背景技术
由于生活节奏加快,快餐化的轻量级的生活方式,已经被人们习惯和追捧。做什么事情大家都不喜欢太麻烦、太累赘,调养身体也是如此。
保健品曾经很受欢迎,因为正是这一小粒胶囊弥补了人们对营养缺乏的需求。但是长时间下来渐渐被人所舍弃,因为单一营养并不能使亚健康状态得到明显的改善。单一营养的摄入其实是在亡羊补牢,只能是说你缺钙咱们就补钙,缺铁就补铁,并不能使身体的营养得到均衡的吸收,并且长期吃通过化学手段直接提纯的营养保健品,会闲置和弱化身体吸收转化功能,有害而无利。因此现在主流的方向是从饮食中寻找健康,通过中医食疗的方式和现代营养科学的配合,寻求更均衡更丰富的营养摄入。
本发明的养胃高纤是根据人体的营养需求,以中西医理论为产品的开发依据,精心研制而成。我们筛选了可溶性膳食纤维含量高的菊粉(以菊苣为原料)为原料,《中国药典》记载:菊苣具有清肝利胆,健胃消食,利尿消肿的功能。配合具有养胃功能的猴头菇粉,猴头菇性平味甘,入胃经,有助于消化,利五脏,扶正固体,具有健脑提神的功效。结合多种矿物质及维生素。本发明的目的在于提供一种营养均衡,安全健康,并具有养胃高纤的特点的豆昔方便即食谷物产品。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物及其制备方法,具备营养均衡,安全健康、养胃和方便即食等优点,解决了传统营养保健品会闲置和弱化身体吸收转化功能的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述营养均衡,安全健康、养胃和方便即食的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:五谷豆粉35-75份、猴头菇粉3-10份、山药粉2-8份、菊粉2-8份、莲子粉2-6份、茯苓粉2-6份、人参粉1-4份、葡萄糖浆8-25份、砂仁粉2-8份、番木瓜粉10-20份、淮山粉3-10份、复合矿物质2-10份、复合维生素0.1-0.6份。
优选的,所述五谷豆粉为红豆粉、白扁豆粉、大米粉、燕麦粉、薏米粉中的一种或几种,采用低温烘烤并粉碎的方法制得,水分≤7%,目数为60目-80目。
优选的,所述菊粉是以菊苣根为原料,去除蛋白质和矿物质后,经喷雾干燥等步骤获得的可溶于水的产品。
优选的,所述人参粉是以人工种植人参为原料,以相应工艺加工制成的白色至淡黄色粉末状产品,人参总皂苷≥2%。
优选的,所述复合矿物质由以下重量份的矿物质元素组成:钙2-3份(钙来源于柠檬酸钙),镁0.5-1份(碳酸镁或氧化镁),铁0.05-0.15份(铁来源于葡萄糖酸亚铁),锌0.03-0.1份(锌来源于柠檬酸锌)。

本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A.将五谷豆粉,猴头菇,山药粉,菊粉,莲子粉,茯苓粉,人参粉,葡萄糖浆,砂仁粉、番木瓜粉和淮山粉等原料按配方要求称量好并在混料罐中混合30min,使物料混合均匀。
B.将A步骤中的混合料采用沸腾式造粒塔造粒,温度控制在50-55℃,时间为20-25min。
C.将步骤B所得原料放置冷却后,采用搅拌式混料塔混合,时间为20-25min,搅拌混合后,物料无结块。
D.通过称量装置对步骤C中制得的物料进行定量称量,每份的重量为30g。
E.使用带充氮装置的包装机将步骤D的物料包装后得到一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物。
其中,以上所有步骤操作环境温度控制在20-25℃,湿度控制在30%以下。
(三)有益效果

