或乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷;
所述经丝由如下方法制备:将竹浆纤维、聚酯纤维、乙丙橡胶、聚乙二醇、松香、纳米蒙脱土送入双螺杆挤出机,混合加热成熔融状态,再加入偶联剂,混匀,将熔融物从喷丝板中挤出,冷却后形成经丝;
制备得到的经丝的细度为18-20um。
进一步地,所述玮丝由如下方法制备:以玉石纤维作为芯丝,三元乙丙橡胶作为包覆材料,在包覆机内,三元乙丙橡胶经过加热和螺杆旋转增压,成熔融状,均匀包覆在聚酯纤维芯丝上,制得玮丝。
三元乙丙橡胶涂层的包覆厚度为0.05-0.07mm。
进一步地,所述防水透气薄膜由如下方法制备:1)将含氟丙烯酸酯、聚乳酸、聚几内酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯溶解于N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,室温下搅拌11-13h得到均匀透明的溶液,将溶液进行静电纺丝,纺丝得到疏水薄膜;
其中纺丝工艺参数为:接收距离22cm、灌注速度0.9mL/h,纺丝环境温度为23-26℃、相对湿度为42-44%;
2)将疏水薄膜进行干燥处理除去残留溶剂(75℃真空干燥箱干燥10-11h),再进行加热处理,加热处理温度102℃,热处理时间28min,得到热处理薄膜;
所述热处理薄膜的厚度为42-45um;
3)将聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物与二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯以质量比9-11:1的比例加入丙酮中,搅拌18-23min,脱除气泡得到聚二甲基硅氧烷/丙酮处理液;
4)采用聚二甲基硅氧烷/丙酮处理液对热处理薄膜进行刮涂,刮涂完成后将薄膜放置在真空烘箱中固化,80℃条件下干燥10-11h,制得防水透气薄膜。
进一步地,所述高弹橡胶由如下方法制备而成:在密炼机中加入如下重量份的天然橡胶35-45份、丁腈橡胶15-20份、纳米碳酸钙6-10份、异戊二烯2-3份,炼胶5-10分钟,保持密炼温度110-130℃,停放20-24小时,制得高弹橡胶。
一种三层复合防水透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、采用高弹性透气面料制作面料内层和面料夹层,面料内层作为衬底层;
步骤S2、采用高弹橡胶压片成型制成橡胶柱;
步骤S3、分别采用胶黏剂将橡胶柱等间距粘合于面料内层和面料夹层的表面,其中,面料内层和面料夹层上两根橡胶柱之间的间距为橡胶柱的直径的1.5-2倍;
步骤S4、采用胶黏剂将将面料内层和面料夹层粘合,粘合时,使面料内层和面料夹层上的橡胶柱交错设置;
步骤S5、将防水透气薄膜通过聚氨酯热熔胶热压复合于面料夹层的表面,复合温度:60-70℃,固化时间:22-24h,复合压力为5MPa,制备得到三层复合防水透气面料。
进一步地,所述胶黏剂采用环氧树脂胶黏剂。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的面料采用面料内层、面料夹层和防水层三层复合而成,制备得到的面料在加强布料气密性、水密性的同时,其独特的透气性能,可使结构内部水汽迅速排出,避免结构孳生霉菌,并保持人体始终干爽,完美解决了透气与防风,防水,保暖等问题,是一种健康环保的新型面料;
(2)本发明的防水层采用防水透气薄膜制成,防水透气薄膜中聚二甲基硅氧烷涂层在薄膜表面形成了疏水功能层,导致纤维膜具有疏水性;同时,聚二甲基硅氧烷涂层使得纤维膜中出现了粘连结构,填充了薄膜中相邻纤维间的孔洞导致薄膜的孔径降低,经聚二甲基硅氧烷涂层处理后的薄膜的平均孔径在1-2um范围内,水蒸汽分子的直径约为0.0004μm,孔径远大于水蒸汽和空气分子的尺寸,普通水滴直径大于100μm,所以即使最小的雨滴也不能通过,同时水蒸汽分子和空气分子却可以通过,从而使得薄膜具有防水透气功能;
(3)本发明的面料内层和面料夹层在于竹浆纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成,混纺能够使得制备的面料层具有强度高、热稳定性好、吸湿快干、保健等优点;同时,面料内层和面料夹层之间设有橡胶柱,橡胶柱使得面料内层和面料夹层之间留有较多空隙,增强了透气性;橡胶柱采用高弹橡胶制成,使得复合面料具有弹性,面料不易变形。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种三层复合防水透气面料,如图1所示,包括面料内层1、面料夹层2和防水层3;
面料内层1作为面料的内衬底层,面料夹层2的另一表面涂覆有防水层3;面料内层1和面料夹层2均采用高强透气面料,面料内层1和面料夹层2的表面均粘结有橡胶柱4,橡胶柱4为剖面是半圆形的橡胶条,橡胶条的底面粘结于面料内层1/面料夹层2的表面,面料内层1和面料夹层2在复合时,二者表面的橡胶柱4穿插设置,橡胶柱4的弧形表面与面料内层1/面料夹层2粘合;
