Abstract
一种显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果及其制备方法,所述压片糖果包括以下重量份的组分:显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10~20份,杜仲叶提取物5~10份,玉竹提取物5~10份,葛根粉1~5份,糖类或糖醇类50~100份,粘合剂20~40份。本发明还包括一种所述显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果的制备方法。本发明所得显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,综合利用各配制原料的天然活性,具有抗炎效果且便于携带、食用、保存。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及压片糖果领域,尤其涉及一种显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
显齿蛇葡萄为葡萄科蛇葡萄属,为一种药食同源植物。2013年12月24日国家卫计委批准显齿蛇葡萄叶为新资源食品。显齿蛇葡萄叶富含黄酮、多糖、多种微量元素和氨基酸,具有清热解毒,利咽抗炎等功效,在我国民间应用历史悠久。
杜仲叶为杜仲科植物杜仲的叶片。国家卫计委批准杜仲叶可作为新资源食品。杜仲叶含有绿原酸、桃叶珊瑚苷、黄酮、京尼平苷、京尼平苷酸、多种氨基酸等活性成分,具有抗菌消炎、增强免疫力、抗氧化、延缓衰老等作用,在开发健康食品方面有特殊优势。
玉竹为百合科植物玉竹的干燥根茎,具有滋养生津、清热止咳等功效,《神农本草经》将其视为上品,为一种药食同源植物。玉竹富含多糖、黄酮、皂苷、生物碱、多种必需氨基酸和微量元素,具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等作用且没有毒副作用,在开发健康食品方面有特殊优势。
葛根为豆科植物野葛或粉葛的干燥根,为一种药食同源植物。葛根含有淀粉、葛根素、大豆苷、多种微量元素等,具有抗炎解热、生津止渴等功效。
金银花为忍冬科植物忍冬及同属植物干燥花蕾或带初开花。金银花的主要活性成分为绿原酸,具有清热解毒功效,对咽喉肿痛等症状有显著效果。
现市场上压片糖果种类繁多,但目前还未有关将显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物、杜仲叶提取物、玉竹提取物、葛根粉同时作为一款压片糖果的相关研究报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种综合利用各配制原料的天然活性,具有抗炎效果且便于携带、食用、保存的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明之显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,包括以下重量份的组分:显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10~20份,杜仲叶提取物5~10份,玉竹提取物5~10份,葛根粉1~5份,糖类或糖醇类50~100份,粘合剂20~40份。
进一步,所述的糖类或糖醇类可为蔗糖粉、果糖、蜂糖、山梨糖醇中的一种。
进一步,所述的粘合剂可为麦芽糊精、硬脂酸镁钠中的一种。
进一步,还添加有金银花提取物1~5份。
进一步,还添加有水果粉1~5份。所述的水果粉为浓缩果汁经喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥制得的天然果粉,包括苹果粉、蓝莓粉、草莓粉、石榴粉、柠檬粉、芒果粉、甜橙粉、鲜橙粉、香蕉粉、西柚粉、番荔枝粉、蔓越莓粉、水蜜桃粉、荔枝果粉、奇异果粉、榴莲粉、黑加仑粉、樱桃粉、葡萄粉、火龙果粉、哈密瓜粉、西番莲粉、菠萝粉、香梨粉等中的一种或几种。
进一步,还添加有全脂奶粉10~20份。
进一步,还添加有茶粉5~10份。所述的茶粉为绿茶粉、红茶粉、茉莉花茶粉、乌龙茶粉中一种或几种。
进一步,还添加有食用香精0.1~0.5份。所述的食用香精为抹茶香精、红茶香精或茉莉花茶香精、乌龙茶粉香精中一种或几种。
进一步,还添加百合、橘红、陈皮、迷迭香,且不限于这些植物原材料或提取物。
进一步,以上所提及植物来源成分包含其原料按比例混合后提取,也可以是分别水提物或乙醇水提取后所得提取物进行复配。
本发明之显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)植物提取物的制备:包括显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物和杜仲叶提取物,经过预处理、提取、离心、浓缩、干燥、粉碎或造粒工艺得到;提取的溶剂可为水或乙醇水溶液,干燥工艺可为真空干燥或喷雾干燥且不限于本领域常规干燥工艺;
(2)玉竹提取物、葛根粉可为市售产品或原料经水提或乙醇水提所得提取物;
(3)按预定比例将步骤(1)、(2)所得的显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物、杜仲叶提取物、玉竹提取物、葛根粉和糖类或糖醇类、粘合剂混合均匀,制粒,干燥至水分4wt%以下,采用压片机进行压片成型,制成1克/片的压片糖果。
本发明之显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,以显齿蛇葡萄叶、杜仲叶、玉竹、葛根为主要功能原料,杜仲叶具有抗菌消炎、增强免疫力、抗氧化、延缓衰老等作用,显齿蛇葡萄叶具有清热解毒,利咽抗炎等作用,玉竹具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等作用,葛根具有抗炎解热、生津止渴等功效,四者药食同源植物一起搭配,使显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果具有多重保健效果。
在所述显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果中加入金银花提取物、水果粉、全脂奶粉、茶粉等,使得该压片糖果味道更佳。
概而言之,本发明所得显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,综合利用各配制原料的天然活性,具有抗炎效果且便于携带、食用、保存。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例之显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,包括以下重量份的组分:显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10千克,杜仲叶提取物5千克,玉竹提取物5千克,葛根粉2千克,蔗糖粉100千克,麦芽糊精40千克。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)植物提取物的制备
将显齿蛇葡萄叶200千克和杜仲叶200千克分别经过清洗除杂、60~90℃条件下提取、过滤、浓缩、真空干燥工艺、超微粉碎过筛200目-400目得到;提取溶剂为水;
(2)取步骤(1)所得的显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10千克和杜仲叶提取物5千克、玉竹提取物5千克、葛根粉2千克、蔗糖粉100千克、麦芽糊精40千克、混合均匀,制粒,干燥至水分4wt%以下,采用压片机进行压片成型,制成1克/片的压片糖果。
本发明所得显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,综合利用各配制原料的天然活性,具有抗炎效果且便于携带、食用、保存。
