本发明公开了一种压片糖果,具体地说是一种提高机体免疫力的压片糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
免疫力是人体自身的防御机制,是人体识别和消灭外来入侵异物,处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞以及识别和处理体内突变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力。现代免疫学认为,免疫力是人体识别和排除“异己”的生理反应。免疫力低下则免疫系统不能正常发挥保护作用,在此情况下,极易被细菌、病毒、真菌等感染,因此免疫力低下最直接的表现就是容易生病。经常生病会加重机体的消耗,所以一般有体质虚弱、营养不良、精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等,感冒、扁桃体炎、哮喘、支气管炎、肺炎、腹泻等疾病常反复发作,每次持续时间长,长此以往会导致青少年身体发育不良,成人还易诱发重大疾病。
目前,随着社会竞争激烈,生活节奏快,生活压力大,很多人长期处于激烈的竞争条件下,生活作息不规律,饮食不均衡,导致身体处于亚健康状态,免疫功能低下,免疫力的降低极大的影响了人体的健康,导致各种疾病的发生。现代医学研究表明,人类机体患病的原因大多是由于自身免疫力系统出现问题,机体免疫力降低导致,对于体质较差,年老体弱的疾病患者,提高机体免疫力具有重要作用。目前市场上提高免疫力的药品制剂和保健品种类繁多,但效果参差不齐。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种压片糖果及其制备方法。该压片糖果食用方便,口感好,具有润肠通便、排毒、抗衰老的功效,尤其对机体免疫力的提高具有极佳的效果。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种压片糖果,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:松花粉50-60份、山药20-30份、南瓜10-20份、抹茶粉5-15份、复合提取液20-30份、麦芽糊精10-15份、木糖醇10-15份、大蒜多糖3-8份、硬脂酸镁5-15份、微晶纤维素5-15份;所述复合提取液为枸杞:三七:五味子:玉竹:桂圆按照1:1:2:2:1的重量比混合后水提制得。
优选的,所述的压片糖果是由以下重量份的原料制成:松花粉55份、山药25份、南瓜15份、抹茶粉10份、复合提取液25份、麦芽糊精12份、木糖醇12份、大蒜多糖5份、硬脂酸镁10份、微晶纤维素10份。
一种上述的压片糖果的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质山药,放入锅中蒸熟后取出,置入烘箱中50-65℃下烘干至含水量<5%,磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;
(2)将南瓜去皮去籽后放入锅中蒸熟,然后放入烘箱中烘干至含水量小于3%,粉磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;
(3)将枸杞、三七、五味子、玉竹、桂圆按照1:1:2:2:1的重量比混合后,加入5-10倍量水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤渣中再加入4-6倍量的水煎煮25-35分钟,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至原来体积的1/4~1/3得复合提取液;
(4)将松花粉、抹茶粉以及辅料麦芽糊精、木糖醇、大蒜多糖、硬脂酸镁、微晶纤维素分别粉碎过100目筛,然后和步骤(1)所得山药粉、步骤(2)所得南瓜粉按照重量配比混合均匀,制得混合物料;
(5)将步骤(3)所得复合提取液均匀喷洒在步骤(4)所得混合物料中并制粒,然后进行干燥;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行整粒,然后在压片成型,灭菌,包装即得成品。
本发明的配方中松花粉含有多种营养物质,包括22种氨基酸、14种维生素和30多种微量元素以及大量的活性蛋白酶、核、黄酮类化合物及其它活性物质。松花粉富含的蛋白质多以游离氨基酸的形式存在,含量超过牛奶、鸡蛋的5-7倍;维生素C的含量高于新鲜水果和蔬菜,被称为天然维生素之王。服用松花粉,短期内会减轻疲劳,增强体力;便秘消失,消化转好;皮肤细腻,面色红润;睡眠踏实,心情愉悦;精力充沛,记忆力提高。
山药含有淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品,除此之外,山药还含有多种营养素,有强健机体,滋肾益精的作用。
南瓜含有淀粉、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C和钙、磷等成分,其营养丰富具有较高的食用价值,能润肺益气,化痰排脓,驱虫解毒,治咳止喘,并有利尿与美容的作用。