所述高强透气面料包括经丝和玮丝,将经丝按照经线密度为78-88根/cm,玮丝按照纬线密度为55-65根/cm编织成纤维网,制得高强透气面料;
所述经丝由如下重量份原料制成:竹浆纤维15-20份、聚酯纤维10-15份、乙丙橡胶5-10份、聚乙二醇5-8份、松香5-8份、纳米蒙脱土4-7份、偶联剂3-5份;
所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷或乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷;
所述经丝由如下方法制备:将竹浆纤维、聚酯纤维、乙丙橡胶、聚乙二醇、松香、纳米蒙脱土送入双螺杆挤出机,混合加热成熔融状态,再加入偶联剂,混匀,将熔融物从喷丝板中挤出,冷却后形成经丝;
制备得到的经丝的细度为18-20um;
竹浆纤维最显著的特点是具有内外贯穿的蜂窝状微孔结构,具有保健、降温、吸湿快干等优点,聚酯纤维强度高,热稳定性好,但吸湿性稍差,二者混纺能够使得制备的经丝具有强度高、热稳定性好、吸湿快干、保健等优点;
所述玮丝由如下方法制备:以玉石纤维作为芯丝,三元乙丙橡胶作为包覆材料,在包覆机内,三元乙丙橡胶经过加热和螺杆旋转增压,成熔融状,均匀包覆在聚酯纤维芯丝上,制得玮丝;
其中,三元乙丙橡胶涂层的包覆厚度为0.05-0.07mm;
将三元乙丙橡胶包覆于玉石纤维的外表层,形成弹性橡胶层,有微孔状结构,透气性良好,稳定性良好,可以长期使用,尺寸不容易变形;
所述防水层3为防水透气薄膜,所述防水透气薄膜由如下重量份原料制成:含氟丙烯酸酯25-30份、聚乳酸15-20份、聚几内酯7-10份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯6-9份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮60-70份、聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物2-3份、丙酮46-58份;
所述防水透气薄膜由如下方法制备:1)将含氟丙烯酸酯、聚乳酸、聚几内酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯溶解于N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,室温下搅拌11-13h得到均匀透明的溶液,将溶液进行静电纺丝,纺丝得到疏水薄膜;
其中纺丝工艺参数为:接收距离22cm、灌注速度0.9mL/h,纺丝环境温度为23-26℃、相对湿度为42-44%;
2)将疏水薄膜进行干燥处理除去残留溶剂(75℃真空干燥箱干燥10-11h),再进行加热处理,加热处理温度102℃,热处理时间28min,得到热处理薄膜;
加热处理能够诱导使得异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯解封产生异氰酸根基团并与聚己内酯上的羟基发生化学交联,在纤维膜表面形成疏水功能层的同时构筑了稳定的粘连结构,增加了相邻纤维熔接点间的强度和弹性;
所述热处理薄膜的厚度为42-45um;
3)将聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物与二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯以质量比9-11:1的比例加入丙酮中,搅拌18-23min,脱除气泡得到聚二甲基硅氧烷/丙酮处理液;
4)采用聚二甲基硅氧烷/丙酮处理液对热处理薄膜进行刮涂,刮涂完成后将薄膜放置在真空烘箱中固化,80℃条件下干燥10-11h,制得防水透气薄膜;
聚二甲基硅氧烷涂层在薄膜表面形成了疏水功能层,导致纤维膜具有疏水性;同时,聚二甲基硅氧烷涂层使得纤维膜中出现了粘连结构,填充了薄膜中相邻纤维间的孔洞导致薄膜的孔径降低,经聚二甲基硅氧烷涂层处理后的薄膜的平均孔径在1-2um范围内,水蒸汽分子的直径约为0.0004μm,孔径远大于水蒸汽和空气分子的尺寸,普通水滴直径大于100μm,所以即使最小的雨滴也不能通过,同时水蒸汽分子和空气分子却可以通过,从而使得薄膜具有防水透气功能;
橡胶柱4采用高弹橡胶压片成型,所述高弹橡胶由如下方法制备而成:在密炼机中加入如下重量份的天然橡胶35-45份、丁腈橡胶15-20份、纳米碳酸钙6-10份、异戊二烯2-3份,炼胶5-10分钟,保持密炼温度110-130℃,停放20-24小时,制得高弹橡胶;
天然橡胶是弹性最好的橡胶,丁腈橡胶并用会增加天然橡胶中高分子链的熵弹性,提高橡胶的弹性;纳米碳酸钙作为填料,均匀分散于橡胶体内,可改善橡胶的耐磨性和抗湿滑性;异戊二烯主要作为天然橡胶、丁腈胶的活化剂,能促进橡胶的硫化、活化和补强防老化作用、能加强硫化过程,达到稳定性、加工安全性提高、大幅度降低不良率,提高橡胶制品抗老化、抗挠裂性能;
所述三层复合防水透气面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、采用高弹性透气面料制作面料内层1和面料夹层2,面料内层1作为衬底层;
步骤S2、采用高弹橡胶压片成型制成橡胶柱4,
