Abstract
本发明公开了一种可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料及其制备方法,该保健饮料是由甘蔗汁、石榴汁、雪莲果汁、钙果汁、百合花提取液、乌梅提取液、蜂蜜按照一定的重量配比制成;其饮用口感好,果蔬的自然香气与百合花的清新香气相结合,具有特有的香气,同时食用口感也较好,酸甜可口,易于接受,能激发儿童的食欲。此外,各原料在营养和功效上合理搭配,协同作用,具有显著的健脾养胃、消食化滞和提高机体免疫力的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮料,具体地说是一种可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医的养生理念讲求整体性和系统性,目的是预防疾病,治未病。以传统中医理论为指导,遵循阴阳五行之变化规律,对人体进行科学调养,保持生命健康活力。近年来,随着我国居民的保健意识不断增强,人们不断通过各种合理的药膳或保健食品的调理来达到强身健体或预防和治疗某些慢性疾病的保健效果。
厌食是小儿时期常见的一种脾胃病,临床以较长时期厌恶进食,进食量减少为特征。小儿厌食古人又称“不思食”“恶食”。多发生于1~6岁小儿,于夏季暑湿当令,脾为湿困之时,常使症状加重。不少年轻父母为自己的孩子不肯吃饭伤透脑筋,无论怎样劝诱、威胁,甚至打骂都无济于事。长期厌食对小儿生长发育必然产生不利影响。厌食的原因多与喂养不当有关,如饭前吃零食,吃饭不定时,生活无规律,以及家长缺乏正确的喂养知识,片面追求高营养的滋补食物,长此以往,不仅加重了孩子的胃肠负担,也超过了脾胃正常的运化能力。一些家长会选择一些消食、补益脾胃的中药治疗,但中药也并不是完全无副作用的,长期食用其安全性不高,且食用口感也较差,儿童尤其是婴幼儿很难接受,甚至拒服。一些可以调理小儿食欲的保健食品,虽然口感尚可,但其中通常含有一定的化学添加剂,长期食用也有一定的副作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料。该饮料以甘蔗汁、石榴汁、雪莲果汁、钙果汁4中天然果蔬为主要原料,同时还添加百合花提取液、乌梅提取液,最后加以蜂蜜调配而成,其饮用口感好,果蔬的自然香气与百合花的清新香气相结合,具有特有的香气,同时食用口感也较好,酸甜可口,易于接受,能激发儿童的食欲。此外,各原料在营养和功效上合理搭配,协同作用,具有显著的健脾养胃、消食化滞和提高机体免疫力的功效。
本发明还提供了上述保健饮料的制备方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料及其制备方法,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:甘蔗汁80-100份、石榴汁60-80份、雪莲果汁30-50份、钙果汁20-30份、百合花提取液10-20份、乌梅提取液10-20份、蜂蜜5-10份。
优选的,所述的保健饮料是由以下重量份的原料制成:
甘蔗汁90份、石榴汁70份、雪莲果汁40份、钙果汁25份、百合花提取液15份、乌梅提取液15份、蜂蜜8份。
一种上述的可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的甘蔗洗净去皮后切成3-5cm的小块,放入榨汁机中榨汁即可得到甘蔗汁,备用;
(2)挑选个大、皮薄、果实丰满的石榴,拨开外皮,取出果粒,将果粒放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的凉开水搅拌打浆,打浆后过筛去除滤渣,即得石榴汁,备用;
(3)取个大新鲜的雪莲果,去除外皮,切成小块放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的清水搅拌打浆,然后过150目筛得雪莲果汁,备用;
(4)选取新鲜、优质钙果,洗净后去除果核,放入打浆机中加入4倍量的温水,然后破碎打浆,用120目筛过滤后得到钙果汁,备用;
(5)将百合花和冷水按照料液比为1g:20ml混合浸泡1~2小时,后大火煎煮至沸腾后换慢火继续煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得一次提取液和滤渣,然后向滤渣中加入5倍于其重量的冷水,以大火煎至沸腾后换小火煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得二次提取液;将一次提取液和二次提取液混合加热至沸腾后15分钟即得百合花提取液;
(6)将乌梅清洗干净后中加入3倍于其重量的水浸泡1~2小时,后大火煎煮至沸腾后换慢火继续煎煮30分钟,过滤后取滤液;然后向滤渣中再加入5倍于其重量的水,以大火煎至沸腾后换小火煎煮30分钟,过滤取滤液;合并两次煎煮的滤液即得乌梅提取液;
(7)将上述制备的甘蔗汁、石榴汁、雪莲果汁、钙果汁、百合花提取液、乌梅提取液按照比例混合均匀,然后向其中加入蜂蜜调配,200目筛进一步精滤;
(8)将精滤后的混合饮料在20-25MPa的高压均质机内均质15-20min,真空脱气2-3min,脱气温度65℃,80℃以上灌装后于100℃灭菌5-10s后冷却,装瓶即得成品。
本发明的配方中甘蔗含有丰富的糖分、水分,还含有对人体新陈代谢非常有益的各种维生素、脂肪、蛋白质、有机酸、钙、铁等物质,可治呕吐反胃,宽胸膈,泻火热等。石榴有助消化、抗胃溃疡、软化血管、降血脂和血糖,降低胆固醇等多种功能,可防止冠心病、心脏病、高血压,可达到健胃提神、增强食欲、益寿延年之功效。雪莲果富含人体所需的20多种氨基酸及多种维生素、矿物质、特别是寡糖含量最高,能促进有益微生物的生长,还含有丰富的矿物质及钙、镁、铁、锌、钾、硒等微量元素;能够助消化,调理血液,降低血糖、血脂和胆固醇,还具有降压降火、清肝解毒的功效。钙果为蔷薇科樱桃属果实,学名欧李,是一种高档水果,营养价值很高。每百克鲜果钙、铁含量分别达到80毫克和1.5毫克,是苹果的6倍,果实中含有17种氨基酸,总量高达338.3~451.7mg/100g,特别是维生素C、B2和E的含量以及钾、磷、铁、锌、硒和赖氨酸的含量均高于现有常见果树品种。百合花主要含秋水碱等多种生物碱和蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、钙、磷、铁及维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、β-胡萝卜素等营养物质,有良好的营养滋补之功,特别是对病后体弱、神经衰弱等症大有裨益,具有润肺止咳、养心安神的功效。乌梅为梅的未成熟果实,含有柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、糖类、谷甾醇、维生素C等成份,具有理想的抗菌作用。用于肺虚久咳,久痢滑肠,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛,胆道蛔虫症。还具有抗氧化、消除疲劳、保护消化系统、增进食欲的功效。
本发明的有益效果是:本品所用原料间均为纯天然原料,无任何化学添加剂,各组分具有相互协同增效的作用,促进了机体对营养物质的吸收与利用,具有健脾养胃、消食化滞的功效,还可以提高机体的免疫力,可显著提高儿童的食欲,具有口感好、安全健康、营养全面、便于携带和长期服用、疗效稳定的特点,其增进食欲的效果显著高于任何单一组分的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料及其制备方法,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:甘蔗汁100份、石榴汁80份、雪莲果汁50份、钙果汁30份、百合花提取液20份、乌梅提取液20份、蜂蜜10份。
上述可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料的制备方法如下:
(1)将新鲜的甘蔗洗净去皮后切成3-5cm的小块,放入榨汁机中榨汁即可得到甘蔗汁,备用;
(2)挑选个大、皮薄、果实丰满的石榴,拨开外皮,取出果粒,将果粒放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的凉开水搅拌打浆,打浆后过筛去除滤渣,即得石榴汁,备用;
(3)取个大新鲜的雪莲果,去除外皮,切成小块放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的清水搅拌打浆,然后过150目筛得雪莲果汁,备用;