抹茶粉含有丰富的人体所必须的营养成分和微量元素,其主要成分为茶多酚、咖啡碱、游离氨基酸、叶绿素、蛋白质、芳香物质、纤维素、维生素C、A、B1、B2、B3、B5、B6、E、K、H等,微量元素钾、钙、镁、铁、钠、锌、硒、氟等近30余种。茶多酚具有能清除机体内过多的有害自由基,能够再生人体内的α-VE、VC、GSH、SOD等高效抗氧化物质,从而保护和修复抗氧化系统,对增强机体免疫、对防癌、防衰老都有显著效果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方科学合理,还含有多种中药成分制得的提取液成分,多种原料协同作用,互相促进,使得产品具有润肠通便、排毒、抗衰老、提高免疫力等多重功效,尤其对机体免疫力的提高具有极佳的效果,其免疫提高效果显著高于任何单一组分的效果,非常适用于现代广大的亚健康人群长期食用。且本发明的压片糖果食用方便,口感好,无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种压片糖果,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:松花粉50份、山药20份、南瓜10份、抹茶粉5份、复合提取液20份、麦芽糊精10份、木糖醇10份、大蒜多糖3份、硬脂酸镁5份、微晶纤维素5份;所述复合提取液为枸杞:三七:五味子:玉竹:桂圆按照1:1:2:2:1的重量比混合后水提制得。
将上述原料采用下述方法制备得到本发明产品:
(1)选取优质山药,放入锅中蒸熟后取出,置入烘箱中50-65℃下烘干至含水量<5%,磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;
(2)将南瓜去皮去籽后放入锅中蒸熟,然后放入烘箱中烘干至含水量小于3%,粉磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;

(4)将松花粉、抹茶粉以及辅料麦芽糊精、木糖醇、大蒜多糖、硬脂酸镁、微晶纤维素分别粉碎过100目筛,然后和步骤(1)所得山药粉、步骤(2)所得南瓜粉按照重量配比混合均匀,制得混合物料;
(5)将步骤(3)所得复合提取液均匀喷洒在步骤(4)所得混合物料中并制粒,然后进行干燥;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行整粒,然后在压片成型,灭菌,包装即得成品,0.5g/片。
实施例2
一种压片糖果,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:松花粉55份、山药25份、南瓜15份、抹茶粉10份、复合提取液25份、麦芽糊精12份、木糖醇12份、大蒜多糖5份、硬脂酸镁10份、微晶纤维素10份;所述复合提取液为枸杞:三七:五味子:玉竹:桂圆按照1:1:2:2:1的重量比混合后水提制得。
将上述原料采用下述方法制备得到本发明产品:
(1)选取优质山药,放入锅中蒸熟后取出,置入烘箱中50-65℃下烘干至含水量<5%,磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;
(2)将南瓜去皮去籽后放入锅中蒸熟,然后放入烘箱中烘干至含水量小于3%,粉磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;
(3)将枸杞、三七、五味子、玉竹、桂圆按照1:1:2:2:1的重量比混合后,加入5-10倍量水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤渣中再加入4-6倍量的水煎煮25-35分钟,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至原来体积的1/4~1/3得复合提取液;
(4)将松花粉、抹茶粉以及辅料麦芽糊精、木糖醇、大蒜多糖、硬脂酸镁、微晶纤维素分别粉碎过100目筛,然后和步骤(1)所得山药粉、步骤(2)所得南瓜粉按照重量配比混合均匀,制得混合物料;
(5)将步骤(3)所得复合提取液均匀喷洒在步骤(4)所得混合物料中并制粒,然后进行干燥;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行整粒,然后在压片成型,灭菌,包装即得成品,0.5g/片。
实施例3
一种压片糖果,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:松花粉60份、山药30份、南瓜20份、抹茶粉15份、复合提取液30份、麦芽糊精15份、木糖醇15份、大蒜多糖8份、硬脂酸镁15份、微晶纤维素15份;所述复合提取液为枸杞:三七:五味子:玉竹:桂圆按照1:1:2:2:1的重量比混合后水提制得。
将上述原料采用下述方法制备得到本发明产品:
(1)选取优质山药,放入锅中蒸熟后取出,置入烘箱中50-65℃下烘干至含水量<5%,磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;
(2)将南瓜去皮去籽后放入锅中蒸熟,然后放入烘箱中烘干至含水量小于3%,粉磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;
(3)将枸杞、三七、五味子、玉竹、桂圆按照1:1:2:2:1的重量比混合后,加入5-10倍量水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤渣中再加入4-6倍量的水煎煮25-35分钟,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至原来体积的1/4~1/3得复合提取液;