步骤S3、分别采用胶黏剂将橡胶柱4等间距粘合于面料内层1和面料夹层2的表面,其中,面料内层1和面料夹层2上两根橡胶柱4之间的间距为橡胶柱4的直径的1.5-2倍;
步骤S4、采用胶黏剂将将面料内层1和面料夹层2粘合,粘合时,使面料内层1和面料夹层2上的橡胶柱4交错设置;
步骤S5、将防水透气薄膜通过聚氨酯热熔胶热压复合于面料夹层2的表面,复合温度:60-70℃,固化时间:22-24h,复合压力为5MPa,制备得到三层复合防水透气面料;
其中,所述胶黏剂采用环氧树脂胶黏剂。
实施例1
防水透气薄膜由如下重量份原料制成:含氟丙烯酸酯25份、聚乳酸15份、聚几内酯7份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯6份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮60份、聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物2份、丙酮46份;
高弹橡胶由如下方法制备而成:在密炼机中加入如下重量份的天然橡胶35份、丁腈橡胶15份、纳米碳酸钙6份、异戊二烯2份,炼胶5分钟,保持密炼温度110℃,停放20小时,制得高弹橡胶;
实施例2
防水透气薄膜由如下重量份原料制成:含氟丙烯酸酯28份、聚乳酸18份、聚几内酯8份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯7份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮65份、聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物2.5份、丙酮52份;
高弹橡胶由如下方法制备而成:在密炼机中加入如下重量份的天然橡胶40份、丁腈橡胶17份、纳米碳酸钙8份、异戊二烯2.5份,炼胶8分钟,保持密炼温度120℃,停放22小时,制得高弹橡胶;
实施例3
防水透气薄膜由如下重量份原料制成:含氟丙烯酸酯30份、聚乳酸20份、聚几内酯10份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯9份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮70份、聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物3份、丙酮58份;
高弹橡胶由如下方法制备而成:在密炼机中加入如下重量份的天然橡胶45份、丁腈橡胶20份、纳米碳酸钙10份、异戊二烯3份,炼胶10分钟,保持密炼温度130℃,停放24小时,制得高弹橡胶。

1.一种三层复合防水透气面料,其特征在于,包括面料内层(1)、面料夹层(2)和防水层(3);
面料内层(1)作为面料的内衬底层,面料夹层(2)的另一表面涂覆有防水层(3);面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)均采用高强透气面料,面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)的表面均粘结有橡胶柱(4),橡胶柱(4)为剖面是半圆形的橡胶条,橡胶条的底面粘结于面料内层(1)/面料夹层(2)的表面,面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)在复合时,二者表面的橡胶柱(4)穿插设置,橡胶柱(4)的弧形表面与面料内层(1)/面料夹层(2)粘合;
所述高强透气面料包括经丝和玮丝,将经丝按照经线密度为78-88根/cm,玮丝按照纬线密度为55-65根/cm编织成纤维网,制得高强透气面料;
所述防水层(3)为防水透气薄膜,所述防水透气薄膜由如下重量份原料制成:含氟丙烯酸酯25-30份、聚乳酸15-20份、聚几内酯7-10份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯6-9份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮60-70份、聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物2-3份、丙酮46-58份;
所述橡胶柱(4)采用高弹橡胶压片成型;
所述三层复合防水透气面料由如下步骤制备而成:
步骤S1、采用高弹性透气面料制作面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2),面料内层(1)作为衬底层;
步骤S2、采用高弹橡胶压片成型制成橡胶柱(4);
步骤S3、分别采用胶黏剂将橡胶柱(4)等间距粘合于面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)的表面,其中,面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)上两根橡胶柱(4)之间的间距为橡胶柱(4)的直径的1.5-2倍;