实施例2
一种可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料及其制备方法,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:甘蔗汁90份、石榴汁70份、雪莲果汁40份、钙果汁25份、百合花提取液15份、乌梅提取液15份、蜂蜜8份。
上述饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料及其制备方法,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:甘蔗汁80份、石榴汁60份、雪莲果汁30份、钙果汁20份、百合花提取液10份、乌梅提取液10份、蜂蜜5份。
上述饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1-3所制备的保健饮料进行感官质量评价。评价打分标准如表1:

由经过筛选和训练的30人专业感官评价员组成评价小组对本发明保健饮料的整体风味、酸度、甜度、苦涩味进行评价打分,评价得分结果见表2。

从表2中可以看出,实施例1-3的整体风味得分均在4.5分以上,是口感较好容易接受的饮品。
本发明保健饮料人体试食试验
实验对象:随机选取食欲不振、厌食的患儿560例,平均分为10组,年龄在3-11岁,平均5.4岁,各组在年龄、病程上比较无显著性差异(p>0.05)。
实验方法:第1-3组患儿分别每日饮用实施例1-3制备的保健饮料,每日饮用50ml;第4-9组患者分别采用同样的方法和剂量分别饮用相应的单一甘蔗汁、石榴汁、雪莲果汁、钙果汁、百合花提取液和乌梅提取液;对照组每日饮用市售某品牌的小儿健胃消食口服液,每天30ml。连续食用60天后观察结果。实验结果:见表3。
痊愈:食欲显著增强,食量增加达正常健康儿,伴随症状消失。
显效:食欲明显恢复,食量增加并恢复到正常水平的3/4,伴随症状改善。
有效:食欲有改善,食量增加,但未达到正常水平的3/4,伴随症状有改善。
无效:食欲、食量变化不明显,伴随症状可有改善。
表3实验结果统计
从上述实验结果可以看出,本发明制备的保健饮料对厌食、食欲不振的患儿具有很好的治疗及调节作用,其总有效率达96.4%以上,其提高患儿食欲的保健功效显著高于市售常用的小儿健胃消食口服液产品,也要比任何单一组分或者所有组分的效果叠加总和都要好。这是由于本发明方法配方独特,用料科学,各组分协同增效,具有优异的调理脾胃、消食化积的功效。除此之外,本发明的保健饮料营养丰富,百合花与钙果的天然清香搭配保证了饮料的食用口感好,易于被广大儿童所接受,同时本发明还含有丰富的钙质元素,在提高食欲的同时也促进了机体对钙吸收与利用,对处于生长时期的儿童具有极其重要的作用,同时本发明还能显著增强儿童的免疫力,长期饮用可显著改善儿童的健康状况。
Claims (3)
1.一种可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:甘蔗汁80-100份、石榴汁60-80份、雪莲果汁30-50份、钙果汁20-30份、百合花提取液10-20份、乌梅提取液10-20份、蜂蜜5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健饮料,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:
甘蔗汁90份、石榴汁70份、雪莲果汁40份、钙果汁25份、百合花提取液15份、乌梅提取液15份、蜂蜜8份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的可提高小儿食欲的保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的甘蔗洗净去皮后切成3-5cm的小块,放入榨汁机中榨汁即可得到甘蔗汁,备用;
(2)挑选个大、皮薄、果实丰满的石榴,拨开外皮,取出果粒,将果粒放入打浆机中,加入3倍量的凉开水搅拌打浆,打浆后过筛去除滤渣,即得石榴汁,备用;