实施例2
本实施例之显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,包括以下重量份的组分:显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10千克,杜仲叶提取物5千克,玉竹提取物10千克,葛根粉1千克,蔗糖粉100千克,麦芽糊精40千克,金银花提取物1千克。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)显齿蛇葡萄提取物和杜仲叶提取物的制备同实施例1;
(2)取步骤(1)所得的显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10千克和杜仲叶提取物5千克、玉竹提取物10千克、葛根粉1千克、蔗糖粉100千克、麦芽糊精40千克、金银花提取物1千克,混合均匀,制粒,干燥至水分4wt%以下,采用压片机进行压片成型,制成1克/片的压片糖果。
本发明所得显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,综合利用各配制原料的天然活性,具有抗炎效果且便于携带、食用、保存。
实施例3
本实施例之显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,包括以下重量份的组分:显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10千克,杜仲叶提取物5千克,玉竹提取物10千克,葛根粉1千克,蔗糖粉100千克,麦芽糊精40千克,苹果粉1千克。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)显齿蛇葡萄叶提取和杜仲叶提取物的制备同实施例1;
(2)取步骤(1)所得的显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10千克和杜仲叶提取物5千克、玉竹提取物10千克、葛根粉1千克、蔗糖粉100千克、麦芽糊精40千克、苹果粉1千克,混合均匀,制粒,干燥至水分4wt%以下,采用压片机进行压片成型,制成1克/片的压片糖果。
本发明所得显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,综合利用各配制原料的天然活性,具有抗炎效果且便于携带、食用、保存。
实施例4
本实施例之显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,包括以下重量份的组分:显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10千克,杜仲叶提取物5千克,玉竹提取物10千克,葛根粉1千克,蔗糖粉100千克,麦芽糊精40千克,全脂奶粉10千克,茉莉花茶粉1千克。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物和杜仲叶提取物制备同实施例1;
(2)取步骤(1)所得的显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10千克和杜仲叶提取物5千克、玉竹提取物10千克、葛根粉1千克、蔗糖粉100千克、麦芽糊精40千克、全脂奶粉10千克、茉莉花茶粉1千克,混合均匀,制粒,干燥至水分4wt%以下,采用压片机进行压片成型,制成1克/片的压片糖果。
本发明所得显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,综合利用各配制原料的天然活性,具有抗炎效果且便于携带、食用、保存。
实施例5
本实施例之显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,包括以下重量份的组分:显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10千克,杜仲叶提取物5千克,玉竹提取物10千克,葛根粉1千克,蔗糖粉100千克,麦芽糊精40千克,全脂奶粉10千克,茉莉花香精0.1千克。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物和杜仲叶提取物的制备同实施例1;
(2)将茉莉花茶香精0.1千克用水溶解,喷洒在蔗糖粉100千克表面;
(3)取步骤(1)所得的显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10克和杜仲叶提取物5千克、与步骤(2)所得的蔗糖粉和茉莉花香精、麦芽糊精40千克、玉竹提取物10千克、葛根粉1千克、全脂奶粉10千克、茉莉花香精0.1千克混合均匀,制粒,干燥至水分4wt%以下,采用压片机进行压片成型,制成1克/片的压片糖果。
本发明所得显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,综合利用各配制原料的天然活性,具有抗炎效果且便于携带、食用、保存。

Claims (10)
1.一种显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物10~20份,杜仲叶提取物5~10份,玉竹提取物5~10份,葛根粉1~5份,糖类或糖醇类50~100份,粘合剂20~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,其特征在于,所述的糖类或糖醇类为蔗糖粉、果糖、蜂糖、山梨糖醇中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,其特征在于,所述的粘合剂为麦芽糊精、硬脂酸镁钠中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,其特征在于,还添加有金银花提取物1~5份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,其特征在于,还添加有水果粉1~5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,其特征在于,所述的水果粉为浓缩果汁经喷雾干燥或冷冻干燥制得的天然果粉,包括苹果粉、蓝莓粉、草莓粉、石榴粉、柠檬粉、芒果粉、甜橙粉、鲜橙粉、香蕉粉、西柚粉、番荔枝粉、蔓越莓粉、水蜜桃粉、荔枝果粉、奇异果粉、榴莲粉、黑加仑粉、樱桃粉、葡萄粉、火龙果粉、哈密瓜粉、西番莲粉、菠萝粉、香梨粉中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,其特征在于,还添加有全脂奶粉10~20份。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,其特征在于,还添加有茶粉5~10份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果,其特征在于,所述的茶粉为绿茶粉、红茶粉、茉莉花茶粉、乌龙茶粉中一种或几种。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)植物提取物的制备:包括显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物和杜仲叶提取物,经过预处理、提取、离心、浓缩、干燥、粉碎或造粒工艺得到;提取的溶剂为水或乙醇水溶液,干燥工艺为真空干燥或喷雾干燥;
(2)玉竹提取物、葛根粉为市售产品或原料的水提或乙醇水提所得提取物;
(3)按预定比例将步骤(1)、(2)所得的显齿蛇葡萄叶提取物、杜仲叶提取物、玉竹提取物、葛根粉和糖类或糖醇类、粘合剂混合均匀,制粒,干燥至水分4wt%以下,采用压片机进行压片成型,制成1克/片的显齿蛇葡萄叶压片糖果。