步骤S4、采用胶黏剂将将面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)粘合,粘合时,使面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)上的橡胶柱(4)交错设置;
步骤S5、将防水透气薄膜通过聚氨酯热熔胶热压复合于面料夹层(2)的表面,复合温度:60-70℃,固化时间:22-24h,复合压力为5MPa,制备得到三层复合防水透气面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三层复合防水透气面料,其特征在于,所述经丝由如下重量份原料制成:竹浆纤维15-20份、聚酯纤维10-15份、乙丙橡胶5-10份、聚乙二醇5-8份、松香5-8份、纳米蒙脱土4-7份、偶联剂3-5份;
所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷或乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷;
所述经丝由如下方法制备:将竹浆纤维、聚酯纤维、乙丙橡胶、聚乙二醇、松香、纳米蒙脱土送入双螺杆挤出机,混合加热成熔融状态,再加入偶联剂,混匀,将熔融物从喷丝板中挤出,冷却后形成经丝;
制备得到的经丝的细度为18-20um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三层复合防水透气面料,其特征在于,所述玮丝由如下方法制备:以玉石纤维作为芯丝,三元乙丙橡胶作为包覆材料,在包覆机内,三元乙丙橡胶经过加热和螺杆旋转增压,成熔融状,均匀包覆在聚酯纤维芯丝上,制得玮丝;
三元乙丙橡胶涂层的包覆厚度为0.05-0.07mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种三层复合防水透气面料,其特征在于,所述防水透气薄膜由如下方法制备:1)将含氟丙烯酸酯、聚乳酸、聚几内酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯溶解于N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,室温下搅拌11-13h得到均匀透明的溶液,将溶液进行静电纺丝,纺丝得到疏水薄膜;
其中纺丝工艺参数为:接收距离22cm、灌注速度0.9mL/h,纺丝环境温度为23-26℃、相对湿度为42-44%;
2)将疏水薄膜进行干燥处理除去残留溶剂(75℃真空干燥箱干燥10-11h),再进行加热处理,加热处理温度102℃,热处理时间28min,得到热处理薄膜;
所述热处理薄膜的厚度为42-45um;
3)将聚二甲基硅氧烷预聚物与二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯以质量比9-11:1的比例加入丙酮中,搅拌18-23min,脱除气泡得到聚二甲基硅氧烷/丙酮处理液;
4)采用聚二甲基硅氧烷/丙酮处理液对热处理薄膜进行刮涂,刮涂完成后将薄膜放置在真空烘箱中固化,80℃条件下干燥10-11h,制得防水透气薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种三层复合防水透气面料,其特征在于,所述高弹橡胶由如下方法制备而成:在密炼机中加入如下重量份的天然橡胶35-45份、丁腈橡胶15-20份、纳米碳酸钙6-10份、异戊二烯2-3份,炼胶5-10分钟,保持密炼温度110-130℃,停放20-24小时,制得高弹橡胶。
6.一种三层复合防水透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、采用高弹性透气面料制作面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2),面料内层(1)作为衬底层;
步骤S2、采用高弹橡胶压片成型制成橡胶柱(4);
步骤S3、分别采用胶黏剂将橡胶柱(4)等间距粘合于面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)的表面,其中,面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)上两根橡胶柱(4)之间的间距为橡胶柱(4)的直径的1.5-2倍;
步骤S4、采用胶黏剂将将面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)粘合,粘合时,使面料内层(1)和面料夹层(2)上的橡胶柱(4)交错设置;
步骤S5、将防水透气薄膜通过聚氨酯热熔胶热压复合于面料夹层(2)的表面,复合温度:60-70℃,固化时间:22-24h,复合压力为5MPa,制备得到三层复合防水透气面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种三层复合防水透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂采用环氧树脂胶黏剂。