本发明的有益效果是:使用200ml温开水冲调步骤E中制得的料包,搅匀后即可食用,五谷豆粉中的红豆粉、薏米粉:红豆中含有蛋白、脂肪、糖类、皂角甙、叶酸、膳食纤维、多种氨基酸和微量元素。中国传统医学认为,红豆可以清热解毒、消肿利尿,又有健脾养胃、顺气除烦等作用。中医认为,薏米性味甘淡、健脾补肺、清热排脓。近年的研究表明,薏米具有提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、降压、降血糖、降血钙及诱发排卵等药理活性。红豆和薏米的食材组合是一直被传统中医和保健食疗推崇的具有良好祛湿、美白、健脾功效的保健佳品。
五谷豆粉中的白扁豆粉:《中国药典》记载:白扁豆健脾化湿,和中消暑。用于脾胃虚弱,食欲不振,大便溏泻,白带过多,暑湿吐泻,胸闷腹胀。《本草纲目》中指出:扁豆调肝和胃,清暑祛湿,止泄泻。
猴头菇粉:猴头菇性平、味甘,具有利五脏,健脾益胃,降胆固醇,滋补,抗癌,保肝等功能。《本草纲目》记载,猴头菇性平,味甘,有“利五脏,助消化”之功能。近年研究证明,猴头菇的药用价值甚高,可用于治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡,神经衰弱,身体虚弱等疾病,具有抗癌、抗微波辐射等功能。
菊粉:《中国药典》记载:菊苣(菊粉原料)具有清肝利胆,健胃消食,利尿消肿的功能。菊粉由于低热量、水溶性等特性及增强双歧杆菌增殖、降低血糖血脂、恢复胃肠功能、增强钙质吸收等诸多功效,被称为21 世纪人类健康最具有代表性的典型产品之一。菊粉中含大量的膳食纤维,膳食纤维不仅可以吸附脂肪,还可螯合吸附胆固醇和胆汁酸之类有机分子,从而抑制了人体对它们的吸收。膳食纤维的容积作用,易引起饱腹感。同时,由于膳食纤维的存在,影响了机体对食物其他成分(可利用碳水化合物等)的消化吸收,使人不易产生饥饿感。为此,膳食纤维对预防肥胖症大有益处。
淮山能健脾补肺,固肾益精。用于消化不良,小儿厌食症。淮山所含消化酶,能促进蛋白质和淀粉的分解,故有增进食欲的作用。
番木瓜内含有的木瓜蛋白酶,有助于食物的消化吸收,对消化不良、痢疾、胃痛、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡等均有疗效。番木瓜的脂肪酶,可分解脂肪成脂肪酸,有利于对食物中的脂肪消化吸收。木瓜蛋白酶还能够促进和调节胰液的分泌,对胰腺功能不全引起的消化不良有治疗作用。
砂仁能行气和胃,醒脾,用于胃呆食滞。临床服用砂仁适量具有促进消化液分泌和增强胃肠蠕动的作用。

可见,实施例1、实施例2比实施例3的口感稍好,整体区别不明显。
对实施例1-3的豆昔部分维生素进行检测,检测结果如下表:
可见,实施例1-3在加工成终成品后,维生素B2、维生素B6及维生素C的实际测定值≥80%理论标示值,符合产品要求。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:五谷豆粉35-75份、猴头菇粉3-10份、山药粉2-8份、菊粉2-8份、莲子粉2-6份、茯苓粉2-6份、人参粉1-4份、葡萄糖浆8-25份、砂仁粉2-8份、番木瓜粉10-20份、淮山粉3-10份、复合矿物质2-10份、复合维生素0.1-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物,其特征在于,所述五谷豆粉为红豆粉、白扁豆粉、大米粉、燕麦粉、薏米粉中的一种或几种,采用低温烘烤并粉碎的方法制得,水分≤7%,目数为60目-80目。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物,其特征在于,所述菊粉是以菊苣根为原料,去除蛋白质和矿物质后,经喷雾干燥等步骤获得的可溶于水的产品。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物,其特征在于,所述人参粉是以人工种植人参为原料,以相应工艺加工制成的白色至淡黄色粉末状产品,人参总皂苷≥2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物,其特征在于,所述复合矿物质由以下重量份的矿物质元素组成:钙2-3份(钙来源于柠檬酸钙),镁0.5-1份(碳酸镁或氧化镁),铁0.05-0.15份(铁来源于葡萄糖酸亚铁),锌0.03-0.1份(锌来源于柠檬酸锌)。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物,其特征在于,所述复合维生素由以下维生素元素组成:维生素A,维生素E,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素C,烟酰胺,叶酸。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种养胃高纤豆昔方便即食谷物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:五谷豆粉35份、猴头菇粉3份、山药粉2份、菊粉2份、莲子粉2份、茯苓粉2份、人参粉1份、葡萄糖浆8份、砂仁粉2份、番木瓜粉10份、淮山粉3份、复合矿物质2份、复合维生素0.1份。