(4)将松花粉、抹茶粉以及辅料麦芽糊精、木糖醇、大蒜多糖、硬脂酸镁、微晶纤维素分别粉碎过100目筛,然后和步骤(1)所得山药粉、步骤(2)所得南瓜粉按照重量配比混合均匀,制得混合物料;
(5)将步骤(3)所得复合提取液均匀喷洒在步骤(4)所得混合物料中并制粒,然后进行干燥;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行整粒,然后在压片成型,灭菌,包装即得成品,0.5g/片。
下面对本发明制备的产品的免疫功效进行试验验证。
对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响
取小鼠80只,体重在20-25g,随机均匀分为8组,试验组1-7组,对照组第8组,试验组1-3分别将上述实施例1-3制得的压片糖果粉碎后掺入正常饮食中,每日3次,一次20mg;第4、5、6、7组分别喂食与试验组同剂量的松花粉、山药粉、南瓜粉和抹茶粉,喂食方法同试验组;对照组第8组在正常食物中掺入同剂量的淀粉,每天喂食3次,连续7天。于最后1次给药后1h,每只小鼠腹腔注射5%鸡红细胞混悬液0.4ml,于给鸡红细胞后4h处死小鼠,按传统毒理学试验中的鸡红细胞法测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。试验结果见表1。

对正常小鼠溶血素形成的影响
小鼠动物数、分组、给药均同前,于给药第1天,每鼠腹腔注射5%鸡红细胞生理盐水混悬液0.2ml进行免疫,于最后一次后药2h后,小鼠眼眶取血,按血清溶血素分光光度检测法测溶血素形成情况。
对正常小鼠溶血空斑形成的影响
小鼠动物数、分组、给药及免疫均同前,于最后一次给药后2h,将小鼠脱颈椎处死,解剖取出脾脏,将两个小鼠脾脏放在一起用匀浆器匀浆,按传统药理学试验检测溶血空斑法检测本试验形成情况。
对正常小鼠淋巴细胞转化的影响
小鼠动物数、分组、给药均同前,于给药的前3天,每只小鼠每天肌肉注射植物血凝素8mg/kg,于最后一次给药后2h,小鼠剪尾取血,推片,瑞士染液染色,用油镜观察外周血淋巴细胞转化率。试验结果见表2。

对比表1和表2的数据,我们可以发现,本发明的产品对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、小鼠溶血素、溶血空斑形成及淋巴细胞的转化方面均具有较好的免疫效果,且都要比单一的原料配方具有更好的免疫功能,这主要是由于本发明原料配比合理,各原料间协同作用,显著提高了机体的免疫能力。
对本发明的压片糖果的润肠通便、排毒的保健功效进行临床试验应用研究
将本发明的产品用于临床试验,选取患有便秘、轻度痤疮的人,共计300人,分别于早晚餐后服用一次,每次5片,连续使用一个月,观察临床效果。
评价标准:
明显改善:便秘,痤疮等临床症状消失大半或基本消失不见,皮肤明亮有光泽,精神状态佳;
缓解:便秘,痤疮等临床症状明显减轻,皮肤逐渐变光滑亮泽,精神状态较好;
无效:便秘,痤疮等临床症状无明显变化,皮肤色泽也无明显变化,精神状态较差;
试验结果:明显改善238人,占79.3%;缓解42人,占14%;无效20人。占6.7%;总有效率为93.3%。
Claims (3)
1.一种压片糖果,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:
松花粉50-60份、山药20-30份、南瓜10-20份、抹茶粉5-15份、复合提取液20-30份、麦芽糊精10-15份、木糖醇10-15份、大蒜多糖3-8份、硬脂酸镁5-15份、微晶纤维素5-15份;所述复合提取液为枸杞:三七:五味子:玉竹:桂圆按照1:1:2:2:1的重量比混合后水提制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压片糖果,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:松花粉55份、山药25份、南瓜15份、抹茶粉10份、复合提取液25份、麦芽糊精12份、木糖醇12份、大蒜多糖5份、硬脂酸镁10份、微晶纤维素10份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质山药,放入锅中蒸熟后取出,置入烘箱中50-65℃下烘干至含水量<5%,磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;
(2)将南瓜去皮去籽后放入锅中蒸熟,然后放入烘箱中烘干至含水量小于3%,粉磨成细粉,过100目筛,备用;
(3)将枸杞、三七、五味子、玉竹、桂圆按照1:1:2:2:1的重量比混合后,加入5-10倍量水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤渣中再加入4-6倍量的水煎煮25-35分钟,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至原来体积的1/4~1/3得复合提取液;
(4)将松花粉、抹茶粉以及辅料麦芽糊精、木糖醇、大蒜多糖、硬脂酸镁、微晶纤维素分别粉碎过100目筛,然后和步骤(1)所得山药粉、步骤(2)所得南瓜粉按照重量配比混合均匀,制得混合物料;
(5)将步骤(3)所得复合提取液均匀喷洒在步骤(4)所得混合物料中并制粒,然后进行干燥;
(6)将干燥后的物料进行整粒,然后在压片成型,灭菌,包装即得成品。
