步骤二、将陈皮、茯苓、砂仁、桂圆 、人参、蛹虫草、圆苞车前子壳挑选干净后研磨成80-100目粉末待用;
步骤三:将燕窝用传统的常规方法进行干燥、净化加工后,将燕窝剪成或切成长宽各3cm 左右的小块,然后放入普通粉碎机,粉碎成细粉,得200目的燕窝粉体,将上述燕窝粉体多维摆动式球磨机中,对燕窝粉体进行研磨,球磨机连续运转3-4小时,即得纳米燕窝微粒;
步骤四:按照红薏参砂燕窝粉的质量份原料配比,将各种粉末混合后加入赤藓糖醇5-8份混合均匀后灭菌灌装即可。

对比例与实施例1的制备方法相同,制备过程中不添加红小豆粉10-15份、薏苡仁粉10-15份、砂仁粉5-8份、燕窝粉10-15份,制成的谷物混合粉末与实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制备的红薏参砂燕窝粉进行口感测试。
随机选取100人,年龄在20-50岁之间分别对实施例和对比进行口感测评。
评价结果如表1所示。

由此可见本事情实施例1-3制备的红薏参砂燕窝粉口感好,受到人们的欢迎。
美容功效检测:临床资料:选择100例健康女性,随机分成2组,实验组50例,对照组50例,平均年龄30(28-45岁),所有受试者试验前半年内未使用过皮肤美白保湿的药物和采用其他方法治疗。
使用方法:试验组服用实施例1的配方制备的红薏参砂燕窝粉;
对照组服用对比例的配方制备的谷物混合粉。
受试者早晚各服用一次,每次冲泡一包200ml,疗程一个月,每次使用药物两小时后以及在恒温恒湿室内(温度28℃,湿度60%)休息数分钟后进行测定。
测试仪器为皮肤水份测试仪CM825和皮肤黑色和血红素测试仪MX18分别测定,评价试用后的美白保湿效果。
试验结果见表2所示。

由表2可知,试验组使用本发明产品后皮肤黑色素含量逐渐降低,皮肤含水量逐渐增加,黑色素至12周时达到最低,皮肤含水量至12周时达到最高,停用1周后对黑色素和皮肤含水量具有影响,但是影响结果不显著。
而对照组在整个试验过程中皮肤黑色素含量的改善较不明显。且皮肤含水量的改善也不明显,由此可见本实施例制备的红薏参砂燕窝粉具有较好的美容功效。
提高免疫力的具体案例:
李某,男,45岁,长期吸烟喝酒,呼吸不畅,精神萎靡,食用本发明红薏参砂燕窝粉,每日一次,每次冲泡200ml,坚持食用一个月,精神明显好转,体力较好。
程某某,女,38岁,公司经理,工作繁忙,易疲劳,经常感冒,食用本发明红薏参砂燕窝粉,每日一次,每次冲泡200ml,坚持食用2个月,精神好转,感冒次数明显降低。

Claims (4)
1.一种红薏参砂燕窝粉,其特征在于:所述的燕窝粉包含如下重量份原料:红小豆粉10-15份、薏苡仁粉10-15份、赤藓糖醇5-8份、山药粉5-8份、陈皮粉1-3份、茯苓粉1-3份、莲子粉1-3份、红枣粉5-8份、人参粉1-3份、砂仁粉5-8份、蛹虫草粉1-3份、圆苞车前子壳粉1-3份、桂圆粉1-3份、燕窝粉10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红薏参砂燕窝粉,其特征在于:所述的红薏参砂燕窝粉包含如下重量份原料:红小豆粉12份、薏苡仁粉12份、赤藓糖醇6份、山药粉6份、陈皮粉2份、茯苓粉2份、莲子粉2份、红枣粉6份、人参粉2份、砂仁粉6份、蛹虫草粉2份、圆苞车前子壳粉2份、桂圆粉2份、燕窝粉12份。
3.一种红薏参砂燕窝粉的制备方法,其特征在于:具体制备方法为:
步骤一、将红小豆、薏苡仁、山药、莲子、红枣分别采用低温烘熟,将烘制的物料粉碎至100目粉末待用;
步骤二、将陈皮、茯苓、砂仁、桂圆、人参、蛹虫草、圆苞车前子壳挑选干净后研磨成80-100目粉末待用;
步骤三:将燕窝用传统的常规方法进行干燥、净化加工后,将燕窝剪成或切成长宽各3cm 左右的小块,然后放入普通粉碎机,粉碎成细粉,得200目的燕窝粉体,将上述燕窝粉体多维摆动式球磨机中,对燕窝粉体进行研磨,球磨机连续运转 3-4 小时,即得纳米燕窝微粒;
步骤四:按照红薏参砂燕窝粉的质量份原料配比,将各种粉末混合后加入赤藓糖醇5-8份混合均匀后灭菌灌装即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种红薏参砂燕窝粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤一中低温烘熟的条件为:温度控制在130-150℃,时间为1.5-2h。
