Abstract

本发明公开了一种透湿布及该布的制作工艺,包括基布,制作步骤如下:步骤1,将基布浸入防水剂溶液防水处理。步骤2,将防水处理的基布轧压处理后烘干,烘干温度为60‑170℃;步骤3,将烘干的基布一面均匀上胶,作为打底,上胶后烘干,烘干温度为60‑150℃,烘干后胶含量为2‑10 g/㎡。本发明的透湿布通过一面或两面涂抹适量2液型PU树脂构成的底涂层及1‑1.5液型PU树脂构成的表涂层,通过适当的气压,使布料的经纬线在涂层胶的控制下,能张开适当的空隙,以达到准确恒定控制透湿的目的。本发明的通过涂胶层的涂胶量,可使透湿量完全可恒定准确控制在透湿量为5000g/㎡*24h以上,完全可满足相关领域的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种透湿布及该布的制作工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上使用的透湿布布料使用并舒适感不佳,此种布料只是一类具有光亮、坚韧、直挺等优 点的布料,如大多可防水的运动上衣或人造 PU 皮夹克所采用的布料等,由于生命体每时每刻都在进行新陈代谢,所以始终都会有汗液从毛孔流出到皮肤表面,若采用现有的布料,汗液不能蒸发出去,会积累在布料与皮肤之间,造成皮肤始终有潮湿、通风不畅的不舒服的感觉;还有一些布料是较柔软,穿着较舒适的布料,其主要由棉或其他柔软材料制成,具有良好的吸汗功能,但当其吸收大量汗液后储存在布料内不易蒸发,排汗效果较差,人体还会感 觉不舒服,且其不具有防风、防水和保暖的功能。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有的透湿布在使用中存在着制作工艺复杂,透气不均匀等问题,提供一种便于制造、透气更为均匀可靠且保湿的透湿布及制作工艺。
本发明解决现有问题的技术方案是:一种透湿布的制作工艺,包括基布,制作步骤如下:步骤1,将基布浸入防水剂溶液防水处理。步骤2,将防水处理的基布轧压处理后烘干,烘干温度为60-170℃。步骤3,将烘干的基布一面均匀上胶,作为打底,上胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干后胶含量为2-10 g/㎡。步骤4,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为6-30g/㎡。所述的步骤3中,所述的胶为2液型PU树脂;上述的步骤4中,所述的胶为1-1.5液型PU树脂;上述的步骤3、4中的胶用占总质量比为20%-50%的溶剂搅拌稀释,所述的透湿布透湿量为5000g/㎡*24h以上。
作为优选的,所述的步骤2烘干过程车速为30-80码/min,烘干时间为30-70s。
作为优选的,所述的溶剂为DMF和甲苯。
作为优选的,所述的步骤4中,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为6-20g/㎡。
作为优选的,所述的步骤4中,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为6-15g/㎡。

所述的基布一面设有底层涂层及表涂层,所述的底涂层为2液型PU树脂,表涂层为1-1.5液型PU树脂,所述的底层涂层涂胶量为2-10 g/㎡,所述的底层涂层及表涂层的涂胶总量为6-30g/㎡,所述的透湿布透湿量为5000g/㎡*24h以上。
作为优选的,所述的基布一面设有底层涂层及表涂层,所述的底涂层为2液型PU树脂,表涂层为1-1.5液型PU树脂,所述的底层涂层涂胶量为2.5-9g/㎡,所述的底层涂层及表涂层的涂胶总量为6-20g/㎡。
作为优选的,所述的透湿布透湿量为5000-6000g/㎡*24h以上。
本发明的透湿布通过一面或两面涂抹适量2液型PU树脂构成的底涂层及1-1.5液型PU树脂构成的表涂层,通过适当的气压,使布料的经纬线在涂层胶的控制下,能张开适当的空隙,以达到准确恒定控制透湿的目的,同时可透气。本发明的通过涂胶层的涂胶量,可使透湿量完全可恒定准确控制在透湿量为5000g/㎡*24h以上,完全可满足相关领域的要求。
本发明由于保持布料的完成性,以及加上涂层,增强了布料的强度,却又可以有效的透气,使布料具有保湿功能,具备特殊的用途。
具体实施方式
本实施案例包括尼龙基布,基布一面设有底层涂层及表涂层,底涂层为2液型PU树脂,表涂层为1-1.5液型PU树脂,底层涂层涂胶量为2-10 g/㎡,底层涂层及表涂层的涂胶量为1-30g/㎡,透湿布透湿量为5000g/㎡*24h以上。
作为进一步的优选,底层涂层涂胶量为2.5-9g/㎡,底层涂层及表涂层的涂胶量为1-20g/㎡。透湿布透湿量为5000-6000g/㎡*24h以上,(g/㎡*24h符合ASTM E96/E96M-16标准)。
涂层涂胶量与透湿量测试如下表:

下述为本发明透气布的制作工艺。
实施案例1,一种透湿布的制作工艺,包括基布,制作步骤如下:步骤1,将基布浸入防水剂溶液防水处理,其中防水剂为尼龙基布可通用的防水剂。例如但不限于环保型防水剂,可选用丙烯酸氟烷基酯共聚物、超支化树状大分子和聚合物的ECO、阳离子、C-H结构。如果防水剂为无氟聚合物,防水剂溶液包括4%-15%重量的防水剂、2%-4%重量的交联剂和2%-4%重量的渗透剂,其余量为水。如果防水剂为含氟聚合物,防水剂溶液包括2%-6%重量的防水剂,其余量为水。步骤2,将防水处理的基布轧压处理后烘干,烘干温度为60-170℃。步骤3,将烘干的基布一面均匀上胶,作为打底,上胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干后胶含量为2-10 g/㎡。步骤4,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为6-30g/㎡。步骤3中,所述的胶为2液型PU树脂;上述的步骤4中,胶为1-1.5液型PU树脂;上述的步骤3、4中的胶用占总质量比为20%-50%的溶剂搅拌稀释,所述的透湿布透湿量为5000g/㎡*24h以上。
步骤2烘干可利用自动化设备,烘干过程车速为30-80码/min,烘干时间为30-70s。溶剂为DMF和甲苯。防水剂溶液优选包括3%-5%重量的防水剂,其余量为水。
实施案例2,仅替换实施案例1的步骤4,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为6-20g/㎡。
实施案例3,仅替换实施案例1的步骤4,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为6-15g/㎡。
实施案例4,仅替换实施案例1的步骤4,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为7-15g/㎡。
实施案例5,仅替换实施案例1的步骤4,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为7-12g/㎡。

Claims (10)

1.一种透湿布的制作工艺,包括尼龙基布,其特征在于:制作步骤如下:步骤1,将基布浸入防水剂溶液防水处理; 步骤2,将防水处理的基布轧压处理后烘干,烘干温度为60-170℃; 步骤3,将烘干的基布一面均匀上胶,作为打底,上胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干后胶含量为2-10 g/㎡; 步骤4,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为6-30g/㎡; 所述的步骤3中,所述的胶为2液型PU树脂; 所述的步骤4中,所述的胶为1-1.5液型PU树脂; 所述的步骤3、4中的胶用占总质量比为20%-50%的溶剂搅拌稀释,所述的透湿布透湿量为5000g/㎡*24h以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的透湿布,其特征在于:所述的步骤2烘干过程车速为30-80y/min,烘干时间为30s-70s。
3.如权利要求1所述的透湿布的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为DMF和甲苯。
4.如权利要求1所述的透湿布的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤4中,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为6-20g/㎡。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的透湿布的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤4中,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为6-15g/㎡。
6.如权利要求5所述的透湿布的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤4中,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为7-15g/㎡。
7.如权利要求6所述的透湿布的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤4中,将步骤3的基布在打底胶的基础上再次均匀上胶,作为面胶,上好胶后烘干,烘干温度为60-150℃,烘干制成透湿布,最终烘干后胶总含量为7-12g/㎡。
8.如权利要求1所述的透湿布的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤1中,防水剂为含氟聚合物,防水剂溶液包括3%-5%重量的防水剂,其余量为水。
9.一种如权1-8任意一项工艺所制造的透湿布,包括尼龙基布,其特征在于:所述的基布一面设有底层涂层及表涂层,所述的底涂层为2液型PU树脂,表涂层为1-1.5液型PU树脂,所述的底层涂层涂胶量为2-10 g/㎡,所述的底层涂层及表涂层的涂胶总量为6-30g/㎡,所述的透湿布透湿量为5000g/㎡*24h以上。
10.如权利要求9所述的透湿布,其特征在于:所述的基布一面设有底层涂层及表涂层,所述的底涂层为2液型PU树脂,表涂层为1-1.5液型PU树脂,所述的底层涂层涂胶量为2.5-9g/㎡,所述的底层涂层及表涂层的涂胶总量为6-20g/㎡。
